We have lot of Encroachment on NHAI Aquaired land .. they have suffering on traffic on Dhule on chalisgaon chaufully, there are 2 hotel on chalisgaon chaufulli, 1)hotel sundar lodge 2) Hotel dwarka lodge, the large area of encroachment on service they aquired service road drane line under it ...please take action again him otherwise ... public was suffering traffic jam, on NH52

I have been charged with fast tag on duhai T-3 plaza eastern pheripheral express.
They charged me with fastag 15 rupee and then said your fastag is blacklisted and also asked 155 rupee cash slip.
I have the slip and fasttag deduction message .

I have crossed shahar toll plaza nh52 on 10 jan 21 at 11.50 am my fast tag showing black listed so I have paid in cash but after some time after crossing toll both I got message that your fasttag charged by 45 rs.

Why when I travel from Dehradun to Ponta sahib pay toll when we are entering to Himachal prades to visit Gurudwara

When I am entering from Dehradun to ponta sahib we have to cross uttarakhand state boarder and has to enter Himachal pradesh to visit ponta sahib town to visitPonta sahib gurdwara
why common people has to pay toll when they are travelling on their own cars infact it is wrong collection and must Welcome into their state with happy smile instead wrong collection of toll charges

SBI FASTag Acc ending with 73AA0 VRN: MBHGWB22SKK3 debited Rs.95 Toll Charges at Nanguneri on 13-Jan-2021 04:39:05 PM Bal Rs.8 This was I got message but I was waiting more than 10 minutes at toll plaza. As per rules if vehicle waiting more than 3 minutes toll charges shouldn’t collect. But they deducted toll and I got messages at next day morning 5am.

I was charged 155 instead of 15 on meerut express highway because they said my fast tag is black listed. But at entry my fastag worked and it has 348 balance . They took 155

Today my vehicle KL 07 CP 0525 passes 10.13 am paliekkara toll Trichur Kerala.my fast tag have Rs.530 balance.but the barrier not lifted me to pass.they told that i have no balance and they charged double Rs. 150 including fine.after passing the toll my fast tag account debited Rs.75. so instead of Rs. 75 i had been charged Rs.225.this is un justice.this happens due to non of my fault but due to the toll equipment fault.so please refund my amount with loss compensation as early as possible.i am attaching the photos as evidence.please take action against this kind of situation to avoid mental harassment from toll employees

"Dear Customer, ICICI Bank FASTag linked vehicle no. KL07CP0525 has been debited with Rs 75.00 on[protected]:13:48 for toll charges with trip number[protected] at Paliyekkara Toll plaza Plaza on[protected]:00:53. Avl. bal. is Rs 455.00. Call [protected] in case of dispute."

Fastag is not working properly . It is making long long queue today. Not properly managed toll plaza

At 15th jan 2021 we are traveling from junagadh gujarat to rajkot on national highway its our first time to drive with fast tag during travelling all through highway i ask all tall collector i have fast tag but they asked for cash tall collector also deduct tall from my fast tag ammount and cheated me. I want to mention the tall booth with this complaint it is bharudi tall plaza and pithadiya tall plaza

Additional charge taken by toll unit on the name of non-compliance of Fastag, whereas governement already extended the mandate date to 15th of January 2021.
They charged me twice to-fro route and doing same with all from 1st of January 2021 as mentioned in attached receipt.

Dear Sir,

My car no KA05 MR 8654 was used Bangalore elevated tollway Pvt Ltd road on 14.01.2021 at 3:11pm.
When i entered the toll, they said your vehicle is black listed due to in sufficient balance and taken the penalty of 50.Rs against 50.Rs toll. Totally they taken 100.Rs from my side.
4 minute later I got a message of HDFC fast tag has been debited 50.Rs. The balance amount in the account is Rs.395.13.

So I request you take a complaint and help me to return 100.Rs.

Here I am attaching the photo copies of message and toll slip for your reference.

Again I am requesting you to give the clear message to to Toll centers not to cheat in this way.

No gate on female toilet. No no pipes in male urinals .Wash basin never cleaned on nhai toll plaza bassi on kota chittor route.
That condition is same on all toll plazas toilets of all

I am a respected CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE.
VISHAL PATEL and his staff members had misbehaved with me . They charged double the amount of tolltax so we said no to pay double charge than he and his staff members started misbehaving and speaking bad words infront of my family and when we said no to pay then he said "DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO ". We know about the rule that in fastag lane one had to pay double if he or she is paying in cash but there is no rule that this toll plaza employee misbehaves with me and speak bad words infront of my family .

While travelling by my CAR CH01BH9021 from Agra to Jewar on 14.1.2021 I was double charged for toll for same route:
1. At Agra of Rs 415 ( Agra to Jewar)
2. At Mathura of Rs 275 ( Mathura to Jewar)
At mathura, charges should not be applied since I have alrady bought toll ticket for Agra to Jewar complete route.

Request you to please refund my Rs 275/- additional paid amount to my bank account. Upon your confirmation shall provide you my bank details.

The toll booth on Exit-10 (Greater Noida) on the Eastern Peripheral Expressway is still accepting cash even when there are FasTag providers there. This is creating long queues and the very purpose of FasTag is lost.

There should be constant supervision of the toll booth workers till the system is properly executed to curb illegal activities on the toll booths.

Apart from this issue, the FasTag system is superb and everyone should adhere to it.

N.A.M expressway limited connectin NH 65 and NH 16 is not implementing Fastag and still collecting cash only . Please advise them to provide Fastag facility at the earliest.

At madanpur toll plaza from bihata to guwahati cash toll fees is rs 55/- . While the authoruty has mandated to pay toll fees through fasttag system, there is a difference in fees deducted through fastag and by cash. Today on[protected] t10:28:31 while crossing the plaza, my fastag was scanned and an amount of rs 105/- was deducted from my fastag account.

I am going to delhi from moradabad. At garh toll plaza they are taking cash and said that your fast tag was not detected but at Amroha toll plaza toll was deducted from my fast tag card, when I asked about this they are not giving satisfactory answers and misguiding us

On 13/1/21 My truck no MP19D9400 three axle loaded with paddy went to Boharipar toll on Jabalpur seoni highway Rs 470 was deducted by Fastag at 16.07hrs.Dispute was raised that truck was overloaded and it was backed from same toll, barrier was not opened .
.My truck was held for 20 hrs.When it was cleared that truck was not overloaded truck was allowed to cross the toll on14/1/21 and again toll Rs 470 was deducted from Fast tag at 13.47 . Kindly check it make refund of Rs 470 on over Fastag.
