FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 75 for transaction by Vehicle MAKDF65DEK4100069 at Toll Omalur Toll Plaza on[protected]T18:02:40. Its local only Rs 15 only need to be deducted. Deducted excess please do the needful

      The toll mala always has vehicles lined up. I have been waiting in theine for MORE THAN 15 MINUTES . IT is a 4 lane road and the staff at the toll is quite slow.

        Bor charan toll plaza.
        On barmer to sanchore road.
        The operator argued unnecessarily and didn't issued a return journey toll receipt.
        He just stuck to one thing that we does not issue return tickets.
        Hopefully the authority will make sure that this does not happen again.

          AXIS fast tag company asking for RC copies to validate if the vehicle is registered with correct class.
          such details should be checked from transport department rather than asking customer to upload the RC copy.
          RC copy was uploaded at time of registering the FAST TAG. now what is the point of asking this details again.

                Address: Shantigrama Toll Plaza. Near Hassan, Karnataka

                Wanted to bring the regular issue faced in the highway number 75, Toll plaza of Shantigrama Near Hassan. 8 out 10 times when I pass through this toll plaza I have observed vehicles lined up at least in 1 or 2 lanes due to technical issue and also responsiveness of the staff around here.

                Staff just block the lane and ask all the vehicles to back up and move into another lane, which really takes a lot of time of the commuters even after having installed the fastags.

                Other 3 toll plazas in this highway towards Bangalore are managed generally well.

                  I have an issue with one of your toll plaza that, I am appointed at one bank which branch is around 45kmr from my residance and I have to pass this toll. Toll distance from my office is around 18kms. My vehicle registration is another district. Since this toll launched I had daily pass of rs.265 and now the present manager not allow me for daily pass as saying it can't be issue, while many people running daily as working in bank or other department and I discussed with all as everyone is interconnected.

                  Now, I bring this in your notice that please provide resolution as if a person got transferred one location to another location than is there no any toll pass for tham. While I am giving office letter also and manager talks very immenner way i am looking for solution but he is creating problem instead of way out.

                  Please... I hope this would be resolve.

                    As we are using Bengaluru – Gooty (NH-7) route regularly. I observed that the functioning of Fast tag at Karanataka toll gates are very good and efficient. But in Andhrapradesh i.e Marur toll plaza and Kasepalli toll plaza have following issues.

                    1. Name culture / signage board of Fast Tag entry (Previously there was only one Fast Tag entry and the sig board was good).
                    2. Recently I returned from Gooty to Bengaluru with my family (wife & one-year kid) i.e on 27.10.2020 around 7:00 P.M. I entered in Fast Tag / cash line because of non-availability of proper sign board, then I requested them to do scan with portable machine. But the Toll gate staff very arrogant, they not scanning with portable machine. First, they told it’s not working after 10 min they did with portable machine only.
                    3. Finally, I understand that they are liars. They are talking unparliamentary words.
                    4. They not using any mask, glouse as per present COVID 19 pandemic and they don’t have any uniform.
                    5. There are big humps to the bridges on the way from Anantapur to Gooty (vice -versa) and the plantations is very poor between the roads.

                        Yesterday Night i was returning from Garh Mukteshwar when i reached at chhajarsi toll there were 110 Rs. in my fast tag, While toll was for Rs. 125, immediately i have received message that there is Rs. -15 in my fast tag wallet that means Rs. 125 paid but barrier was not open, then the person who was there on toll counter came and said there is no money in fast tag you have to Pay in cash Rs. 250 i.e. Rs. 125 for toll and Rs. 125 is penalty. This means i have paid triple toll. Kindly look into this and urgently return my additional amount. when there is auto deduction from fast tag wallet then why he has charged Rs. 250. refer the attached photographs and resolve the matter on high priority.

                            I was going from jhansi to datia on20/10/2020.
                            I was to going to temple.
                            I said to employed to come back from datia within 2 hours so kindly make to and fro I.e make a ticket so that I could come back from the same ticket I.e onlyrs115.

