I was passing through thorappakkam toll plaza in chennai at 10.22.08, and the staff at the counter tried collecting toll, but after some time, told me that system problem is there and asked me to pay in the next toll at seevaram, and u paid there.

But unfortunately my fast tag account has been debited at thorappakkam toll and the staff never informed me and i received mail from my fast tag bank

Request you to take necessary action to correct my double payment loss due to incompetent handling by toll plaza staff.

Hi, while i am crossing from faridabad - badarpur toll plaza, they are refused to payment by paytm matode. Even at the country's there is no digital payment option. They forced me to give cash ammount for mcd toll. How it is possible while we are trying contact less payment in pendemic time.

My vehicle no is mh 14 aj 9188. I m in local area of rajgurunagar toll plaza. This toll plaza debited toll tax amount to mention local vehicle on date of 20th july 2020.
So, request to attend in priority.

I am a bee keeper, i just passed behror to alwar (Rajasthan) toll booth with return slip charged rs 75. On dated 29.07.2020 at time 19:45.

My complaint is that on return i misplaced my slip. Toll staff doesn't have any record of my vehicle no. And forced to repay the toll.

Please guide toll staff not to overcharge the people

Mane is ki complet jaloli me jo toll padta hai waha karni chahi but mujhe waha per na to complet box mila na hi complet register mila olta waha ke staffs ne mere sath gali galoch or batmiji ki... Kirpa is per koi karwai ki jaye..

I biru mahto driving regularly from motihari to muzaffarpur or patna inbetween the journey i had to pass through toll bridge situated at chakia, purbi champaran, bihar because o[censored]rgency i use the option of fastag as initiated by government of india but i am ashamed that government is not fulfilling its promise, as everytime i paid two times one from the fastag and another in form of cash as the staffs of toll bridge argued that they didn't have any notification regarding fastag and if i had to pass through this toll bridge then i had to pay the amount at counter. This is a rampant corruption taking place at the toll bridge. Please take some necessary step to eradicate this malpractice and fraud. And initiate criminal proceedings against the toll plaza at chakia purbi champaran.

I had lodged a complaint with kurali toll plaza on nh 205.
Complaint number 169 dated 04 jun 2020.
Details are lodged in the complaint in detail as the concerned staff was neither in uniform nor wearing any id.
The conduct of the staff was offensive and not befitting a gentleman.
The system could not read the fastag but staff refused to cooperate.
No response received so far.

On dt 28 july 2020 at13:59:06 i crossed the above mentioned toll with vehicle number hr 34g 4812 through booth number l9&tc1537. The operator charged in cash rs 90/- having receipt number [protected] saying so, that the fastag system of theirs not in working and therefore you will have to pay in cash.
Relying on his statement i paid in cash but it seems to me that he befooled me because later on i came to know that rs 90/- were deducted from my fastag account havig toll transaction id 0000000088090000498235 for said toll plaza.
Sir, i want to say that the toll plaza employees collect money through wrong ways and law abiding persons like me have to pay in double and bear financial loss. So please look into the matter and direct the toll plaza authorities to repay me with compensation and to keep maintain their fastag system updated.in this connection i also tried to contact toll plaza authorities but couldn't so perhaps some technical errors or something else. Otherwise i will have to sue in consumer forum.

Today i travel khekda to bhadurgarh in this travel i use my fastag for every toll plaza but last toll plaza bhadurgarh said this toll plaza is not accept fastag. This toll plaza only accept cash or last toll plaza fastag recipt but i have not recive any recipt last 3 toll plaza and he said pay full amount 160 rs and this journy toll is 115 only i pay extra amount on this road.

I would like to bring your notice that, at malumachampatti service road and drainge piping systeme work under progress at cbe and pollachi highways project.

Location: malumachampatti
Landmark: kammalam honda show room

Plz note that, in front kammalam honda show room at malumachampatti the service road and internal street access totally closed by 3 ft concreat base with wrong method of design for drainage piping network.

