Kota city, s toll is free of hounable lok sabha speaker om birla directions of kota's city people.

Fullara toll plaza, distt seoni mp, deducted double amount which mention there n informed by the worker, worker inform i[censored] have fastag the charge deducted 30 rs otherwise 55.00 rs, which i have so i use it and also in display that showing the 30 rs charged but later i got massage for 55.00 rs. Next day when i pass from there i ask him so he refused and tell i don't know how much charged in fastag.

Nh-28 at mushrigharari to muzaffarpur road near kamakhya line hotel, just before distance display board there is a encroachment of foot path by a building material shopkeeper "kishan sheva kendra" by the storage of large amount of बालू and गिट्टी, due to this storage of बालू and गिट्टी there can be a major accident, so, it's my humble request to you to stop this encroachment and prevent any future accidents from it...

This is with reference to toll gateway at Hisar Haryana where there is not enough toll pass available for non tag vehicles and staff behaviour is rude.kindly guide if there is any rule if customer cross through the fast-tag line that the toll tax will be at double rate ie toll tax for one way is Rs 75 they take rs 150 .
Kindly look at the matter they are looting the public

Dear sir/madam,

An amount of rs.180/- today in my fastag account has been debited by hdfc bank towards adjustment entry though my deduction in all toll plazas are proper. This is the second time happened with my hdfc fastag and in the previous time i have lodged complaint with hdfc bank and till now no response from them and no action has been taken. Today again rs. 180/- has been deducted and i suspect some scam is happening.

Request you to please resolve the issue with hdfc bank and revert the amount deducted for no reason.

Dear Sir/Madam,
On 24/6/2020 I travelled to Satara from Pune. I had paid tool in cash with receipt no-3083224 on L17 booth at Khed Shivapur toll plaza (NH-48) at 1:28am. Also at same time my fasttag wallet was also debited Rs.95.0 at 1:35am.

Pl. revert back double collected toll amount to my fastag wallet.

Attached toll receipt and email of toll debit note.

Vehicle no is MH14 CK5240. Tata Nano. Customer ID is 12042552 and Fasttag wallet is with ICICI bank.

At amdi fee plaza near atraulia on akarpur-azamgarh road on date 14..06.2020 at 4.26 pm rs. 85.00 deducted through fast tag and during return journey on same date at 8.31 pm again same amount i. E. Rs. 85.00 deducted insted of half charges. Kindly see the matter.

While coming back to kolkata today, money from my fasttag account was deducted at palsit (Panagarh). While the booth operator claimed nothing was deducted and charged us by cash also.

My house is about to get demolished for the construction of national highway 12.. The market value of my property is in crores but till now no compensation has been awarded to me according to national highway act

I travelled from sangli to Pune via Banglore highway today 8-Jul-2020.
on khed shivapur toll plaza they charged 95 rs from me via FastTag.
actually as per news from newspaper this toll plaza can not charge toll for vehicles having passing from pune and Pimpri Chinchwad
my vehicle is having passing of Pimpri chinchwad. MH14GN0632
so, why they charged from me.
kindly look into the matter.

Today i was coming from bhiwani to charkhi dadri at kitlana toll plaza they deduct fast tag amount 40 rs from my account and also they charged cash 40 rs from me against which no payment slip given to me. Time 11:00 am, date 8.7.2020, vehicle registration no. Makdf556bl4202032, paytm payment slip and deduction amount message photo attached. Plz refund the amount and take action against the defaulters.

On 4th july 2020, i passed through panipat toll tax with my family. My fastag was having ample of money so that i can easily pass. But on the card reader, it was showing "blacklist tag" and barrier didn't open. I asked executive about why it happened, but he was rude and was asking to pay 6 times the amount that i need to pay through fastag.
But within 2 minutes, the reader read my fastag and barrier got opened. I again asked executive why it happened he wasn't aware if the fact.

My car registration no is: hr06-z-1791.
Please revert with why it happened and what can be done to stop such problem in future.

A big pothole on flyover bridge of daruhera.. On nh8, gurgaon jaipur highway
There are some sharp edges or that pothole may be some iron rods (Saria)
It caused blast in two of my xuv 300 car tyres today, and it was a narrow escape for. Me from a major accident.
Local tyre shop owner said there already three more vehicles have came today itself with damaged tyres and even in one case there was damage to honda car even was damaged.
We need your sincere and urgent support to fix that pothole asap.

