Day before yesterday when my private vehicle whose number is dl7ck9735 and dl2ak3567 were going from ghaziabad to hapur so that van was stopped by chhajarasi toll and fasttag was already recharged and then also they cut the toll by slip of amounting rs 125 each and said that there will be no vehicle passed by delhi registration number and they had misbehaved with my client staff too . So i request you to please take appropriate action and asked them about this.

Is thare any rule that in cash return journey amount not taken by toll plaza.
Date 19.11.2020 I have give amount to mundiyar toll plaza and I say to operator to make return ticket but he refused my request and make single journey ticket.

Bangalore to Mangalore highway is seeing lot of traffic now a days because of good and smooth road.
1.Problem is we are not seeing LINES so that we can stick to LANE and drive safely. THough it is 2 LANES(one way) but there is not mark to differentiate the LANE. Please apply LANES in the missing area.
2. So many humps which is not necessary at all. Please remove road HUMPS. this is totally not logical because we have paid to drive in this road but we see humps.
3. IN the same highway, Please work on flyover at HERISAVE junction. this is killing 2 to 3 minutes.

Today I went through ROHAD TOLL PLAZA, NH-10, HARYANA at19:25. They told that mine FAST TAG is not working and charged double toll Rs 130 as penalty. But later I got msg from bank that charged toll Rs. 30 because I was returned on same day. So how can I get my refund. But this is same problem there many times

I have travelled on this road for many times now expecting it to improve but it is in hell bad condition and nobody is paying any attention. Diversions are so dangerous, a minute steering deviation can lead to accident and injury, toll is still charged to us and that is cheating to customers. The road contractor name is IRB, I’m surprised what the hell is NHAI & IRB is doing other than filling pockets.

Toll staff imposed a penalty and collected Rs 120 in cash despite having right fast Tag and balance in the account at the time of passing through Jogipura Toll Plaza on NH-46 by declaring it as Black Listed Fast Tag. I hope this is to be resolved and this unneccessary harassment of consumers should also be stopped.

This is the case on National High Ways from Bangalore to Madras. The dispute located quite behind of Nattarampalli Bus stand NH 46 over bridge adjacent Service Road property belongs to CPM son Mr. Babu doing construction on NH property and made complication for public. He said as i have influence in National Highway authority due to service provided to the department when formed this NH 46. As a public i don' t know really and relaxation to such kind of service provider in the National High Way authority.

Kindly take the necessary action and remove the construction made on NH property.

Hi sir this is rajiv kumar and my taxi no DL1RT5588 MY fast tag wallet have 150rupes Bailance in morning time and I have crossed toll tax by fast tag, when I return fbd to delhi my fast tag Bailance 124 and your toll employee told me your fastag is black listed and he takken double toll charge 52 rupes and give a toll recept and then after I have recharge my wallet automatically deduct 26rupes .I mean to say I have pay three time extra toll charge . Plese check and refund my extra toll. And take a action toll collection agent. Your agent told me you can compland any where I don't care.

Waited more than 20 mnts in Manguli Toll gate. Inspect the CCTV footage and take action against the staff in the 1st lane.

Sir, i travelled from amravati to nagpur on 1st nov 2020, at Nandgao toll plaza with my vehicle registration number MH31 EU 3344 at around 4:45 pm, they have charged me ₹200/- for a single crossing and surprisingly it was not painted on the charges board rather they have stick a paper cutting mentioning ₹200/-.

On my query about charges, they said rates has been revised.

Now yesterday i.e. on 17tg nov 2020, i have recharged my fast tag and paid toll charges thorugh it for Nandgao toll plaza and it has deducted only ₹100/-.

I wish to bring in your kind notice the malpractice adopted by Nandgaon toll plaza.

And request you to take very stringent action against all these involved.

