The condition of road from nagpur to mouda (Bhandara road) is very bad.

This is about Choryasi toll plaza. While we were traveling to Kim from navsari, we came through this toll where we went in fastag lane as we had fastag card already, but the operater told us that ur card does not have minimum balance of 500 and so u have to pay cash. And then we were charged 150 that is double fee. But after a while we saw that the car number on the receipt is not ours and that we have been also mislead about the minimum balance which I afterwards checked that it's in general 200 for cars and as we have airtel fastag it's only 150...still why did we pay double . So while returning we discussed to the incharge about it, but he gave the lame excuse that the shift is changed and we can't do anything about it.It was the system s fault and the operater CHORO7 then why it is our fault and not theirs and we are been punished with double fees.I am really very frustrated.

A national highway construction work is going in our area in area of sarangarh district raigarh state chhattisgarh. Where improper quality of ingredients arc used in constructions and there is also going and illegal digging of forest area for materials required for highway construction i had complaint to the local highway department they are not taking any action on it. I have been charged for twice on the toll gate on one trip i. E charged by cash & fast tag, as the operator ask me to pay cash that fast tag of my vehicle not working properly but after a while i got debt message from bank, i'm attaching the receipt & debt message for you reference. Kindly look into the issue & refund my amount

Limbdi to bagodara highway is in very worst conditon

Toll has been deducted twice from me for 315 rupees. From cash and fastag. Vehicle no. Wb7432 (Palsit dankuni toll)

My name is vivek kumar from chandigarh. I am complaining about jam of toll tax plaza panipat karnal highway. I am suffered for waiting about 25 minutes in line. Please do something so that anyone not suffer in that problem in future.

This is very dangerous, that there are two big potholes on the nhai NH 27, at banekuchi, in nalbari district. The potholes makes trucks slow down, and the biggest pothole is enough to even break the axle or damage four wheeler and two wheeler vehicles. This should be repaired immediately.

There are huge size of pits on toll road starting from lal kuan ghaziabad to dadri under toll plaza at luharli toll plaza. There is return fare of rs 175 but condition of this road is not worth a penny. Since it is monsoon season these huge pits are not visible and trucks / cars stuck in these pits and causes a huge traffic jam. The authorities have turned a blind eye as this condition is maintained over the years.

Question : i have paid 100 entry fees at the toll by cash but still my 26 rupees has been deducted by the fast tag of my car mp09ta7532 on 2/7/20 at 8:50 am.

Many deep holes in the center of the road at many locations between rajahmundry and tadepalligudem in andhra pradesh which is very difficult, disgusting and very unsafe to drive.. This is the condition for along time. Also central dividers at many locations were broken purposefully by public to cross the road at undesired locations which is causing a great panic and perplexity due to unexpected entry of the two wheelers which may also lead to major accidents and great loss to humanity. Kindly probe into the issues and rectify the noted defects at an early date for which of kindness i will be ever grateful to you.

My vehicle is lcv and i attached the toll charges debited receipts, and debit adjustments made today 22.07.20...
Pls resolve the problems and reverse the wrong debited amount of ₹635.00...

We pay the toll to keep the road in good condition but the potholes all over the road did not go smoothly even if we pay the toll.

Hello, my name is sunny today I was coming from Gwalior to Delhi and when I reached madhuvan toll plaza Sharpe at 11:18:39 AM so I scanned my fast tag and then the person who was on the duty said you're fastag has black listed and also misbehaving to me when I told him I have sufficient balance and my fast tag is working fine . so he told me, give me 210 means double charges...I told him give me only 30 sec let me check my transaction either its sucsseful of not..so he was again doing misbehaving ..and all the cars in que was in hurry and they starting to horn continuing so I gave him 210 in cash and forget to take receipt due to pressure of car was standung behind of me so I just gave him and run my car ...and i got an message from paytm which is linked to my fastag accoutn your 105 rs transaction sucsseful ..so he charged triple amount also misbehave ...you can also see in cctv camera ..and that guy was really having bad language . my car no DL2CAY5597..also attaching the screen shot of fastag transaction.

I hereby would like to inform you that there are some vehicles which are using fake mla passes to cross any toll present at nh56 (Lucknow - varanasi). This is a fraudulent act done by some people and it is also discrimination with normal vehicle owners. I would request you to take action against such persons. Thankyou

While i am going to palwal from hodal; one of employee of shrinagar toll plaza (One of worst toll plaza) abused me and fighted with me without any reason. He run behind my car for throwing stones. But i escaped myself.

There is a big pothole in the middle of the road and yet we are expected to pay tolls for the care of the road. These roads shouldn't have a crack let alone such a huge pothole in the middle of the road. I request that the concerned authorities look into it and take action.

Today morning at 7 am when our bus from kolkata to raniganj was passing there was a huge traffic hault fase only due to unprofessional attitude by toll staff faced. Several vehicles was waiting to pass the toll gate due to non functional of fasttag machine. When i complain to take cash instead of fasstag then the toll booth staff was attempting to hit me and use abusive language. I will escalate this issue to ministry of road transportation.
