I already complained about this before but no action taken. There is a huge water clogging at mota chiloda, nh 8 near hotel purohit. The road work was left without completing. All the water from highway getting collected at one place on the road which causing huge water clogging and sinkhole. There's been already 10 accidents in a day. All vehicles heavily damaged. This thing is going to cause problem in whole monsoon season please take action immediately. I already made complain but no action taken.

I purchased a vehicle (Swift) in tonk in 2013 on my mother’s name. Recently i bought a house nearby barkheda toll plaza (Approx 8-10 km) and changed car’s rc address to new one. When i went to toll plaza asking for monthly pass they asked me aadhar card of my mother (Car’s owner) which i produced and has address of tonk on it. Now they are telling me car’s rc address and aadhar card’s address should match exact in order to get a monthly pass which in this case is different but the owner of car and house near barkheda toll plaza is same. Here i don’t understand why they want same address when the person is same, aadhar is used for one identification number in all over india. Kindly suggest how can i deal with this situation.

On national highway number 8 at himatnagar road, mota chiloda gujarat at near hotel purohit there is water clogging is happening because road construction company chetak didn't work properly and left there work. This water clogging is leading to huge accident because of sinkhole on the road. Because of the water people can't see sink hole and drive there vehicle in it. People are frightened of passing through this road. Please solve this problem as soon as possible because business nearby facing financial crisis because of this.

Highway drainage is diverted to internal lanes instead direct line. Due to this our street is flooding.

I traveled on 08.06.2020 & 10.06.2020 from nizamabad to miryalaguda and returned back to nizamabad on the same day and the travel details are as follows.

1. Your icici bank fastag linked to vehicle no. Ts16eu6009 has been debited with 75.00 on date[protected]:22:49 for toll charges at bhiknoor toll plaza toll plaza on[protected] at 09:47:12. Your available balance is 3462.69

2. Your icici bank fastag linked to vehicle no. Ts16eu6009 has been debited with 75.00 on date[protected]:24:38 for toll charges at bhiknoor toll plaza toll plaza on[protected] at 17:24:00. Your available balance is 2987.69

3. Your icici bank fastag linked to vehicle no. Ts16eu6009 has been debited with 75.00 on date[protected]:30:45 for toll charges at bhiknoor toll plaza toll plaza on[protected] at 07:32:29. Your available balance is 2842.69

4. Your icici bank fastag linked to vehicle no. Ts16eu6009 has been debited with 75.00 on date[protected]:00:46 for toll charges at bhiknoor toll plaza toll plaza on[protected] at 15:35:06. Your available balance is 2367.69

This amount may seems small but how much amount they are collecting from all the return vehicles per day.

I therefore request you to go through the matter and correct it.

Fatehpur Rampur toll plaza is situated on Eastern Peripheral Expressway connecting Palwal, Haryana to Kondli, sonepat, Haryana at NH1. This toll plaza regularly deduct wrong amount from fastag. Mostly I enter from Bilakbarpur and exit at this toll, the amount should deduct Rs. 10 and most of times my fastag was debited with Rs. 55. Please take strict action against this plaza. My SUV number is UP16AS7927.

My car no. Dl4caq2509. I came from rohtak to delhi on 8 june 2020 in evening, but their fastag gate is not working so many days. So they closed it and people diverted to other gates. Due to this jam happens and suffer for delay. If anybody ask them they threatened people. Due to fastag not working so i moved to another lane due to fastag lane closed by barrigating. When i reached to counter they ask me for cash due t fastag server is down after i asked them why you take cash they called some more staff for threatening and all said you have to pay in cash. I ask them to rectifying the server problem they said this is not your work. After i ask again they said we are new contractor. Is it true? But their fastag only gate faulty from both side by so many days but there is no action taken. So they closed it everytime by barrigating. When someone to discussed it they said we charged it you by hook or crook. You can't do anything you have to pay it and go. And there is no social distancing when you ask and they came in number of peoples to you for threatening.