We cannot access these 3 streets becoz of this mistakenly done work and our commercial building/ business and apartment residents getting trouble and business getting lose.

So plz. Take necessary action to make proper kind of drainge junction and to make easy access of the streets.

I'm mr. Krishnan, working for a government organization. On 09.07.2020, 10.34 am, when i was crossing mettupatti toll plaza, salem district, tamilnadu, nhai toll person has wrongly detected rs 50 at the time of travel and deducted rs 130 for the same vehicle after 5 days, that i traveled on same date & time (Totally rs 180/-). My receipt and rc clearly mentions that i have traveled only through my car and i don't have any intention of violation or cheating, but this was noticed in our account itself & wanted the same to be conveyed for correction at your end. Moreover, the amount that has been deducted with the same i'd accepting two different amounts is totally fraudulent that needs to be appraised to nhai and the contractor who has designed and is also concerned to be notified.

I have already contacted paytm as well as fasttag regarding this and for their convenience, i have already attached all the requested details :

3. Car front image
4. Government database rc details

Waited for more than 15 mins at the toll plaza and inspite of high traffic they were still collecting toll and delaying traffic. When we asked about the nhai rule the lady at the counted shouted at us and said whatever the law is you pay and you leave. The lady also threatened us that she ll file a case for harassing her. Very sorry to say these people have zero respect for the law and order of this country. Please take necessary action, as time is equally important to everyone and waiting at a toll for more than 15 mins and ignorance of law is an offense in itself.

The toll plaza manager namely raj singh raghuvanshi (+[protected] of nhai soma indus varanasi is not following the rules and regulations i. E when the waiting time exceed by 3 mins then the toll shouldn't be taken. And the ill treatment towards the passengers by abusing the fellow passers and annihilating the property.

There ar lots of pits on the nation highway nh27 between samakhiyali and adesar and causing traffic because of this pits and private property damage due to this bad road.

On 27.7.2020 at the time of 15:41:26 my fast tag associated with vehicle no wb 42 ah 7301 was punched with a rs 70 ticket at the banskopa toll plaza (Durgapur burdwan national highway)
But the toll person didnot allow the vehicle to pass saying the fast tag doesn't have money and i have to pay in cash.
My father was in the car returning and he was compelled to pay the toll in cash also. The ticket no : [protected] punched at 15:43:34.
This is ridiculous and i suppose the government should look into this kind of corruption happening at the toll plaza and take strict action against them.

I was travelling from phalodi to bikaner with my family. This incident happened on the toll plaza of kheerwa (Dis - jhodpur). My fastag is in okay condition but they said my fastag is blacklisted and then i argued with them for same and they started misbehaving with me and my family (There were around 15 to 20 members of toll plaza). They forcefully changed the lane of my car from fastag to offline system of payment. Then i payed them in cash or i can say they forcefully took the money. Kindly accept my complaint and try to take a valid step for this harassment.

The road from nagpur to mouda (Handara road is very bad. Please repair urgently.

The condition of road from nagpur to mouda (Bhandara road) is very bad.

This is about Choryasi toll plaza. While we were traveling to Kim from navsari, we came through this toll where we went in fastag lane as we had fastag card already, but the operater told us that ur card does not have minimum balance of 500 and so u have to pay cash. And then we were charged 150 that is double fee. But after a while we saw that the car number on the receipt is not ours and that we have been also mislead about the minimum balance which I afterwards checked that it's in general 200 for cars and as we have airtel fastag it's only 150...still why did we pay double . So while returning we discussed to the incharge about it, but he gave the lame excuse that the shift is changed and we can't do anything about it.It was the system s fault and the operater CHORO7 then why it is our fault and not theirs and we are been punished with double fees.I am really very frustrated.

A national highway construction work is going in our area in area of sarangarh district raigarh state chhattisgarh. Where improper quality of ingredients arc used in constructions and there is also going and illegal digging of forest area for materials required for highway construction i had complaint to the local highway department they are not taking any action on it.
