I was traveled as on 7.11.20 on N.H.No.76 . i crossed gogunda jaswanthgarh debari toll plaza at 14.51.38 pm fastag cut a amount of 70.00.with trip no,[protected].then was back on same plaza at 19.49.33 hour.that time they charged 70.00 cash to me. they said there machine is not working so they are charging by cash.when i said to them ki this my return journey same day, why u charge me extra.they said now NAHI charging this type of toll tax so u have to pay this 70.00 rs again in same day return.after long argument.they deny my return journey and charge to me again 70.00 with ticket no.[protected].so please look into the matter n pay back me extra charged money

    I had purchased kotak fastag but my fastag got damage by mistake.I have been continuosly chasing kotak for tag reissue but no proper response from there side.Please help me

      I had traveled from Bharatpur (Raj.) to Jaipur with vehicle no. RJ14CX4538, but till date no benefit of return journey has been given since 4 months(31/10/20-01/11/20, 28-29/10/20, 04/10/20, 01/10/20, 06/09/20, 14/08/20) After lodging complain also no solution provided till date. Every time i recharge my fastaf balance goes negative.There are 4 toll plaza - Ludhawai, Amoli, Sikandra, Rajadhok.

        I paid rupees 110 toll through fasttag at purankhedi toll plaza at IST 20:23:56 oj date 08/11/20. My car number is MP08CB0597.
        Here is the copy of the message recieved from fasttag of payment
        "You Paid Rs.110.00 at Purankhedi Toll Plaza of MP08CB0597 on 08/11/20 20:23:56. Avl Bal Rs.116.13 Txn ID: FT[protected]".

        And I also pay cash for same toll. I also have receipts of cash payment of same time at same toll plaza.

          I want to know the exact entry and exit points to Khanna in Ludhiana Punjab and why they are not devolved and why the illegal points are entertained .service lane are not demarked as they are two way or one way as it is a need of the day because there are no driving classes to have a license.

              What is the use of taking a Fasttag when you have below multiple issues ? 1. Going towards Miryalaguda from hyderabad- there is no Fasttag - had to pay manually and these are reaching to goverment money
              2. Pantangi and Nakrekal tollplaza - sometimes fasttags are not accurate and manual reading was done by the operator
              2. Going towards huzurabad from hyderabad- there is no Fasttag - had to pay manually -

                  मेरा घर nh8 पर गेगल टोल नाके के पास है जो कि बिल्कुल निःशुल्क है कही बार टोल नाके से गया हूं पर आज टोल कर्मचारी ने मनमानी करते हुए फास्टैग लगा होने का हवाला देते हुए मेरा टोल ले लिया गया।।
                  मना करने बावजूद फास्टैग लगा होने का हवाला देते हुए मनमानी करते हुए लिया गया मेने जो भी वैध दस्तावेज थे वो दिखाया पर वो माने को तैयार नही।।।
                  क्या सर में पूछना चाहता हु जो में मोर्निंग में गया तब नियम अलग थे जो मुजे जाने दिया ।। और शाम आते आते वो नियम ही चेंज कर दिए ।।
                  निवेदन है कि आप उचित कार्यवाही कर आम जनजीवन में एक अच्छा सन्देश दे।। ताकि हमारा विश्वास सिस्टम बना रहे।।।।

                    Rs. 10 Toll deducted at Bhagwanpur toll plaza NH-72 by paytm fastag at 4.42 pm on 07.11.2020 on my Vehicle no. UK17J2607as it was my return journey from Roorkee to Saharanpur within 24 hours, but booth operator lane 10/tc10 said your fastag is not working and he charged normal single side charge of Rs. 20 from me in cash at 4.45.54 pm and did not listen to my request that toll has already been charged by paytm fastag. Paytm statement and toll cash receipt is being attached. Please look into matter seriously.

                        This is inform to you that there will be toll between mile stone 54 nasirpur lucknow express way to noida Yamuna expressway Uttar Pradesh on my vehicle cross as below approx 01:25 PM Vehicle number (UP80 FH 8436). I am an army person and toll employee are doing miss behave with me I came in the Fastrack they shouting and rudely behaviour.according to government rools toll tax in not for defence person but mile stone 54 nasirpur lucknow express way is collecting me, where as other toll tax is not collected.this is not for the single time several time happening for me.
                        I request you to kindly take necessary action.

                          Sir, I want to bring in your kind notice that western up toll plaza Sivaya Meerut UP NH 58 is not providing proper space and passage for two wheelers. They had made two wheeler lane under two high voltage pillars of electricity. And the above given passage is full of pits with slippy concrete. I am also attaching a photo graph of two wheeler lane board .So you are requested to please look into the matter and make arrangements for proper way to two wheelers.

                            I crossed with my car bearing number HR01AE3215 at paid toll of Rupees 80 at Milk Majra (Haryana) toll plaza via fastag linked to Paytm wallet [protected] at 11:32 am on 2nd November, 2020 . On return journey on the same day at above said car entered gate number 3, they said that fastag was not working and forcefully took 80 Rupees in cash at 2:42 pm with ticket number[protected] and then at 2:44 pm they also deducted 40 Rupees through fastag linked to Paytm wallet number mentioned above. In this whole process they took 80 Rupees extra and harrassed a lot. So, you're requested to order the company operating toll plaza to return extra money taken that is 80 rupees in this whole situation mentioned above.

                                Anewadi Toll Plaza NH 48 has a dedicated cash lane with unclear signage. My vehicles no MH02EZ 3550 with a valid and sufficient balance Fastag was forced to pay by cash to pass through. Kindly look into the matter as all other Toll Plazas accept fastag in any of the Lanes except this one.

                                  There is no any special line for locals. many employees also government employees too spend much times in line of cash payment. i am doing a job and i hve to go regularly for 10 kms and i hve to cross this toll plaza every day two times. and i hve to spend half to 1 hour in line even i am local and only travel 10 kms. staff is very rude...they reserve special local line for local tourists parsing cars without collecting tolls.

                                    Fastag machine of said toll are not working properly. It takes around 25 minutes to pass a vehicle. Behaviour of Staff of this toll is very rude. Take strict action against them.

                                      I am resident of ssector 27 panchkula at gh10 (unique cooperati e group housing society) .Our society is adjacent to nh72 (newly constricted) .There is an entry point to sector 27 if we are coming from nada sahib gurdwara and what nhai have done they provided on one entry and exit point and i have seen traffic on this highway keeps on increasing and at that entry point no lights are there and at night it is very dofficult for the daily commuters to get into sector 27(or to get into panchkula extension).No traffic light has been installed .People drive recklessy there and fear always arises for an accident to occur.Kindly make proper arrangemwnt(i.E provision of lighting and installation of traffic light) so that we arrive home safely