My fastaglogin id was blocked on 7jun. I contacted a toll free number [protected] from the internet to file my complain. I was told that the account was blacklisted due to no kyc updation so the person sent me an google document link to file my details along with my credit card details. I got a message that a huge amount of money have been deducted from my card. When i asked the person about that he said its for verification purpose and the amount will be debited back if it has been accidently credited. I got another message that the payment was declined which eased the situation and dint require any immediate action to block the card. At 9th jun my account has huge amouny of outstanding balance whoch was made on 7th jun. I have tried to contact the tollfree number again which was not of much use and now i have blocked the card.

It is to bring to your notice that at mandawara between gomati chouraha & nathdwara nh 8 udaipur the toll plaza charged both cash as well as deducted fast tag of rs 40/-. When registed and demanded for return of excess unauthorised amount charged the staff and assitant manager behaved violently. I demand my amount to returned with fine and action to taken against manager. The fast tag deducted message screen shot & cash receipts enclosed for reference

In harro toll plaza near gange up in allahabad my car no up70cj5152 cross 1stly say that not read your fastag after debate defeated my fastag then taken 75 rs whenever local car chages was 30 rs but take 75 rs. Given transaction id is ft[protected].

Today I passed dumiyani toll plaza near upleta dist Rajkot Gujarat in morning I diduct 95 RS next I return evening toll deduct 50 RS and another deduct 95rs. So kidnly do needful in correction regards toll fee deduction. Thanks

Big potholes has been developed under flyover rampura mod gurugram on service road. There are chances of major accidents on the service road. Require the repairs immediately.

Today on 6th june, 2020 i have travelled from morbi to lunsar (Taluka: vankaner, district: morbi). I have pass through one toll tax near dhuva (Makansar) on nh8.

I ask for return journey but they said return journey is only applicable for fastag.

May i know the reason why return journey is only applicable on fastag and on cash?

Sir, since trains are cancelled it's very difficult for office going staffs to join duty, road transportation is the only option that can be managed. But, even in this corona when people are not getting out in such situation also nh80 has continuous traffic jam thousand and thousands of over weighted trucks are running causing jam on the road. Kindly solve this issue.

I was traveling locally, yet toll tax collectors charged me 60 rupees toll tax.

Partially done drainage work in nh 67. Causing stagnation of waste water n focus for health hazard
Location.. Opposite to eb substation sulur coimbatore.

Bharudi toll plaza between rajkot - gondal state - gujarat, not maintaining fastag lane for only fastag vehicle and allow all vehicle with or without fastag.

I have passed today at 10:30 on 5/6/2020. I have to wait about 20 minutes although i have fastag vehicle.

Cause fastag lane is open for all. I have orally complained against them but they have not given proper answer.

Kindly do something in this matter.

Recently i have traveled from chennai to bokaro, during this travel i have noticed that most of the part road widening/ work is happening. Due to this road become one way in the most of parts and become congested. For single road which is under construction, tolls are charged. On what basis tolls are being charged for under construction roads? There is no proper guideline or ethics to charge the tolls. From vijayawada to vizag, almost it is one way and you cant even go more than 50km speed, however tolls are collecting the fees. When i ask why, there is not proper response.

Please consider my complaint and do the needful.

I had travelled through beliyard toll plaza towards west bengal on 3.06.2020 with my own car vide regd no. Wb40an7740. It is observed that rs. 80.00 has been deducted from my fastag for one way journey. It is clearly cheating.

Sir i am a resident of city Sirsa in Haryana. I am working in the bank organisation for that i have to go and come back from city Dabwali in haryana. Dabwali is 60kms away from sirsa. Near dabwali there is a toll near village sawant khera. Sir these days we are suffering from the huge jam there to cross the toll. Only two lanes are working while other lanes shutted down. We are suffering from great waste of time there. kindly go through this issue and do the needful
