Sub: nh-45c highway department's bad property acquisition compensation calculation,

I own a property consisting 1 terrace house, 1 tile house, 1 roof house and toilet i house of area 600 sqft and another one 400 sqft and another 300 sqft and 3 cent property and survey no 266/11, in which nh45c unit-2 department acquired an full property area and they have charged per squar sadura meter rs.476.20/- which very less compensation amount for us for the same we informed district collector and district nh45 officers from last one year and they did not respond till now but suddenly they come and vacate the property without proper compensation amount and we have only one property we dont have others and this amount is very less and practically, if i wanted to buy another similar property with this awarded compensation is impossible, because all the other properties located at the main panrutti kumbakonam national highways, similar to mine cost rs.6000/1sq. Ft. (Only land price), and along with the civil structure will cost around rs.1, 20, 00, 000. This clearly shows that the highway department made a very bad calculation and paid me a lump sum in my bank account without a consultation. I humbly appeal you to help me award a fair compensation kindly find the attachment of my property documents and compensation award copy for your reference.
By your best course of action, i humbly appeal to you with the intention of getting a proper justice.

Today i had gone through badarpur sarai toll plaza at 12:53 p. M. On 11/09/20 of hr38aa1483. The toll taken was doubled for the reason that your fastag has insufficient balance although i had money in my fastag.

On 23/07/2020 order placed for purchase of fastag for my car receipt of order confirmed by cashfree vide no 6949 further forwarded to vender for execution of the order invoice no 71 generated and advised to me
Regret to point out the vendor not responding to repeated mail reminders contact no provided in invoice not reachable, till date my order is pending for delivery at my given address, should I write off the amount of ₹ 399 paid in advance and take the deal as an online fraud. Please take up with vendor for delivery or refund of the amount so that I can buy the tag from other source.

Ours is a state owned transport corporation. On 31st august 2020, we recharged monthly toll pass through nhai web portal to avail concession at belekeri toll plaza-356006 (Karnataka) for vehicle no. Ka31f1556, ka31f1247 & ka31f1597 by paying rs.3646.80 for each pass & our bank account was debited. Recharged through online net banking o[censored]nion bank of india (Erstwhile corporation bank). The above transactions were failed on the same day and we didn't receive 'customer receipt". Later we once again recharged for the above vehicles, which were successful.
Till now our bank account was not credited with failed transaction amount. Please look into the matter & arranged for the refund of rs.10940.40 paid by our corporation.

I'm writing this complaint to nhai (National highways authority of india).
I passed thru toll plaza near navsari, gujarat, where i was asked to pay double the charge for cash in fastag lane.
The thing is each lane is fastag and cash lane is just "one". So will the cash payers have to suffer?
Can't they accept cash at more lanes to avoid inconvenience to travellers, which are indians itself. Also have to wait in long queues of vehicles for our turn. We are having a democratic system, but nothing works for the people, by the people, and of the people.
Indian system is a waste.
Also the toll plaza would be there for years and years woth increased rate even if the money given by government to make the road is recovered.
Also if you don't know the money given by government is the money of people (The taxes we pay)

मेरी सिकायत ये है की जब 10/09/2020 को मै अहमदाबाद से आनंद के लिए निकला तब आनंद टोल पे मेरे आगे 3 कार ओर एक ट्रैवल बस खड़ी थी कुछ प्रॉब्लम की वजह से 10 मिनट तक खड़ी थी और मेरे पीछे भी बहुत ही ज्यादा ट्राफिक हो गई थी

ज्यादा टाइम होने से मै टोल वाले कर्मचारी से बात कर ने गया वहां 3 लोग खड़े थे तो मैंने पूछा क्या हुआ तो ठीक से जवाब ना दे कर मुझे बोल ने लगे की देर लगेगी आपको प्रॉब्लम है तो सीकायत की अर्जी दे दो ऑफिस में ओर गुस्सा होने लगा मैंने बोला भाई ज्यादा टाइम लगेगा तो बस साइड मै करवा दो ताकि हमको देर ना हो ओर ट्राफिक भी क्लियर हो जाए पर वो नहीं माने बोला कि देर लगेगी जो करना है कर लो

फिर मै खड़ा रहा तब टोल चालू हुआ ओर सब चलने लगा पर मेरे आगे की जो 3 कार थी वो फास्ट टैग की ओर सब मै ठीक से स्कैन किया ओर जब मेरी कार का नंबर आया तब वो बोले आपका टैग स्कैन नई हो रहा फिर बोले कि बलैंस नहीं है ओर सब नाटक करने लगे मेरे टैग मै 600 का रिचार्ज था ओर मुझे बोले कि मुझे बलेंस दिखाव ओर कस्टमर केयर मै कॉल करो अभी मुझे परेशान करने लगे ओर उनका बिवेहिर भी ठीक नहीं था सब हस रहे थे

मै पिछले 1.5 years स हर दिन अपडाउन करता हूं आनंद तो अहमदाबाद (Ctm) हाईवे नंबर 1 पे ओर कभी ऐसा प्रॉब्लम नहीं आया है स्कैनिग का पर आज मुझे जान बुझ के परेशान करने लगे आप वहां की सीसीटीवी रिकॉर्डिंग देख सकते हो समय था 9.50pm k आसपास का होगा.

