I Own a micro scale factory at vedvyas ( opposite sunena metals) named ODISHA COTTON INDUSTRIES.

3 days back in order to reconstruct road for NATIONAL HIGHWAY 143 (BIRHMITRAPUR TO BRAHMANI BYPASS), the entire area in front of my factory was occuped by the NHAI and the entry to my factory was completely blocked. They have now DUG up the entire area.

When i enquired with the officials regarding the problem i was facing due to my entry being blocked, there was complete APATHY from their side.

its been three days since my lorry has been waiting outside to be unloaded. i am facing huge inconvenienve and losses due to this. The material handling and labour charge is piling up. Also my orders turnaround time are increasing which may cost me my customers.

i understand that development is important but it should not come at the cost of livelihood of others.

I am sorry to say but when i went with my request to the concerned officials, their response was nothing short of barbarism and smacked of authoritarian instincts. i was even told "COMPLAINT TO WHOM EVER YOU WANT" by MR RAO the person incharge.

This is completely unacceptable in a democracy.

In Tamilnadu, at Sriperumbudur, from Oragadam to Nemili Toll Plaza, at the T Junction on the Bangalore Highway, the road condition is very bad. Vehicles going towards Chennai has to take U TURN at Salcomp main gate on the National Highway. This junction is a heavy traffic area. Poor quality of the road, lack of traffic police personnel and lack of a bridge is causing traffic jams almost everyday. On 24th October, it took 1 hour to reach from Salcomp gate on the Oragadam road to reach the Nemili plaza which is just a 5 minutes drive. One of the vehicles on the road also fell into the side ditch. This happens often as the traffic is very heavy and the road is not wide, there is no bridge and quality of the road is also very poor. Please provide a bridge at the earliest.

On 28.10.2020, while crossing Nazirakhat toll plaza at km179. 6 on NH 37, by my own vehicle, Ecosport, vide Regn no AS01EM8863, my first tag amount could not be availed, and informed me that it is blacklisted.
Though I had sufficient amount of money deposited in my a/c.
Requesting you to please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

उपर्युक्त विषयान्तर्गत लेख है कि राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग क्रमांक 30 में चारामा नगर जो कांकेर जिला में स्थित है में NHAI के द्वारा स्ट्रीट लाइट लगवाया गया है जिसमें से लगभग 50% लाइट ही जलतें है शेष 50% लाइट मात्र दिखाने के लिए ही लगाएं गए हैं।

NHAI के द्वारा चारामा नगर के निवासियों से जो इस टोल सड़क के मात्र 20% भाग का उपयोग परिवहन के लिए करतें हैं उनसे भी पूरा 100% टोल जबरन वसूल किया जा रहा है। जबकि किसी प्रकार की कोई सुविधाएं प्राप्त नहीं हो रहीं हैं।

आपसे निवेदन है कि चारामा नगर में जो स्ट्रीट लाइट NHAI द्वारा लगवाया गया है उसमें सुधार करवाया जाए और चारामा नगर वासियों के लिए टोल की रकम का पुनरीक्षण किया जाए।

I was at Pipili toll gate on dtd 25th Oct 2020 at 03.20 pm while traveling to Puri and again at Pipilli toll gate at 07.57 pm on 25th Oct 2020 while returning from Puri . To my astonishment I have noticed Rs-115/ -at 3.20 pm and Rs-55/- at 07.57pm was deducted respectively from my paytm account which is linked towards toll charges for to and fro journey to Puri in my car having Regd .no OR-02 BA-8008 .I am furnishing the order IDs for both the transactions

Kindly sort out and amount debited should be credited to my paytm account as per your stipulations at the earliest .

AT Nathavalasa/ Vizianagaram ( Public Funded ) they are collecting 60+30 as toll fee instead of 50 +25 as per NHAI website .

And even there is no information about change of rates on the Green boards displayed near the toll plaza

The road from hanuman junction to tadepalligudem of Andhra Pradesh is very bad and they are collecting toll taxes. Atleast the golden quadrilateral has to have good roads in india. If this also is not done then remove tolls

Due to heavy rains, Highway no. AH48 is filled with potholes. There is one such deep crater pothole which is causing tyre burst when a car traverses it.
Since it is in right most lane of the highway, cars typically travel at 60-70kmph in this location (Near Baner-Radha Chowk).
I happen to become victim to tyre burst yesterday.
Request to fill all the potholes on this AH48 on priority

Long queue with absolutely no movement. Delay in receiving toll charges despite having fastag. Precious time wasted because of in efficiency of toll authority. So much frustating & disgusting..

