Can u brief me about 3 min rules at toll plaza as i know that if i stand more then 3 mins on toll plazas
Vehicle is tax free if the rule is there why don’t toll plazas follow them
And if the rule is not there why we have to stand just to pay few amounts as your maintenance and road are bad and trucks are riding on 1st lane

National highway - 8b near jetpur cuty. Highway road lighting service damage and lights shudenly down. And service road to totally damage past six month

As per subject, late passing due to long que of vehicles always.Total 4 lanes at one side, only 2 lanes for toll payment are open so it getting long time to pass.
So kind request to you to see this and solve please, so that pollution minimized, our time will save, reputation of NHAI will enhance.

This is to inform you that the toll plazas along Bangalore Tumkur highway are resorting into illicit way of collecting toll money both in form of cash and deducting the money from fastag account when questioned we get abuses from toll collectors added to that a security at the toll gate misbehaved just because I asked cross questioned him regarding the toll prices this sort of hooliganism and mafia type behaviour is causing a lot of damage for daily commuters kindly request someone from higher authority to resolve this problem at the earliest we only wish to have a safe and transparent system re

I had crossed Kondli toll yesterday and was told to pay CASH as they mentioned they do not have fast tag enabled yet.

i wanted to know if this is true. I had called 1033 today and they were not able to locate this toll, and inspite of telling them to raise a complaint, they DENIED to raise a complain.

THE DETAILS ARE ALL ATTCEHD IN TEH SLIP.

I was charged extra at the Chhijrasi toll. As per new rules, the toll is 70 rs till 31st Oct. But i was charged the increased toll of 125rs on 5th Oct. Please refund the extra chraged money.

I came from Jalandhar to Pathankot on 04 Oct in the evening. The toll plaza representative denied to accept the fastag payment as they told their scanner is not working properly. They Charged me Rs 85/- to cross the Toll plaza via cash and when I checked my account info on sbi fastag portal, the same amount has already been debited from my account. I would request you to please refund my money as soon as possible and take action against such toll plaza so that any such inconvenience is not caused to anyone.

My car no is MH 12 HF 8961. On khed shivapur toll plaza as per instruction from ministry toll should not be taken from MH12 cars. Still my money 95 rs is deducted from Fastag. Today date 04oct2020 time is 9.52.

On 9.52 I got message money is deducted from Fastag.

I want my 95 rs back ...

At niyamatpur iktoliya moradabad bareilly route, I was traveling today from my vehicle regn no. UP21BP3177. I have to go to rampur uttarpradesh for some work at that time amount of Rs.125 deducted from fastag but at return toll plaza workers asked to pay rs.125 cash and not accepting the fastag. Toll plaza worker misbehaved when I say that I have proper balance in fastag but he misbehaved and refused to accept fastag and forcefully taken rs.125 for return journey. Is this type of behaviour is acceptable or your esteemed organization promoting this type of behavior of toll plaza workers. I request you to please take action on this issue and direct the toll plaza contractor for not repeating this type of threat to customers.

NH 163 Raghunatpally Toll Plaza is charging customers even before the road is still under construction and not officially opened. This is absolute cheating and I need refund of money for everyone charged including me

Today on date - 4/10/2020 when I giving the tax in sonapur Assam toll get the behavior of the officer in charge is not good and using the slam language used plz. Look into the matter.

I generally travel once in a month from tanuku to eluru in car. Its national highway 16 toll road.
The road condition in several areas in between is very pathetic.
The road is damaged so much in that areas such that the car body touches the road in many times.
These are lasting from more than year.
For an example, at duvva bridge it is too dangerous, like that there are many palces in between tanuku to eluru.
Please take appropriate action.

This is to bring to your notice that Tundala toll uttar pradesh is collecting double toll thru fastag. My car is fitted with paytm Fastag. when they reach the tundala toll the tag is detected and money is deducted but the automatic gate doesn't open. Then the toll person comes with a Bar-code gun and scans the tag again and then open the gate. hence the toll is getting collected twice. This has happened twice with my vehicle. i am giving details below

Today (03/10/2020), I was travelling from Podumbu (Madurai-625018) to T.Kallupatti (Madurai-625702) by using only State Highways. In thirumangalam toll plaza for up and down charges they have collected rupees 160 (80+ 80) from me. I have not used the four ways, but they have collected the charge, I wanna know whether there are any GOs regarding this.

Eventhough my FASTag wallet balance was beyond sufficient, the staff at the Kumbalam toll plaza said that it says low balance. I had to pay in cash the charge for a single journey for my return journey. However, later I received text message saying that money was deducted from wallet as well for the same trip.

i have been recently traveling daily from the path and the traffic is horrible and is daily present

TN65AK3074 has been debited with Rs 35.00 on[protected]:32:29 for toll charges with trip number[protected] at Pudurpandiyapuram Plaza on[protected]:01:45. Avl. bal. is Rs 639.62. I would be complaint due to above transaction time two lady staffs have a internal politics. My vehicle delayed and divered 3 and 4 from west way. So my car delayed 10 minutes. Please

I was reached at Chokkenahalli(near Tumkur) toll plaza, NH48 (booth/operator number: L3 & 60304) on 29.09.2020 at 07:19PM with 281 Rupees balance in my fastag account. The operator said it's showing "no-balance" and charged me double fee. As I was in a hurry with my pregnant wife and kids, I didn't attempt for an argument and also I thought some bulk deduction might have happened when I cross the previous toll gate. The very next day I returned through the same 3 toll plazas with same balance amount in my account and there was no issues to pay with my fastag. This is a mistake from the toll operator, that made me pay extra money. What action/compensation can the related department can do on this issue? Please consider this as a serious complaint because there will be many who are getting looted in this way and spending money not because of their mistake. Please find the attached proofs for more clarification.
