I am residing in Pune city and owning a four wheeler MH12 FY 9212.
Today 07/12/2020 at 11:20 AM I traveled via Khed Shivapur Toll plaza.
I informed person at toll plaza for exemption as I belong to Pune city Haveli Taluka.
As per government declaration, vehicles registered from 5 Talukas of Pune will be exempted from toll at Khed Shivapur toll plaza.
Even after informing the person about this, toll got deducted from my Fast Tag account.
Is there any authority to complaint for this? How can I get refund for this?

I want to raised this issue at Asroga toll plaza, sultanpur (UP) only two toll gate open at a time so public facing trafic jam situation. This happened every day... So plz check this issue and resolve it.

Kharik toll plaza route is always remain in traffic jam.Is only duty of vehicle fee or chalan or else look ing for traffic problem.Help people travelling through this route .

NHAI has passed the tender for expansion of NH-334B after getting NOc from UP government in 2017 to declare this road a NH. The tender passed by the NHAI is to expand the NH-334B from current 2 Line road to a four line road . But in the Baghpat-Meerut stretch the ongoing expansion work is not stretching the road to four line .So I request the NHAI officials to look into the matter

I came at toll plaza and asked one question that why should i pay toll fot the bad roads and waiting in a que for 5 minutes so they miss behave with me and on of them told me that you pay toll for your vehicle not for road and miss behave with me here i upload a video with this complaint.

I have been charged Toll twice thru Paytm Fastag account as well as cash.
The toll counter person told me that the system is not accepting Fastag amount, hence I need to pay cash. Later on, when I checked my Paytm Fastag account, toll payment was also deducted from my account.

The concerned toll company is Beawar Pali Pindwara Tollway Ltd at Birami Toll Naka.
Please check as to why I was asked for cash even when toll payment was done in my Paytm Fastag account. Also, please organise such that these instances do not happen and incase of malpractice by Toll company, they are duly penalised.
In the meantime, please arrange for credit back into my Paytm Fastag account.

Today coming from Moradabad, at Chhajarsi toll plaza the toll collecting staff collected penalty even after having the sufficient balance in fastag account, when having the sufficient balance than how can it show blacklisted tag, the start is operating the machine manually and cheating the customers by charging the penalty. Have crossed the Joya Toll Plaza and Brijghat Toll Plaza same day few minutes earlier than it was not blacklisted tag, why at Chhajarsi Toll plaza this cheating is occuring please check into it at the earliestbas many consumers are facing this problem at this toll plaza. Toll fees is Rs. 125.00 and after penalty it's 250, request you to refund the penalty amount charged by the staff even after having the suffiecint balance in the account. Hope you will fetch my details from the registered details with you.

This is ravindra pati tripathi my relative mr. yogesh pandey booked tempo traveller to go to her sister marriage ceremony, at the toll sasaram bihar while going they charged 115 ₹ (as our van come under car/jeep/van category) but while returning same day they charged 185₹ (that is charge for minibus ) we objected this is van come under car/jeep/van category but they misbehaved and abused dint return our money.
Kindly look in to this matter so we get refund and assurance that this kind of activities would not be happen in future to any passenger.
Hoping for positive and prompt response.

Paddy and objects on the road by the Farmers where accidents occur and that was so near to the toll plaza MADANAPET NHAI 365.

I have requested for map of national highway 62 (Kalyan- Vishakhapatnam).The land acquired at village Savargaon pokhari Ta Gevrai Dist.Beed for NH -61. Specially the land gut 247 and 329 hw much areas r acquired of these lands and hw Highway passes through.Plz.ask someone to provide me this information.

Today (6/12/20) I am going to Chennai from Theni with my family members. From Trichy Samayapuram Toll to Ulundurpet Toll THE ROAD CONDITION IS VERY MUCH WORST.
Even it is in worst condition I paid all my toll charges.
Kindly rectify as early as possible.

The amount which should have been deducted from my account was to be Rs. 105 but Rs. 270 was deducted extra.
Please refund money as soon as possible.

NH 63 GOOTY TO ANKOLA is the worst high way.Infact there is no highway.Its insult to call it highway.There is only potholes.Its torture to travel via this highway.I live in bellary its nightmare to travel from guntakal to bellary and from bellary to hospet and hampi.Hampi being important international tourist destination.Bellary district is one of the neglected districts of karnataka.Politicians just mint money from our district and do not provide any services.since 70 years same story.Dissapointed.

This complaint is related to Srinagar Toll Plaza (Palwal) . Toll Staff are inefficient there always have long queue of cars waits for almost an hour .
If Complaints against them they Have hired Goons for Harassment of General Public even for Women’s .
They Even don’t Charge for Roundtrip. They Charge toll For single round on Both side which is relatively very higher .

There is no Service for ambulance as there have long queue waits for hours .

Please take effective action as soon as possible .

I was travelled CHANDIGARH to UNA highways NH 205. The challan was issued regarding overspeeding on highways as told by Mr Sunil Kumar Constable. He told us that National highways set the spped limit 60 km on this particular area (Mahetpur).
This is my challan no issued by police

I used to travel daily to samudaik swasth Kendra deegh from varanasi, its nearly 75 kms, in between we have to cross a lallangar toll plaza at sant ravidas nagar bhadohi .on daily basis we have to pay 110 for up & down both but on 5 December they charged 280 for the same route.plz take strict actions against this toll plaza for charging so much .thank you

As My vehicle no MH32c4200 from Wardha to Nagpur paid toll Rs70 on 04.12.2020 17:21 by tx id[protected] & return journey also 70 at04.12.2020 20:26 tx id[protected] .Where as only rs 35 to be charged from fasttag account . Kindly do the needful to refund the money and check weather this happening with all vehicles

Madam/Sir, I have an amount of Rs. 533.5 in my fast tag account.(screen shot of SMS attached). I have reached at Koralaphad toll plaza, Near Choutuppal, Telangana State to go to Hyderabad. Gate is not opened eventhough I have an amount of Rs. 533.5 in my account. Toll plaza people tried with hand device. It is not worked. They said there is no amount in your account. I showed the message of balance amount. They are not listening my words. Then I immediately done recharge of Rs. 1000/- Now i have total amount of Rs. 1533.50/- (SMS is enclosed). After this I got the message that an amount of Rs. 80/- deducted in my account at Koralaphad toll without opening the gate and I am still at that Koralaphad toll. Toll plaza employees suggested to go from another gate. I took reversed my car to go to another gate. This time gate is opened and anothe amount of Rs 80/- is deducted. (SMS is enclosed). In this regard, I request you to return my extra time deductions of Rs. 80/- into my fast tag account. My Car No. is AP09CM0924.
