To whom so ever it may concern plz look into this matter immediately #fastagscam
Yesterday i was returning from vadodara and i wanted to get a fastag so when i stopped at IDAA infrastructure pvt ltd choryasi toll plaza i asked paytm fasttag employ to give me a fastag and what will u charge, he said i will charge 500 for fastag in which u will get 150 balance.

But instead of that the fastag is for 250 and u will get 150 balance

And when i went to toll plaza office ot complain about the incident, the manager ring some one and acted like he was unaware and was saying complainant has photo with the guy on bike and umbrella is also there of paytm and said i am going there to see who that guy is.

This was his technique to give hint to that guy so he can move from there

So when we reached there at the spot with that manager that guy was disappeared and the other ne sitting next to him employ of airtel said some one was here with paytm umbrella now gone and i dont know who was he
But when we was urging with that paytm guys this airtel guy was supporting him.

And then the manager just left from there without even inquiring, he was just there to confirm that guy is gone.

So sir maam just calculate with a minimum amt
Original fees is 250 and they r charging 500, so 250 per vehicle is their profit in blackmoney so example if a tollpalaza is issuing 1000 fastag per day they are looting 250000 per day and if it is more than expected vehicle so just imagine how much they are looting a comman person
This is the problem of each and every toll plaza so plz look it this matter and arrest the frauds as soon as possible

Hello sir my name is Parvinder Singh. I work at Bachhwan Toll Plaza at NH344A near Balachaur, Punjab. This toll is Under Jay Singh Company. The FastTag scanners doesnot work properly. The officials are very partial between their own workers and local worers. They donot give us salary at fixed date. All total, this Toll Company works in a very unorganized way. Pleas e take some action to slove the problem locals and vehicle owners.

This is to inform you that, I neeraj kapil is the resident of vill syar, po Darlaghat, Teh Arki, Distt Solan HP 171102. The NH 205 Road got damaged 3 months back. It was near about 50 feet patch, some workers came with sand and filled it. Now we the people of 2 villages are facing DUST, but in huge amount. On 11.10.2020 I crossed Panipat toll plaza at 8:48pm and double the amount of toll fee Rs 70 were charged from me by toll operator stating that my FASTag is blacklisted for low balance.My account had sufficient balance and it was working fine at all other plaza.

Journey date and time: Saturday, 10 Oct 2020, at around 10am to 10.15am.
Vehicle number of our car printed on receipt: MH117896(this number cannot even exist, false vehicle no. entry made by toll collection person)

We paid in cash at Satara -Anewadi toll plaza but that amount is also deducted from our paytm wallet.
Also, the receipt we received has incorrect vehicle number and hence we are facing many problems in getting refund amount. You may find mismatching vehicle number on RC and Cash payment receipt, in the refund request that we raised for Paytm fastag with ref no.[protected]. Also, you can check the CCTV footage at toll plaza at the given time, to check we have also paid the amount in cash.

Please resolve problem, and process the refund.

Flyover are not completed since 15 years the working is still going on. The state of road is very bad from pune towards Satara of NH4, still they taking toll. Village road are better than this highway. Instead of working on productivity please concentrate on quality instead.

On 8th oct, 2020 i crossed rohad toll plaza in haryana. the toll authority charged rupees 130 from me on the pretext of not having enough amount in the fastag account but i had the amount in fastag account and the rupees 65 had been deducted from the fastag account.
please refund the excess money charged from me.

While I was traveling from Ayodhya towards Gorakhpur, the Toll plaza MANDWANAGAR TOLL PLAZA was running only one / twoFASTTAG LANE, ensuring unnecessary queuing of Vehicles.When I asked/ complained about this at toll ..they shamelessly say just go away .. and when father argued, they started using abusive language and threatened me.
I am a Government doctor working near AYODHYA, I frequently traveled to Gorakhpur during last 03 years, The Tollplaza mentioned is maintained by very notorious and threatening staff, I have noticed them to be very problematic earlier too.
This time I am forced to submit a complaint in despair..

"Engapuzha" is a very small city in kozhikode district. Located in KOZHIKODE -KOLLEGHAL national highway. Some private business personals constructed buildings on NHAI's land and properties. that, 's why
in our city facing very difficult traffic jam and dangerous accidents.

Dear Sir, I beg to inform you that the luggage charge is being deducted without receipt from the passenger bus at the toll plaza below. Passengers have luggage. Toll plaza workers are forcibly charging luggage charges, especially for passenger vehicle that have fastag. The Prime Minister's dream of a digital India is being tarnished. We went through the fastag lane at the WUPTL PLAZA at 3:50 pm on[protected]. Even after having a valid fastag i was charged double the amount of toll which I had yo pay in cash because their machines were not working. I had no problem in paying the normal amount but i was fraudulently charged double in the name of fastag penalty.
This is just a way of taking money from commuters using unfair means.
And this happened with not only me but several more vehicles as well. Please look into this matter ASAP.

