Fast tag machine as well as gun was not working, they refused to accept fast tag and was forced to pay toll of Rs46 by cash.
Our fast tag was read at Vashi toll properly which was also shown to them. However they refused to accept fault in their machine.

Our fast tag even worked on shedung toll later.

Can you please look into this urgently and ask them to get this sorted.

If car owners don't have fast tag they will be penalized then what legal penalties would be levied for such toll naka.

Sir in NH87 kathgodam to Nainital near bakdiyakhan some illiterate people removing safety pillers and they almost removed the 6 piller. And damaging also . Because they are opening dhaba in highway accidental prone area

I am jigneshkumar N Patel residents of mumbai.. have few doubts about NATIONAL HIGHWAY- 48 Between Mumbai and Vadodara... I frequently travel on this highway.. and I have observed speed limit sign are not appropriate.. at many places I have seen speed limit of 20, 40, 50. I don’t understand how someone can maintain such speed on highway... 80, 90 or 100 I can understand.. but less then 50.. it’s practically not possible.. then I have observed many heavy vehicles like transport trucks in first lane at very slow speed.. and they end up driving in same lane.. as per rule I believe they should drive in last lane.. because of this reason most of the cars or other smaller vehicles has to manoeuvre through out the journey... which increases the risk factor mantel stress and time consuming... distance from Mumbai to Vadodara is approximately 400 km.. ideally it should not take more then 6 to 6:30 hours.. but it takes more then 9 hours..I do understand unexpected traffic and few bridge work.. for same I have spoken to few highway police regarding heavy vehicles.. but they seems not interested in safety.. time to implement strict traffic regulations.. kindly look in to this... and take appropriate action..

Dear sir,
my house is located just beside "paschim madati toll plaza" as a reason we have to cross this toll along with the problems daily.

* there are no official staff working in this toll plaza

* company had kept local gangstar & roudies who misbehaves with most of the passengers specially ladies when ever we go through.

*deliberately they keep most of the gates closed keeping one or two open which creates lots off traffic & there they take the advantage to leave every vehicle early they take charges "cash" without any recipe if any one protest they will have to come across through dirty behavior.

*local politicians & administrators supports them

I have not received any text message on my registered cell phone after deduction from the account.
I have received one mail from my bank for the account status of debiting the account for toll tax that too at 15:25 same day, that means about 145 minutes after the deduction.

Following is the mail details of the account.

I want to know the details of the procedure for the deduction from local residents account.
Also request to please send the procedure to enable get the funds deducted from the account

I am resident of Pune, and my residence is within 20 km from the Shivapur Toll plaza, pune - satara road. My vehicle registration number is MH 12 PC 3361. I have fastag registered with Axis Bank.
As per regulations, the toll tax for the resident within 20Km range cannot charged.
Although during my travel from Wai to Pune, my account was debited by Rs. 95/- one way toll tax on 28th Jan'21 T13:02:34.

After the deduction I haven't received any message on my registered cell number.

I found a mail from my axis bank account about the notification for the deduction from the account which I have received at 15:25 on 28th Jan'21.

I want to know the rules and regulations for the deductions for the local residents.
Also want to know the procedure to claim the amount deducted from my account.

Fast tag is wrongly charged at manesar as I was in south Delhi ( Khan market ) at that time, so pl refund the price

When I was crossing Veeracholapuram toll plaza near ulundurpettai on[protected], I used Highway toll plaza Women's Rest room. I never used such a worst maintained restroom where they have not cleaned for many days. No water is coming nor latrine is cleaned. They are still charging toll plaza but cant even able to maintain a single bathroom for a women means then what is the purpose of keeping toll plaza still.
This clearly shows how worst our India is and their major motto is get all the money from us. Please take necessary action as we all know that women is not safe to urinate in open space and that too in this unsafe country at night time.

Hello Sir/Madam,
There is holliganism going on the name of toll tax at Katni Toll plaza.
We had fast tag in our car. Inspite of that we had to pay toll amount in cash. Road condition is pathetic.
What is point o[censored]sing Fast tag?
Request the authority to take strict actions and setup fast tag there.

As per rule we are not supposed to pay toll tax if there is No fast tag facility at toll plaza.