मुझे उम्मीद है कि मेरी ये सिकायत का आप nhai पूरी तरह से फॉलो-अप करेगें ओर जांच भी करेंगे ओर ये एक बार नहीं अनेक बार हुआ है.

My joirney began from kundli till dasna we took exit the amount of rupees 90 is being paid by cash and now the amount of same was deducted from my paytm as well. I request u to kindly look to matter concern and pls refund the amount.

On 1st September i was doing the fastag monthly pass recharge and amount 238.05 rs got deducted 2 times. Please find the below details for fastag:

I crossed badarpur faridabad toll plaza yesterday at 10.13 am of 08.09.2020 i. E. Within 24 hours from 10.16 am of 07.09.2020 but my fast was debited by rs 26/- against toll fees which was unauthorized charges.
This can be verified.

I have purchased a new car on 02.12.2019 from Pink City Honda, Vaishali Nagar Jaipur, Rajasthan-302021. The company had taken a charge of Fastag of Bank of Baroda. But it was not working from 02.12.2019 to 07.09.2020 because the company has not registered my vehicle no. RJ45 CJ 7053. I have complained so many times to the Sales Person and their higher authorities. But my problem could not resolve. Then I purchased a Fastag of Paytm on February 2020 and all the payments of toll plaza should be done with this Paytm Fastag. On 08.09.2020 have received a message and Call from Bank of Baroda and Car purchase Company respectively for activate or linked my Fastag with Car No. RJ45 CJ 7053. As per BOB message Baroda Fastag[protected] has been assigned to your Baroda Fastag Account No. 20302043 on 08.09.2020. According to the message of BOB Rs.399.99 (Tag Fee Rs. 99.99, Deposit Rs. 10, Recharge Rs.200.00). As per today's message vehicle no. RJ45CJ7053 Rs.65.00 debited at Manesar Toll Plaza on 04.07.2020 14:10:15, available balance is Rs. 135.00. But I have not traveled in July 2020. The Fastag of Company made of BOB is not useful for me because I have already Paytm Fastag which I mentioned above. Both Fastag assigned to the same no. RJ45 CJ 7053. I am not using the Bank of Baroda Fastag and in the future also. But I want to know where is my money debited of Rs. 65.00.

Therefore, I have attached all the supporting documents like messages, Paytm Fastag statement of July 2020 and June 2020 & August 2020 for your convenience to check the activation of Fastag with Paytm.

So, I kindly request you to take necessary action as soon as possible

The washrooms, on the ambala-kaithal road toll plaza near village thana, were locked. We didn't ask for the keys to the authorities because we didn't know who were the authorities we needed to talk/complain to. Also we were in a hurry so we just clicked the photos of the locked washrooms and continued with our journey. But same situation could've been with someone who really needed a washroom. Say a lady, or even a diabetic patient. So please look into the matter and take necessary action as soon as possible.

This is a request to know the rules and regulations implied on toll tax collection on nh-1 from delhi to karnal.

The total distance from delhi to karnal is 125kms and the average time of travel today is 4 hrs because of construction of the highway. And the total toll tax collected by a private car is 235rs one way.

Nh-1 is one of the most important highways in india, travelling from capital on a highway which has active toll booths but the roads are under construction. How does the government give permission to collect tolls when 70% of the road is under construction.

Why is a citizen forced to pay 235rs for a journey of 125kms with estimated time taken is 4hrs. That is after paying road tax.

Below are the questions:
#do toll roads help reduce travel time?
#should the toll be collected if road is not completed?
#are toll booths under any regulations?
#should there be an alternate route if a highway has toll and is also full of traffic?
#is the highway run by mafias who collect toll by force?

Road from chintamani — rayalpadu — madanapalle is as bad as it can get. The size of potholes are still increasing at a scarier pace. Please look into this problem.

First call of this tender was canceled, the reason for the cancellation of the first call of this tender was stated that the minimum bidders did not qualify in the technical documents, while this tender was not opened. Proper status is automatically updated whenever an online tender is opened. This tender has been cancelled before technical bid opening summary. What was lacking in which documents of which contractor, it has not been told yet. For which we have emailed to ro nhai shimla many times, but we haven't received any response from ro nhai yet.