I crossed chhajarsi toll tax on 16 NIV 2020 and returned within 24 hours. At toll plaza enroute toll tax was deducted twice from my fastag. There were two deductions of rs 125.00 each for one crossing. My fastag is of airtel payment bank and the vehicle number attached to it is up14ck5841. You are requested to refund the excess deduction

Hello sir/Madem My name is Dhyey Shukla. I am living in Bharuch . My mothers hometown is Songadh (Surat). I visit Songadh frequently. From Vyara to Songadh there is a Toll Plaza in between these two. Distance between Vyara and Songadh is 22 Kilometres. For 22 Kilometres they charge 140 Rupees for Single Trip. And for Return they charge 210₹. Just for 22 Kilometres. And the road they have been made between Vyara to Songadh is worstes road I have ever seen. But till is like the road is made like Air Port Runway. So please do something. Please differentiate tolls according to different Cities. Make one Toll booth at Vyara and one at Songadh. And charge toll according to Kilometres.

Myself Vishal Patil, Car number MHO3 CS 3521 travelling from Mumbai to Boisar on 11 Nov 2020 in morning and back from Boisar to Mumbai same day evening with my sister and niece. I was asked to pay cash Rs.40 each time and my vehicle was not allowed to pass even though I had Fast tag and sufficient balance and I was in fast tag lane. The attendant was not willing to listen and refused to even check the fast tag.

I want to know if I can be forced to pay cash despite having a fast tag and sufficient balance and I was in fast tag lane and not cash lane.

I would like to know why such high handed behavior from the toll booth staff and want refund of the cash ...you can debit the charges of toll from my fast tag balance but only once my cash has been refunded.

While travelling Lucknow to Prayagraj on date 15/11/2020 toll fees amount 60 rs.deducted from my Paytm via fastag at andiyari toll plaza for vehicle reg. no UP32GQ6374 at 14:22:27. Toll txn Id: 0010012011151422251651. And again on date Nov.16, 2020 without travelling thier toll fare of Rs.60 had been deducted from my Paytm through FASTag for vehicle reg. no UP32GQ6374 at Andiyari on 17:52:13. Toll txn Id: 0010002011161752063943.plese look asap in this issue to resolve it.

I was driving from Pune to Nagpur for medical emergency. At Karanja (Amarawati Nagpur road Maharashtra) toll plaza, operators asked me to pay toll with fine for 110 Rs. my FASTag was working but operator told me that there is no sufficient balance. I received sms after some time for deduction of 55 on my fasting. Same message was showing sufficient balance of 400 Rs. So I paid toll by FASTag for 55 rs & also operator took 110 rs for the same thing from me.I add the photo of message & toll receipt.

We were travelling from goa side on 15th Nov 2020 and had our fast tag read from all toll plaza. We were on the expressway and tolls were paid through fasttag. We reached talegaon-khalapur (west) toll plaza at 8.47pm on 15 Nov 2020. .But from talegaon-khalapur toll plaza the toll plaza guy said that the tag is not reading and told us to pay Rs.270/- cash. We paid and got the receipt.

Ideally this same receipt is to be shown at the next toll plaza at khalapur. But there our fasttag was read again and debited Rs.203 at this khalapur plaza.

Ideally fasttag Rs.67 was to be debited at Talegaon plaza and Rs. 203 is to be debited from khalapur exit plaza amounting to the total of Rs.270 in both tolls.
But here we paid Rs.270(in cash at Talegaon plaza) and Rs.203(fast tag debit at khalapur west plaza) amounting a total of Rs. 473 for both tolls

This amount which the fast tag has debited from our side at khalapur toll on 15 nov 2020 at 9.21pm for Rs.203 is extra amount taken from our side by the toll.

Kindly look into this issue as this is the fault of the talegaon toll plaza guy as he said that our tag was not readable and took cash payment from us. And the tag got debited Rs.203 again in the khalapur toll plaza.

Kindly reverse this Rs.203 to our fasttag wallet as this is the extra money the toll plaza collected from our side.
I have attached Rs.270 cash paid receipt as well as Rs.203 fast tag sms for our vehicle MH04JB3309 15th nov is attached. Request your help in reversing the extra amount of Rs.203 debited from our side.

This toll is charging car 25₹ which is not allowed as it is free for car
