May I request to have a look at the toll charges I used at the Manesar Toll Plaza on 6th Dec2020 not on 7th which have been changed.

    My toll deducted from my fasttag acount when my car passed through anewadi toll plaza NH48.

    same time they also asked me cash of 65 Rs.for toll, saying fasstatg account is not working.

      Sir, I have got a SMS (Screenshot attached) from Kotak-Fastag. Kotak is compelling me to make fastag transaction otherwise they will deactivate my fastag under RBI so-called guideline.
      It is ridiculous to force customer to make fastag transaction under covid-19 situation.
      Kindly let me know what NHAI directions in this regard. Raise this issue with MORTH.

        I wad travelling by car I had 170 rupees in my fasttag which the toll collector refused to accept as the minimum balance had to be 200 rupees according to him I was forced to pay money then what is the use to maintaining 5 times the charge when travelling and who introduced this stupid idea of keeping a balance of more then 200 rupees or we cannot pay from fast tag then allow us to pay cash and move
        I was debited the 30 rupees as well from my fasttag account these toll plazas are run by hooligans and rowdies

          Hi, I did travel from Jammu to Katra on 6th of Dec 2020 and when reached on Toll Plaza and asked for the return Journey. The operator refused to give the return but instead gave single journey Even though we returned back within 4 hrs.

          Also, The fast tag system is not working properly and they don't even let the vehicle pass if Fast Tag didn't worked.
          The local goons sitting there were threatening the people if they demand the return journey or fast tag issue.

          I am sharing the link of the video which is one of the incident which happened due to goons present at Toll.

          Even local police and CRPF personal didn't do anything because of the involvement of the local gangster.

          Please look into the issue before local people took the issue in their own hands.

            Deduction of toll tax two times through two different modes

            Sir,
            Today I crossed Chappar toll plaza muzzafarnagar and it was informed by the staff that the Fastag is not in working condition. Therefore payment was made through cash with transaction number [protected] dated 11.01.2021 time 9:08:27 A.M.
            After reaching my destination, another deduction was made from my Fastag balance. Thus, I had to pay toll tax twice. Vehicle no. HR-12AC1079.
            I request you to kindly refund...

            Respected Sir/ Madam,

            I was been traveling to mangalore due to medical emergency on 10 January -2021 around 1:40 PM.

            The employee in toll plaze are not even educated where we can asked them the reason behind this, where as they were rude and unethical, they used bad words and misbehaved with passengers who ever travelling towards Mangalore.

            Whereas i had sufficient account balance in my fastag account and still they made me to stand on queue for more than 30 minutes Incident was happen in Talapady toll plaze.

            Requesting you to take this complaint and try to keep good and educated resource for toll plaze.

            Along with this complaint i'm sharing the photo of your employee who was mis behaved and using bad words to passengers.Even i felt he was drunk. Please take action with these resource, so that this kind of incident will not occur

                Dear Sir,

                FYI

                After failing to get any resolution from ICICI customer care after trying for a month I decided to close my ICICI fastag account and have submitted the copy. Below I have provided the details.

                a. Incorrect vehicle number. I am not sure which vehicle number has been included in my fastag. It's not my vehicle number nor chassis or engine number. They keep asking if I have provided incorrect details while applying for fastag. I agree that 1 or 2 characters might go wrong while typing but not the entire vehicle number.

                b. Unable to receive SMS from

                No matter how many times I had requested OTP I have not received any. Even after updating my alternate number (my cousin number), still not able to receive OTP via SMS

                c. Have not received any mail or SMS or follow-up from customer care after registering the complaint. How should I know whether they have raised the complaint and whether the issue has been resolved or not?

                d. After trying to reach customer care multiple times on different occasions (different dates) it seems they have blocked my number. These days, first it gets connected and requests me to wait for a given period and then a dead call i.e. it completely goes silent no matter how long I wait. Whereas if I try from any other number the call gets connected with customer care.

                    My car windshield was damaged which cause my Fastag to be damaged as well.
                    To activate a new Fastag, I have to get the previous Fastag deactivated which I bought from the toll booth on Toll Plaza.
                    I made multiple calls and emails to Airtel Fastag Team but they are not deactivating my fastag.

                    I am not able to activate a new Fastag because of them and have to pay extra on toll plaza

                        I am a regular Bhopal-Indore commuter.The tolls in the highway are not following fastag rules:

                        1. Among 4-5 lanes, just 1 is being used for fastag .
                        2. The non-fastag vehicles are also being allowed in the lane.

                        Please take this complaint on high priority as it is severely harming the revenue and affecting the consumers.

                          I have exit from duhai toll plaza yesterday evening and the toll was deducted from fasttag while staff said it's not working so pay in cash so the tax is paid twice.
                          Please refund the excess tax cut from fast tag.
                          I have prove of both I will let you show if required.
                          Is this resolved? I faced same issue

                            Today i travelled between veppur to vridhachalam, this is national high way, however in many places thete are lots of path holes, which is no visible when you travel in the night, it will surely damage the vehicle and also reason for accidents, please check this and take neccessary actions

                                  Today ban toll plaza in Jammu overcharge the toll fee instead of 205. They charged 140 and return journey they're also charged 140. But is this is this open loot for NHAI.My Vehicle no.JK02CA-1415.I went from Jammu to Dansal and after 2 hours we return from Dansal to Jammu.

                                    Thummalacheruvu toll plaza is very congested on dated 10.01.21, even I requested to leave some vehicles to reduce the congestion of traffic, they not listened
                                    Still i refused to pay money, but they argued and collected money forcebly

                                      Madurayaul / Vanagaram toll is always crowded, time saved on the bypass is wasted waiting on toll. Fastag lane is not implemented properly, many cross lane jumping adding further delay.