I may take this opportunity to request, rather very humbly, to your goodself to please take the required necessary action as to the inconveniences faced by the passer by or the travellers passing enroute ban toll plaza, at jammu, due to the completely unstructured infrastructures resulting in the un necessary delay for the fast tag users primarily standing in queues then thereafter further delay caused due to the manual scanning of the fast tags for toll payments to and fro everytime and for everyone who is using that highway where as all this is being going on since the initiation of fast tags in a clear and wide violation of the rules thus framed for the easy and comfortable drive of the law abiding worthy commuters. Not only this, the attitude of the staff, despite their own negligence, is so ruthless that one can't avoid confrontation in the due course of conversation about being stopped for literally no reason or fault of commuters at all.

I hereby, further request your goodself to please look into the matter and after the due consideration of the facts, on grounds, initiate the strict actions thus required under rules and provide justice to the law abiding nationals thereby enhancing their faith in the system and the healthy governance under your eligible supervision as such.

I will wait for the prompt and necessary action after this

I am having icici fastag. Tag account no. 21963805. I have made a round trip from ahmedabad to mumbai between 27.12.2019 and 29.12.2019. I was having sufficient balance and all the toll charges debited from my account. However, in jan 2020 they made a chargeback on my account for rs. 445, for which i have not received any communication either by a phone call, sms or email. I randomly checked my fastag account on 27.02.2020 and found about the chargeback. I tried to raise online complaint about the same and was informed that time period for raising the dispute has been lapsed. Still i raised a complaint under "wrong charge and tag blacklisting" head vide ticket number: cmp[protected] on 27.02.2020. Also, i straight away called icici customer care regarding the same. They informed that the head selected my me was wrong and they take my complaint and raised another ticket for my complaint. Ticket number cmp[protected] and asked me to wait 15 days for the resolution. I waited 3 months and have not received any solution or communcation for the tickets raised. So i again called customer case on 12.06.2020 and enquired about the resolution. To which the operator said that previous operator booked ticket under wrong head. So she again raised new ticket number cmp[protected] for my complaint and asked to wait for 15 days. Till date i have not received any resolution so i again check my tag status and found that they have adjusted my deposit money and deactivated my tag. So i again called icici customer care and the operator informed that 40 days have already past and they can not help in this matter.

The matter of fact is, inspite of having sufficient balance, they have leived charge back and also i have contacted them several time. Still have not received any proper response from them.

I passed through toll plazz "khandi obri (Kherwara)" on nh-08 dated 6 july 2020. As this was my first visit after taking fastag from icici bank and i was not sure how much money in my balance i decided to go by cash lane. I paid toll of rs 95 thru ticket no [protected] dt 6 jul 2020 at 14:21.04. My car number is rj27 cd 6405 but on ticket it is marked as rj27cd6495 (Which i notice later on).
At this location no bsnl signal is coming. After few minutes when mobile signal comes (14:28.02) i got message that rs 95 is deducted from my fastag (Trip no[protected]. Why when i have not go thru fastag lane why charges taken?
So while returning back on same date 6 jul 20 (19:30.08) i asked toll plazz person that i need to lodge complain he told that your return charges not deducted you need not to lodge complain. Same as due to no network, later i got mesage that rs 50 deducted from my a/c (Trip no[protected]. The person on toll misguide me.
In total i have paid extra rs 95/-. Staff did mistake to make entry as wrong car number while my car have high security feature and can be read automatically. I have passed this toll many times in past but never seen wrong entry,
Staff at toll plazz mis guide me at the time of return.

When i passed through the toll gate they deducted 55 rupee through fastag. I returned back to that toll gate after 1 hour l, so that means they have to deduct 25 rupee, but they deducted again 55 rupee.
I want my money back.

I travelled in my car no jk02bw7500 today 5th, july 2020 n crossed bun toll post at 2.07 pm. The amount of rs. 140/ was deducted from my axix bank farrah. But toll authorities charged an amount of rs 140/ in cash with a plea that fast tag system not working. On return same day at 6. 59 pm an amount of rs. 65/ deducted from fastag. But again toll authorities charged rs. 140/ in cash with same plea of non functional of fastag. This is sheer gundagardi by the toll authorities.
