Dear sir
Yesterday (7-5-20) i have crossed the above toll at7.28 am with my car no. Kl-52-e-5310 and charged rs. 75/- from my fastag (Customer id 963460). On my return journey as soon as i entered the toll 10.16am. The staff told me that you have no sufficient balance in fastag while having 125/- in my account. I told him and shown that i have rs. 125/- in my account. He told me minimum balance rs. 200/- is required.. I have given another rs.75/- (So total they charged 150/- in 3 hours).. I am not worried about the excess amount charged, but their behaviour, they can check and can be charged the balance 35/- (Total to and fro 105-75) instead they charged another 75/- this is cruelty because the government is encouraging all vehicles to go on fastag, their behavior is totally discouraging and irritating, i felt they are against government policy of irradicatinf curruption.. I felt the staff is supporting corruption.
So it is my humble request to take action against the responsible person at paliakara toll plaza. I have registered in their complain book as complaint no.818.

Raste me kanpur ayodhya toll way pe ahmadpur toll plaza jo hai wahan hume 10mint tk tez dhoop me khad hona pada uske baad jiski humne vedio bhi banai hai aur jab humne usko bola ki 3 mint se zaoda hua hai aap charge kaise kar rahe ho. Aap apne manager ko bulao manager aage to humne vedio band kr k jb unse bola to uske sare log marne lipat gye. Aur humse badtamizi krne lage. Jabki me khud bhi govt. Employee hu. Aur humko dhamka kr paisa lya..

This is in my constant notice that rs 65 has been deducted from manesar toll plaza even though i am not crossing that toll plaza. My car is stationed at vikaspuri currently and i received message of deduction of rs 65 as toll at manesar toll plaza. Earlier also this happens. I am submitting proof of message of deduction and car pic with pic details which is showing that car is stationed in vikaspuri. Please look into this and take necessary action as per law. Hope you understand my situation and expecting a revert on this complaint from your end.

Here with i am registering a complaint against nha1 toll. We are around less than 6 kilometre so we need free pass for travelling our vechicle. Last 2 years we have permitted for passing with a free pass card. Now they are asking for monthly pass around rupees 275 per month. So i am fed up with this kind of harasment without any information. We need only free pass for our near toll only. We are willing to pay for other tolls

I tried to recharge 5800 rup. The fastag with bhim upi 6 march 2020 vehicle number rj14pc5811 vpa address - (Netc. Rj14pc5811. Indus) but it was not done but the amount has been debited from my bank account. My complaint no. 1907459 (Nhai 1033) the complaint is still unresolved. I called several times on 1033 but they are only informing that the complaint is in process..

Please Stop heavy vehicles immediately and save lives

It is to submit that our company mppgcl which is state owned power generating company of madhya pradesh. Due to our departmental correspondence with with our company's head quarter, which is situated in jabalpur our rental departmental vehicle having registration number mp48t1143 is engaged in this work. On dtd 20/4/2020 this vehicle has taken to and fro journey from sarni and jabalpur.in this route during its to and fro journey it has crossed 5 toll plazas two times which have charged total rs 560 without providing appropriate toll receipt, since our company is government organization, receipt of payment is required for the cause of reimbursement so it is requested to provide proper toll receipt.
The detailed of toll plaza are following
1. Iklehra toll plaza rs 70 for to and fro journey
2. Chhindwara rs 60 for to and fro journey
3. Fulara toll plaza rs 110 for to and fro journey
4. Chappara toll plaza rs 160 for to and fro journey
5. Bargi toll paza rs 160 for to and fro journey

I am a doctor who commutes to Thoothukudi medical college hospital daily crossing the vagaikulam toll plaza. Tuday i was charged rs 65 in the morning and again 65 in the afternoon..
Instead of charging rs 30 during the return journey kindly refund the balance amonut

They are taking unnecessary toll tax even the fast tag are applied at windscreen of the car means they are taking money from fast tag users manually.

