I travel daily multiple times on vasad toll plaza at gujarat
Gjsh 188 vasad gujarat.
Toll plaza not issuing me monthly pass for travel since my car registration location is 21 km from toll plaza.
It's very illogical and nonpretical to pay rs. 130 on every time i pass on toll plaza. That was also multiple time in day.
Till plaza people are not supporting and even doing verbal violent to collect the toll.
Please do something

Hello sir,
When i reached the toll plaza palsana. There is guard said that come to this lane we are going to the next lane. Then the person is sitting in this lane said that this is not a fast tag lane but on these three lane already mentioned above these are fast tag lane. But he said this is not a fast tag lane. U have to pay the amount. He speaks in very rude language. His behaviour is not good. Please take action on this. Please solve my query. I am waiting for ur reply. Hi,
I have travelled to pune in my car mh12fy4271 on dated 18- may-2020. My car is registered in pcmc rto and it come under haveli tahsil. When i come to khed shivapur toll plaza, i have shown my vehicle rc to toll colection employee because this toll plaza have exemption for cars of haveli tahsil. Also the toll collection member is agree with my statement and have given surity to did not deduct our toll but when i crossed toll plaza and checked my fastag account and it seems the toll amount is deducted from my account. It is absoately wrong, so i want my money return in my acvount otherwise i will go to consumer court against toll plaza. Please do the needful.

I was going to sikandra from jaipur. When i reached sikandra toll plaza, my car number was not mentioned in the toll receipt.

We have getting problems from highway road light is off from gandhidham (gadpadar) to mundra (kutchh) so please solve the our problem earlier.

As you know still accuare land used by land holder because the nh 77 work not started till date.
So land holder used his land for own purpose.
My land the location opposite to gyan bharti school.
The person name sudhir kumar singh forcefully accuare my land for own purpose.
When we tried to use my land sudhir kumar singh said that this is gov land so only i can used this land. And his family members wants voilense for it.
So i want to know how can the other person use my land.
So requesting you to kindly resolve this matter.
Because i want kindly peacefully resolve my issue.

I am paresh bhuva junior engineer getco gujarat govt. Company i was passing on nh 8b near vanana toll plaza near porbandar on date 15.05.2020 approx 15:00 on govt. Electricity duty and my car (Official govt. Duty car) have fast tag and after waiting 20 minutes on fast tag lane they not cut my money, and than i start video shooting for proof, than sudden two and more local person arrive near me slap me, snatched my mobile and blame me that you are doing videography of ladies employee and sudden 16 more people come to me and not let me to allow complain at local toll office and again beaten me and started to saying me miswords and say me that he will kill me when you are alone and all mob has deleted my video
This types of intolerance is not acceptable as i was legal and my car no. Is gj-11-tt-8953 you can also check cctv footage. As per nhai rule if person having fast tag not more than 3 min. Is allowed to wait but local security and political people beaten me and also give me "dhamki" as a part of digital india movement of honable pm ^s appeal we are doing digital payment and such types of "gunda" securites are beating govt. Officials which have local political supports again i request you to resolve this issue other wise next time i will complain in pmo ^s office

I want to lodge a complaint against the puri bhubaneswar toll gate..they just have one swapping card machine..m a doctor and I have to wait for so long for this .wen the nhai is getting crores of rupees from toll gate they can't buy individual swapping machine for each passway..how shameful..I hope necessary action is taken urgently

Dear nhai team,

It has been experienced in national highway toll - banagalore international airport, that we had to pay the toll charges when entire toll road is closed completely due to lock down.
How can this happen and nhai authority can collect the toll charges when vehicles are not using the express high way or it’s closed?

This is completely not acceptable..

04th May 2020 around 11:30 AM i have passed through Mulbagal toll plaza and amount has deducted for the same, i have not return back till 06th May, but 04th May night around 8:13 PM again amount has been deducted Manual debit without travelling. Request to refund the deducted amount.

17 march को मै अपने कार mp19cb7376 से यात्रा करता हु
टोल नाके पर मेरे फास्टटैग कार्ड से अतिरिक्त 425rs काट लिए जाते है जिसका ट्रांसक्शन नंबर [protected] है.
जिसकी शिकायत मैंने 1033 पर किया फिर उनके सीनियर का कॉल मेरे पर आया
मेरी 1033 पर शिकायत संख्या 1930907 है.
मेरे द्वारा कॉल करने का सिलशिला जारी रहा लेकिन वहा से कोई भी बात नहीं सुनी गयी.
अब मेरी शिकायत के 15 दिन के बाद वापस से कॉल करने पर वहा से मुझे बताया गया की आपकी शिकायत हमने ठीक कर दी है.
लेकिन ऐसा कुछ नहीं हुआ

Yesterday (7-5-20) i have crossed the above toll at7.28 am with my car no. Kl-52-e-5310 and charged rs. 75/- from my fastag (Customer id 963460). On my return journey as soon as i entered the toll 10.16am. The staff told me that you have no sufficient balance in fastag while having 125/- in my account. I told him and shown that i have rs. 125/- in my account. He told me minimum balance rs. 200/- is required.. I have given another rs.75/- (So total they charged 150/- in 3 hours).. I am not worried about the excess amount charged, but their behaviour, they can check and can be charged the balance 35/- (Total to and fro 105-75) instead they charged another 75/- this is cruelty because the government is encouraging all vehicles to go on fastag, their behavior is totally discouraging and irritating, i felt they are against government policy of irradicatinf curruption.. I felt the staff is supporting corruption.
So it is my humble request to take action against the responsible person at paliakara toll plaza. I have registered in their complain book as complaint no.818.

Raste me kanpur ayodhya toll way pe ahmadpur toll plaza jo hai wahan hume 10mint tk tez dhoop me khad hona pada uske baad jiski humne vedio bhi banai hai aur jab humne usko bola ki 3 mint se zaoda hua hai aap charge kaise kar rahe ho. Aap apne manager ko bulao manager aage to humne vedio band kr k jb unse bola to uske sare log marne lipat gye. Aur humse badtamizi krne lage. Jabki me khud bhi govt. Employee hu. Aur humko dhamka kr paisa lya..

This is in my constant notice that rs 65 has been deducted from manesar toll plaza even though i am not crossing that toll plaza. My car is stationed at vikaspuri currently and i received message of deduction of rs 65 as toll at manesar toll plaza. Earlier also this happens. I am submitting proof of message of deduction and car pic with pic details which is showing that car is stationed in vikaspuri. Please look into this and take necessary action as per law. Hope you understand my situation and expecting a revert on this complaint from your end.

Here with i am registering a complaint against nha1 toll. We are around less than 6 kilometre so we need free pass for travelling our vechicle. Last 2 years we have permitted for passing with a free pass card. Now they are asking for monthly pass around rupees 275 per month. So i am fed up with this kind of harasment without any information. We need only free pass for our near toll only. We are willing to pay for other tolls

I tried to recharge 5800 rup. The fastag with bhim upi 6 march 2020 vehicle number rj14pc5811 vpa address - (Netc. Rj14pc5811. Indus) but it was not done but the amount has been debited from my bank account. My complaint no. 1907459 (Nhai 1033) the complaint is still unresolved. I called several times on 1033 but they are only informing that the complaint is in process..
