I'm owner of a fuel station on national highway number-54 in dinanagar pincode 143531
Highway reconstruction is being done but it is not being done in planned way
It's been 5 days now since[protected] my road has been blocked for general traffic and the work is not being done. If they are working then they can block for the time being. My business is booking losses on daily basis. Kindly ask the concerned person to speed up...

Nh 36 passing from sivagangai to thirupathur is poorly maintained, road shoulders are in pathetic condition. Vehicles skid and accidents are occurring daily, mostly two wheelers. Road shoulders are worst particularly opposite to indian oil petrol pump. Kindly look into the matter before rainy season....

This is with reference toll defected dt.29Aug 2020.The amount was deducted from my Paytm toll account as well as cash was collected and as well an additional amount as fine was also imposed on us....

While crossing Mohammad Ibrahim our toll plaza amount deducted from fastag and boom came on car which caused scratches . Kindly reimburse the amount ....

There is illegal encroachment on trichy-chennai national highway 38 near sanjeevi nager bus stop where there is a tea shop right on the bridge that had been built. Also there is a wall that had been build by the alleged land owner right next to the canal. But the land is owned by nhai. This has been there for the last one year....

daily blocking the both in-out fasttag lanes in morning and evening no staff available on fast tag lanes and in normal lanes very poor management by the company, wastage of 15-30 mins every time to cross the toll....

Toll naka near mansar highway is charging toll amt from customer besides the road is under repair and in worst condition from kanhan kandri to mansar NH 44. kindly look into the matter...

On phagwara mohali bypass. There is a toll near before balachaur when you travel from mohali to jalandhar.
On requesting to start a new lane they always have some weird replies that all lanes accept cash and fast tag both so we will not do that which really waste la lot of time for a vehicle who is already having fast tag. Hoping to hear from you soon...

I was passing through toll plaza on 28/08/2020 15.30pm. The operator told me that your fastag account is not working & he asking to pay the amount, so i paid the amount through paytm & he also debit through my fastag account at manesar toll plaza. So, how i get my money back?...

Cement concrete road built at Bhiwandi Kalyan Junction on NH3, is in poor condition. Water logging due to improper slope. Muddy area. Resulting in jammed traffic.

Paver block in water logged area will solve the solution.

Please help...

I have never seen such a worst road anywhere else in the entire country,
Which is worsened by illegally modified overloaded trucks carrying aggregates...

Paschim madati toll plaza in NH31 has no dedicated fast track lane. So cars having fast tags are forced to enter cash lane wating in queue....

As i had given cash to toll plaza 70rs.. He also debit through my fasttag for one way journey.. Plz return rs 70 as early as possible.. Paid rs. 70.0 for vehicle reg. No mh32c9508 at haladgao toll plaza on[protected] at 07:39:30. Toll txn id: [protected]...

I am traveling from sirathu to handia through NH19, a person from the toll system diverted my route due to failure of cash counter and passed me through FASTAG counter. I took the ticket no. [protected] and payed rupees 210 in cash but at handia counter they diffused to accept this ticket and forced me to take another ticket by saying that I have taken wrong ticket. Lastly, I bought the ticket no. [protected].

Today i going jind to narwana. I first time to go narwana. But narwana highway condition so so... Fair. Car driver park the car on highway for long time & another vehicle driver not cross this way...

So i was taking a return journey from deedarganj toll bridge and it did charged me 110 rupees from my fastag wallet but the fare for return journey is rupees 55, i dont know what it was but its very bad and irresponsible behaviour, i want my money back...

In Bangalore and Nelamangala toll, there is too much delay in toll even though there is fast tag for the car, it is daily issue, we are waiting nearly 30 minutes for each toll....

There is no sign of Cash lane, but all lanes are Fastag is signed at toll plaza at Dighal toll plaza Jhajjar. As a result they claimed that you are in Fastag lane and have to pay the double toll tax. This is inappropriate and if this problem is not resolved than i have to file a suit in the court. I want refund for the toll ....

On[protected], On Raibha high way, they closed all fast tag lanes and made a long Que on cash lane, and telling all cameras are not operating, so come in cash lane, than showing physiological pressure they were collecting cash, and putting some different number on cash receipt.
We fond that after some time we received massage from fast tag that after paying in cash, same amount is also deducted from fast tag,
