On 30 dec 2020 cross toll plaza tatiawas from jaipur to chomu (siker road), they charged 60 for my car.. then after 3 hr i return back to jaipur and then again cross same toll plaza this they charged 35 rs ..

It's from my fastag payment.

Please check thia is why

Lalsot-kota mega highway (29), after Lakheri, does not have a fastag system and has only one lane open at the time of traffic. Indergarh Toll Plaza is the name of the Toll Plaza. It is sad to know that on the one hand government is making fastag compulsory and on the other had does not have the system installed on many toll plaza.

Vashi toll naka all both is not facility with fasttag and due to traffic they divert car and collect cash as their is no facility for fasttag

Toll plaza scan machine is very old taking more time and wasting of time and fuel so take action against on toll and solve on urgent basis

My fast tag no is[protected].

My vehicle number is RJ14CL8844.

Fast tag is issued by bank of baroda.

At toll booth on 11.12.2020, the toll has been deducted twice.

The toll booth employees has taken cash and Rs.135/- has been deducted from my fasttag account also.

I am attaching herewith cash slip of toll booth and screenshot of message received from fastag.

I have written to bank of baroda also on 13.12.2020, but they are not taking any action.

Please refund me Rs. 135/-.

Toll amount deducted (Rs 95)from Fastag else toll has free for MH12 vehicle on Khed-Shivapur toll plaza. As per announcement from February 2020 Khed- Shivapur toll is free for MH12 and my vehicle (car) is with same registration. Rs.95 Toll has deducted on 30-Dec-2020.
I have been attached message snapshot of payment on toll plaza.

Is exemption not available for active serving member of defence services. Lucknow nawabgabj toll plaza made their own rules n charging toll from us. Pls look into this asap.

I Manoj Mitra, being owner of a Premises Plot No : 8567, Mouza Ranaghat, J.L No : 155, Police Station Ranaghat, Dist – Nadia, Pin -741201 ( Double storied Pucca building with the Marble floor ), which has been acquired by the National Highways, under the National highways Act 1956 .
Acquired area 0.016 acres, class of land Dokan with residential structure .
In reference to the matter stated above that unfortunately the measurement of the building has not been done properly till date . The national Highway Authority served a Notice for re verification of structure on dated 23/10/2019 but verification of the same not been done. The National Highway Authority served a notice for demolition of structure over the disputed plot, accordingly I filed an injunction application before the Ld District Judge and ultimately the Ld District Judge by an order No: 09 dated 14.11.2019 in the Misc case No ( Arbi 53/2018 ) passed an order as follows :
“ It appears from the notice served upon the petitioner, The NHAI authority has informed him that a suitable date for re-verification of the structure be intimated but no such date has been fixed and NHAI authority is going to demolish the structure . Thus the injunction application was filed, It is true that the compensation for the structure has already been paid to the petitioner and Arbitral Award has also been received by the petitioner, The NHAI authority has already been taken the responsibility for the re-verification of the structure of the petitioner . So, It can be assumed that the petitioner for demolishing the structure, They would re-verify the same and it is appears to them that the area of structure is more than the assessment as had already been assessed during the calculation of compensation, they will must pay the excess amount of compensation to the petitioner .”
A copy of said order and The National highway’s re verification letter are enclosed and marked with .’ “ ‘
That is view of the aforesaid order passed by the competent court of law still The Authority of national Highway and side by side the competent authority of District collectorate does not take any action or does not served any letter to me against on the order of Ld District Judge for re verification of my structure and land . Moreover simultaneously forcefully they are sending some unknown person with JCB and Dozer machines in between my residential premises for the purpose of demolition my pucca double storied residential building and trying to make me to go outside from my residence forcefully in between this pandemic situation . They are mentally assaulted me also .
Hence, As a senior ctizen having cyber heart disease with high blood pressure at age of 69 years I am feeling mental torture and tension by their activity in my daily life .
As an octogenarian petitioner I am enclosing my medical paper also .
Moreover as per L.R or B.L.R.O record my total property area is 0.035 acres with class of land, Dokan and double storied marble finished residential structure but The National Highway authority and Competent District collectoate trying to capture my 0.01 acre land without any proper written notice or L.R record by giving mental pressure and stress and also trying to create mental retardation on me .
Not only that in view of this connection different type of peoples whose are claiming themselves as an employee of National Highway and Dist collectorate forcefully entering my premises without any Identification card and doing different type of demarcation on different date on my Registered property without issuing any letter or written paper simultaneously they are doing all verbal communication instead of issuing any written letter .
Under the circumtances, As an octogenarian citizen I am requesting you to help me out from this problem .
So far I am living on this property from more than 40 years with proper document and B.L.R.O Registration and paying all type of Government taxes since last 40 Years. So, you are requested kindly send proper or Higher authority for re verification before any acquisition of my property . Moreover I have a full support for an expansion of National Highway but proper compensation and proper demarcation expected from competent Authority as per the rules of Government regarding Land acquisition.
I awaiting your reply and fruitful action against this brutal activities.

