Dear sir/madam,

Iam from chennai i used chennai - vanagaram toll plaza near porur,

Today i am waiting for almost 20min at toll because of all vechcles are using fastag way with cash toll plaza workers also accept this, so i am asking them why you allow with out fastag vechcles but they are not respond and using very bad words,

This toll plaza workers all are local rowdyism guy's

Kindly take necessary action immediately to secure people's

The golden quadrilateral road from vijayawada to vishakapatnam, where between eluru to ravulapalem is very very poor quality which effecting the vehicles passing by.
In view of the above, take an immediate action to correct / repair the road at the earliest to avoid the vehicle breakdowns

Dear sir, I am complain about National highway 753A because near deulgaon mahi old road is in very bad condition. In their so much traffic jam because of road I have told national highway office Akola on their mobile . But they are ignore it. In there mud have spread on road so three accidents had happened in future many accidents will create so kindly take care. And imform to me

I have fast tag and my journey date[protected] Jodhpur to Pokaran Toll paza Khanori said that his Fast tag machine is failed due to technical issue so pay cash and man who is on duty continuing on his mobile call to another. I say him I have fast tag but he is not response me and He collect from me Rs. 60 Rupees cash at time of 18:44:14 we have collect receipt from him and we drive our vehicle (RJ-15, UA-1273) from the Toll plaza Khanori. We drive 20 KM. from Toll Plaza we have receive a massage from mobile that debited Rs. 25 Rupees from my Fast Tag Account. What is this ? Please take action against toll plaza and give me my Compensation. Thanks.

This is to bring in notice that the work of nh66 highway road contract has given to the local contractor (J. M. Mhatre road contracts) this is not a reputed contractor in making national highway he is totally unprofessional. The worstest road is made by him no tar is usedin making road now in rainy season plenty of pot holes. He is only hiding the pot holes with stones and mud and giving layers & layers on the newly road. Sir you can't imagine the condition of newly made highway nh66. The road from pen to wadkhal this 7 kms road is a bread butter for this contractor from years and years.
I as a responsible person of india. I complaint against this contractor please change this contractor mark a fine to him. And appoint a professional company which can make the highway as it last longer with a warranty of 10 to 15 years.

Dear sir we are local citizen and they received unauthorised toll from local citizens while there are no rules that any toll situated at under 8 km redious from a town so please solve our problem

Transstroy toll plaza vadamalpet from tirupati tirrutani chennai highway. Worst maintenance of road but collection of toll amount is going on why government not looking for that why should we pay toll if it is nit maintained properly

As I have Stopped at Mandva Toll Plaza And they cant scan my fasttag i have asked to pay cashand agreed to pay my return amount but they behaved very badly with bad words with us. So it is my humble rewuest to you that you should take action to them

Bhago majra toll is started in june, fast tag scanners are not working properly and we have to wait for 3-4 minutes everyday.
There are manual scanner also available, sometimes tag read by manual scanner and some times they ask for cash.

Apart from this they are not providing monthly pass. Despite being showing them local residence proof.
As per them car should be registered in the same state to get pass.
I contact 1033 but they denied to registered complaint for fast tag scannign and confirm that for pass local residence proof is enough but didn't take any action.

The toll tax receipt has been not given at imla toll tax. It comes between ashok nagar district to isagarh tehsil. Also they are not having fastag facility at toll.

Date and time 15 - aug-2020 and time approx 10:53 am

Today i travelled from jalandhar to amritsar sahib on way there is toll at dhilwan where i pay cash for toll for both side round of 50/-rs because my fasttag is registered with my brother paytm who is not travel with me. But toll plaza has deducted amount from paytm also and taken cash also which is wron and illegal.
Kindly do the needful

The national highway 48 is pretty much badly disturbed for regular traffic commuting.
Right from chikli upto valsad the highway is blocked for almost 4/5 kms.
Also surprisingly the complete stretch of road from navsari to valsad has lots of pot holes.
Would appreciate your kind concern & rectification in the same

I am travelling from muzaffarpur to motihari via nh27 daily basis and also pay both side toll rs 210/- but i face so many accident prone hole in this road daily i saw so many vechile damage due to this conditon of nh.
I humble request to nhai authority to take a necessary action as soon as possible.

I am shocked to get sms just now regarding my balance of fastag Nil which should be rs 200. I dial 1033 but your attendance executive is so irresponsible who has disconnected my call without listen me properly and without resolving my quiry. it is informed that on 06.8.20 and 10.8.20, my car was not in fastag lane, it was in cash lane at toll plaza and cash exetutive at toll plaza allowed me after scanning my government I card and opened gate of cash lane. Their I have not used fastag, even not sms received that day regarding deduction of amount on account of toll charges. Then how today this sms received by me after so many days. I have travelled hardly 10 kms on toll road, for this short journey, I don't think charges is rs. 200. Moreover I never used fastag lane, so it's wrong deduction of amount. Requested to reverse the amount of rs 200 into my fastag wallet at the earliest.

Dear sir, there is an extremely bad stretch of road from ongc circle in bhatha to hazira in nh53. The highway is now full of potholes causing major accidents and breakdowns. Trucks do reckless driving, parking on road and travel in wrong directions. Monsoon has added to the woes. Traffic brigade in ongc circle of bhatha is not equipped and efficient to eegate traffic from adajan side. On an average it takes 45 mins to an hour for the distance that can be actually travelled in 15 mins. It is a national crime to waste the time of so many officials working in hazira industries and also endangering many lives. Please look in to and do needful

I visited Bann toll plaza on 11th of july 2020 on 2:11 pm. They deducted 140 from my fastag. And on the same date they deducted another 140 at 2:11 PM. Many times they did the same. Is there any agency who care about these issues. Please provide me contact detail

Dear sir/madam,

I want to bring it to your notice that i have twice crossed the bhagomajra toll plaza on the ludhiana-chandigarh highway, the toll charge for car is 65 rs and for return journey it is 100 rs (As mentioned on the price boards. First time when i was crossing i asked for a return journey slip, however the operator told me that they only issue one side ticket, when i asked again as to why, they said there is something wrong in system and its not working. Then again when i was crossing the toll for the second time i again asked for the return journey slip but this time they refused that they do no issue return journey slip at all. They told me for cash customers it is not applicable, return journey is only applicable for people with fast tag.

I really find this excuse ridiculous as i have crossed many tolls and everywhere they issue return slip as mentioned in their price boards.

I think this toll plaza is minting money (Rupees 30 extra) for each return journey customer by not issuing them the return slip.

Will appropriate to look into this issue and stop them for doing this fraud activity.

On NH no. 48, from Vapi to Valsad near Pardi opp. Raymond, road condition is very worst. the new bridge work is stopped very long back and now service road condition is very worst. traffic jam there and it takes an hour of time to passing 500 mtr. run. kindly repair the road as soon as possible.
