Hello sir/Madem My name is Dhyey Shukla. I am living in Bharuch . My mothers hometown is Songadh (Surat). I visit Songadh frequently. From Vyara to Songadh there is a Toll Plaza in between these two. Distance between Vyara and Songadh is 22 Kilometres. For 22 Kilometres they charge 140 Rupees for Single Trip. And for Return they charge 210₹. Just for 22 Kilometres. And the road they have been made between Vyara to Songadh is worstes road...

Myself Vishal Patil, Car number MHO3 CS 3521 travelling from Mumbai to Boisar on 11 Nov 2020 in morning and back from Boisar to Mumbai same day evening with my sister and niece. I was asked to pay cash Rs.40 each time and my vehicle was not allowed to pass even though I had Fast tag and sufficient balance and I was in fast tag lane. The attendant was not willing to listen and refused to even check the fast tag.

I was driving from Pune to Nagpur for medical emergency. At Karanja (Amarawati Nagpur road Maharashtra) toll plaza, operators asked me to pay toll with fine for 110 Rs. my FASTag was working but operator told me that there is no sufficient balance. I received sms after some time for deduction of 55 on my fasting. Same message was showing sufficient balance of 400 Rs. So I paid toll by FASTag for 55 rs & also operator took 110 rs for the same...

We were travelling from goa side on 15th Nov 2020 and had our fast tag read from all toll plaza. We were on the expressway and tolls were paid through fasttag. We reached talegaon-khalapur (west) toll plaza at 8.47pm on 15 Nov 2020. .But from talegaon-khalapur toll plaza the toll plaza guy said that the tag is not reading and told us to pay Rs.270/- cash. We paid and got the receipt.

Ideally this same receipt is to be shown...

This toll is charging car 25₹ which is not allowed as it is free for car...

I am complaining about national highway no.47, The road managment company is not doing thier job properly cuase of thier mis managment and negligence of management every day we saw a new accident and after the accident they are not even manage the trafic, taking bribe to clear the trafic from accidentle party. The ROAD management company is IVRCL and all of their employees is thief.
Please take action on the...

I had a return from TSPA to gachibowli. Instead of charging 30 rupees they have charged 70 rupees. This is cheating. I don't know for how many customers they have done this.

This complaint is regarding the bad condition of NH527D maintenance is not been done for the road which goes from ramgarhwa to raxaul (east champaran, motihari district thana ramgarhwa) and there are no street lights not even one every day atleast 10 accident takes place all because of negligence of NHAI officials
Do take action regarding this ....

Despite local resident of Meerut, Siwaya Toll has debited from my fastage account with Rs 85/=.And Rs 40 Cash paid by me. Pls refund Rs 85 /= in MY Fastage Account.

Complaint against sardar Patel ring road.is free for 4 wheeler car bt every time cross road and deduct 35rs from my a.c complaint against to take action against sardar patel ring road tall plaza soon as soon possible to save many people money think every day up to 2000 car cross this tall plaza.2000*35=70, 000/-rs that's means auda this tall plaza fraud with car owners up to 70 k per day .so plz take action against tall plaza....

Sir My vehicle number TN 27 H 2625 having monthly pass Hex Fast tag Sl. No. 34161FA820328E4002E05560 passed through SU TOLL PLAZA Mettupatti( 058001) Salem Dt. Tamilnadu on[protected] . They have wrongly deducted Rs240 from our account. Even after complaining to the above toll plaza authorities no response from them.Please kindly take action and arrange for refund....

I passed SIVAYA Toll plaza at Meerut on 23.10.2020. At that Toll plaza, I was stopped and double amount of Rs. 170.0 was charged to me, I was told that Fast tag do not have sufficient amount. Amount was there in fasttag but i was not in position of argue as was in emergency situation at that time. Amount Rs. 85.00 deducted from my fasttag for which i got SMS after sometime.

This was issue related to fast Tag reader at toll...

I'm really disappointed with the toll management. They are still taking cash on fasttag lane. Today I had an very bad experience where 3 car ahead of me paid cash & they are accepting cash on Fasttag lane. Then what is the point o[censored]sing fasttag in our vehicle. When I spoke to them they said if they are coming in fast-tag lane we can't stop.

If we are suppose to get such service then it;s a waste of...

We had come and gone on jasnath toll plaza on date 16:11:2020 when we have come that time fastag machine was not working and same issues at the time of return.
I request to staff for hand scanner and solve it but they ask machine not available. I have contact to control room managar mr. Sharwan Choudhary but he was not interested to solve it and not cooperating.
When told to manager for complaint book they said no complaint...

In Chilakapalem, Andhra Pradesh, we asked for 2 side toll, but they said 2 sides we are not giving.. only single side.. they charged Rs.50 for single side..if it is 2 sides only Rs.75..

Is it calling Rouning?

We need an explanation and take severe action on them?...

When we crossed Patna toll plaza, and asked for two way toll receipt, the person declined. We were forced to pay Rs 70 extra. Assuming there are thousands of vehicle doing to and fro, results in massive fraud. Please look into it and save people hard earned money....

I want to raise long delays and poor fastag sensors at Itaunja toll on NH-24 ...I frequently cross this toll while going and returning from my village in Sitapur and repeatedly I face long waiting time despite having fastag on my vehicle ...Most of the time fastag sensors or computers are not working, they will ask to change the lanes..which kills the very purpose of government of making fast movement at tolls .this toll is worst managed...br...
