First call of this tender was canceled, the reason for the cancellation of the first call of this tender was stated that the minimum bidders did not qualify in the technical documents, while this tender was not opened. Proper status is automatically updated whenever an online tender is opened. This tender has been cancelled before technical bid opening summary. What was lacking in which documents of which contractor, it has not been told yet. For which we have emailed to ro nhai shimla many times, but we haven't received any response from ro nhai yet.

I had a fastag account with union bank uthekhol brach i paid rs 1000.00 as balance for fastag
I travel on 30aug 2020 at 12.00am on high way from khalapur to mumbai
I recived a message for deduction of rs 597.00 from my account
My fastag no is[protected]
The actual toll is rs 203.00
Why this extra amount deducted from my account

I am daily commuter by car on this Toll plaza at Shinde Gaon near Nashik on the way to Nashik Pune Highway. There is Hybrid Lane and Only Fastag Lanes Made for only Name sake. In ONLY FASTAG Lanes toll authorities allowed to take cash also, there is no separate Lanes for FASTAG and CASH. Due to this the huge traffic is there daily at Job timing because Sinnar is MIDC area.
Daily we have to wait for minimum 10-15 min. to pass the toll even I have Fastag on my car due to accepting Cash in the FASTAG ONLY lane. Because of this daily I am getting Late at office and this makes my professional life bad with Late marks also Financially affected.
I tried to call Toll authorities on the toll plaza Number but Manager is not ready to take calls and all the time phone is with junior persons.
I tried to complaint on 1033 number but the executive said that there is NO toll Plaza in our system at the given location. How it can be possible?
Having Fastag is becoming Wastage of TIME and MONEY at this Toll Plaza. This contradicts to main Motive of FASTAG.

Their condition is too poor it's like travelling through a construction side their is too deep holes in it and also to repair these holes the worker of their contract fillis a solid sand like material that is always goes inside our eyes and nose while we are traveling. When i goes to doctor for normal cough and cold dr tells me u recently have asthama. I totally blame to u and your contractor for this. And also when the truck passes near the road due to poor condition and sand and stones in road they are bouncing off some stone and sand to or eye and body it causes extreme pain and due to this we have to close our eye immediately that's can cause seriously injuries. I hope you can take it seriously and take quick and hard response to it.

I had an accident on 28/08/2020 at dwarka circle, Nashik at 7:15 pm. Due to slippery road. There approximately 30 more bike accidents happened by same reason. I had few fractures and doctors advised a surgery to me which I cannon afford it may result in losing one of the body parts.

Please help.

I am travelled through vavdi toll plaza on 25 aug 2020 6 am with sufficient fastag balance while toll collector asking about low balance i replied him my fastag account load with sufficient balance after so many discussions he open gate and my account debited for rs.115 (Single trip). I got message of rs. 55 debited for return trip at vavdi toll plaza at 7pm while i am not passing through toll plaza.
I complained to my bank customer care and got confirmation for refund within 10 days but not got refund of 55 rs.

Second time i am passing today (6 sep 2020) from vavdi toll plaza single trip amount rs. 115 debited while i am again passing through same plaza on same day with sufficient balance of fas tag again toll collector asking for low balance and you have to pay penalties of (115+115=230rs).. Why i am paying this penalties after i have sufficient balance. I have very bad experiences from this toll plaza. Please take appropriate action against this fraudulent toll plaza.

When i was recharging monthly pass for chhijarsi toll plaza amount to rs 275.00, amount deducted from my account but my pass not recharged.

In spite of having fastag account (No:[protected] being active and having sufficient balance (Rs 87), penalty have been charged at the electronic city toll plaza (Receipt no. 953659) at the fastag center

Amritsar to mehta road (national highway 503a) is in very poor condition.
From amritsar to mehta stretch of approx 33 kms is completely damaged and becoming reason for accidents, immediate action should be taken for this road already it has become life threatening. At least some departmental inspection should taken to see its condition. I hope government will take some action before the big loss.

Srinagar toll plaza situated on nh2 please take strong action against them their helpline printed on recipet not working no manager staff on duty their toll plaza operators are misbehaving and taking extra money from commercial trucks on the name of overload I have a recording of toll operator

Recently nhai has built a highway sewage towards road end but as we people are living near to road or say road front but by building the seawage with lots of hight its getting difficult to pass that seawage with lots of traffic so please help us with that

While traveling from bharatpur to jaipur on 30th august 2020, the toll was collected by cash rs 60, saying that fast tag is not working for stand still car. Later when i saw the fast tag transaction on my sbi fastag account. I saw that online deduction of rs 60 for rajadhok toll. The operator did not print the car number as well on the cash receipt. I would request you to look into this complaint as this might be getting big scam. I saw similar complaint on your portal of 30th august. Attached the photo of cash receipt and online transaction of same date and time.

24 hrs ke ander ludhiana se chandigarh tak bhagomajra toll plaza and ghulal toll plaza par wrong toll deducted from my fast tag wallet

I am traveling to udaipur from sikar.in the midway i have come via a road which mention it as ' khud to kuchaman'. I am charged rs 40 at jiliya toll plaza. This road has numerous invalid road breakers. The stoppers are so high that small cars even can't cross. Even the road don't have proper signal sign boards. The road has many very deep and wide holes.in the span of around 25 km, it is very risky to drive. When i was a kid, i used to travel this way. Back then it was a good and free road. The tall guy said it is owned by some bhati group. Please take some strict action against such fraud.

There was a land in the name of my father muralikrishnan v in gummidipoondi taluk, verkaadu village, tamilnadu with survey number 134/12, 134/13b, 134/14b. This had been acquired by the national highways department for 4 lane highway project for which the initial payment only was done on 2002. After which no more compensation has been done till date. As we are suffering from very bad financial situation since 2002, we request you to kindly sort out this compensation issue at the earliest.

Kota to baran road is in very bad condition especially with all the pot holes and single routing for both way vehicles. Either toll should be discarded from this road or road should be maintained timely. Paying toll for such roads is wastage of our hard earned money.

I was travelling from delhi to jaipur through sikandra, i am airtel fastag user an i already added money in my airtel account around 500 rs already in my fastag there is 103 rs was there, after crossing the manesar toll plaza the amount is not deducted in fastag lane the toll person charge the exact toll amount, which is fair enough, but when we are crossing the sikandra toll (Mahua to dausa toll), the toll person told me that my tag is blacklisted an asked for penalty, i told them that in my fastag there is already sufficient amount around 103 rs an i also added 500 rs in them but they start misbehaving an told me to pay double charges in fastag lane, i asked them that i am already a fastag user with sufficient amount in, why i suppose to pay penalty, if amount is not sufficient than only charge the toll amount but they start shouting an there is a long jam is started behind me.
This is second time i have payed penalty on the same toll both,
I have traveled lots of places from jaipur to uttarakhand but this kind of incident never happened with me, in every state if the fastag amount is not sufficient than the amount is automatically deducted when i add money in them without any penalty,
Also at sikandra toll both they told me that they have there own rules so i have to pay penalty or else they won't alow to pass my car.
I request to concern authority to take strict action against them an also refund my money.

The roads from palanpur to mehsana are to worst.
There are big port holes and to worst roads.
Government should take immediate action because it is related with the life of peoples.
