National Highways Authority of India [NHAI] Complaints & Reviews

I had applied for 50 lacs of NHAI bonds on the 1st Jan 2021 through ICICI bank. The money has been debuted from my account and credited to NHAI. It’s been 25 days and neither have I received the Bonds nor have I got any communication from NHAI.

What am I supposed to do?

Sir, while coming by car from Gurugram to Delhi on 23.01.2021, Toll charged double - one by cash vide transaction no.[protected] and other by FASTAG.
Paid Rs. 65.0 FASTag toll fare for vehicle reg. no DL10CL9957 at Manesar Toll Plaza on Jan 23, 2021 08:35:34. Toll txn Id: 0010012101230835322274. Updated Paytm Bal: Paytm Wallet- Rs 60
Kindly see how it was happened. The representative available there that the Fastag is black listed.
Difficult to understand.
You are also requested to refund the double payment.

Please be noted that Myself Devyani Minesh Thakkar residing at Ankleshwar and my Vehicle no. is GJ16BK 7608. Every time I am going to Palej and every time my Toll Tax is deducted at Bharuch Toll Tax as I am a local resident people.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest to resolve that it should not be deducted as local people .

My FasTag Account has been debited Rs. 105 for toll tax for Vehicle AS01BK4488 at Madanpur Toll Plaza on 25-Jan-2021 07:19:35 AM.
My Vehicle was registered at Guwahati(metro) RTO. Toll charges for local vehicles is Rs 55 for single entry, however they deducted Rs 105 under fastag at Madanpur toll gate.

Kindly do the needful for refund of excess deducted amount to my fast tag account. And it may please be noted that, every time they deduct excess charges even after i made complaint at counter.

Please look into matter and ensure this will not happen again.

Recently I have traveled from Rayagada (Odisha ) to Vijayawada. National Highway 26 condition is horrible. Request you to please look in to the road condition. Please also explore the possibility to do something about the two number small bridges. Through this bridge only one side vehicle can travel.

National highway 16 condition is very good. I found in some place roads are being prepared and it will take some time to complete them. Why tollgates are collecting money with out completing the road is my query..

Between 7 am and 9 pm, on 24/01/21, Toll plaza, Aroor, Ernakulam has charged Rs.120/- instead of Rs.55/-.for 3 times.
I want Rs 65/- to be refunded to me immediately.

My vehicle no is WB42AR4551. I don't know why my fastag was going to blacklist. But now i do complain many time in 1033. But my problem is not solve steel now. My current complain number is 2852108. So please solve my problem or tell me what can i do for it.

I passed through the Aroor toll plaza in Ernakulam district Kerala, on 24/01/2021. There was sufficient balance in my fastag. Due to the error of the instrument at the toll plaza, the employees were unable to charge my fastag and asked me to pay double the amount in cash. They argued that my fastag had no balance. I had to argue for 10 minutes during which they insulted and shouted at me amidst the public. I had shown them the message I had received after payment at the Paliyekara toll plaza few hours back, which also stated the balance. Even then, the employees argued with me. Finally, after my relentless argument and my initiative to call POLICE, they opened the gate.
I request the authorities to fix the equipment at the plaza and to train your employees to behave with the public.

Hi.. I was traveling from Jammu to Samba on dated:[protected] at Thandikhui Toll Plaza. At around 11:13:24 i have paid cash amount of Rs 70/- for my journey but operator has entered wrong vehicle number that is JKP020122 ( Sorry to say this vehicle does not exist )... at the same time i was deducted Rs. 70/- through fastag. The image of Transaction Slip & HDFC Fatag enclosed. I had already raised an issue and my complaint number is 3007292 at your Toll free nomber 1033. Please look it into this matter. Regards Amit.

My axis FasTag Account ID [protected] been debited for Rs. 203 for transaction for Vehicle MA3FXEB1S00375025 at Toll Talegaon Toll Plaza on[protected]T22:21:20 and again for Rs 203 at Toll Khalapur Toll Plaza on[protected]T22:58:02. Actually the total Toll is Rs 270. So kindly return extra money deducted.

Mr. Sachin pilot sir, an incident has happened with us, Rajasthan, Bhilwara Ajmer Marg, the toll naka which is named Lambia Kalan Toll Plaza, the one who has been assaulted with us I request you on 23 January 2021 from 4:50 pm to 5:05 pm, in which there was a huge queue at toll point. The person sitting in Toll Nakan's cabin and the entire team there has attacked my partner and my car and a huge queue was behind but they did not listen to us and they made a protest to ignore the fastag and take cash payment. Get CCTV footage checked keeping time and time in mind And the strictest legal action should be taken against this toll block i.e. against the officers sitting there.Looking at the time and date, check my Paytm i.e. Fastag account wherein the balance is available, the inquiry done there was also confirmed by the Paytm officer and misbehaved When you hear a person strong, that is, hears me and takes CCTV footage on time, then you will see a long traffic at this toll point

I was travelling on 18th January from Pune to Saputara. While passing your toll at Hivargaon Pawasa at about 10.04AM, your person at the toll booth told me to pay by cash as my fastag was showing as 'Blacklisted' on his monitor. He showed me the photos of the monitor and asked me to pay by Cash. I didn't understand the reason but due to pressure from the vehicle owners behind I paid him cash of Rs. 85 and collected the receipt. I received the email & sms of the deduction of Rs. 85 towards Toll on my mobile at 10.20AM.

The toll collectors at KAZA toll plaza in Mangalagiri, Andhra pradesh on have been dishonestly forcing commuters to pay cash in fasttag lanes citing tag id does not match the car registration number. I have been harassed twice at the same booth to pay in cash despite my tag being read in the booth. The latest one being today. The first time they cheated me into paying cash. the second time, because I was more aware i did not pay cash for which they forced me to take another lane again thereby causing 20 minutes of delay at the toll booth. This is despite my account being debited. Kindly take cognizance of this scam, especially at Kaza toll booth which gives a bad reputation to a highly respected system of Fasttag.

Every time when I recharge my NHAI Fastag wallet through my Bank of Baroda Debit card additional 10 INR amount deduct from my Account, Two times I talked with Bank of Baroda Branch & Two times I talked with NHAI Customer care, Both Authorities BOB & NHAI said that they are not deducted any amount so where this amount gone, Kindly address this issue because NHAI Authority Customer care giving petty answer & same way BOB Authority said - I also raised complaint in BOB

I would like to bring in to your Notice that Toll Plaza HireBagewadi doesn't accept free toll for Military Service people..though all Tolls except from Pune to Hubli..Why is this toll special..I heard the same happening with many..Please take necessary action and revert my Toll paid

With due respect, I want to say that today dated-22/01/21 at time 16:19:41 ₹110 has been deducted in one way journey (from Purnia to Simrahi bazar) by Paytm fastag wallet.

As my Paytm wallet had not enough balance ; so ₹60 had not been auto deducted from my online Paytm fastag wallet ( as earlier the same had occurred on 29 dec 2020 by Paytm fastag wallet auto deduct method).

Last week I was travelling by NH27 where I was made to pay toll at the NAZIRAKHAT TOLL GATE even after waiting in the queue for more than 5 minutes. As per rules I should be exempted from paying toll if i wait for than 3 minutes. I have got the supporting video as evidence.
