Yesterday night i drove my car from Trichy to chennai which experienced heavy damaged road with lot of pits. Also many places my car was forced to down in the pits due to dark night. Whereas, Toll Plaza deducted the money through Fast Tag and no proper answer was given by Toll Plaza representatives when i asked for it. The concept fpr collecting the money through from us to use the well conditioned roads. But the above mentioned road is totally damaged in many places which caused my vehicle is damaged as well as we have experienced uncomfortability while travelling. Please give me proper justification for not making the Toll Road for comfort travell also why the money was deducted without proper Road. During Night Travel I cant stop the vehicle and take the Photos.

I am a resident of Tuticorin. On 21.12.2020 I went to Tirunelveli by my own car. At vagaikulam toll plaza I was charged RS.65 each time (for onward and return journey), even I have come back with in six hours of time. Kindly look into the same and take appropriate action.

Even after having fastag with which we expect smooth and fluent flow of all cars...we experienced unnecessary delay due to lack of proper machines for reading fastag.Instead of automatic scanning, scanning of fastag was being done manually at 1550hrs, 28th December, 2020.Also, one machine was being used to read fastag at three to four lanes by a single person due to which we had to wait for a lot of time.It is really frustrating.
I hope action on this will be taken as soon as possible.

Due to non working of online FastTAG through PAYTM i had paid the amount of Rs. 125/- in cash, but afterwards the amount of Rs. 65/- is also deducted from my PAYTM account. Hence, request you to kindly reimburse the amount of Rs.125/-.

In order to have a safe driving, road markings in White or any other government approved paint is very much necessary. During Nighttime and winter season where mist is more, the road markings and median markings helps the drivers a lot.
However, in NH75 at many places road markings and median markings are very poor and in some places it can not be seen. in particular Between Nelamangala to Hassan.
Toll plaza people does not respond to complaints and even some emails printed on the backside of the toll ticket, emails are not in existance.

Also, please make road markings mandatory for all type of roads NH, SH, DH and other road

We are on the way from Bathinda to Bikaner at Badhera toll booth at 1205 Hrs the toll gate was closed no one is sitting in the cabin. After waiting for 5 mins the manager came and told us that routine maintenance is being carried out. Doing routine maintenance at peak time resulting in long queue and failing the purpose of Fast Tag. Request you to take appropriate action against defaulters/responsible. I travelled several time at NH 91 . recently i travelled on 27.12.2020 at 13:33:23 at GHAZIABAD- ALIGARH (LUHARI NH91) TOLL PLAZA.

MY FAST TAG IS ACTIVE AS PER THE BANK AND HAVING BALANCE OF Rs. 1595/-WHEREAS IT IS SHOWHING BLACKLISTED.

I am feeling very harassed at tol Plaza.

Please resolve this

I crossed Pipili Toll Plaza at 09.16 AM on 27/12/2020 while travelling to Puri from Bhubaneswar. Toll charges of Rs.115/- debited to my Fastag account. On return, I crossed the same toll plaza at 07.09 PM. Again an amount of Rs. 115/- has been deducted from my account. The round trip was completed well within 24 hours. Why the round trip charges were not applied on me? Please refer the screenshot of SMSs received and refund the excess amount so deducted.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a resident of Guwahati. But whenever I traveled through Madanpur toll gate, each journey deduts Rs.105 from my fastag, whereas the one side fare is only 55 (by cash).
Please reply, why double the amount is getting deducted from fastag.

I crossed joginhai toll plaza by our own car today 12.41 pm and returned 8.12 pm amt deducted from fast tag rs 70 both side time whereas toll rate for Rewa car is rs 35 one side so my excess amt wrongly deducted pl return my excess amt

As per goverment we have placed fast tag on our vehicle but on Maharashtra Shilapur toll plaza collected cash from our driver .

