On 01/10/2020, an accident held on NH52. We informed to the emergency number about the accident.The accident spot was 5km away from toll plaza, but ambulance didn't reach there in the expected time.It took about an hour to reach there.

In Panagarh Toll Plaza( Barwa Adda Expressway Limited), regular jamming has become a common phenomenon both during morning and evening hours...It has become a nightmare for daily commuters like us to stand in long queue during crucial hours...
Payment collection from fasttag has also taken backseat although different fast tag Lane is there...Very poor supervision, indecent behaviour and very often one/ two lanes are found kept blocked due to some unknown reasons.
Kindly look into the matter.

On 30 Sep'20, I was travelling from Ahmedabad to Vadodara in private Taxi. while returning to Ahmedabad back from Vadodara the person at vadodara toll plaza is not accepting Torn Note from driver. He said we are not Accepting Torn Note. I told him that their is no Rule Made by RBI, NHAI or Govt. for Not accepting Torn Note. Even RBI/Bank is accepting currency if it is torn in 3 pieces. The person on window is just arguing and telling do complaint were ever you want we will not accepting this Note. This is not first time but many time i have seen this person at vadodara toll plaza are arguing for Torn Note. Their is no such Rule made by Even NHAI for not accepting Torn Note. Please Take some action against this people.

The work on nh 148b is going on in front of the govt. Senior secondary school bakhshiwala, budhlada, mansa. There are a few issues regarding this work
1. A huge concrete pipe has been lying besides the front wall of the school for the last three months. We have requested the people working at site to clear it but the pipe is still lying there.
2. Besides that they have made a footpath in front of the school gate. Thus the entry to the school has been blocked.

It is requested to you to please look into this matter and kindly clear the concrete pipe and footpath from the front of the school gate.

Sir i on 29th september i travelled from delhi to hissar. On nh9. There is one toll plaza at mayar my vehicle n. Dl6cp9829 in morning passed from delhi to hissar at at 10.05.38am & trans id is (Rs 75.00) ft[protected]. I come back from hisar to delhi then it deducted 2times once trans id (Rs 40.00) ft[protected] at 16;02;05pm & then again rs 75.00 via tran id ft[protected]
Sir pls let me know how i will get refund of this & who will pay me for this harrasmnt

Sir, i crossed the chajjarsi toll plaza on 26 september, 2020 at 8:17am with my innova dl3cbd6808. The toll plaza official told me that my fasttag balance is low and he charged me 125 rs + 125rs (Fine) = rs 250 for the same but when i checked my paytm fasttag statement i got to know that there was balance in my account and i've been charged 125rs for chajjarsi toll plaza on my fasttag for the same date and time and for the same car. For proof i've the receipt from toll plaza and also a receipt from paytm for the same transaction. This is really sad the common people are charged so much in such time.

I would like the authorities to please look into the matter or otherwise i'll have to take it to the consumer court too.

The paranur toll booth situated near chengalpet has charged me fee through fastag as well as cash on 28/09/2020, 6:11pm. They stated that the fast tag was black listed and compelled us to pay the cash of 60rs. This happens quite a lot of time with this toll booth.

Please take neccesary action against this.

Your indore region employee name mr. Arun kumar (Engr deputy) at indore used to do frequent corruption in transport vehicle. He used to live in indore/bhopal but for his family member and relatives he is using empty car for receiving and see off from etawah to gwalior, and used public tax payer money for this activity more than 20+ times. I request you to kindly do the investigation and abscond these employee on corruption basis.

I sri ajay kumar pani, owner of plot no-863/1492, n.H-5, banparia, balasore, odisha, pin-756060, it is very unfortunat that the construction co. Doing n.H expantion work is not attending the dranage work connecting road to my plot. So the road is disconnected to my plot. We are finding it hard ever to step out & oiutsiders to come my plot & having commercial establishment showroom inside it. But they have completed total dranage work except infront of my plot.
Therefore kindly order to the construction co. To complete the drain with cover at earliest or fill the open drain so that we enter to the plot.

