With out fastag vehicles are passed all fastag ways, , , so too much time taken on this sriperumbuthur tollgate... Fastag system is very worst in the area... Otherwise why all are buy fast tag... This is not fast tag, , , , , is slow tag, , , so pls changed the name slow tag

Humare neighbor Mr. sudheer Gujjar NHAI ko baar baar fake applications submit kr re h ki hmari shop NHAI ki property mai bani hui h. Jabki unka guest house NHAI ki property m aa ra h. Wo roz roz humare ps kuch logo ko bhej kr hmari dukaan ko tudwate h. Kuch log apne aap ko NHAI ki taraf s btate hai. Or bina btye hmari dukan ko todna suru kr dete h. Wo log kisi bhi time aakr hme darate h or humari dukan to todna suru kr dete h. Jbki humare as ps ki sari dukan NHAI ki bhumi pr bani hui h. Humare dusre neighbor Mr. Mukesh Bhargava ki dukan 10 foot aage tak bani hui hai. Par fir b hmare papa na hone ki wjha s sb log baar baar aakr darate or dhamkate hai. Ye silsila pechle 7-8 mahino se chal rha hai or hume kahin se bhi Help nahi mil pa ri hai.

Please its a humble request aap is mamle ki kariyawahi kre or uprokt jgha ka inspection kre. Or avedh kabjo ko hatwaye.

At Dhulagari toll plaza at around 18:15 hrs on returning from Kolaghat to Kolkata toll fees of Rs. 105.00 has been collected at toll plaza counter. Again the same amount i.e. Rs. 105.00 has been deducted from Fastag account.

At the time of checking the slip of deposited toll fees it was noticed that counter man has mentioned the toll fees against another LMV (WB20AG2749), owned by Mr. Indranil Pal (checked in vahan website) though my LMV registration no is WB20AG0274.

Kindly process the toll fees claim against Mr LMV i.e. WB20AG0274 owned by Mr. Arnab Nanda.

My car departed RJ 06 cc 8702 at Khachrol National Toll Plaza madalgarh today,[protected] at around 11 am, then the toll tax was paid by fast tag of Rs 60 with Txn ID: FT[protected]. At around 5:15 in the evening, the toll tax was charged at Rs 60 while the return tax was Rs 30, which is Txn ID: Another complaint about that toll plaza is ..fastag system is not working properly.Kindly Slove that issue as soon as possible and return that extra amount charged by khachrol national toll plaza.thank you.

I am Sachin Jagdale Inspector CISF along with 22 jawan troop was going On dated 18/10/20 at 0250 am for bye-election duty of Gujrat state in special bus from Aniyari toll plazza NH7 Rohishala, Gujrat .
We showed our all authority documents, movements orders and ID cards to toll operator as well as shift incharge of Aiyari toll plazza but they denied toll exemption... Even if on duty paramilitary force Company...

For the past few weeks, the Chakdah junction/more in the Nadia district, on NH12 previously NH34 highway has been experiencing dilapidating traffic jams all day long. This jam gets progressively worse in the evening.

As a traveller on the national highway, i feel the need for adequate warning signals when the road splits into a flyover and a road, specially in the night time.
Glow signs at the point of separation can really help save a lot of accidents and loss of life

Yesterday I have visited at Lucknow Nawabganj Plaza there some technical issue with fastag as I called on helpline number I.e. 1033 a lady agent received the call I told her my concern that I have sufficient balance but its show insufficient please help me out instead of helping me she told me that contact with Paytm.
I said they why you are there if I called on paytm she has given me worst reply that “Aap ghar se recharge kara k nikala kariye, hum kya karenge” in very bad tone who is she to told me this. She is working on customer service department she need to help me.
I am customer and I pay for it I need the solution not this type of conversation please take necessary action. I think this behavior in customer service is not acceptable for the customer.

My complain number 2481899 of fastag dated 24/9/20 in fastag complain lodged in what's app in the particular number, yet not resolved.
In madanpur toll gate, kamrup, Assam, while going for local tour within a distance of around 37 kilometres they charged Rs 110/ whereas they charged Rs 55/ with Kamrup registered vehicle in cash mode. My vehicle also kamrup registered but charged doubled what is the use of fastag where is the discount etc.
While coming back in the same journey within few hours i paid rs 55/ cash they take and even taken through fastag without my knowledge. I complained in the above complain number but not resolved after 22 days. Please give me the justice

As we are using Solapur- Hyderabad route regularly ...but it's seen that toilet facility's at toll at Omerga is always closed or not maintained ..it's embarrassing to use roadside for toilet facikity because if them and also arrogant workers over toll plaza..

