Staffs at chennasamaduram behave rude with us

I have never seen such a worst road anywhere else in the entire country,
Which is worsened by illegally modified overloaded trucks carrying aggregates

Paschim madati toll plaza in NH31 has no dedicated fast track lane. So cars having fast tags are forced to enter cash lane wating in queue.

As i had given cash to toll plaza 70rs.. He also debit through my fasttag for one way journey.. Plz return rs 70 as early as possible.. Paid rs. 70.0 for vehicle reg. No mh32c9508 at haladgao toll plaza on[protected] at 07:39:30. Toll txn id: [protected]

I am traveling from sirathu to handia through NH19, a person from the toll system diverted my route due to failure of cash counter and passed me through FASTAG counter. I took the ticket no. [protected] and payed rupees 210 in cash but at handia counter they diffused to accept this ticket and forced me to take another ticket by saying that I have taken wrong ticket. Lastly, I bought the ticket no. [protected].
Kindly inquiry my inconvenience and loses.

Today i going jind to narwana. I first time to go narwana. But narwana highway condition so so... Fair. Car driver park the car on highway for long time & another vehicle driver not cross this way

So i was taking a return journey from deedarganj toll bridge and it did charged me 110 rupees from my fastag wallet but the fare for return journey is rupees 55, i dont know what it was but its very bad and irresponsible behaviour, i want my money back

In Bangalore and Nelamangala toll, there is too much delay in toll even though there is fast tag for the car, it is daily issue, we are waiting nearly 30 minutes for each toll.

There is no sign of Cash lane, but all lanes are Fastag is signed at toll plaza at Dighal toll plaza Jhajjar. As a result they claimed that you are in Fastag lane and have to pay the double toll tax. This is inappropriate and if this problem is not resolved than i have to file a suit in the court. I want refund for the toll .

On[protected], On Raibha high way, they closed all fast tag lanes and made a long Que on cash lane, and telling all cameras are not operating, so come in cash lane, than showing physiological pressure they were collecting cash, and putting some different number on cash receipt.
We fond that after some time we received massage from fast tag that after paying in cash, same amount is also deducted from fast tag,
We tried to contact them but no body was listening, and showing gunda girdi of their Gaing.
Attaching both cash receipt and fast tag deduction .
I have also lodges some complained of other toll plazas but not received any feedback, as I think this is a scam, supported by our corrupt government officers, hoping again that some few onset officers are also in our system and one day this can reach to him and many innocents can be saved.
Scaned copies are attached having almost same time, both deduction, and CC TV footage will show all .

पानीपत और करनाल के रास्ते में दो टोल आते है और एक पानीपत से गोहाना जाते समय एक टोल आता है जिन पर टोल की पुरी अमाउंट उपभोक्ता से ली जाती है | लेकिन वह पर पब्लिक के लिए बनाये गए washroom बहुत ही जाता खराब स्थिति में है | उन washrooms को कोई इस्तेमाल ही नही कर सकता क्योकि उनमे बहुत गन्दी धुर्गंद आती है | इस कारण से लोग खुले में शौच करते है | जब वो शौचालय जनता के लिए बनाये गए है तो उन का इस्तेमाल टोल प्लाजा पर सही से हो लोग खुले में शोच ना करे और washroom की सफाई टोल पर कार्यरत सफाई कर्मचारियो की है परन्तु साफ करना तो दूर वो किसी को खुले में शोच से भी नही रोकते जब टोल की वसूली पुरी की जाती है तो चालकों को सुविधा भी तो पुरी मिलनी चाइये उनको कोई परेशानी नही होनी चाइये |कृपा इस पर कार्यवाही करे |

We traveled to Vapi from Baroda yesterday by our car. The national highway was in a pathetic condition with too many diversions. My question is why at all we need to pay toll when the highway condition is bad, aren't we paying road tax to use a normal road??
It took 7 hrs to reach my destination, The roads are full of potholes which can cause a fatal accidents. It needs to be repaired on prior basis

I have monthly pass for chhijarsi toll plaza against my car up14bc0820 valid till 05.09.20 but today toll fee rs 125/- was deducted from my account.
You are requested to please look into the matter and credit my fastag account with the said amount.

Sir this is to ur information that yesterday 24 august i traveled through ban toll plaza in the morning they deducted 140/ at 8:50 am and on same day at while return at around 5pm again 140/ ruppes deducted since it is happening many times. Kindly look into the matter and assure us that no such inappropriate toll charges would be in future and credit into my fastag account customer id is 10114454. The rest of amount which would be 70 ruppees.

Dear sir,
We are traveling to pune via katani by vehicle number mh04 fr9702 .when we reached the mh30 toll plaza at ch 325410 kherwasani . Only one vehicle was on line they are arguing more than 25 minutes from that person. I request that employee please take our toll tax and free us. We are on long journey. The employee replied rudely ( jo karana ho kar lo)it will take more than one hour. You can complain on toll free number. We cannot any help you. How these types of people are working on this important customer service point and using these type of nonsence wording. He was ready to fight us. I was with my family . Sir please take prompt and immiditae action against these arrogant people's.

1. The toll road from mayyar toll plaza on hansi-hisar road is very pathetic condition near mayyar village and near satrod cantt.
2. The white markings and road markings are not being done on regular basis and it creates a fuss and dilemma on road junctions and near road breakers.
3. The road lights and junction lights are also non operation for a long time and is not rectified on regular intervals like near maharana pratap chowk.. Raipur junction... Airport junction.. Flyover on barwala road and road upto agroha..
4. No contact or emergenct nos. Displayed frequently on highways and telephone connectivity not available.
5. Is this what nhai had promised to deliver to the citizens of india when toll roads were planned for the country...

Hope the issues raised are promptly looked into and the defects rectified else this complaint will be raised to next level.

Toll plaza contractor at dhareri jatan toll plaza insist on making cash payment despite having fasttag and RF sensors working on the lane

Respected sir/maam,
NH-84 which joins Arrah and Buxar of Bihar, is in its worst condition in city of Arrah. There are many Voids on road due to heavy vehicles. The road is fully broken in urban part from 2years and there is no one to repair. We are facing much problems due to holes on road. Many vehicles got accident due to these holes. Please take this matter in your concern and Help us by repairing the roads

Ludhiana - chandigarh highway is not completed yet and toll collection is started already, even this toll plaza is not mentioned on tha indian highway manegment website or even on google but they started collecting toll. Adjoining roads are not repaired properly, only the highway is constructed but the adjoining roads broken for this purpose are not repaired again. They just break it for their advantage but dont find any need to repair it again.

Toll is being collected for a place where even the road construction is not complete.