We face problems in this toll plaza. Today we were waiting for more than 1 hr to pass the toll .Lot of vehicles were standing and as per rules the toll has to allowed to open if there is more than 6 vehicles, but inspite of requesting them to open the staffs were very rude and they say there is no such rule. I heard that the toll plaza has recovered the expenses and they have increased and charging 75 INR one side. This is a everyday issue and we are able to keep our appointments on time. We are tolerating this attorcity for few years.Due to this harassment and tension our day is wasted and we are unable to do a our work This problem is not only for us, it’s for everyone hHope you will take necessary actions

There are long waiting queues at Saiya toll plaza, Dholpur(Raj.). We have a Fastag but still the ones who pay through cash come in the Fastag lane & the Toll workers entertain them. This causes us to wait for at least 10 mins. despite having Fastag.
Pls take action against the Toll plaza management.

I commute daily from Burdwan to Kolkata and return back between which there are 2 tolls, one at Palsit and another at Dankuni. We have to wait for more than 15 mins in each toll which equals to 1 hour daily up and down. The toll operators are pretty slow and most of the fast tag machines don't work which results to long traffic congestion. Kindly look into this matter seriously to save 1 hour daily for thousands of passengers commuting daily.

Only 2 out of 4 lanes on either side, are functional anytime of the day.

No separate lanes for cash and fastag available. Both are forced to use the same 4 lanes out of the 8 lanes available. So even fastag users have to wait in queue for the cash payers to buy their tokens. No cash payer is asked to pay double the stipulated amount on going through a fastag lane. Queues of vehicles keep on lining up because of this delay.

DELAY is inevitable for fastag users who have taken the time and effort to buy a fastag, just to avoid waiting at the toll plazas. How IRONIC?

मेरीएम्बुलेंस जो कि डिलेवरी के लिये ज़िकितज़ हेल्थ केअर में अनुबंधित हुई है । नियमनासर एम्बुलेंस टोल फ्री है किंतु मुझसे सीहोर बूथ पर टोल वसूली कर मेरा समय भी बर्बाद किया है । और मुझे पुलिस बुलाने की धमकी दी । आपके टोल बूथ पर कंही यह नही लिखा है कि नई एम्बुलेंस वाहन से टोल वसूला जाये । यह अनैतिक वसूली है । कृपया कार्यवाही करें ।

I was charged double at toll plaza: tp01 raipur, section: beawar to sandia on nh14
I was told my fast tag is not working so i paid cash and after a couple of minutes i received a sms stating that my fast tag has been deducted the same amount by the same toll plaza.

Attached is the sms of my fast tag deduction and the physical receipt which i received after paying cash.

Please look into this matter.

मेरे द्वारा भोपाल से रायसेन के बीच में सेहतगंज टोल प्लाजा पर फास्ट टैग होने के बाद भी टोल प्लाजा वालों ने पैसे लिए बोल रहे हैं आपका फास्ट ट्रेक ब्लैक लिस्ट है 1033 पर कंप्लेंट करने के बाद भी कोई समस्या का हल नहीं किया गया उसके पश्चात भी में 1 घंटे तक टोल प्लाजा पर खड़ा रहा और कोई समस्या का समाधान नहीं हुआ गाड़ी में फॉस्टैक लगा भी है और पर्याप्त बैलेंस भी है उसके बावजूद भी मुझसे पैसा लिया गया और रसीद दी गई पूर्व में भी लगभग 1 माह पूर्व मेरे द्वारा 1033 पर कंप्लेंट की गई थी लेकिन आज दिनांक तक भी उस समस्या का कोई हल नहीं हुआ है कंप्लेंट नंबर 2427202 ना अभी तक किसी ने फोन करके समस्या की जानकारी ली ना समस्या हल हुई फास्टट्रैक लगा होने के बावजूद भी काम नहीं कर रहा है

I'm R Jagadeeshwaran from Sivaksai and my vehicle number was TN 67BE 1166. I travel on date 28 September 2020 through KAPAALUR TOLL PLAZA. The toll plaza incharge person provide single trip ticket for the Hot Cash users and discriminately not provided the double trip ticket which leads to huge amount collection while compare to the Fast-tag users. They charge 160 rupees rather than 120 rupees for the said trip. So, please consider my complaint and redress my grievance as soon as possible. I had taken the video ( while conversation with worker on the said toll plaza as an evidential purpose) and ticket also. I will produce when you ask. Thank you sir. Request to stringent action would be taken against the discrimination collection of toll fare.
