We have minimum balance in fastag but still shows blacklist tag, we are using fastag service for the first time. We asked one of the person in toll plaza who gave ridiculous answer not at all giving proper response. We felt very bad with this person

I am from kattukottai, attur, salem dt, tamil nadu... Here near to my residence nh47 bridge is going on.. Due to lack of light maintenance many accident were held... So pls check such department and make this available for us... Although light facilities are there bu they didn't on the street light daily...

On 9th august 2020 at sikandara toll in rajasthan between dausa to mahua agra jaipur highway at around 10: 40 am staff members shouted and misbehaved with me. I was in the queue of cash window and a guard was breaking that queue by infiltrating his known car drivers in the queue when i opposed he shouted and scolded at me. He called his other staff members. They pulled my collar and attacked on me including the manager there. However i escaped anyhow. I m attaching the photos. Sikandara toll is a mismanaged toll i have ever seen and such incidences happen regularly there. Kindly take proper action and cancel the license of that toll

Our car crossed the Holegadde, Kumta toll today 9th August at 4:30 PM. They inappropriately charged 75/- for it.

Later while returning they again charged 35/-. We are localites of Kumta Taluk. Even If they are suppose to charge toll for our car they should charge the 2
Why the hell are they charging the extra 35/- for. This has been repeatedly done by the illiterate people sitting at the toll. Those are just bunch o[censored]neducated goons. U can't talk to them.

On 08/08/2020 around 04-50 to 05-10 pm i was crossing the banakpur toll (Haveri - hubballi - nh-4) situated at haveri dist of karnataka state and the toll administration was operating the said toll with 2 fast tag counters and 1 cash counter out of 6 toll counter and for the said reason it took nearly 5 to 8 min to cross the toll plaza. As such when i asked to the staff that even after installing fast tag instrument why should i wait for the 5 to 8 min to cross the toll, for that the toll operator and another person sitting with cap (Photo attached) replied and stated go and make a complaint before any one and they will operate the toll as they want.
So i request you to register my compliant and take action against the toll operator and person sitting next to him with cap

Nh 66 tndivanam krishnagiri road past 15 years not completed work because of political issue from this so many accident happen from bangalore to pondicherry only this road nearest but nhai and state govt not taken any action of this road still this road so many patholes damaged please govt as to put new road 4 line road

I am from malegaon and i registered my vehicle as local vehicle at pimpalgaon baswant toll plaza. Despite of that the full amount of 135 rs is deducted from my account. I have submitted all relevant documents at toll plaza then also every time full amount is deducted from my account. My car number is : mh 41 am 1240. Please refund the excess amount.
Please look after that and resolve problem as soon as possible.

I am a pass user at negdiya toll plaza near nathdwara, rajsamand, rajasthan.
First they told us to convert pass into fastag. We complied to that. Now they do not recharge our fastag till it's recharge expires. Means if my recharge expire on date 7 then they would not recharge till after 7 it means if it is sunday then you could not recharge it because office holiday, so we have to suffer extra charges for day despite having pass. And when we recharge our fastag then it takes 20 to 30 mins to get activate. We have to wait 30 mins at toll plaza. Mere wastage of time. Fastag was introduced to save time but our time is deliberately wasted.
Office time is 10am to 6 pm at toll plaza. It is not practically possible to cope up with such situations. Please get our (Pass) fastag recharge system online.

प्रिय महोदय में दिव्यांग हु और मोड़ीफाई कार का उपयोग करता हु मेने फ़रवरी 2020 में रीजनल आफिस जयपुर में फ़ास्ट टेग का आवेदन किया था जयपुर आफिस से मेरा आवेदन दिल्ली आफिस भेज दिया गया जिसका पत्रांक 5069 हे और 16 मार्च से मेरा आवेदन दिल्ली हेड आफिस में पेंडिंग बता रहा हे | और फ़ास्ट टेग नही मिलने से मुझे टोल वाले परेशान करते हे और अभद्र व्यव्हार करते हे |

On the date of 31st july 2020 I am coming from Sikar Rajasthan to laxmangarh at night through NH52 in that way NHAI Toll plaza at Rashidpura sikar.
I request them that I have sufficient balance in my account so please pass my car but toll officer told me you don't have balance so please give case and so I gave them case but they also deduct 70rs from my account.
So please give me solution.

This is to bring into your kind notice that big potholes have been created on both sides of gt road (Near shahdara border & rajinder nagar metro station).in rainy season, many incidents have taken place due to water logging & it can be fatal someday for anyone if proper action could not be taken.

I paid 40 rupees twice toll tax at different toll plaza. I come back within 9 hours but toll plaza charged me 160 rupees. But my real charge is 120 rupees. So want to 40 rupees cashback on my fastag account. I requested to you please give my money back.

But they have deducted rs.125/- from my fastag balance wrongly. So i request you to credit my deducted amount in my fastag balance immediately. My registered telephone number is [protected]. I am Advocate in Allahabad High Court and my father also senior advocate in Allahabad High Court . And i was traveling from Varanasi to Alllahabad via my own car. I was very disappointed when my car entered in fast tag lane rather then cash lane just because of poor management of toll authority. Only one cash lane available and very long line of vehicles, i was wrongly entered in fast tag lane then your employee said for double payment after that i show the identity card of High Court Bar Association Allaahabd but they miss behaved to me and my advocate colleague. We can tech your employee that time i didn't. So show me the which act and provision or clause of National Highways Rules and regulations. And one more information i want to convey that appoint the well mannered employee on toll booth otherwise it will very harmful for your organization. I just want to say refund my money back respectfully and if you will unable to pay my money i will definitely file a P. I. L in Allahabad High Court because i know so many aggrieved people who are cheated by your organization for double payment. I also aware of your running cases in Allahabad High Court if you will unable to pay my money back i will also file impledment application and discuss my problem in that impledment application and that will be more dangerous for your organization. And your employee also entered wrong vehicle number of my car in your receipt and this receipt will also challenge in writ petition.

I passed through k n hundy toll plaza. For local vehicles they collected 25 rupees at toll counter and at the same time 50 rupees they have deducted in fastag also.
This is the second time they are doing like this and cheating.