I have crossed Diengpasoh Toll Plaza at Jowai on 30/12/2020 at 12:08:46. at toll plaza when I told the counter staff to debit the toll fees from my Fastag then the lady staff has asked another staff to check the validity of my fastag. Than that fellow behave very rudly and ask me to side my vehicle at the nearby office of toll gate than he entered one room and after 5 minutes he came and instructed to go. During the waiting time another fellow coming out from the office and inquired the matter and when I describe everything to him than he ordered me to wait untill the Ist fellow check the same. My question why scanner of toll gate fail to scan the fastag at toll lane and I have to wait nearly 15 minutes outside the toll gate for verification of toll. If you cannot improve the scanner of toll gate than ask for cash payment than such type of haressment is not to be faced by us. Also out side employees of that toll plaza are not in uniform.

Condition of roads have become very poor and the maintenance is pathetic on NH44 between Kurnool & Mamilla palli in Andhrapradesh..

When I tried to complaint at tool booth I have got worst response from them. And the response of fastag also very poor.

I request you to take neccessary action and make our journey comfortable.

I travelled from Pune to Nashik on 25th Dec'20 via Moshi toll Plaza. Toll Plaza employee was manually scanning the FASTag and there was only 1 scanning machine at toll plaza. Thus it was causing unnecessary time delay to commuters, due to lack of proper infrastructure at toll plaza.

NHAI should instruct Toll Plaza to have proper Scanning machines at Toll Plaza.

Hi my complaint is regarding Noise, tremendous heavy horn noise on toll naka during day and night, please take some action on this. during night time majority of heavy vehicles travel on highway, and because of toll naka we observed traffic Jaam to pay the toll, also Heavy vehicles Horns are like breath taking, request you to move this toll naka from residential area . as i can see already 1-2 toll booth moved towards thane as there is no resident area.

When we cross at Aroor toll plaza by car, they charged Rs 80 /- for one way saying that fast tag shows 0 balance when Rs 165/- balance available in my fast tag. The people was available at toll place was not listening anything what I say. They given the slip for Rs 80/- with wrong vehicle number as noticed later by me.My vehicle No. KL 07 CS 9257. Hence the excess amount shall be refunded to me immediately. Copy of slip attached.

On 30.12.2020... I was come with bike attend small accident in that road. Between urabakkam to guduvancherry.. Now highways are extended, but main bye pass way and left side road are not same surface and not equally surface of 4 th lane... Bike are skid due to not equal surface. Opposite to eb guduvancherry.

While crossing Chigharsi toll going to hapur the toll person charged Rs250 and did not give receipt. Is this toll mafia working.

I am having vehicle MH12 KY8951. Today I was traveling from NH4 at khedshivapur toll plaza, Rs 95 deducted from my fastTag account. I am using MH12 vehicle and the toll plaza should not deduct amount for pune or chinchwad passing vehicles. I need refund of above amount. Kindly take the action and let me know how Incannget it.

At runni saidpur toll plaza in sitamarhi district they are collecting Rs 435 where as in fastag for same vehicle the deduction is Rs 290. On complaining about the issue they are threatning to beat us and forcefully they are collecting the extra amount which is too much.

Kindly do the needful. I am attaching the toll receipt.

Knr toll plaza is being operated between walayar and kanjikode of Kerala district.tye toll plaza equipment is almost faulty every day and dosent even read automatically when vehicle reaches infront of the camera and they are manually reading the fastag which makes people to wait 20 minutes in a line or more.for the last two months..almost everyday the scenario is like explained above.even for small que it takes around 15 min to pass the toll and for big one it takes more time.kindly interviene in this matter and take necessary action to solve this issue

Rs 203 toll was collected at Talegaon at 16:20:50 on 30/12/2020 for journey from Pune to Mumbai.
At Khalapur again 67/- was charged at 17:10:35!!

Why was it charged again when full toll was already collected?

Also, how does a vehicle owner ensure that coreect amount is deducted and toll person does not charge extra.

Same thing also happened to me on 2nd Dec on the same route. It seems this is quite a common thing happeneing on Mumbai Pune expressway where there is an option to travel to Lonavala or Pune and rates are separate

Fastag issued by Airtel payments Bank was blacklisted by NPCI. Request raised for whitelisting but under process for over 2 days. Waiting for resolution of issue.
