A toll road between kuchamancity to losal is in very poor condition, having many potholes, tear out/ broken road at so many places but still toll recovery from vehicle owners is going on. This poor condition road claims many life’s in every month but no one is looking in this matter. There is no sense or logic to pay toll for such a poor road. Please look into matter and stop toll recovery and get repaired the road.

    I want gone from jewer to delhi, when i entained on yamuna expresss highway from jewer toll plaza, there staff misbehaving with us & other passenger, they are all uneducated person, no manners, no sense, & lock down time no mask no any sefty, he showing your hooliganism & dirtiness, they do over demand's for toll from passenger, misbehave with us.
    Please take action against jewer toll plaza staff, & don't hired this dirty type of staff

      I had reacharged for monthly pass on 24/8/2020, 12.24pm from nhai website. My bank account is debited by rs.275 but my recharge is not successful and the amount is neither refunded nor my monthly pass is activated. Kindly do the needful.
      My vehicle number is tn39bc1112 with monthly pass at ivrcl chengally toll plaza.

          While traveling from gurgaon to jaipur on 30th august 2020, the toll was collected by cash rs 65, saying that fast tag is not working for stand still car. Later when i saw the fast tag transaction on my sbi fastag account. I saw that online deduction of rs 65 for manesar toll. The operator did not print the car number as well on the cash receipt. I would request you to look into this complaint as this might be getting big scam. I saw similar complaint on your portal of 28th august. Attached the photo of cash receipt and online transaction of same date.

            I am an officer of the indian army and am presently located in chennai. I have been posted to pathankot, punjab and am shifting my house hold goods from chennai to pathankot via a civil truck bearing registerd number hr 55s 5604. Due to the existing covid situation i have not been able to send an army personnel alongwith the truck. However i have sent all the relevant documents as required by law through the driver of the vehicle so that they can submit the same to the authorities at the toll plaza. Inspite of this certain toll plaza are extracting money from the driver and unduly harassing them. Also at the border of andhra pradesh and maharashtra the police themselves are harassing the driver of the vehicle.
            I would like to register a complaint against the authorities who are harassing the driver and causing undue delay in the movement of my personal goods.

              Complain is about rohad toll plaza on nh 10 near sampla k. M 52.460

              I informing and complain about abandand bathrooms and toilets are
              Not working on above said toll plaza express lane of fast tag is also not working staff is also incopertative and misbehaving with road user the waiting time for crossing toll plaza is more than 10 mnts plz take necessary action and rectify the shortcomings,
              This complain about bathrooms and toilets are similar for 90% toll plaza
              I have noted until now so action as per clause may be taken against defaulters..

                Hi team,
                I need to made complaint against toll manager, pankaj chauhan for disrespecting senior citizen..
                We are travelling from gurgoan, but on 1st toll, toll employee haven't given any token and asked us to leave.. But when we reached at 2nd toll "haryana state ind & infra dev corp ltd prakash asphaltings and toll highway.
                He asked us to give 220 rs, but when we asked him what is 220 rs is for, he haven't told any thing and start talking with us very rudely.

                Please look into this issue

                  Respected sir,

                  I travel from Himmatnagar to ahmedabad via chiloda - himatnagar road every month. I pay toll tax assuming that road will be maintained properly. But due to rain, road is damaged at some places for a long time. No proper maintenance work or even no patch work is done yet. I asked a toll tax guy when this road will be repaired or whom to complain regarding this. He even didn't reply properly. He said this issue has been shown in news channel too.

                  Sir, if roads are not maintained even after paying toll tax then why should we pay toll tax? Why govt. Don't maintain roads by itself? Why we pay tax in rto at time of new vehicle's registration? Why govt assign road work to private companies? If any damage due to bad road then who is responsible for it?

                  Please take strong actions against whoever is responsible for this.

                    For first journey, I show my ID card. At that time, the person took Rs. 20 from me and didn't gave any receipt. When I asked for the receipt, he said now you give me full toll and he said it is taken as a token. This took place on 26th August 2020

                    For return journey, eventhough my own car was there, the same person took full toll from me. This took place on 30th August 2020

                      It is submitted that i have visited jammu from kathua on 30 aug 2020 and crossed thandikhui toll plaza at 10.17 am and moved back to kathua on same day and crossed thandikhui toll plaza at 4.25 pm, but at 9.05 pm i again got a message from toll plaza that the amount of rs.70 is again deducted for crossing thandikhui toll plaza, whereas i was at home in kathua
                      My vehicle is still at kathua at my residence
                      Sir, i request you to kindly instruct toll plaza authorities to refund my amount

                        national highway 8 road is too bad even too much traffic because of bad road so i do the complaint against road authority of india and road authorities take toll also so if you want tolltax then first make good road otherwise remove the toll!

                          I have travelled from lucknow to orai on 29th aug 2020.I have passed through nababganj, barajore and chamari toll plaza.
                          No fastag discount(2.5%) is applied on any toll plaza and wrong toll rate rs 145 instead of rs 140 deducted on barajore toll plaza.

                          Please look into this matter and take necessory action about the same.

                            I'm owner of a fuel station on national highway number-54 in dinanagar pincode 143531
                            Highway reconstruction is being done but it is not being done in planned way
                            It's been 5 days now since[protected] my road has been blocked for general traffic and the work is not being done. If they are working then they can block for the time being. My business is booking losses on daily basis. Kindly ask the concerned person to speed up the process and if they can not do it then atleast give way to traffic so that i can run my business.
                            It's 5 km long stretch and whole traffic is diverted to wrong side. There is high risk of accident also one happed on 26th infront of my fuel sation killing a 10 year old boy.
                            My only concern is that either speed up the process or give way to the traffic and my guel station also

                              Nh 36 passing from sivagangai to thirupathur is poorly maintained, road shoulders are in pathetic condition. Vehicles skid and accidents are occurring daily, mostly two wheelers. Road shoulders are worst particularly opposite to indian oil petrol pump. Kindly look into the matter before rainy season.

                              Updated by mohammed raffi sukarno                               In NH 87 Bogalur toll plaza (Ramanathapuram district) there are three lanes each side, two for fastag and one for non fastag users. Here always one fastag lane is closed and the non fastag vehicles are also allowed in the opened fastag lane and collecting money from road users it takes longer time to cross this toll plaza every time. The purpose of buying fastag is for quick travel but in this plaza it is spoiled. So take necessary action immediately.

                                    There is illegal encroachment on trichy-chennai national highway 38 near sanjeevi nager bus stop where there is a tea shop right on the bridge that had been built. Also there is a wall that had been build by the alleged land owner right next to the canal. But the land is owned by nhai. This has been there for the last one year.
