On 01st Jan 2021, I travelled to Khimsar from Jodhpur where I crossed Netra Toll Plaza @ 12:48 Hrs.

While crossing toll, representative said that your fastag is not working and have to pay amount along with double charge as fastag not working.

Against which I have paid Rs. 110 wide ticket no 364902.

But after some time I get the message for the deduction of amount from fastag also for Rs. 55/-.

On fastag receipt no contact details available for the complaint.

Kindly check and arrange my credit.

I have been traveling from thoothukudi to tirunelveli on 02/01/2021.i passed VAGAIKULAM TOLL PLAZA on 02/01/2021 09:25:42 PM they debited Rs65 from my Fastag VRN :MBHCZC03SJE1.I returned back with 1.5 hours on the same day at 02/01/2021 10:56:34 PM again they debited Rs 65 from my account. They have to debit only Rs35 for return. Again on 06/01/2021 i got message from SBIETC that Rs165 was debited from my account VRN:MBHCZC03SJE1 dated as 02/01/2021 09:25 PM.But i crossed the VAGAIKULAM TOLL PLAZA only 2 times.Know my Fastag was blocked because of that. Know i am in deep depression for this i cant go to VAGAIKULAM TOLLGATE to raise a complaint about this by traveling 30Km from home for this amount. I have to spend more than Rs500 to get my money back.so please do the needful and get right compensation

many 2 wheelers and 4 wheeler vehicles are facing problems.

Please build the Road humps in scientific manner.

I travelled on 10.12.20 and crossed Ponnambalapatti toll plaza, Tamilnadu for which necessary toll charges were debited on that day itself. Again on 12.12.20 two days later another Rs:230 was suddenly debited stating "debit adjustment.I raised complaint with SBI FASTAG on 12.12.20 itself, FOR WHICH THEY RESPONDED ON 18.12.20( AFTER SIX DAYS) and replied that they raised charge back which is to be responded within 16 days.But to my dismay even after 20 days there is no response either from SBI FASTAG or from other party who debited illegally.REPY OF SBI FASTAG TEAM IS APPENDED for information.

I have travelled from Meerut to Murad Nagar on 03 Jan 2021

I have crossed Chhajarsi toll plaza on 03/01/2021 at 15:20:12 (as per message on 03 /01/2021at 15:28). taken Peripheral expressway at Dasna and exit at Duhai toll plaza on 03/01/2021 at 15:32:00 and charged Rs 155/= which is excess amount (as per message on 05 /01/2021at 20:33).

I have never travelled to Main Toll Plaza Jakhauli where my FASTag has been deducted with Rs 90/= on 03/01/2021 at 17:26:44 (as per message on 04 /01/2021at 20:21). is wrong deduction, as I had exit the peripheral expressway at Duhai on 03/01/2021 at 15:32:00.

Please investigate, reconcile and refund the excess toll charged at Duhai and wrong deduction of Toll at Jakhauli.

As per SMS received in my mobile, "You have paid Rs 50.00 against Transaction ID [protected] for Toll Charges at Pundag (JH01DV1621) on 05-Jan-2021 03:00:49 PM. Your new tag balance is Rs.45.00 - IHMCL.
While I reached at Pundag Toll Plaza, Ranchi - more than 24 minutes(2:36pm - 2:59pm) delayed. By asking for this matter, the toll collector refused to co-operate and deducted the charges. there is no any demarcation, indication for proper Fasttag lane before reaching the toll.
As per Guidelines -" The reply to the RTI from NHAI reads, "There is total waiting time of 3 minutes. If the 3 minutes exceeds in waiting, than there is a provision to pass the vehicle free of cost." The reply further says that "2 minutes and 50 seconds are required for a vehicle to wait for its turn in the queue".

Do the needful at your end for toll tax deduction from my fasttag.A/c & provide/allocate proper display at toll plaza.

I have been travelling from Delhi to Mathura with my family. During crossing the Sri Nagar toll plaza the toll collector said your fastag is not working & he is asking to paid Rs 210/- cash payment for crossing. Also he was talking very rude language. He asked us to take car back & asked to cross from other toll booth then we had taken our back to booth no 12. There also fastag was not working as per them & asked us to paid Rs. 210/-. After insist by us he asked to give Rs 105/- cash & issue the cash receipt with wrong vehicle No we asked to correct the details he said vehicle no cannot be change you can cross the toll. After some time we got a msg of deduction of Rs.105/- from fastag also. I have complaint over the phone on NHAI customer care but didn't get any solution. I urge to you kindly help us to refund fastag amount as they have taken of rs 105/- cash with Ticket No -C61L0185 with WRONG vehicle No :- DL6CN9966. Our correct vehicle No is :- DL6CL9966.Request you to refund & take action against the toll person as he was very rude .

