इंदौर धार टोल पर कर्मचारियों द्वारा अभद्रता की गई जब मेरे द्वारा बताया प्रेस कार्ड बताने के बाबजूद वहा के कर्मचारी यों द्वारा दिल्ली क्राइम प्रेस को और मुझे गलत बोला महोदय से निवेदन है की इस तरह के कर्मचारी यों को तुरंत नसीहत दे और मझे जबाब दे की प्रेस कार्ड होने के बाबजूद भी टोल टेक्स लगेगा

    Hi Team,

    I have requested fastag from Airtel on 2nd Januar, They told that it will deliver 14 working days and it is completed yesterday. No updates on that at all and customer care will never connect to agents and speak.

    This is happened for many people, I saw so many complaints on there facebook page.

    Can you please address this on priority

      Dear Sir,

      My vehicle no is MH05 BL 1344.

      I was made to pay in cash first saying that Fastag at Mulund toll plaza not working but charged to my HDFC Fastag wallet as well.
      Kindly let me know how this issue can be resolved.

      Following is the SMS from HDFC fastag and attached the receipt at toll

      Dear Customer, Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 40 for transaction by Vehicle MH05BL1344 at Toll Mulund(EEH) on[protected]T15:51:58. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 235.5 - HDFC Bank Ltd.

      Kindly do the needful asap

        Tiruppur to oddanchathiram 4 way via Dharapuram. These roads which are degnated to be travelled above 100 kmph has 4 headed speed breakers appearing randomly. Going in great speed and suddenly this appears randomly out of no where will lead to accidents irrespective of day and night. And also road markers are also like speed breakers . These markers are supposed to have a width of just 1cm where in here the are like 5-7 cm making the car vibrate and wobble. Barricades are also randomly placed . So I request @NHAI_Official to take action to remove those because already 6 accidents have occurred due to those since the opening of the highway so that no more would occur and to prevent loss of life.

          we living focal point rajpura punjab 140401.problem is we mostly travel our colony to chandigarh highway 7 to then cross through gagan chowk toward main market at most, when we join the road or come back turn to focal point by highway cut so we face big problem for enter in, cause its very dangers point there is not any signnal point for pedestrians or traffic cause vehicles run very fast as 100 speed come over chandigar to rajpura, some time happend big incident here old and freasher driver use this way soo very dangers.our requst is plz sort it out as soon possible put any traffic light and signal because its qustion of live. Many thanks from us And we are waiting...we are mentioned it on photos as well

                A roundtrip Journey between Bilakbarpur and Fatehpur Rampur Toll plaza charge is Rs.30 (20+10). Whereas, the same toll plaza for a roundtrip is charging Rs. 40 (20+20). The details of the trip are as follows:

                CAR Registration No. UP16CR4538
                Date of travel: Jan. 17, 2021
                Mode of Payment: FastTag (PayTM)
                Desirable Resolution: Refund of the overcharged money

                This happens with my colleague several times. So please instruct the toll plaza employees not to charge extra amount (as they are operating it manually).

                  Why double taxation?

                    There is toll exemption for MH12 and MH14 registered vehicles in Khed Shivapur Pune district toll plaza. On 17th money deducted from fastag of my car. But people who don't use fastag, toll plaza employees allowed them to let go. Fastag is ambitious project of Shri. Modiji and Nitjnji. But it is troublesome for citizens. Please help me with refund.

                      I was travelling from Kolhapur to Pune on 21'st Dec 2020 with my car (MH14EP5527). As at Khed Shivapur toll plaza there is no charge for MH12 & MH14 cars but still toll has been deducted from my fasttag at the toll plaza. Rs. 95 was deducted at Khed-Shivapur toll plaza. Transction id is FT[protected].

                      I hereby request you to refund the same.

                        I travelled from Chennai to VaitheeswaranKoil by Car on 17th Jan 21. I crossed the Athur Toll Plaza @ 17/01/2021 05:13:28 (TXN ID -[protected]cP) and returned by 17/01/2021 18:12:31 ([protected]cP).

                        Toll Plaza has charged me INR 60/- for both trips including return

                        Could you please check and void the return charge of INR 25/- and refund the same

                            I am overcharged two times at Madanpur Toll Gate Assam and amount deducted from my fastag account. Instead of Rs.55 per trip for locally registered vehicle they charged me Rs.105.

                                I am an owner of tata ae ht which comes in classification 4 fastag which is about to charge as car since vehicle wheihgt is less than 7500 kg rule as set by nhai at gadoi toll plaza they have manipulated the system and are charging moe they are charging 100 rs in sted of 65rs I have given written complaint many times at toll plaza complaint book but no answer or reply is given

                                  From yerpedu to Srikalahasti NH71 roads are damaged and high depth pits were formed either due to rain falls or quality of roads . HOWEVER ROAD TRANSPORT BECAME MORE DIFFICULT. RECENTLY I MEAN WITH AN ACCIDENT TOO..SIMULTANEOUSLY on the same time another accident also happened. Similarly if you verify reports regarding accidents of NH71 enormous complaints were there.Please look into this issue and take profound action on it.Thank you.

                                    I traveled from Sangli District to Pune on 10th Jan 2021 at 7:45 PM. on the Khed Shivapur toll plaza the person takes 100 Rs. from me and just given 5rs. change asking me to go without receipt, most of the toll plaza guys are in big group and ready to fight with customers. 2, 3 times I requested for receipt but he didn't provide the same. Also, In pune to kolhapur NH4 highway why the toll employee given old receipts to vehicle, one more time I traveled at 7 am and the toll guy gives me receipt of 2 am in the same morning. Already road quality 3rd class and this type corruption is there. Traffic police are busy to take fine from people why they are not aware about these situations?

                                      Sir in NH 75 blr to nangili most of the road doesnt have white lines.in night driving it is very horrible please take action on this matter.and also in many places vilages cut ther dividers and tress passing causes more accidents.

                                        The said toll plaza do not specify the fastag lane especially after 8.00 p.m while coming towards Jammu from Kathua and accept cash in all counters which causes delay. Please look into it.