I am an Armad Force personal. I was on leave and travelling on 27 Dec 2020 from kanpur to Lucknow with my family by national highway toll plaza nawabgunj. When I was crossing the toll Booth by I saw my armed force identity card which is issued by government of India. The duty person on the toll Booth deny for exemption of toll. We request for the person to call his senior because he was in dought . His senior officer came and starting abusing "example madarchod AA jate h kha kha se aap kha k adhikari ho k toll tax ni denge " we request himself for conversation in polite way. He said you have to pay toll and now the time there is no any exemption for any one . And such as so soldiers if your are on duty them only you are eligible for exemption.
Requesting for polite behavior of toll plaza personal only .. and I paid toll tax by fast tag.

Hi, when I was travelling on 23rd Dec 2020 from Gurgaon to Govardhan(Mathura), on Srinagar toll plaza we were deducted amount via fast tag also however we paid in cash.

I was coming from NH7 from sunam, punjab to chandigarh. When i was 5-6 kms away from patiala a dead animal which i was not able to see from far because of no lights on the road got hit by an animal because of which i lost my balance on the road. But fortunatly i was able to keep my grip on the car. This happened around 7:30pm (27th december). When i got a hold on my car and parked to see if all os good, i saw 2 other cars met with this unfortunate mishappening and while i talked to them about it i saw one car was hit in front of my eyes. I tried calling 1033 but i was put on wait for 20mins. I tried to report the happening at patiala toll plaza but they said they can’t help as they were of maintainence dept. and asked me to call on 1033 again.

Vehicles registered at Kota (Rajasthan) are exempted from toll at Kota Bypass Toll Plaza.
On 27.12.2020, I travelled by my Car no. RJ 20CC 8100 through above Toll Plaza. While going out of Kota at about 09.30 AM, toll was not deducted.
On returning to Kota at 16.47 PM, a sum of Rs. 65.00 was deducted for which I received Email from my Service Provider: AXIS Bank as below:
Dear Customer, Your FasTag Account has been debited Rs. 65 for transaction for Vehicle RJ20CC8100 at Toll Kota Bypass Toll Plaza on[protected]T16:47:09.

I was charged similarly earlier also.

Request, please take corrective actions:
- Refund wrongly deducted toll today &
- such wrong charges are not levied in future on vehicles registered at Kota at Kota Bypass Toll Plaza.

Ashoka Dhanukani-Kharagpur Tollway ltd did not issued return toll pass. Forced to take single journey and finally to pay more. Pl let me know whether NHAI has stopped return toll ticket.

Madurai Thoothukudi express highway toll gate public bathrooms are build for use and closed without any maintenance as of 27 Dec 2020. Please supply resource and resume usage as it’s designed.

Sir,
I am a serving defence personnel of Indian Air Force. I am presently posted at Air Force station Barnala Punjab.
On 27 Dec 2020 I went to Lucknow by my personal car to drop my son at Lucknow Airport to catch flight to Mumbai.
During onward journey I was allowed to cross the toll plaza at Nawabganj toll plaza situated at kanpur Lucknow high way without charging any money on production of my defence personnel identity card issued by Min of Defence.

But during return journey I was charged double amount Rs 150/- vide reciept no [protected] stating that your car is not bearing fast tag. When I told that fast tag is compulsory with effect from 01Jan 2021 they started misbehaving. They not only forfeited my legal right but also harrashed & humiliated me mentally.
In the context of above it is requested that a strict disciplinary action maybe initiated against the guilty toll plaza personnel. Also refund of money paid by at toll plaza with penalty for the misbehavior and forfeiting my legal right may be paid
to me at the earliest.
An early action will be highly solicited.

Vehicle no OD09Q3171, I'm using Axisbank fastag, I'm suffering problem at Panikoile tool plaza (Odisha). At this tool plaza my fastag not working, I'll pay cash every time.
FasTag working properly at any other tool plaza, but can't work at Panikoile (Odisha), I'll try on 1033 but can't satisfied