My car has passing of Pimpri RTO (pune MH 14). But at Mumbai Pune express way Talegaon toll plaza has misbehaving with us and charged for Rs. 203 for local vehicles.

Kindly suggest.

Dear Sir/Madam,
On 26/10/20, at toll plaza Pani pat -Jalandhar Karnal, I was threatened to pay double tax in cash stating that my fast is is not functional, after leaving toll plaza I find that after paying double toll tax Rs. 250 in cash they have also deducted Rs. 125 from my fast tag. These people are looting innocent public. Kindly look in the the matter at earliest. The receipt of cash paid and fast tag deduction is also uploaded for your reference.

Bun toll plaza has many time deducted toll at double without information via fastag. Many time toll deduct by cash and same time deducted via fastag, one time i complaint the toll plaza employee. She agree but same time again deduct via fatah. Another time 2 time deducted via fastag same time please refund the extra toll tax and compensation for this .mentaly and financial torcher.

They clearly mention Fasttag lane in each toll plaza in Tamil Nadu - but they allow all vehicle with and without fast tag - which is causing min 15mins wait. Then why it’s called fast tag - ?? It just cashless toll.

Specially this melmaruvathur toll plaza - just collect cash toll in fast tag lane and causing hell lots of traffic which is causing min 30 min delay.

Is those cash toll accountable ?? Modi ji wants digital India and Anti corruption but these guys never change it seems

Toll attended forced me to pay toll and penalty in cash and after few minutes toll was deducted via toll tag at Chhajarsi toll plaza. This happened today 26 October, at 5:10 pm

On 28/09/2020, contractor Himalyan Expressway Ltd -Toll plaza Chandimandir, Panchkula deducted 30 Rs fee and 30 Rs fine for insufficient fund. Though Sufficient amount was available in Tag. Which can be checked from

Kodai Road toll gate employee said there is no amount in my account of fast tag, but 147 rupees was in my account, after that I have paid 120 rupees including additional fee for non-fast tag instead of 60 rupees.

This is to inform you that an Unauthorized/ Illegal Commercial Construction work is going on near NH No-753J at Chalisgaon Bhadgaon Road (Dist-Jalgaon).
The Construction work is going on without following the Legal Norms of National Highway as well as respective Nagarpalika also.
Details as-
Owner Name- Mr Ramesh S. Chaudhari, Jai Shankar Nagar, Near HP Petrol Pump, Bhadgaon Road, Chalisgaon, Dist- Jalgaon- 424101.
Also said construction plan is pending with respective "Chalisgaon Nagarpalika" till date for sanction, but due to violating the Nagarpalika norms they are not sanctioned & they have issued the Warning Notice against the Owner Mr Ramesh S Chaudhari for demolishing the Illegal Construction but respective Owner denied the order of Nagarpalika & still the work is being continued. (Owner applied to sanctioning the Residential plan instead of Commercial plan & without leaving the necessary parking area for Shop Customers because they have planned to Construct 07 Nos Shops towards NH facing in Ground floor + Residence in First floor)

As per the Legal Norms & GR dated 14 May 2018,
National highway: buildings should be located at a distance of 3 to 6m from the National highway (the distance between the centre of the road and the building will be 60m)
The above mentioned control lines are fixed so as to limit building activity. Minimum distance between a road and a building from the centre of the road depends upon the area of the road. There should not be obstruction of view, which may cause a danger to vehicular traffic.
Without previous permission in writing from the Highway Authority, no one is allowed to construct, form or lay out any means of access to or from a highway, or erect any building or materially alter any existing building, extend any excavation or construct or form or lay out any work.
With an increase in car ownership, roads have increasingly become an important means of transport in the country. Purchasing property abutting on to the road, more particularly to a National or a State Highway, is the first choice of investors. Developers also prefer to develop property along the road since such properties are sold easily. Development along a road is not only restricted to residential purpose, but also for other developments such as industrial units.
When development takes place linearly along the highway with direct access to the highway it is called “Ribbon Development”. Usually, the efficiency of road transport is affected due to inadequate width of the highway, local traffic nearby the urban area, uncontrolled proliferation of access points to the highway, uncontrolled building activities and roadside advertisement and encroachments.
Request to take the necessary Strict Action against all for doing the Unauthorised Construction near NH 753J for Violating the National Highway Legal Norms.