महोदय जी कल दिनांक 4/01/2021 को मैं मुलताई मध्यप्रदेश से छिन्दवाड़ा मध्यप्रदेश लौट रहा था रास्ते मे चिखली कलां में nh 347 पर टोल प्लाजा में टोल देने रुका था 9.34pm का समय वाइट कलर की mp 28 ca 8970 नम्बर की मेरी कार थी टोल प्लाजा के कर्मचारियों द्वारा बदतमीजी की गई मुझसे एवम मेरे मित्र जो साथ मे थे उनसे टोल प्लाजा का कर्मचारी सिर्फ खुल्ले पैसे को लेकर बहस करने लगा एवम उसने कहा कि मोदी जी को दुबारा वोट मत देना टोल नही लगेगा फ्री में जाने देंगे मोदी जी देश के pm हैं संवैधानिक पद के व्यक्ति एवम देश के pm को कैसे और किस अधिकार से बोला गया पता नही लेकिन ये एकदम निंदनीय है कृपया उचित कार्यवाही करें ऐसी आपसे मेरी विनती है

This is a regular issue on these 2 toll plazas. They will deny fastag and ask for money and later charge on fastag as well

Today i passed at, Ghanghri toll plaza, NH-2. At returning time on same day, toll plaza person says i can not take payment by fas tag & you have to submit full payment on cash basis. His behave was like a Gangster/criminal.
Our details of one side, returning side i paid cash by forcefully. Details mentioned below.

Toll member taken cash and as well as deducted in fasttag. I have called multiple times to 1033 for resolution and they do time pass very well. They will give dummy ticket number and they disconnect the call.

Being a customer we expect penaulty from nhai for charging in cash and fasttag like how they charge if we enter into fattag line without fasttag.

I have paid double money when my fasttag wallet went below 100 rs. I paid 80 rs in place of 40rs

I have recorded call with 1033. Please provide your email id so that you will understand the reality.

On 24th Dec, 2020 while passing through Nazirakhat Toll Plaza in Assam, I was charged Rs. 110 which I paid with Cash.
When I arrived home, I realized that my FastTag account was also debited by the same amount.

Kindly look into this issue and get me refunded. The details are given below:

I have fasttag in my car with 800 rupees balance and on all toll it work but when I come to toll near mandana NH 52 it will never work they always says it is black listed pay 100rs (50 toll and 50 panalty) and the staff behavior was very rude.
This type of problem I always suffer at same toll they just panic to public please take care of it.

Fatehpur Rampur toll plaza is situated on Eastern Peripheral Expressway connecting Palwal, Haryana to Kondli, sonepat, Haryana at NH1. This toll plaza regularly deduct wrong amount from fastag. Mostly I enter from Bilakbarpur and exit at this toll, the amount should deduct Rs. 15 and most of times my fastag was debited with Rs. 140, 125, 125&90 rupees Please take strict action against this plaza and arrange for reversal of amount . My vehicle number is DL3CCL6552.

I want to bring attention of your authority to the toll plaza at Nazirakhat and Raha under NHAI in ASSAM. Even though we are following the rules about FastTag but still haven't benefited anything rather we are made to wait in longer queues, as the vehicles who have paid in cash for return journey are being provided separate lanes to pass by.

At maithi toll plaza muzaffarpur district bihar on 2 /1 /2021 the operator charged double the payment as fine for non fastag despite the announcement of the extention of date till 15 /1 /2021. It caused unnecessary harassment.

The Raha toll gate at assam. Since i am a resident of nagaon district, i should be charged 45rs. They have deducted 95rs from my fast tag and at the same time said they have network issues (which is against the rules) and took 45rs too. Please see to this matter.

This is to put to note that IVRCL CHENGAPALLI TOLLWAYS LIMITED in Highway NH544 charges exorbitant Rs 100 for a road which is not maintained at all. Kindly note honorable high courts have described such practice unlawful. Requesting your kind intervention to ensure public pays only for legitimate and deserving toll and road maintenance operators.

Dear Sir..
I am residing in Pune and owning a SUV MH12 PN 0483. on 2 Jan 2020 night I traveled via Khed Shivapur Toll plaza. I informed person at toll plaza for exemption as I belong to Haveli Taluka. As per government declaration, vehicles registered from five districts will be exempted from toll at Khed Shivapur toll plaza. Even after informing the person about this, toll got deducted from my Fast Tag account. Is there any authority to complaint for this? How can I get refund for this..
I have attached the screen shot of SMS of deduction of toll tax.
Please do the need full ASAP.