I LODGED MY COMPLAINT TO THE TOLL PLAZA MANAGER THROUGH MAIL DATED 22.12.2020 AND COPY GIVEN TO PROJECT DIRECTOR PIU LUCKNOW FOR NECESSARY ACTION TOGETHER WITH COPY OF TOLL PLAZA RECEIPT. IN THE MATTER.I ALSO GIVEN A REMINDER DATED 04.01.2020 TO BOTH OFFICERS BUT NO REPLY.

I Want to bring to your kind knowledge that on dated10.12.2020 at 02.01 pm I reached Nawabganj toll plaza at booth no. 6 enroute to Kanpur, I was told by the toll person that there was no balance in fast tag account, consequent upon I had to pay Rs. 75.00 as fine(Total RS. 150.00) for non fast tag, whereas my vehicle No.UP32DS7832 has fast tag & at that time there was sufficient money in my Paytm Wallet which can be verified by you.
Therefore it is requested to kindly enquire the matter & refund Rs. 75/- charged as fine. Toll tax receipt is enclosed here for your kind reference.

Have the reference to my earlier mail of dated 22/12/2020 informing you wrong collection of fine at above said Toll Plaza in the name of Non fast Tag when I was moving towards Kanpur with Car no. UP32-DS-7832, whereas everything was intact including balance in Paytm wallet. I provided you scanned copy of Toll Plaza Receipt in support of my complaint.
Sorry to say that after 22 days of my complaint, I have not been informed anything in this serious matter. It is a matter of harassment of general public. I again request you to pl. look into the matter & refund Rs. 75/ - at earliest, charged as fine.
An early action is requested.

They charged twice from same tool plaza. First by FASTag Ac of veh no UP65FT2496 is debited by Rs 35.00 and same time they taken cash for the same at Bharatkhund(UP) TOLL PLAZA on[protected]:37:48.

Company Name: Surya International Pvt Ltd, Bharatkhund tool plaza.

Please resolve and refund the money. Copy of the cash receipt is attached.

I want to transfer tax free bonds 2016 . May i know from where I can get prescribed form for transfer of bonds. Presently who is your transfer registrar. Please provide full address and email address. Since last more than 2 years I am not getting any response.

I went to igatpuri using the Nasik expressway on 26-Jan-2021. When I reach Arjunali toll. Toll operator try to scan my fast tag but as per him payment is not happening due to low balance and I paid 110 rs to booth number B05 ticket number is [[protected]] and started my journey. Later on I came to know that, Rs 110 is also debited from my fast tag account and the transaction number is 0010012101260825238594.

I would like to complain and highlight the condition of the Yelahanka to Doddaballapura road (Aradeshanahalli Toll, Bangalore, Karnataka) there is no footpath for pedestrians, in this road condition is worst and there are craters got created in this road. I would like to request you to kindly get this section repair as early as possible and also please arrange some kind of warning or information about condition of the road to toll authorities till it gets repaired.
Hope you will understand my concern and help commuters/ drivers safely cross this section.

As the Government of India has allotted the construction of Four loane road from tumkur-sivmoga section of NH-206 to Ashoka buildcon limited on EPC mode and ABL has deployed the Sub-contractors for earthworks. So, i was working with a sub-contractor (name pf Sub-contractor was- Jay dwarikadhish Enterprise Chainage- from 99+000 to 102+000) of Ashoka buildcon limited from 6th June 2020 to 8th October 2020 as an Sr. Engineer. For that period i have worked 12-14 hours on daily wise without any leave. But when after waiting 4 month i did not get my salary, i get advised to leave the company by owner Mr. Hardas kucchadiya contact no- [protected], the return ticket was paid by company. when i Joined the organization my salary was decided 35000/- per month and i worked for 4 months hence the total workdone amount was Rs. 140000/- out of this amount i get only 20000/- hence my salary is balance around 1, 20, 000/-.
Sir, now i am getting the pain in my body due to some injuries' and i have to get the full treatment of open surgery and i need my money.
It will be very helpful to please provide my balance salary.

I stay within 3 kms from OMR Navalur toll plaza. I am denied pass for that particular toll
plaza. I have all the resident proof and my personal vehicle is for non-commercial use only. No body is able to give me the right answer for collection or non-collection applicability correctly. If there is some rule on collection of toll applicability for residents close to the toll Can I have it please? I know I am bound by law . But the rule or law is a mystery. So please share the relevant rule . Thanks.
