Vehicles parked at Dhaba creating obstruction to traffic, becoming sensitive point for accidents.. please take on action it..

At Nandgaon Toll Plaza, Talegaon- Amravati section, Maharashtra state I was asked to pay by cash 100₹ so I paid. After some time received message of Fastag deduction as well of 100₹. Vehicle registration number is MH12 KT 4592. Time of toll 17.30.40. Date 04/12/2020. Ticket number: [protected].

Hello Team, Greetings for the day. This is regarding the Fastag which is not scanning and we have to come back to go in cash lane for toll plaza towards airport.
The employee told to clean the FASTAG sticker and we did but still same.
Its not only for our vehicle or sticker but its for all. None of the vehicles were able to pass through cashless counter. This is not something new. I have been seeing it over a month now. This issue delayed our flight boarding time. Kindly take it into the account and get it fixed for faster service.

Rayalseema expressway Pvt LTD was not given the exemption of tolltax to CAPF personals I have order and ID card I am explaining to that express way staff but those are not giving me exemption. please take action against that express way...

There is unnecessary delay every time . I have to pay by cash though I have fastag in my car. Either their machine can't read the fastag Or they don't have staffs most of the time in early morning. It is very troublesome for me. Kindly look into the matter.

Yesterday on dtd 2/12/2020 travelling on YCEW highway from pune to mumbai. Toll authority taken Rs 270/- in cash at Talegaon toll plaza vide receipt for travelling YCEW highway at around 10 PM. Then we show this receipt on khalapur toll plaza for exit over to mumbai but khalapur toll plaza cut Rs 203/- through fastag, so this co. Taken two times toll for one time travelling pune to mumbai YCEW highway
You are requested to return Rs 203/- cutting toll on 3/12/2020.

Toll amount deducted (Rs 95)from Fastag else toll has free for MH12 vehicle on Khed-Shivapur toll plaza. As per announcement from February 2020 Khed- Shivapur toll is free for MH12 and my vehicle (car) is with same registration. Toll has deducted 6 times since February 2020.

Hi, I am vivek, a serving officer of the indian army. I want to know the requisite documents required to be produced at the Toll plazas to prove that we are on duty. Lately I have experienced a lot of embarrassing situations where in the toll operaters tend to insult and speak disrespectfully when we show our I Card.

Hi, i am vivek and I am a serving officer in the indian army. It is quite amusing to hear from the toll operaters when they ask us to put on our uniform while driving personal vehicle to avail toll exemptions. Despite explaining them that i was on official duty, they asked me to show proofs Or else use the washroom near the toll and put on my uniform which was lying at my backseat. It's quite embarrassing to undergo such stuff. You are kindly requested to provide us details with regards to the documents required to be produced at the toll to prove that we are on official duty.

On 29.11.2020, I had visited through Chhajarsi Fee Plaza at NH-9 and Brijghat Toll Plaza they malafidely imposed penalty for not having sufficient balance in FasTag which was wrong as it would be seen from the statement that Toll plaza fee was Rs. 125 and i had the sufficient balance of Rs. 150/-. The both Toll Plaza are doing fraud with the people by not deducting charges from the FasTag. Their machines are not functioning in proper manner instead of rectified it they are imposing penalties on the people, it is such a scandal/fraud on the people.

It is requested that extra malafide payment of Rs. 235 (125/- of Receipt No. 1 + 110/- of Receipt No. 3) be refunded at the earliest.

When I was travelling from Baripada to Kharagpur, Balibhasa toll plaza was collecting fee as Rs 70 for single journey and Rs 100 for double journey. I was willing to come back within 7 hour so I gave them Rs 100 for double journey. But they refused to give the ticket of double journey and gave ticket of single journey along with Rs 30. Now because of this rudeness of the officer I bear a loss of Rs 40 which I will have to pay while going back. If they are not willing to give double journey ticket then they shall reduce the rate of the single journey.

Today I visited my nearby Tantiyawas Toll Plaza on Jaipur-Sikar National Highway (NH 52) for the purpose of Exemption Pass for local residents as I live in Tantiywas only within the range of 3kms from toll plaza. While showing my Aadhar OVD with the address mentioning Tantiywas, the official named Ramesh Choudhary (Manager) denied me to issue pass on the mentioned address and challenged the officially valid document. I have asked him multiple times the issue regarding the address but he did not give any satisfactory answer. He also challenged the fact that NHAI exemption policy for local resident is just toll specific scheme and it’s not NHAI’s policy.

I request you to resolve the issue as early as possible with full details. If I do not get response on this, I would place my application to NHAI and Ministry of Highways, GOI for cognizance and finally plan to take it to consumer court for legal remedy.

Toll near sangamner, maharashtra, the company is not providing return journey pass in cash, pl do needfull

I was travelled from Vijayawada to Annavaram on National highway 16 on 28.11.2020.
The road condition is horrible from Vijayawada to Rajamundry. There are lot of potholes more than 1 feet depth exist on the National highway. I was wondering, why the toll is being collected even a minimum maintenance is not being done on a national highway?

Every time on NH47 sarkhej to bavla highway havy traffic specially on morning and evening
due to vary slow work of making 6 lane highway, , , , , no any control from local police every time its take 1 or 2 hours in traffic

So please make roads very quickly and better because now a days it's very risky to drive on this type of roads its government responsiblity to do it

I am the user of Fastag Card for paying the toll tax. On 22.11.2020, I crossed (to and fro within 24 hour) Mundiya Toll Plaza but payment of toll tax through Fastag facility was not provided to me.
Please look in to the matter and take action so that Fastag could be used at this Toll Plaza also.

I passed through the toll plaza Khed-Shivapur Toll Plaza where toll is exempted for MH 12 (Pune) and MH 14 vehicles. But still my fastag has been charged twice (Rs. 95 once while going and Rs. 95 once while coming back).

Please do something about it. I need a refund for the same.

Dear sir / madam
I am standing at tendua toll plaza uttarpradesh for more than 20 mins on toll collection counter .
None of the staff permitted me to cross the toll and told me that the system has failed.
So the matter is how are we supposed to proceed.
Basically I started to drive from muzaffarpur to jhansi by road .
After several requests they neither listen to the complain nor resolve it.
Kindly please take this matter under your consideration.

Drove from Guwahati to Bongaigaon in my Father in Laws Renault Kwid on 29/11/20.
At Madanpur Toll Plaza M. B. Consortium Toll Plaza 105/- was paid in cash since FastTag was blacklisted as per the toll plaza guy. After few mins the money was deducted from FastTag. This is a scam and fraud run by Toll plaza guys in Assam, especially in the Guwahati Madanpur toll plaza. Since the money deduction SMS comes after 30 mins or so they are taking advantage of the same by taking cash and claiming that the tag is blacklisted.
