Dear sir,

I am resident of delhi and daily commuting delhi - manesar - delhi via nh-48. I would like to raise following complaint in kherkhi dhaula toll.
1. Fast tag sensors never work in all lanes that leads to heavy traffic jam.
2.in spite of heavy traffic lanes are closed for no reason.
3. Heavy traffic jaam leads to release of high pollution content in air causing environment damages.
4. Staff...

I made complaint on 14/2/2020, with complaint no 1705926 and u provide solution that u will refund debited balance with in 15 days but today 15/8/20 no refund provided. During this i follow up every 15 days with complaint no 16/04/[protected], follow up 25/05/20 & 03/6/20 new complaint 28/06/[protected]/07/[protected]/08/[protected] lastly 04/09/[protected] customer care 1033 is totally failed to provide any solution just make new complaint and says worked on your complaint, this kind of system what you say, i have no word to explain. Its my hard work money is going to dump with nhai fasttag system. Pls provide where i go for further action.

I want to complain regarding unnecessary deducted toll charges at toll plaza near hanging bridge kota bypass toll plaza. As my toll tax deducted twice on 14 aug, as unnecessary toll tax is deducted. So refund my deducted amount in my fastag account. I m copying below following messages received on my mobile.

I request to you please refund my money.

Sir we were returning from bateshwar to agra... The toll deduct amount rs 595 which was not legal soo plz its my highly request refund my amount.

My complaint against nhai khalapur toll collection center mumbai pune express highway. This toll collection plaza deduct wrong toll fare from my automatic toll payment tag (Fastag), on dated 06/08/2020, amount rs 1173/- this is a wrongly deduction amount of again my small category vehical (Four wheeler). I was already paid rupees 203/- again my travel
Pleas solved this and refund me rupees 1173/-from wrongly collected by toll plaza management. I was attached three screen shot of the both amount deduct from my pytm wallet and my car detail

Wrongly charged toll tax due to negligence of senior citizen. My father had travelled with up32jq6357 from lucknow to allahabad on 13.09.2020 and returned to lucknow on same day, but at toll plaza they have charged with both onward and return journey, also they did not mention vehicle details as they would get caught so kindly refund the falsely charged toll tax to the fasttag up32jq6357 wallet.

It has been observed from many day, there has been unusually delays has been obereved on semri toll plaza on jhansi kanpur highway,
There is average delay 30 mins and sometime it's reaching to 1 hr,
There is no valid reason observed, it's creating unnecessary delay, incovience, fuel consumption and pollution as well

Dear all,
Double charge has been taken from me.
I have paid cash and also they taken from my fastag wallet..

Icici bank fastag linked vehicle no. Wb26bb7774 has been debited with rs 105.00 on[protected]:26:42 for toll charges with trip number[protected] at jaladhulagori toll plaza plaza.

No separate lane for fastag vehicles. We have paid for fastag but have to wait in hour long traffic jams where vehicles transacting in cash goes through fastag lanes without fine. This is not done. Ambulances also get struck in these two toll plazas in west bengal. (Jaladhulagori & dankuni)

We were travelling from indore to nasik today on 13th sep 2020.

The road condition from mp border to Dhule was bad and not worth being called a tool road, further from Dhule to malegaon it was even worse.

The toll in this sector should be stopped and refunded

Am a frequent user of mettupatti toll plaza in Salem ulundurpet national highway, but on 13/09/2020 there is an unauthorized debit to my fastag account for an amount of RS.240, and this is not the first instance for such debits, when I tried to contact the toll officials there is no proper response from them, kindly do the needful to refund the amount and take necessary action to not repeat these type of occurances in the future, thank you

We were traveling from Jaipur to delhi on 26 august and th eTOLL road at NH48 from Jaipur to delhi is very bad condition and is full of POTHOLES
we almost had accident because of trucks zig zagging suddenly to avoid potholes.
the ROAD from Jaipur till Rewari Neemrana in Rajasthan is really bad and NO MAINTENANCE.
PL PUT PENALTY ON THE MANAGING FIRM FOR THI TOLL ROAD AND RETURN OUR MONEY FOR BAD ROAD MAINTENANCE.

There is toll plaza in mysore - ooty highway nh 181 near kn huindy. How nhai allowed to collect money when the road is not at all 4 lane and there is no bypass roads, and anytime you can see bikes or slow moving load autos pass through. With all this hurdles we cannot even drive our vehicle with more than 50kmph. For that collecting money worth 50₹ in the name of toll is completely not acceptable. I am ready to pay toll money but this road doesnot have any facility but collecting money. Look for this and do the needful.

I entered from duhai on eastern peripheral expressway and there was no toll operator not even on cash lane and not on fastag lane and barricade was open then i took exit from dasna whereas toll. Operator demanded slip from me but i dint had due to non availability of toll staff at duhai. I paid 90rs instead of 15rs and also suffered mental agony. So i want my refund and action on the officials otherwise i ll be taking legal steps against the toll plaza.

Sub: nh-45c highway department's bad property acquisition compensation calculation,

I own a property consisting 1 terrace house, 1 tile house, 1 roof house and toilet i house of area 600 sqft and another one 400 sqft and another 300 sqft and 3 cent property and survey no 266/11, in which nh45c unit-2 department acquired an full property area and they have charged per squar sadura meter rs.476.20/- which very less compensation amount for us for the same we informed district collector and district nh45 officers from last one year and they did not respond till now but suddenly they come and vacate the property without proper compensation amount and we have only one property we dont have others and this amount is very less and practically, if i wanted to buy another similar property with this awarded compensation is impossible, because all the other properties located at the main panrutti kumbakonam national highways, similar to mine cost rs.6000/1sq. Ft. (Only land price), and along with the civil structure will cost around rs.1, 20, 00, 000. This clearly shows that the highway department made a very bad calculation and paid me a lump sum in my bank account without a consultation. I humbly appeal you to help me award a fair compensation kindly find the attachment of my property documents and compensation award copy for your reference.
By your best course of action, i humbly appeal to you with the intention of getting a proper justice.

Today i had gone through badarpur sarai toll plaza at 12:53 p. M. On 11/09/20 of hr38aa1483. The toll taken was doubled for the reason that your fastag has insufficient balance although i had money in my fastag.
