I am traveling from Trichy to Madurai. While in Boothakudi toll plaza, near Trichy, Viralimalai, on the way to Madurai. There was very rude behaviour by the toll staffs for giving us our bill. They have no respect for customer. As an Indian citizen I am very shocked at this event. We pay our taxes perfectly and even when receiving our paid bill we are getting I'll treated.

I want you to bring to your notice that, there are few toll plaza that are not having Fasttag facilities at their plaza, recently i was travelling on Ujjain Highway ( indore to Ujjain to indore) and there are 2 toll plaza, they don't have Fasttag toll collection facilities at their plaze.
This was so frustrating and disappointed to see this .
Sorry to say this but, this shows that the authorities have no command on these toll plaza and they are free to practice their gundagardi.
This prove that citizens are fool to follow the rules and regulations.

It is an humble request to put Barrikates Required Urgently on Road Between Kalamana Mkt to HB Town Bhandara Road, Nagpur 440035, Coz the heavy vehicles on the road is running very fast,

Please put the barrikates on the road and in between the road to slow down the trrafic for avoiding accidents,

It is found that the trucks are hitting and transpassing the rules. And entering into home premises of nearby homes.

At Anand toll, we waited for more then 20minutes, workers told that system and network was down. We asked to allow us to go through because of waiting time as per rule was exceeded. they stoped us and collected 40 rupees. kindly refund the amount in our fasttag and pls take necessary actions. I have a valid fastag on my car that was issued by HDFC Bank. At the Manesar toll plaza, (Toll plaza name - MCEPL Km.42 Toll Plaza) they told me my fastag was blacklisted, and hence, they took double the amount of toll as penalty - INR 130 in cash.
However, INR 65 have been debited from my fastag wallet also.
Conclusively, for a single transaction, I've had to pay three times the amount of toll - INR 195 (130+65).

If the government has made a faulty system, why should I as a citizen pay the price for it. And if it isn't the system's fault, then NHAI is looting citizens.
I want strict action taken against the toll plaza and also want my money refunded.
I'm attaching the scanned copy of toll plaza receipt as well as the debit from my fastag wallet.

My vehicle No." UP14 CJ2606" was damaged at Dasna toll both today at 5.45pm when the boom opened after reading the fastag, and while the vehicle was passing the boom came down and made a dent on the side top of my vehicle.
When I asked for the complain register the Eagle Infra employees denied the request and started misbehaving .
This system of toll service is in total ### just looting money from users without providing service.

On 28th nov 2020 . I have been charged Rs 203/ at KHALAPUR TOLL PLAZA
AT 1226 . On a trip to Lonavala . On the way back same day at 1644 . I have been charged again Rs 203/ . Between, KHALAPUR AND LONAVALA.and back, total I have been chatting Rs 406/ is not fair. Please look in to this matters, and revert.

Today (13/1/2021) I cross the Kharun Toll Plaza NH-6 Durg-Raipur,
As news shared, Fast tag is compulsory from January 2021, still, toll is collecting cash. Further as waiting time 3 seconds with fast tag, I wait for more than 5 min as their equipment was unable to read my fast tag as said by toll collector (Navin Patel, he said his name), Further, he deducted money from my fast tag and said now is reading.
I start talking on the same, he started to misbehave with me and said complain wherever you want to complain.
This is for your information and necessary action if you could.

This is regarding fraud deduction happening at vanagaram toll plaza, Chennai Tamilnadu.

The problem faced is dedection of two one way charge for round trip within 24hrs.

No a one time mistake it's being repeatedly happening there.

And other main problem faced is compulsory collection of fee is being done even after 5-10min of waiting.

I have attracted the statement report with the mail.

Sir, I have got a SMS (Screenshot attached) from Kotak-Fastag. Kotak is compelling me to make fastag transaction otherwise they will deactivate my fastag under RBI so-called guideline.
It is ridiculous to force customer to make fastag transaction under covid-19 situation.
Kindly let me know what NHAI directions in this regard. Raise this issue with MORTH.

I wad travelling by car I had 170 rupees in my fasttag which the toll collector refused to accept as the minimum balance had to be 200 rupees according to him I was forced to pay money then what is the use to maintaining 5 times the charge when travelling and who introduced this stupid idea of keeping a balance of more then 200 rupees or we cannot pay from fast tag then allow us to pay cash and move
I was debited the 30 rupees as well from my fasttag account these toll plazas are run by hooligans and rowdies

Hi, I did travel from Jammu to Katra on 6th of Dec 2020 and when reached on Toll Plaza and asked for the return Journey. The operator refused to give the return but instead gave single journey Even though we returned back within 4 hrs.

Also, The fast tag system is not working properly and they don't even let the vehicle pass if Fast Tag didn't worked.
The local goons sitting there were threatening the people if they demand the return journey or fast tag issue.

Even local police and CRPF personal didn't do anything because of the involvement of the local gangster.

Please look into the issue before local people took the issue in their own hands.
