The road on paalar bridge is very bad both ways, which is just 8 km from the Paranur Toll Plaza, Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu 603101

And also road before c3 cinema is also very bad, full of pit holes which is 10 km from the same toll

Please repair or return my toll charges as you are not maintaining

In the nazirakhat toll plaza, i have paid the tax by cash, but later my fast tag account was also debited for the trip. If fast tag gets auto debited, then why they are taking the cash manually without checking properly as they said we can pay either by cash or by fast tag. This is the second time i have been facing this type of excess charging and there is no process of tracking. Earlier when i used my fast tag they debited twice the amount for the same trip.
Please look into the matter as there is no proper procedure for taking the taxes and also even after paying the taxes the road quality has still not developed. We don't know whether our tax amount are being used properly or not? and i want my excess amount taken in to gate back for an amount of rs 110/-.

I request for your kind intervention.

Pune Nagar Highway 6 laning and widening is in progress.It is really appreciable.
But no any type of safety measures being practiced by contractors.So it is become very risky to travel on this road.Particularly from wagholi to Koregaon Bhima area is very dangerous.Today My son and daughter severely injured because of mistake of JCB driver.He did not helped but ran away at lonikand today.Can you look into.

This letter regarding a Complaint of the recent ongoinng work at Vembalathpadam, Kayiliad Village, Chalavar Panchayath. My Mother (Sreedevi K, aged 66 Staying alone at my house. During the work a big culvert is errected and the same is blocking our road, and accessing my home is difficlut. To make matters worst the slabs are demolished and even two wheeler cant enter the location. There are other houses near by who are also facing same issues. We are unable to get the basic essentials like Gas, Grocery etc due to this. From the main road, its more than 500 meters and no one is ready to carry the gorcery/ gas etc due to the vehichle access to this place.


My mother Sreedevi K, approached Panchyath officials and escalated complaint on the same. ( Date 17/10/2020, inward number- 3488).

I am attaching the old photo of the road entrance and the current situation. Slabs are destroyed and the new culvert blocks half of the way.

Request your help and intervention as early as possible. Hope you can understand the situation, we are staying in the location since our ancestors and we had the road access, now the same is completely blocked.

TN 45 BU 2695 lorry found to be drove inappropriate way and made panic of for other vehicles. That driver disobeyed driving rules and tried to hit many vehicles on the road... I and my father was driving from Coimbatore to Palakkad in 544 highway, this lorry overtake us in an inappropriate way and blows air horn continously to make us panic... Those people were drunken. We did shout at them and they blocked our way at just before walayar check post... They stepped out and argued with us. Local people gathered and solved our issue, even though they used to blown air horns in corporation limits where air horns are prohibited. My father is a heart patient and this may affect his health... Do a necessary action to them.

The hirebagewadi toll plaza on NH48 has extremely long waiting time, when asked about the 3 minutes rule the employees over there did not bother. Please take some action with for the same

Sir, I have a 12 wheeler vehicle that is under passing loading capasity is 31 ton. & govt. grant 5% extra load, and 500 kg. extra for diesel and triple. Total under passing load is 32 ton 500 kg. But the toll plaza said that govt. grant extra 5% not given in the total load and want 1450 rupees fine for it and bad behave with my Driver. Plzzz do something as soon as possible.

Hello this Sindhu here from karnataka in ashoka toll plaza we were waited for more than 10 minutes in ashoka toll plaza hirebagewadi coz of der improper service and we didnt get any kind of exmption over der. Whether 3mintutes waiting rule dont apply to them or what we really dont understand its really creating problems to common people please look after these things

1st complaint.
I am a passenger .Coming form Barpeta Assam to Kalain cachar assam via meghalaya shilong Road NH6 (J.B.Road).
This is the NH Road this road is going to touch with 4 state .
When we cross juwai our Vehicle pool on line.this line is approximately 8 k.m .there is passenger bus, vegetables Van, light ven, Track & private car also. This no entry is going approximately 12 hrs going .
Please we r so many people are in very hills areya . me & no one don't know the resion of no Entry .plz help us to reached our home (places)
2nd complaint.
When we Entry in Meghalaya approximately 7 to 10 places police & other camp charge money when Vehicle pepper & everything is okay.

While travelling from Haldia to Durgapur, we stopped at Highway Nest at Palsit to get some food and use the toilet.
The toilet was in locked condition. I had to ask for the keys from the shop (Highway Nest) to use the toilet.
The toilet was very untidy and dirty and found clogged.
May please look into the matter.

To the attention of the esteemed National Highways Authority,
I live in Tenpasiyar village, Tindivanam taluka, Villupuram district, Tamil Nadu. In our area, Indian Oil Company (Varun agency) is operating on the side of our land. We have been farming on our land. According to the drainage system in our town, the rain water leaving the town can only go out through the petrol station (Varun Agency) station i.e. through the canal along their national highway. Not only did the existing waterway occupy the national highway space but the rainwater stagnated on our land without going out as they built a 3 foot high access road to their company. Thus water stagnated in our land and all crops were destroyed. I have been telling this to the Varun Agency for the last three years. But they are refusing to let the water go. They also intimidate the slaves by telling them to go out with inappropriate words. We face this vulnerability every year. Since our livelihood is on this land, I humbly request you to take this complaint to the concerned administration and make way for water.

I have also attached photos of the affected areas to their attention with this complaint!

I want to know the maximum toll fee you are collecting, because sometimes collecting more and sometimes less. This is not first time. One more bonus is worst roads.

So I paid cash. After reached at pune one SMS came about the chrage on fast tag. So fast tag also get charged. Please return the amount get charged on fast tag.

Also while attaching only 2 mb photo the site is saying it only allowed 32mb file size. Not able to attach the photo of receipt.

I had travelled by my car MH02DS 6979 on 11/11/2020 and returned back on 18/11/2020 from mum to sawantwadi

My complaints are

1)At anewadi toll on 11/11 at 11.03 am 65rs cash was taken and fastag payment was also done.He had given fake receipt of other car no2122

2)on 18/11/2020 at taswade toll at 10.21am 75rs was deducted and at 10.27am 190 rs was deducted

3)on 18/11/2020at 3.06 pm at airoli toll 40rs was deducted and cash 40 rs was taken saying fastag was not working.i got original receipt with me

Sir, my SBI Fastag registered mobile number is [protected]. It has been blocked since 1 year. I have complaind about 50 times to the call centre about 100 times to the agent who issued the Fastag and sent 12 emails to the help desk of SBI Fastag. No action taken and no reason given. Every time I am sending my RC book, Photo, Car Photo. But blacklist not removed.
From 1st January, 2021, Fastag has been made compulsory. What should I do now.

Please Help me.

In this connection it is submitted that, m done the up down from yamuna nagar to chandigarh, and at the time of going to chandigarh by vehicle no. HR02AK 4472, the toll tax deducted from my Fast tag (Copy attached). and when i m return from chandigarh the balance of fast tag was low (72.91 rupees) so the tag status shows black listed, m requested the staff that give the cash slip single side, but the toll staff do misbehave with me, they are not looking like staff but they are punk and hooligan. when i give them Rs. 200 for single pass slip, they cut the up down slip (copy attached), when i asked them for what is this. i need only single pass slip thay again misbehaving with me. what i do, m slintly return to my home. this is not acceptable by any person. so please take a action agaist the toll plaza staff. please do the needfull as soon as possible.