Dear sir,

Today morning dated 21/09/2020 at around 8:15am, while coming from delhi to manesar at kherki daula toll, double toll amount has been taken from me (May be it occur with other vehicles too).

Instead of repeating again & again that my fastag has appropiate balance, toll person denied to consider it & told me that yesterday toll tag reader is removed yesterday & i have to pay inr 65. After requesting him many times, he didn't agree & call 1-2 more supporters/ bouncers & finally i paid inr 65 by paytm.

Just after moving 2-3 km from there, i got message in my registered mobile number that inr 65 has been deducted from my account.

So ultimately i paid twice (Inr 65 + inr 65= inr 130), now am requesting you to return my extra money & take appropriate action on concerned guy, who has done this type of activity.

For your reference i am also enclosing both messages which i recieved from:-
1. Idfc first bank:-
Inr 65 toll debited from tag 3xxx49a0 for vehicle no. Dl8cam2032 at manesar toll plaza on 21/09/20 08:17. Avbl bal inr 351.03

2. Paytm -
Paid rs.65 to km 42 00 kherki dhoula from paytm balance. Updated balance: paytm wallet - rs 4462.16.

It is my humble request to you, else it will continue with other's cummuters too. Kindly acknowledge my mail & do the needful.

Today on 28/09/2020, toll plaza tax at toll, nazirakhat, nh-37, sonapur, assam under kamrup metro district, guwahati has taken double amount for rs. 110/- for single journey at 16:25:44 hours. I could not notice since i was driving which should be rs. 55.00 since on my return after few just 25 min, at 16:49:46 hours again rs. 55.00 has been deducted from my hdfc fas tag account for my vehicle no. As01/bj7760 linked to my mail [protected]@gmail.com under hdfc bank. So, i had paid rs. 55.00 more which is taken illegally from me. This is for your information & necessary action.

Misbehave and stand me in que for long time by toll executives whereas i had sufficient account balance in my fastag account. Incident is of tatiyawas toll plaza dated 28/09/2020 today.

My vechile od02az7636 ih hiring at dhenkanal (Odisha) nh 200 office but he gave 20000 only cash every month in cheque but 5 month payment pending since may 2020 so i kindly request to provide the solution asap.

Kuldeep chowdhary supervisor no response on bhagan tolltax. Sanjay singh administration has no control over system failure which failed to scan my fasttag from8.15 to 8.25 am.
Worst adminstration and worst behaviour.

Cash lane was closed and diverted to right. L - aluva to palakkad. On enquiring that how should a passenger know in the dark which lane is for cash - the toll staff abused verbally in malayalam.

He is a malayali.

This is at palayakara toll plaza on the way from aluva to palakkad.

Road safety deviations observed at west entry of belauti village (2 km after shahpur towards ara) where four lane development company pnc not maintaining safety during road construction resulted into almost daily basis incident, today one bike ride met with serious injury incident and yesterday it was with police vehicle fell down into the culvert drain.

Reason no diversion mark and barricading provided in sharp turn at village entry point. This road construction company not maintaining safety requirement in this area and nhai is also silent and it seems district officer also not bothered about this. Night time situation is worst.

It is requested to do the needful and send the proper instruction to related company to maintain proper safety arrangement throughout the stretch.

I have traveled on 27.09.2020 by car no tn05bd3007 and pass through nemili-sriperumbudur toll, the toll has charged rs 50 in my fast-track account and also charged rs 50 cash saying my fast track is not working, this is happened to many of my friends also, please check & do the needful

Dehradun Saharanpur Highway is just build.
Today 27 September... I visited first time.
Fastteg was not working.
After that I paid 40 rupees cash.
Person refused to give bill receipt.
And then he opened the gate.
Said go go go go.
Multiple bodybuilders are roaming around your car and ready to fight with you.

Please solve this on high priority it is not safe.
