I had complained about the dual debit of toll while travelling on Mumbai-Nashik express way on 12-Nov-20. The complaint has been raised on the same day. However till date i didn't received my additional debit amount back to me. As per the terms signed, it should be refunded by 15 working days by bank. My ticket number is CMP[protected].
I called their customer care 0n 07-Dec-20, wherein customer care executive confirmed, that he can see it online on the webportal, that it is credited to my account & on mobile app there is some error, which will be resolved & credit will be seen. However, till today (12-Dec-20), it is not reflected in my app neither web portal. When i contacted customer care executives of ICICI fastag they are keeping their phone silent once i shared my details. I talked to Amol in first call & Pooja in second call around 6:30 PM - 6:45 PM. This is not accepted as my money are with somebody since long time & why should i get interest, mental harassment damrages.
Request your action on ICICI bank fastag, regarding the same & put them hefty fine so that in future, nobody should get harassed like me.
