Dear sir/mam

At IRB Bagvada(Gujarat) toll plaza, in Fastag lane no 5(Ahemdabad to Mumbai) from last 4 to 5 days there is a traffic in Fastag lane because at IRB Navsari or any other toll plaza do not waste our time & lane is clear or no traffic related issue but at IRB Bagvada unnecessarily wasting our time. Please do the needful in this matter. Thank you for give us your valuable time.

Dear concerned, we are paying 80₹ for single trip and the condition of road is pathetic, big holes and ditches on the road between Manesar jaipur highway. Loss to underbody of my vehicle who is responsible for that and when I raise concern to toll person and the concerned manager they don't bother and ask to complain the Narendra Modi. It is the only way...

The traffic lane has almost crossed 1km near the toll booth at Bhosari Pune

Today while travelling fron jammu to samba i had crissed thandi khui toll plaza. I told toll plaza staff to deduct my toll from fast tag. They said that my fast tag is available with zero balance. So i paid then toll by cash. I had the slip for the same. Later on i had receive msg of deduction toll also from my fast tag. After deduction my fast tag balanace is 209. Kindly look into it. My vehicle number is JK14F0980

Cash receipt of Rs. 125 is given at chhajarsi toll plaza and fastag through paytm both are charged after crossing toll plaza.

I had paid toll tax of Rs. 125 at Chhajarsi Toll Plaza as I was asked by toll plaza attendant. I told him I have fastag and he told me money will not be deducted from fastag.
But when I crossed the toll plaza amount of Rs. 125 has been deducted from my paytm wallet.
I am attaching receipt given by toll plaza attendant and paytm transaction ID details.

Kindly refund my amount of Rs. 125 in my paytm wallet.

I recently travelled from panvel to sangli on NH 48 and found that most of the toll plazas provide receipts with vehicle no as 0 or someone else reg no. Attaching 4 receipts for reference. This is fraud made with customers and need to be addressed.

MH14DN0680 is an exempted vehicle at the Khed Shivapur Toll plaza near Pune. However toll or Rs. 95 was deducted using Fastag on November 15 on the way to Kolhapur.

resolve the issue and reimburse the amount deducted.

Toll booth at bharuch is mostly always full of traffic with car lines upto 1-1.5 km from toll booth. Not only their traffic management skills are worst, but their sensors for fastag are also non functional adding to the traffic.
I request the authority to look into the matter ASAP and be responsive towards their customer complaints.

I am frequent traveller on this route, the road is in such a worst situation that I can say there are hundreds of pit holes in distance on 1 km.
The depth of the pit holes more than ten CMS(approx). Not even a single vehicle is able to maintain single lane due to these worst potholes and there is no chance we can escape them
The vehicles are using sudden brakes and turns due to these holes and there is huge chance of accidents.
The speed limit on how these roads is almost 80 km.
There are around 4 toll gates and don't understand even after collecting huge toll tax why there is no proper maintenance of these roads.

There is lot of physical and financial loss to the travellers. Since this is the festival season and due to lack of public transport most of the travellers will use their own vehicle to go from one place to other, maintenance of these roads shall be given high priority and proper action to be taken at the earliest.

Rs 185 was deducted as fastag toll fare for mu car Hyundai Xcent up 70 cz 7138 at Lala Nagar toll plaza, varanasi.The actual rate is rs 60.Toll txn id 671605864631299247633P

Dear sir,

The toll plaza at KM hundi between Mysore and Nanjangud which is 22 KM stretch collects 50Rs toll. This huge amount.
Evein to visit the famous Nanjundeshwara temple at Nanjangudu from Mysore we need to pay 50 forward and 20 Return in fast tag.
This huge amount for 22 KM stretch.
Since lot of devotees visits this temple from mysore, i kindly request you to review the toll amount and fix in a logical way.

My home address is local which is not reflecting in my account profile, therefore local discount in Pundag Toll Plaza has not been given on my fast tag, while it has been given when manual system was working for my same vehicle. Hence, i request you to do needful and solve my problem with refund of excess toll amount deducted by toll plaza/authority.

I would like to address an ongoing issue on Guduru toll plaza on warangal highway enroute to yadrigiguta.They are collecting only one way fees and it is also expensive 95rs and they are not collecting two way fees.
I would request you to look into the issue.

its very Painful to see worst condition of NH From Delhi to Panipat . Its like harassment to cross this stretch on Delhi - Chandigarh Highway. Nobody is bothered to work and complete this stretch on time . also Toll on Murthal is like border . The staff is always ready to fight instead of managing traffic .

We are travelling to ujjain from Shajapur and our toll tax is worth ₹55 for local but from last 2-3 weeks they are deducing ₹115 instead of ₹55 and when we complaint about this to head office they said they can't do anything with this. We are using this road from last 3-4 years and they used to deduct ₹55 but today they deduct ₹115 so can u please refund our extra money.

I travelled from Hyderabad to Mumbai on 7th Nov and came back on 19th Nov. On Mumbai Hwy between between Zahirabad and Solapur, there are many over bridges which are incomplete, and lot of diversions through such a bad service road area, which causes Traffic Jams.

I want to know why do there is collection of Toll charges for unfinished roads?

While coming to Pune Maharastra on 18/11/20 at about 18.55 Hrs I was crossing Khedshivapur Toll Naka, it is observed that my Fast tag get scanned twice resulting in deducting twice the amount ( 2 x 95 ), copy of detail message received from Bank Of Baroda is attached. My Fast Tag a/c details are

My name is Rasikbhai Maru. I live in Rajkot Gujarat. Luckily I am a neighbor of National Highway. I live on National Highway 8 / B passing through Rajkot.It is very easy for us to go anywhere in the city or outside the city.

There are many benefits to living on the National Highway. There are also some problems. We are confident. You will solve those problems.

Problem No. 1. I live in the area of ​​National Highway 8 / B. It is between Kotharia Chokdi and Gondal Chokdi in Rajkot city. This area is 80% residential area.
But, there are no streetlights on the highway in the area between Gondal Chokdi and Kotharia Chokdi. So it has become very difficult to get out of this area at night.And there are also problems with many illegal and criminal offenses.
If the light of a streetlight can bring a lot of change in this area.
I kindly request you to turn on the streetlights in this area.

Problem No. 2: - There is a Bay Road service road in the area from Gondal Chokdi to Kotharia Chokdi on National Highway 8 / B. It has built sewers for water disposal on the service road. The sewers are open.
Since those sewers are open, the residents and professionals dump their waste in them. So the water is blocked and there is a lot of dirt and pollution.
And now in the time of this epidemic, other diseases can also be caused by this dirt.
We request that you plan to cover those open sewers as soon as possible.
Problem No.-3.
On the same National Highway 8 / B from Kotharia Chokdi to Gondal Chokdi, the main road and service road have become very bad.
The situation has become so bad that the sound of heavy freight vehicles is causing tremors in the houses in the surrounding residential areas.
Sometimes it feels like an earthquake is coming.
Houses are weakening due to this vibrating.
Please make a cake in this matter.