I am sivakumar, district library officer tiruchirapalli, tamil nadu. I am holding additional charge of karur district. When i went to karur by car during lockdown time to attend official work i was asked to pay toll despite i showed my i d card at tiruparaiturai tollgate. Since the people were adamant i paid toll to and fro. My official vehicle has been handed over to collectorate i have to go by private car. I request toll may be exempted for govt officers attending official work atleast during lockdown period.

An important part of eastern highways is not complete after 12 yrs, nh 28 4 lane part in gopalganj district, bihar is not complete in gopalganj city from banjari to arar more appx 3 in is a major problem in transportation and plying in this area, heavy traffic with trucks get delayed to cross this area create a polution in city, a in complete part of nh 28 four lane highway is pending since a decade.
Request your earliest intervention to complete this part to provide a through way for traffic to ply an important highway

On date 20.04.2020 time 9.00 am I crossed bhojpuri toll plaza and paid 80 rupees by fastage.

I came back on 21.04.2020 at the time 1.48 pm and paid toll charges 80 rupees again
Other than this I didn't travel in this road

Today 23.04.2020 4.11.pm I have received a massage for traveling in 20.04.2020 9.08 am and changed 350 rupees. This is why

Iam bharath raghava m, in noval caronaa virus circumstances nhai abolished toll till april 14th.. And after that you opened toll plaza as guided by govt.. Everything was good but in some toll plazas some people collecting money for every vehicle saying carrying overload all vehicle all esenatil /pershible goods/vegitable vehicles only allowed for transport. At nathavala toll plaza. They were demanding money and if not paying stopping those vehicles... Govt itself guided all rtos and police department to not to fine any vehicle till june 30 in view of lock down/ covid-19 crisis.. Kindly respond for the mail take nesssery actions aginest them.. They were giving fake receipt also i attached the receipt also..

I have been taking monthly pass since toll plaza at thandi khui jammu was made operational.
As it is a well known fact that this is a period of lock down (Strictly being implemented by the govt of india), the toll plazas in whole of the country suspended their operations under govt instruction. I, being from state bank of india, continued to travel daily from jammu city to samba and vice versa. Yesterday i. E 20.04.2020 when the toll plaza at thandi khui jammu resumed its operations i went to renew my monthly pass for rs 265/- which, unfortunately, has been increased to rs 280/-, i was shell shocked to see that the persons at the toll plaza took full months fee from me instead for 11 days. Sir this act is totally unjustified and not acceptable and is a sort of soft dacoity on law abiding salaried persons/citizens like me.
Sir, in these difficult times we, from sbi, are giving our best and selfless service to the nation by putting our lives at risk and, sadly, such injustices are meted out to us.

It is my humble request to you to look into the matter and review your policy.

I have pass with reference to car bearing number hr05 aw 4675. The karnal - ghraunda toll plaza authorities taken my pass at the time when i went for applying rfid tag and never given me back whereas there is security refundable amount in that too. Now the same local pass in under their possession. Kindly check the records and revert me back regarding the same otherwise i would take the matter to the consumer forum.

My vehical No. RJ-25-GA-2286. 2 Axel LPG bulk vehicle in transporting the LPG gas (essential service ) to Jamnagar to vadinar towards ESSAR, Jamnagar. On[protected] and[protected]. During the lockdown Period where indian Government announce that all National and sate highways are NON- chargeable. But they charge 330₹ for each time.
please take the action for this miss leading.

Today 13.4.2020 at3.20am road accident happen between to trailer truck..on Nh11 near nokhra toll plaza.i inform to toll free no at [protected] for crane service ..but he refused to provide..

I had traveled from rewa to singrauli. When i reached between sidhi-singrauli road, the condition of road is so pathetic that 4-wheeler (Small) vehicle is not able to pass through that way.
The condition is as worse & threatening that we can, t able to see the road
And usually accident is happening. Only, heavy vehicles like trucks are running through it that's also much riskier.

The road distance of approx. 10 km, from sidhi to bargawan of nh-39 of district singrauli (Madhya pradesh).