I am daily commuter use to go through Delhi-Faridbad Toll at Sarai, Faridabad. As I have fast tag but waiting at toll is about 10-15 minutes in the evening and lines in fasttag is more than the cash line. What is the use of this Fastag if we have to wait for 10-15 minutes daily. Their machines are not working properly and even without tag vehicles are entered in tag lane. Most of the time they have called man who clear the vehicle. Kindly to necessary instructions to them so that we can save time and fuel.

I am a daily traveller from Kherki Daula (KM 42, 007001).
I have taken the monthly pass and prefer the automatic pass lane. I daily have to wait for 20+ min at toll to pss through, as many cars and other commercial vehicles keep cutting the line in between. People who are in actual queue has to wait unnecessary.
People at the toll don't have any control over this, who keeps just watching the show. Its really frustrating for those who follow the guidelines.
Please help to correct this.

Sir, it is seen that the staffs of toll gate at Sonapur, Assam are generally try to collect toll fee from me though I am the Asstt. Executive Engineer, PWD, Jakhalabandha NH Sub Division for the juridiction of NH37 &NH37A of Nagaon & Sonitpur District.Most of staffs are uneducated & uncivilized ones.Though my official vehicle is exempted from toll free under clause b(v) of exempted list of 2020, the staffs always try to collect toll fee from me using uncivilized language.Please try to follow the rule for the officer working for NH works under the Ministry of Road Surface & Transport otherwise the matter will be complainted to the RO Guwahat. This toll gate' staffs should be properly trained before the survicing to toll gate.

At chaukdi toll ( km. 163 ) nh23 on 4/10/2020 at 11:00:12 AM, vehcile no. UP40AE0111 double time tax was detected one by direct cash and second by fast tag. Please look into the matter, hoping for the positive reply.

Today when we crossed Pundag Toll Plaza situated between Ranchi and Ramgarh in Jharkhand. Toll person took cash informing there is no cash in Fasttag. We informed that there is money in Fasttag but he didn’t agreed to it. We paid the toll in cash and received the sms for deduction from Fasttag as well.
We paid 105 in cash and 105 was also deducted from Fasttag

We were traveling from chennai to melmaruvathur and paid money in chengalpet toll. But the road from toll to mamandur was the worst and highly damaged. If they couldn't maintain the roads, they should stop collecting toll money. Pls take necessary action

Diversion display board towards kharagpore and nibedita setu/bally howrah from dan kuni, hooghly nh2 may mislead to any one for size of the board.specially very difficult to obderve in evening.

My sbi fastag of state bank of india, is closure but in ihmcl system it is blocked by state bank of india
my vehicle no is wb23e4202, wb23e4206, wb23e4207. We complaint about this, but no feedback from them.

I recharged my fastag card for an amount of Rs 1000 through my credit card facility on the 22nd of September 2020. I was levied a charge of Rs 21.70 additionally over and above the amount of Rs 1000.00/-, for which i recharged the fastag card. totally my account has been debited Rs 1021.70, further to that i recharged the same fastag card for an amount of Rs 500 through net banking facility on the 26th of September 2020. I was levied a charge of Rs 14.16 additionally over and above the amount of Rs 500.00/-, for which i recharged the fastag card. totally my account has been debited Rs 514.16.

If the authorities are going to penalise a customer for making use of the digital payment then are the authorities trying to discourage online payment and encourage cash transaction.

I being an ardent supporter of the government initiatives with respect to the cash less transactions, the act of the NHAI is pushing me back to cash transactions.

I strongly feel the authorities are colluding with the anti national elements to encourage cash hoarding and money laundering through these activities.

i AM EXPECTING THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT HAS BEEN LEVIED BY THE NHAI ON MY DIGITAL TRANSACTIONS TO BE REVERSED TO THE CONCERNED ACCOUNTS.

Toll booth near Chutmalpur, Saharanpur district is not accepting Fast Tags and is mentioning that the Fast Tags in your car is black listed. They said the same for all the 3 cars me and my family members were travelling, while the same fast Tag was used to pay in earlier toll booths on New Delhi to Dehradun route. The Fast Tag still has a balance of more than 500 Rs.
they insist on cash and are cheating the public. NHAI should look into this.
