Nh-75 which connect banglore to manglore for its contruction highway authority. Near mani jogibettu in peraje village servey no:166/1 which belongs to fathima bushra the land contains one house the planning of highway authority which passes nearly one meter which can cause landslide by construction.

So we request national highway authority to make fascility like wall which avoid landslide

I have taken monthly pass at gharunda, haryana soma toll tax from[protected] to[protected], and due to glass break i have change my tag on[protected] and after few time i cross the toll tax and the company has charged me full amount toll tax. As i have pass for my vehicle hr01q0028 then they should not charge me toll tax. Kindly ask the company to refund my charges they are saying we cant refund the charges.

20th may we transfer 11000 rupees to fastag. Nd they were no refunded this money in my bank account,, we complaint in fastag bt they do not resolve my pproblem.. And said they transfer this money which is lie

I had purchased fastag through hdfc vide customer id[protected] wallet id [protected] fir vehicle no. Mp20cg8565. On 5th july 2020 i tried to recharge my wallet with 1500- through ubi ebanking. My account was debited with 1509.44 for payment to techprocess vide reference id[protected] but the amount was not credited to my wallet. After around 2 hours i again tried to recharge with 500/- and my account was debited with 509.44 vide reference id[protected] for payment to techprocess but the amount was not credited to my wallet.
On 6th july, 2020, i started from kolkata to jabalpur and i had to cash at every toll plaza inspite of recharge.
I talked to customer care hdfc fastag and they advised me to contact ubi and expressed their inability to do anything. I contacted ubi and they said that they have made the payment and question of stopping payment does not arise.

Please look into the matter and arrange for refund of rs.2000/- plus charges paid by me or credit the same to fastag wallet.

I have applied exempted fast tag application in august 2019 at madurai branch nearest to maattuthavani. As i am physically challenged person, i am not able to go in person. So i am keep on calling and asking to issue the exempted fastag. Till now it is not processed. Kindly ask them to process and issue immediately.

The road we are paying toll on is a very bad road. There are many obstacles when traveling on it. As a result of which our vehicle is damaged and we have to fix the wheels again and again. We can't go at one speed due to standing in the road and the road is high and low. The road is very bad even though it is the main heigway of the country.

Actually this is not a complaint but a request. I am a govt. Doctor working in two places (Vizag and kakinada) about 160 km apart and there are 3 toll gates in between. I shuttle 2-3 times a week as part of my official duty. Previously i used to travel by train often with a monthly pass. Since the lockdown i have been going in a relative's car. The car has a fastag connection but it is quite a drain every day for to and fro costing about rs.320. There is no scope for monthly pass as that needs residence within 20 km. Keeping in view the fact that i am a govt. Doctor and doing duties including covid duty and unable to go by train as there is no train now, i request you as a special gesture to kindly give necessary instructions and consider to give me a monthly pass at these three toll gates and oblige.in fact, maybe as a special gesture to all covid workers, maybe you can exempt or give monthly pass to all covid workers in the country (Health, police, sanitation, etc.) thank you.

As is well known in our great country this is another example of collusion between parties to fleece innocent citizens. I entered the western peripheral highway around ncr near sampla town (Haryana), crossed the entry toll at around 6 am on 12/07/20, where there was no barrier or personnel stationed there, (I could see that other lanes were also operating similarly). It was the first time i traveled along that road, so i was not sure if the toll had been temporarily deactivated or fastag deduction was activated, so passed through. On the exit toll plaza near badli village (Haryana), i was asked for the slip i collected from the entry toll. I informed them of the situation at the entry toll. They were quite happy to know they had trapped yet another unsuspecting road user. I was charged the toll for the longest stretch of the highway (83 km) instead of the 30km i travelled on as penalty. I am quite sure this is not a lone incident and must be a regular way to make up for lockdown losses. I request that this racket be busted and i be refunded the difference of the amount rs. 67.

I today crossed bhagan toll plaza on chandigarh-delhi highway at 4.15
The staff at the plaza told me that this is cash lane and fastag does not work. I paid rs.75 as cash but also got a message of deduction from my fastag. When enquired they asked me to contact helpline. I have been charged twice for the same toll.

सर मेरा नाम नवीन कुमार है और मैं मुरादनगर गाजियाबाद उत्तर प्रदेश का निवासी हूं और मैं हापुर से गाजियाबाद अपनी फैमिली के साथ गाजियाबाद अपने घर आ रहा था यह घटना 05/07/2020 को शाम 5:00 बजे जब मैं टोल प्लाजा पर पहुंचा मेरा टैग फास्ट है गाड़ी में लगा हुआ था लेकिन वहां पर मेरा फास्ट टैग है कि नहीं चला तब मैंने नगद में भुगतान करने का प्रयास करें लेकिन वहां पर खड़ा इस वक्त टोल प्लाजा का सहायक ने मेरे साथ मार पिटाई शुरू कर दी और मेरी फैमिली के साथ सभी व्यक्तियों पर और लेडीस के ऊपर भी मार पिटाई करी और साथ ही साथ गंदी गंदी गालियां और अभद्र भाषा का भी प्रयोग करें और जान से मारने की भी धमकी दी जिस राज्य को राम राज्य की और बढ़ाया जा रहा हूं वहां पर ऐसी गुंडागर्दी तथा उपद्रवी पर सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई करने की मांग करता हूं तथा इन्हें ऐसा सबक सिखाया जाए कि यह दोबारा किसी फैमिली पर हमला ना करें धन्यवाद मोबाईल नम्बर [protected]

The staff at toll plaza denied return journey ticket (₹135) even after mentioning that we need to return same day abd charged (₹90) for single side... Giving reason that it's done for fasttag only.. We are already charged extra for cash toll. And why is should i be charged ₹180 for a toll of ₹135.
Kindly provide input as i would return in next 3 hrs

Fullara toll plaza, distt seoni mp, deducted double amount which mention there n informed by the worker, worker inform i[censored] have fastag the charge deducted 30 rs otherwise 55.00 rs, which i have so i use it and also in display that showing the 30 rs charged but later i got massage for 55.00 rs. Next day when i pass from there i ask him so he refused and tell i don't know how much charged in fastag.

Nh-28 at mushrigharari to muzaffarpur road near kamakhya line hotel, just before distance display board there is a encroachment of foot path by a building material shopkeeper "kishan sheva kendra" by the storage of large amount of बालू and गिट्टी, due to this storage of बालू and गिट्टी there can be a major accident, so, it's my humble request to you to stop this encroachment and prevent any future accidents from it...