                              -This is to inform that an unauthorized construction is happening on NH8 highway which is under PWD allocated for future development.
                              -This construction is currently undergoing as on dated : 30.10.2020

                              - Highway authority already inform the contractor to stop the work and they are not stopping.
                              - I request you to please take some action against the person who is constructing shops in PWD allocated land for HN8

                                I am a ex army service person and we and our family members are exempted from paying toll fee acording to letter of nhai letter no Nh12037/278/2003/PBNHI/DATED/NO.2003
                                BUT THE WORKERS OF NHAI TOLL PLAZAS ARE NOT SINCERE ABOUT THAT LETTER AND TAKING TOLL FEE FROM THE EX ARMY PERSONS
                                KINDLLY PROVIDE THE SOLUTION FOR THIS TYPE OF PROBLEMS
                                Note:- the employes of toll plaza are humiliating and mentally and physically too harassing the citizens.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  We had waste our valuable time due to heavy traffic jamm on NH48.There is small bridge buliding work in progress since more than one year near kosamba (Honest restaurant).
                                  We observed heavy traffic jamm due to this reason and people waste their valuable time.

                                  Please take a action immediately and make it eatlier either solved the traffic problem.

                                  Last day there was 3 to 4 hours traffic jamm till now its not solve

                                    Sir we are wasting lot of time in paying the toll plaza on the national highway between vizianagaram and vizag. Exact location of the place is matavalasa.
                                    At this toll plaza, they jept only one cash counter and rest all fast tag. Here at this toll plaza o wasted more than 15mins and when we asked to waive off the toll fee, ticket counter person talked rudely.
                                    My compliant is why only one cash counter provided. Please take the action on the the toll plaza and request to help people on future

                                      I am Kuldeep Singh Rathore ( [protected]) I am lodging this complaint very dishearteningly against Tantiawas toll plaza operator plus staff The said incidence happen on 29/10/2020, 2:00 pm while crossing tantiawas toll plaza Jiapur to bikaner, by my own vehicle, swift desire, veh. Regn no RJ 07 CC 1797, i have sufficient ammount in my fast tag so i entered in fast tag line and i request the operator to charge from my fast tag he angrily refuse and told me that i dont have sufficient balance for payment and informed me that my fast tag is blacklisted and after many requests he deny to scan through hand machine after long argument he charged double payment 60+60 rs cash (both payment slip enclosed with email). after paying i crossed 18 to 20 km and when i check my mobile and i got message of money deduction form my fast tag... Hence my fast tag is fully working and my payment already done from my fast tag and the taniawas toll plaza staff done fraud with me. After this incidence i contact to Mr Satish chand jangid regarding my concern and told him to meet he refuse to meet and said that he is on leave. Than after i again reach toll plaza and told my incident to gurd and ask him to meet with Toll Manager or Any NHAI members for my issue he called some one in office and after taht gurd said you can not meet any one if you want to meet you have to wait here and after 10, 15 minutes finally one of the staff member is ready to meet when i reach office the TOLL MANAGER Who was on So called leave is also present there and after listen my isse all staff members refuse to answer me and send me one person to another...
                                      The following incident is very awful for me.I hope concern department or agency will take appropriate disciplinary action against that employee and ensure that employees behave well with its customers.
                                      And Requesting you to please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                                        I was traveling from Bangalore to Chitradurga on NH 4. Between 12 to 12:30PM I was Karajeevanahalli Toll. We waited for more than 20mins to cross the toll.

                                        All the fast tag lanes were chocked. The traffic was too much and toll authority behavior was rude too.

                                        When the rule says that beyond a certain distance if traffic is piled up why were we made to wait. And also new rule says that car need not wait for 3 mins in a toll. But where as all the tolls b/w Bangalore to Chitraduraga take more than 10mins. Please can you look into this.
