Sir, since trains are cancelled it's very difficult for office going staffs to join duty, road transportation is the only option that can be managed. But, even in this corona when people are not getting out in such situation also nh80 has continuous traffic jam thousand and thousands of over weighted trucks are running causing jam on the road. Kindly solve this issue....

I was traveling locally, yet toll tax collectors charged me 60 rupees toll tax....

Bharudi toll plaza between rajkot - gondal state - gujarat, not maintaining fastag lane for only fastag vehicle and allow all vehicle with or without fastag.

I have passed today at 10:30 on 5/6/2020. I have to wait about 20 minutes although i have fastag vehicle.

Cause fastag lane is open for all. I have orally complained against them but they have not given proper answer.

Kindly do something...

Recently i have traveled from chennai to bokaro, during this travel i have noticed that most of the part road widening/ work is happening. Due to this road become one way in the most of parts and become congested. For single road which is under construction, tolls are charged. I had travelled through beliyard toll plaza towards west bengal on 3.06.2020 with my own car vide regd no. Wb40an7740. It is observed that rs. 80.00 has been deducted from my fastag for one way journey. It is clearly cheating....

Sir i am a resident of city Sirsa in Haryana. I am working in the bank organisation for that i have to go and come back from city Dabwali in haryana. Dabwali is 60kms away from sirsa. Near dabwali there is a toll near village sawant khera. Sir these days we are suffering from the huge jam there to cross the toll. Only two lanes are working while other lanes shutted down. I am a physically handicapped person with one leg. I have a car rj05ca9017 which is modified and approved by dto bharatpur (Raj). I have applied for free fastag to ro nhai jaipur. They have sent application to nhai hq on 27/01/2020. But still pending at hq. After six months passed fastag card is not issued yet.
Please take necessary action.

Dear sir,
Recently i was traveling from punjab to delhi and even with the fasttag it took me 30-40 min to cross the toll plaza because of stupid truck drivers who didn’t had fasttag. You are requested to do the needful so that people like me don’t have to wait for so long. Maybe by making separate lines for cars and trucks or by taking some other needful action. I am satheesh from puttur chittor dist today i am going to puttur to tirupathi at 8.38am left tollgate the amount cut in rs 70/- and come back tirupathi to puttur at 5.53 pm again collect in my fastag 70/- so actually up and down charges only 100/- they collected 140/- number of times i can check so kindly take action settle my refund amount...

Sir, l have applied for local pass about 18 days ago... But it's not done yet... I'm too much depressed and disappointed.. No one give me right answer... On tundla toll plaza... I'm faced money losses problem......

The whole road is under construction and there is no road literally and there is not even a maintenance work. How can you charge toll in such kind of roads...

I travel daily multiple times on vasad toll plaza at gujarat
Gjsh 188 vasad gujarat.
Toll plaza not issuing me monthly pass for travel since my car registration location is 21 km from toll plaza.
It's very illogical and nonpretical to pay rs. 130 on every time i pass on toll plaza. That was also multiple time in day.
Till plaza people are not supporting and even doing verbal violent...

Then the person is sitting in this lane said that this is not a fast tag lane but on these three lane already mentioned above these are fast tag lane. But he said this is not a fast tag lane.
