I travelled from Pune to Nashik on 25th Dec'20 via Moshi toll Plaza. Toll Plaza employee was manually scanning the FASTag and there was only 1 scanning machine at toll plaza. Thus it was causing unnecessary time delay to commuters, due to lack of proper infrastructure at toll plaza.

NHAI should instruct Toll Plaza to have proper Scanning machines at Toll Plaza.

Hi my complaint is regarding Noise, tremendous heavy horn noise on toll naka during day and night, please take some action on this. during night time majority of heavy vehicles travel on highway, and because of toll naka we observed traffic Jaam to pay the toll, also Heavy vehicles Horns are like breath taking, request you to move this toll naka from residential area . as i can see already 1-2 toll booth moved towards thane as there is no resident area.
Please take some action
Also let me know if you need any thing from my side.

When we cross at Aroor toll plaza by car, they charged Rs 80 /- for one way saying that fast tag shows 0 balance when Rs 165/- balance available in my fast tag. The people was available at toll place was not listening anything what I say. They given the slip for Rs 80/- with wrong vehicle number as noticed later by me.My vehicle No. KL 07 CS 9257. Hence the excess amount shall be refunded to me immediately. Copy of slip attached.

On 30.12.2020... I was come with bike attend small accident in that road. Between urabakkam to guduvancherry.. Now highways are extended, but main bye pass way and left side road are not same surface and not equally surface of 4 th lane... Bike are skid due to not equal surface. Opposite to eb guduvancherry.

I am using MH12 vehicle and the toll plaza should not deduct amount for pune or chinchwad passing vehicles. I need refund of above amount. Kindly take the action and let me know how Incannget it.

Dear sir
At runni saidpur toll plaza in sitamarhi district they are collecting Rs 435 where as in fastag for same vehicle the deduction is Rs 290. On complaining about the issue they are threatning to beat us and forcefully they are collecting the extra amount which is too much.

Kindly do the needful. I am attaching the toll receipt.

Knr toll plaza is being operated between walayar and kanjikode of Kerala district.tye toll plaza equipment is almost faulty every day and dosent even read automatically when vehicle reaches infront of the camera and they are manually reading the fastag which makes people to wait 20 minutes in a line or more.for the last two months..almost everyday the scenario is like explained above.even for small que it takes around 15 min to pass the toll and for big one it takes more time.kindly interviene in this matter and take necessary action to solve this issue

Vehicle no MH43BE6625.
Rs 203 toll was collected at Talegaon at 16:20:50 on 30/12/2020 for journey from Pune to Mumbai.
At Khalapur again 67/- was charged at 17:10:35!!

Why was it charged again when full toll was already collected?

Also, how does a vehicle owner ensure that coreect amount is deducted and toll person does not charge extra.

Same thing also happened to me on 2nd Dec on the same route. It seems this is quite a common thing happeneing on Mumbai Pune expressway where there is an option to travel to Lonavala or Pune and rates are separate

Fastag issued by Airtel payments Bank was blacklisted by NPCI. Request raised for whitelisting but under process for over 2 days. Waiting for resolution of issue.

The service roads on Bangalore Mumbai Highway starting from Wakad till Dehu bypass are in worst condition and are prone to accidents.Please help on priority to mend and restore the good road conditions on all the service roads for this highway passing inside the PCMC. When we call PCMC help line they refuse to register complaint saying that they does not maintain the highway parts of the roads passing inside the PCMC.

Double collection of toll at Pune - Banglore highways.
I was travelling from Pune to Rajapur (Ratnagiri) while traveling, at Anewadi Toll booth- NH48 i have been told that Fasttag is not working and they have asked me for paying toll of 65 Rs in case which i have paid (receipt is attached in email for your ref.). I was not having network, but when i get into network i got email (forwarding to you) about deduction of toll. It shows wrong operation at toll booths and exploitation of customers, requests you to do the needful to get my paid toll back, and action against the toll operations team, so that such incidents will not happen again in future.

At Khed-Shivapur Toll Plaza (6.51PM) money taken Rs-95 but slip is not given,
I alredy ask 3 times but not listen & whatever money taken that slip not given.

I have Indusind bank fastag. Today, I came to know about a unwanted charge taken by NHAI of Rs. 295/- according to following description:

Transaction status
Toll info : Jaipur plaza: 19/12/2020 10:48:45
I don't know why this charge put against my trip as I have paid Rs. 65/- (toll charge) for each side and it was debit on same date (19/12/2020) from my fastag. Then why did this charge put on me?
Please refund my fund Rs 295/-. It was unauthorized. I am attaching pic for same transactions.

Nawabganj toll o lko knp highway is a nightmare with no discipline and no rules. Toll employees arre useless and rude to the extreme and cars are damaged half of the time due to haphazard way of entry. This is the second time other vehicle jammed into mine. I morning one roadways and truck nearly collided. No time limit for us.weare stuck for nearly half an hour most of the time. Guards are very lethargic and rude. After entry and nearly reaching the booth they tell us to go back and enter other line. Will anyone do anything about it because we are commuters and pay you daily

my fastage is registered as vehicle no kd56208
recently i traveled on 28/12/2020 on 17:00 at baghpat exit toll plaza the manager and employees miss behaved and collect cash force full after saying that your card is not active and there is no balance in it .
They even did not give us receipt for that while I checked today with bank as well as with NHAI no 1033 that my fastage is ACTIVE. I am feeling harassed with this unethical behavior
please resolve this

Khed shivapur toll is local for MH12 & MH14 so there is no toll declared by the Supriya Sule in discussion with Nitin Gadkari as per news on 17 Feb 2020 but toll is cut from my fasttag from Oct-Dec 20
total 6 times - 95 x 6 =570 please refund the in my fasttag account.
