Dear team, yesterday on 26th sep illegal toll tax collection was done by srinagar toll plaza for my vehicle no up 14 dw 7441
They charged once side double toll after having proper sufficient balance in fast tag by false claiming that we don't have sufficient amount in fast tag.
Toll details and receipts attached for your reference.
Kindly take strict action as they all doing cheating to general public.

I travelled to Kolkata few weeks back. Roads are full of big holes and the toll booth has long queues.

Roads are pathetic, they shouldn't charge toll for those kind of roads.

Hi, this is the collection receipt of a toll collection on national highway 2 near on the way from sherghati to dhanbad.

There is no toll plaza infrastructure, few goons stand on the road and collect money in cash or through a hand machine on fastag. Top of that, road strech has more number of diversion than kilometres covered.

This is completely nonsense and kind of thief by goons.

I travelled on 23rd sept 20 in car with registration no. Hr26bm1021 and took kmp expressway near hapur up to sohna. I entered the expressway using fasttag with trip no.[protected] and while exiting the expressway the toll plaza attendant said there is no fasttag machine so he took rs. 175 against ticket no. [protected] issued by him. After crossing the toll booth at around 6:00 pm i received a message indicating deduction of rs 145 at 6:08 pm. It seems the payment is made twice for the same journey or there is some overlap. I have paid a total sum of rs 320 for travel from hapur to sohna on kmp expressway. Kindly check if there is an excess payment on above mentioned ticket then please arrange for refund in fasttag for vehicle no. Hr26bm 1021.

Today i have travelled from peravali to hyderabad from unguturu tollplaza andhra pradesh. This toll plaza is full of deep path holes in all along until eluru nh16. Eventhough we pay a toll of 90 why there is no maintenance. What is the use of keeping toll plaza. I provide my receipt number for my journey[protected]. E receipt number[protected]-[protected]ap. My car's fastag declare3d blacklisted by toll barrier staff at fatehpur rampur plaza today 26.9.20 at 8.50 am. Took rs ^5/- in cash without receipt. Can be confirmed by cctv if they deny. Money debited from my tag account also. Must be fooling others also.

Nhway 28 road is broken and with poor repaired in rural style. Near gopalganj bihar banjari more. For 04 km. It is shame for indian nhai officers. And all those careless staff responsible for it. It is also shame for the policy adopted that small patch works not being done in right way. It is shame for nhway ministry also. Since last 2 years so felthy conditions. Nhway staff is sleeping. Creating humbuck for buses and truck staffs. And other local citizens

I submit that i am physically challenged (Oh) and i have applied for physically challenged exempted fastag on 01/09/2019. I got informed that i have not attached pan card and the same has been submitted through whatsapp (As requested) to nizath mam on 28/10/2019. From then i am following with her till date for my fastag. She was telling some reason and i also very patient for her every reply. Recently she told me that my fastag application has been sent to delhi and told her that i have applied during october 2019. He asked my name and while checking she told that annexure - ii is not submitted as per new sop and sent me the format. I sent her the annexure-ii the next day (I. E. 10/09/2020). While enquiring again today regarding my fastag, i have been advised to complaint.
Sir, i am physically challenged and i have been sufferiing a lot for getting this fastag since sep 2019.
I humbly request you to do the needful as soon as possible.

I am residents of within 20 km from bhamb raja district yavatmal maharashtra. When i went for pass they are denying because my rc have my old address with my name. I have all residential proof to this new address like electric bill, nagarpalika tax receipt, election card etc. But they denying to give pass saying rc should have address within 20 km. I am a defence personnel and i was moving from delhi to pathankot on 20 Sep 20 by my own car on a official duty with my movement order.
The incident was occurred with me at toll plaza LADOWAL (328 km on panipat jalandhar NH-1).
My car UP53CS8518 passed this toll plaza from booth 06 & operator 00566 dated 20 Sep 20 at 14:36.
The operator was rudely misbehaved and forcefully extorted of toll even after producing my movement order.

I request you kindly look into this matter and issue a guideline for specially this toll plaza manager and operators.

Really shocked to see the behaviour of your nhai staff in the last gate (Most probably gate number 16) near second howrah bridge (On belghoria expressway). I am serving in defence and when i approached the toll gate the staff who should be doing his assigned job, just told us to reverse the vehicle and the whole line of traffic was forced to reverse and use different gates. The toll gate was fully functional still he forced us to move from gate number 1. There were no suitable instructions from where which vehicle should pass and i think this was fully intentional and caused lots of harassment. I have no hope from your department, still, as a responsible citizen, it is my duty to let you know about one of the many shortcomings.

My vehicle No is KA28M8977. On 8th of this month I traveled through Hubli-Dharwad by pass, by fast tag they collected 60 Rs but actual fare is 45Rs.

Sir in Bihar all tall plaza not allow me the return pass for return journey. Sir if they will give return pass then we have to pay some less amount but they are not allowing. and for what u are taking the money I think for maintenance but in front of toll plaza roads are very very bad then why we will pay the amount if they don't maintain the road . Kindly i[censored] are taking money from us then do something about our safety

As there is no toll for pune and pcmc registered toll then too my vehicle numbered mh14ja9386 when passed through toll plaza today morning automatically rs95 got deducted from fast tag. This is totally unfair, kindly let me know the process to reimburse the same.

Even i want to know since last 6 months how many toll collection is been done from pune and pcmc registered vehicle.

On 15/09/2020, i (Satish panwar) was crossing the toll plaza (Wuptl also known as sivaya toll) at (10:32 pm) and went to the fasttag lane, the person there said that my fast tag doesn't have balance so he took 170 rupees cash as penalty and after two kilometers of ride i got a message that money has been deducted from my paytm account for crossing the toll plaza.
The ticket number is f11664027m9z, vehicle number up16ce6816.
Kindly return my 170 rupees as soon as possible
