The actual charge is rs 105 single journey for car but they charge us 210 rs and then they cut 105rs from our fastag balance

    My truck has the fat tag sticked and the toll of all the plazas were deducted from the tag but at udwada toll it does not get detected by the scanner and they demand for double the toll tax, when my driver argued and they took away the permit cover and forcefully collected the toll fees. And did not rescan the fat tag.

    How are we going to survive in this market with such hooligans operating the toll plaza.

      Dea rsir i have fast tag on my vehicle jk08d9903, during my travel from jammu. 0n 4 june 2020 at 11.23.10 thandii khui t0ll plaza take manual toll from me under ticket no [protected] rs 70.00 as cash. On other hand they deduct toll from my fast tag also under transiction id ft[protected] rs 70.00,
      Please refund my one payment as for a single journey they can not deduct double toll, so olease make a querry and refund my amount.

        My vechile number up 32 jn 1755 going from lucknow to banaras on 27/06/20 at 4.30 am in morning my truck is crossing handia toll plaza worker of that toll plaza is saying that ur truck is some overload but my vechile is total under load and he is asking for extra money of rs 3000 from my driver and abusing him very badly and taken my truck paper from my truck i also request him ver much but he also talk with me very badly and taken rs 2510 from my driver and given receipt of rs 510. It’s my humble request to plz take some action and check toll camera at that time my vechile is standing their for 45 min

          Dear Sir,
          I travelled yesterday 25 Jun 2020 from Nigdi to Lonawala using expressway. I had used vehicle MH12EM9323. I used expressway till Lonawala only however I was charged for INR 203.00, full toll till Mumbai.
          When asked about it toll operators did not give any reply and suggested to launch complaint online.
          May I have a resolution to this undue excess amount charged for my to & fro travel to Lonawala.
          I am not sure how many vehicles are charged like this on expressway and are being looted for excess charges.

            This is third time while coming from manesar your sever doesn’t work properly as a result we had to pay the cash at the same time amount from wallet also deducted.
            Moreover after filing request they return cash back after 20 days if they feel it.
            That means your sever with camera is not working properly. Pl check it.
            Above all pl educate the people at toll they are very rudely to customer as if they are the landlord.

              Dear Sir

              Chhajarsi NH-NH09 Toll plaza charged 100% penalty in this covid 19 situation also. It is as per rule or not. Can any one explain this penalty why they are charging and moreover they are giving reason Overload vehicle but they are not mentioning weight of the vehicle.

              Please take necessary action against the toll plaza company or just you will see what they are doing.

              Please let me know the ans of my question.

                Kindly note the fastag is not working in hubli-dharwad toll plaza.

                  Nh 352 is crossed from our field in jind district, at starting the measurment of field is wrongly done and now the land (Field) and fencing of wires is buried in sand or large stones. I request to clear these stones by taking action against those persons that are guilty.

                    I crossed baretha toll plaza on 24/06/2020 at 6:39pm. Neither of the lanes had fastag only or cash lane signboard on them and workers were charging fine for non fastag. Any driver going through lane would not know which is which lane and end up paying fine. Toll workers were rude and unprofessional and abused the passengers.

                        There is an extra deduction of money on mahovan toll plaza, up.
                        How is it possible to deduct the money two times in same direction within 17 min.
                        The amount deduction was supposed to be 55 because it was returning journey. My car was entered in the toolplazza at 11:59:31 and 55 was deducted but the door was not opened and when after waiting 15 min i changed the lane at same toolpazza 105 rupees more deducted

                          I crossed ban plaza toll at udh jammu nh44 in the morning in my car jk02bg 2062 at about 11.00 am and an amount of rs 140 was deducted from fast tag account. I came back and crossed the toll again at about 6:00pm, an amount of rs 65.00 was deducted from my a/c and that was ok, but after 10-15 minutes i got a message of deduction of rs 140 again, so please get this amount of excess payment of rs 140 be refunded back

                            I entered eastern peripheral expressway from Muradnagar Dasna entry point and exit at Fatehpur Rampur exit point.
                            The associate at Rampur exit point said that my Fastag is blacklisted and I have to pay in cash.

                            I paid 55 rupees mad when I reached at my home and checked Fastag transaction, I found 55 rupees were deducted from Fastag also.

                              While travelling from Satara to Pune we reached to khedshivapur toll booth in Fastag lane our vehicle (MH17 BX4377) barricated for collection of toll tax .. even though my Fastag Account is in credit balance the staff over there told that your account don't have balance and collected tax in Cash and after passing some distance away from that place I received notification regarding my Fastag account debited for same amount and for same toll booth...

                              Kindly inquire deeply as thousands of vehicles are passes from this way and the staff over there doing such frauds and toll plazas earning more and illegally from this type of foolish things.

                              I have uploaded some proofs are;
                              1. receipt of cash paid .
                              2. Screenshot of message received for debit my Fastag account.
                              3. Fastag statement of the particular day.

                                Sir i have closed my icici bank fast tag account number 20968327, tag serial number[protected] & customer id 10668933 in the name of satnam singh. But despite of closure of my account it shows active & blacklisted. My account is closed since february 2020. I am regularily complaining about this issue to icici customer care everytime they lodge my complaint & give new complaint number. My vehicle is innova crysta & licence plate number is pb06as8400.

                                    As per the nhai website the charges for crossing 2 tolls is rs.35

                                    But the are charging rs.40 (Rs.20 in each toll plaza) every time i travel in that route. I have attached fastag statement. Request you to take appropriate action.

                                      Shivdaspura toll plaza has no arrangements for public, like for cash, u have to wait for long queue no card facilities, in corona time, no paytm facility, toll road is fully damaged. No repairing is, only patch work.

                                        Hello,
                                        I am a final year law student, have interned at supreme court and high court of delhi.
                                        This complaint is wrt toll plaza located in poora kheri, tehsil kolaras, dist. (Shivpuri) m. P.
                                        There is a breaker built on both sides of toll plaza without the information or sign boards saying a breaker ahead. This particular breaker has caused 6 accidents in 6 straight days, causing one woman seriously injured and admitted to hospital nearby.
                                        As per the law, signboards are essential to make a breaker.
                                        I hope you take a look at the same before i send a legal notice to the toll plaza and nhai.
