My name is arun. Yesterday 19th june 2020 i travelled from pune to sangli and back to sangli to pune... At khed shivapur toll plaza they charged for my vehicle but toll charged exception for mh 12 and mh 14. But they applied rs. 95 and 50 rs.

I want refund my amount.

My vehicle number is mh 12 fk 3647.

The toll tax people were misbehaving and they slapped me and broke my car and they were showing power of rjd party ram babu yadav
This happened in bihar paid rs. 105.0 for vehicle reg. No up32ld6160 at parsoni khem on[protected] at 03:01:04. Toll txn id:[protected]

Double roll has been deducted from fastag on 17.06.2020, on same day. Paid rs. 80 to toll fastag on jun 17, 2020 09:29:07 with ref: [protected].

Paid rs. 80 to toll fastag on jun 17, 2020 18:57:06 with ref: [protected].

Rs 80/- deducted twice on same day instead of rs 40/-....

I entered from grater noida, going towards palwal. Crossed vill. Jhaisa and a very deep and steep poth hole was there. Which no one can expect on a expressway. My vehicle tyre just went into and tyre got burst which incident cost me rs. 12000. Is this how you constructed and maintain a expressway and ask users to pay toll tax.

Roads were always issue in india and will be always. You guys just care about the money that should go in your pocket, not about the life of people who trust on indian roads.
It was a shame that expressway can also have such big poth hole that can burst a tyre and broke the alloy.

None of your helpline number works one more add on to your grace.

I’m a doctor, going from sangrur to barnala as i work at civil hospital barnala. They have an unofficial list of names of healthcare providers with their vehicle no. Exempting them from toll fee. This list doesn’t have a source, no one addressed this list to toll authorities. They are giving favours at their own behalf. On 18.06.2020 though we has recharged for vehicle no hp 11a 0006 yet we were made to pay rs 30

I want to draw your kind attention about duhai (Ghaziabad, u. P.) toll plaza/barrier (Which connect from eastern peripheral to nh 58), fastag lane is closed every day as i am daily commuter from ghaziabad to meerut (My vehicle no up14eb4157). This daily practice makes traffic jam every day in morning in cash lane (Only function lane). When situation gets worsed then they open the fastag lane (Which indicates the correct functioning of fastag frequency reader). We are fastag user and indian taxpayer, we are unable to utilize the fastag service of nhai and gets late every day due to monopoly and malpractices of few people at that toll barrier.
In view of above tragic and excruciatingly painful condition, kindly do the needful and prompt action.

These days the till plaza operator has opened only 2 gates in the morning while driving from delhi to faridabad. Inadequate staff causes long ques and takes 10 minutes to cross the toll gate despite having tag. Also, cash being accepted in tag lanes.

Drainage work stopped 3 months back unfinished with blockage of drain in nh 67...
Location.. Opposite to eb substation sulur.in front of vasantha agencies..

My vehicle HR 26 DM 6792 front shield damaged by boom barrier during pass through fast tag lane. When forwarding vehicle passed barrier, I waited some time to reopen the barrier but barrier remains open then I passed my vehicle but boom barrier hit my vehicle front shield and it get breaks.
At that time cctv vedio checked by toll plaza representative and agreed that boom barrier machine is not working properly and take my complaint (complaint no 4351) to compensate for the same against bill of shield replacement .
But when I submitted the the bill against complaint they denied that your vehicle didn't maintain proper gap from forwarding vehicle and machine does not read the fast tag.
Note:- Local pass fast tag applied on my vehicle by toll plaza authority.

My vehicle is considered as local and local tag pasted by toll plaza.

I was travelling on NH3 on 15/5/2020, and my account was charged extra toll charges at the pimpalgaon baswant toll plaza i.e. 140₹ instead of 40₹ ( as my vehicle is registered in the same district)
Vehicle Reg no.- MH 15 BC 1971

Please help me with the procedure to get the extra amount back and solution to this problem, which occurs every time at this toll plaza.

I have travelled from Bangalore to Sakleshpur on 15th June 2020. In TP02 shanthigrama Toll plaza Toll charge for car for single trip is 40 but collected 60RS.
To travel 180 kms we need to pay 195RS for toll.
There are no service road as per guidelines.
And all toll plaza has stopped for 2 way trip. Need to pay both way separately which burden common people.

I am a army officer and exempted from paying toll. I have no problem with any of the toll booths on delhi chandigarh highway.. Except the toll managed by l and t near panipat. There is a perpetual problem here. During my journey yesterday they did not permit me to pass through the fast tag lane on production of i card and insisted that i can pass through only by the cash lane.... This caused me great inconvenience.
The other toll booths permit passage through fast tag lanes on production of id card
May i request that necessary instructions be passed to concerned authorities

This is nitin sultania from 893 y-1 kidwai nagar kanpur 208011 mobile number [protected] would like to book a complaint against the denters in my neighbourhood who encraoch in front of my building premises with trucks for denting and repairing due to which my way for going and coming has become very difficult and throw iron nails and other harming sharp edges iron and tin material on the way due to which i feel difficulty in coming and going due to these harmful material lying in front of my premises.
So it's my request to please lodge a complaint against denters and get the markings done by measuring the fronts so that they park their trucks in their own boundaries so that no one could get harm with all this.
Please get this issue resolved soon on top most urgent and priority basis

Dear sir,

I have visited bharuch on 6th and 7th if june by road on my alto car registration no gj 01 hp 6127 for personal work.

At the time of returning from bharuch, i have selected express highway. But surprisingly your toll plaza window has deducted 220 rs instead of 110 for baroda to ahmedabad. On being asked your supervisor mr kishore patil has behaved very badly and not ready to answer.

After long discussion, he explay me that you are in fasttag lane hance we charged double. But to be very frank with you, on this day there was a queue of more than 1.5 km and no can see the letter you written for cash. Secondly, you have just show the arrow for cash showing right side. How one can understood, out of 7 lane which right side lane for cash. Thirdly, you have writter car for lane 6th and 7th. So people understood the all car to be passed through these two lane.

Under the above circumstances, i also (Lime so many) passed under the tag cars. And your supervisor has intentionally deducted 220 instead of 110 rs.

Also, he is not eighter ready to explain the reason for double charge against camera or to give complaint register. He also added, you may go wherever you want to go.

This is very much injustice to the innocent rider from irm vadodara.

I request you to go through the my case and refund my 120 rs. Which are excessively taken by your vadodara toll plaza.

Today I traveled from kathlal to Ahmedabad. I have 116 rs in my car fast tag account. So I insisted to tall operator to take cash money. He took cash money from me and gave me receipt for it. After 30 min I got message that toll tax deduct from my fast tag account too. So I have paid two time tall tax for single journey. Please return my money back in my fast tag account.
My car detail is GJ 27 DB1840.

I have passed through bharudi toll plaza today at 7:15 pm on 14/06/2020.

They are allowing without fastag vehicle in fastag lane. So, in fastag lane there is queue everytime.

I have submitted complaint 2 times before this. But yet they are not following nhai guideline.
