We were travelling from Delhi to Agra on 3rd July 2020. We reached at mahuvan toll plaza at mathura & there is a huge line of vehicles. When we reach to toll person he missbehaved with us & overcharged from us almost thrice charges.. Fast tag machine was not working & they are overcharging from the people. They have charged cash amount as well as from fast tag. As we were waiting since 1 hour it should be free but they charged thrice charges. As per me this place os not safe.

Sir, the toll plazas near seoni district M.P. 480661 are not recognizing return trip on their fastag systems and are charging full amount even if vehicle return in 1 hour duration. please pay attention to this issue and take corrective measures as soon as possible.

Nh3 per indore ke pas mangliya tol per fasteg hone ke bad bhi roj15 se20 minut lagte he koi dhyan nahi de raha he.

We were crossing on 3rd july 2020 11:22 via kini toll plaza kolhapur Towards dharwad after paying through fasttag.

Fasttag transaction details:

Dear Customer, Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 75 for transaction by Vehicle MH01CP4374 at Toll Kini Toll Plaza on[protected]T11:22:02.

During this toll Booth gate rod hit on the car while passing after paying through fasttag . This has major damage on chassis of the mahindra xuv car w10- orange.the damage has given the major dent on front driver side panel
for the mistake done by the toll booth personal working at kini toll plaza.Damage screen shot attached

We had also spoken to authorities over there .
Also with the manager mr.mohite thats the name he told .We also register the complain in the record book screen shot attached.

As per the local authorities of kini toll plaza the reimbursement will be done by govt msrdc post verification and validation by govt. There is no timelines for closure

I paid the toll but the cost of damage to my car due to authorities of kini toll plaza is not been closed .

Due to covid situation we are need be least exposed hence we couldnt lock the fir at nearest police station .I believe that the complaint registed at toll boot wld be considered . There was no support available interms of how this will follpwwd through rather a simple answer was given by authority that it will be handle by msrdc

Need the negligence to be closed and loss to be recovered

Iam seeking support from mahindra xuv cost will upload that response also

Sir, i'm serving in indian army and today morning the defence convey (Defence vehicle), go through the toll plaza hariya bihar. I'm showing the authority letter exemption of toll and my army identity card. But the staff is misbehaving with me and abusing my duty colleagues. I humbly request to you that please take the nessary action.

Respected sir during journey to garh ganga the toll plaza charge double fees from us from one side by saying that it will be two ways toll. And when we return they use abuse words as well as charge toll once again.

Toll was charged twice to me for same toll plaza.110 rupees amount was charged twice. One with cash and same was charged through fastag also at arjunalli toll plaza. Please refund inr 110 rupees at earliest to same paytm account through which it was deducted.

Hi i have purchased a fast tag from nhai moradabad bareilly expressway. On 23-02-20 around 11:20 am. My vehicle reg no - dl9cak4974. When i was coming from delhi i paid 190 at toll plaza chhajarsi but after taking fastag they have taken 200 from tag. Also the person who has sold the tag to me he has no receipt. He has taken 250 for the tag. He told me that the tag is not free and from 250 amount 200 will be shown as security but after buying the tag i have to recharge worth 400 and from it 200 is showing as security, where is the 250 and what is the need of paying 250 for tag when it is free of cost?
Secondly i absorbed when i was travelling to bihar. Fast tag amount got deducted more than standard price. When i contact call center they told me that tag is for commercial vehicle hence amount is getting deducted as per the rule point is that my vehicle is private and tag sold me is for commercial. I have lost almost 1500 in extra due to mistake of nhai person. I have complaint regarding this earlier. Pls check the details and do the needful.

We have daily going neemrana to bawal haryana we have reach at toll plaza 07.30 at this time many problem face in toll plaza crossing time 45 minutes spend so i am daily late coming office company given warring letter me for late office so i have given compliant against toll plaza nh-8 neemrana shajapur
Your road service is poor and toll plaza service is more poor so pl z solve my problem otherwise.

I visit jaipur to jodhpur ajmer toll tax car line more than 24 i wait 30 minit above but line is not clear urgently reach jodhpur but no any solution

With high quality roads by nhai and good quality vehicle availability in the indian market the speed limits may be revised as follows:

2/3 lane roads - 80kmph for lmv and 60kph for all vehicles not falling under lmv category

4 lane roads with divider - 100kmph for lmv and 80kph for all vehicles not falling under lmv category

4/6/8 lane access controlled roads with divider - 120 kmph...

While i was traveling from nadiad, gujarat to dahod, gujarat at vavdi toll they have collected cash money for toll and also it deducts from my fastag account also
Thus highway authority had been collected inr 115 by cash wide transaction no [protected] and for the same trip authority had deducts inr 75 from my fastag account also.

Pl send competent person to see the condition of road between katghar police station and zero point rampur road.. Road is eroded at many places.. Large ditches are there at many places which are causing great difficulty.. Pl do the needful on urgent basis at least immediate repair of road in patchrs... Thanks... Dr r. K. Dhall [protected]

Staff at kelwad toll plaza near saoner dist nagpur, behave very rudly and use abusive language to passengers.. Pls kindly take some strict action

This is inform that from keshod to junagadh (Gujarat) nh pathetic condition with too many diversions and diversion. Before 2 days i got car tyre accident.
At that time of driving i got big pit and tyre got air.

I have tried to complaint at toll plaza he cleared denied and told me this highway maintenance in plaza under.

I requested to him to file complain about my issue but he didn't respond and took toll money from me.

I request you please maintain proper highway so that many accident can reduce.

Next time i will not pay single money

I have travelled from lucknow to namisaranya (Neemsar) at sitapur district through itaunja toll plaza at 11.58.24 am on 28.06.2020. Toll plaza gave message on fas tag as blocked the card no. [protected]. Unfortunately i have to paid rs.45/- cash vide transation id[protected] tc/booth no.0440/p2 stp2 cash for car no. Up34 p9271.
But in return journey at 6.30 pm from same toll plaza no objection was raised and read toll plaza same fas tag without any objection.

Kindly inform what is our balance of fas tag, refund rs.45/- taken cash from me. Attached receipt at toll plaza.

Sir, sirohi (Rajasthan) to sumerpur high way road toll one side 115₹, but road totally waste. Toll tp04 management also not manage traffic. No one responsible person, thare.

On 25th i traveled from bangalore to anantapur. At malir ap toll plaza 2017 they have deducted twice rs 115/- i request you please refund the amount of rs 115/-. I am pasting the message proof and id ref as follows.
