My vehical No. RJ-25-GA-2286. 2 Axel LPG bulk vehicle in transporting the LPG gas (essential service ) to Jamnagar to vadinar towards ESSAR, Jamnagar. On[protected] and[protected]. During the lockdown Period where indian Government announce that all National and sate highways are NON- chargeable. But they charge 330₹ for each time.
please take the action for this miss leading.

Today 13.4.2020 at3.20am road accident happen between to trailer truck..on Nh11 near nokhra toll plaza.i inform to toll free no at [protected] for crane service ..but he refused to provide..

I had traveled from rewa to singrauli. When i reached between sidhi-singrauli road, the condition of road is so pathetic that 4-wheeler (Small) vehicle is not able to pass through that way.
The condition is as worse & threatening that we can, t able to see the road
And usually accident is happening. Only, heavy vehicles like trucks are running through it that's also much riskier.

The road distance of approx. 10 km, from sidhi to bargawan of nh-39 of district singrauli (Madhya pradesh).

Vehicle no. Tn01 ak0915, i have travelled from bangalore to chennai on 20 th march 2020. Whilst crossing the toll gate of chennasamudram i have been charged double ie, 45 *2 = 90, which is unfair, i had to pay the same by cash. I have using the fast tag on all the toll gates starting from bangalore, however as the limits were short as per the limit fixed by fast tag, the same could not be used, hence paid by case.

Please explain me, if i should pay double charges if i am running short in the fastag limit. Whilst travelling i could not top up the same as the telecom signals where limited. I have the copy of the bill. Also the same entry in available in the system.

Hejmadi toll plaza hads charged me rs.35/- even though the same was suspended in view of the coronavirus outbreak.

I am a banker and as our job comes under essential service sector, i along with my colleague had to travel to our udupi branch from mangalore. We informed the toll collector about the waiver of toll but he was not aware of it. Please find attached soft copy of my fasttag statement with the date and time of debit.
Kindly look into the matter.

Today as per government guidelines, toll all over india is exempted w. E. F. 26/03/2020. But when in morning when i came on toll counter they said, the toll is exempted but deducted amount of one sided. My car no hr01aq7283. Toll amount for one sided is rs 75/-. They told me that amount will not be deducted but amount has been deducted from my fastag.

I traveled from kota to suket and return from suket to kota by my vehicle no rj20ce9647, i paid through fastag registered by hdfc mo no [protected], i charged 50₹ when i crossed toll at 10:27 am 25/3/20 when i returned same day at 16:03 25/03/20 toll, toll staff stopped me for 15 due to tech issue and charged me double 20₹ and 50₹ which msg i received when i was reached to home i also checked on fastag wallet he overcharged 50₹ and also i feel very disgusting by the behavior of staff

This time is very dangerous situation in india due to corona virus. At this time out of house is very dangerous for us & everybody knows about this. Our central government & state government also strictly informed that everybody should be stay at home for safe purpose. Today (24th march 2020) also our prime minister said that from today india will be close for 21 days & nobody gets out of the house. But i am sorry to say that one of your client 'sahakar global ltd' who is working at pipili toll plaza, puri in odisha location, they are not letting their employees touch & also toll plaza manager said that there is no confirmation from nhai so that we can't leave you.
I would like to request you that please look into this matter & solve as soon as possible.

My vehicle number is gj23h6648, registered in name of devendra malviya living in junagadh, having proof of residence of junagadh, junagadh is within 15 km radious of gadoi toll plaza situated, at nh 8d, junagadh - somnath national highway despite being local resident the toll person are not giving monthly pass for local commuters like me stating that car is not registered with junagadh rto, the nhai circular clearly says that owner of car must be living nearby the toll plaza, which fits to my case, the toll plaza person are rude, misbehaving, with the car owners.. And even using force to suppress the voice against their misconduct..

[protected] while traveling towards cochin from trichy when i crossed through l&t toll plaza i paid rs.66 at trichy cochin toll plaza by cash trough cash counter., by paying that toll i can cross all the rest of l&t tolls towards cochin side but on the pollachi salem toll plaza & madukarai toll plaza they have closed the cash counter using the cone & deviated the vehicle to fastag counter so even we have already paid through cash but since the fastag account was having balance rs.45 debited from my fastag account since i could't enter through the cash counter. It was not my fault they purposefully closed the cash counter so next toll plaza i parked before the toll plaza & asked them to open the toll gate.
At l&t toll plaza coimbatore i didn't go though fastag bcz rs.107 will be charged when we travel through fastag & rs.66 by paying cash.

I have a complain against the counter that a men working on raunahi toll plaza counter no 10 on 24/03/2020 at 11:17:56am abuse and misbehave me when i ask him to take balance from my fastag acc but he refuse and asking cash why i pay double cash when i have active fastag acc and he threatened me when i said i have no cash please took my fastag aac balance

When i purches fastag from nhai dohlunala kullu. I am not used in anywhere nhai fastag because the fastag is blacklisted. And when i complent the branch officer in toll plaza dohlunala kullu. The behiver of officer are very bad and not staisfied me and also the complent custmer care no-1033 also very rude & unaccepetable behiver. I also complent against the fastag blacklisted to the custmer care but no reply n no any acation about the complent. The complent no are-1859562 on 7/3/2020. I am requsted to the strict acation against the toll officer dohlunala officer and solve my problam and plz closed my nhai fastag and refund my fastag amount.

10/03/2020 i recharged my vehicle in subject line with 700 using my credit card. Amount is debited but its not showing in my balance. I called 1033 several times but they do not understand english and disconnecting the call. Please help.

They it will reversed in 5 days, but its not reversed. Checked with bank and it is debuted from my side. This is not good from nhai

Rohtak - delhi, kharawar by pass fly over has a sharp turn on the down slop of panipat - jhajjar side. Occasionally new comers heavy vehicles met with accident at this point. Several casualty and injuries had been happened here. Some major complaints which can be solved by the department.
1. Fly over road lights not working since a long back.
2. Sign board are not solving the problem of the direction for all the routes. All new vehicles drivers have to ask personally from the available people for their direction before or after crossing this fly over.
3. On delhi side of this fly over speed breakers were made with the hard efforts of the villagers which had been finished now and this is also a major point of accidents.
4. Drains made for discharge of road rain water had been worn and became huge cavities on the road slopes between kharawar and karor flyovers.
5. Maintenance of the green belt is very poor.

निवेदन इस प्रकार हे कि Delhi से Jaipur highway पर जो भी फ्लाईओवर बने है उनमे से गुरुग्राम के बाद जो भी फ्लाईओवर है उन सभी फ्लाईओवर पर पिछले कई महीनो से light के लिए जो पोल लगे हुए है उन पोलो पर अभी तक कोई भी light नहीं लगाई गई है विषय ये है कि अगर light लगानी ही नहीं थी तो पोल क्यों लगाये या फिर इस प्रकार कोई बहुत बड़ा घोटाला हुआ है कृपा इस तरफ ध्यान दिया जाये

Passed thr Khed Shivapur in Pune district in MH 12 PH 8539 car on 14 Mar 2020. Toll is exempted for vehicles registered in Pune and Pimpari Chinchwad. There are two separate lanes for MH 12 and 14 registered numbered cars. The personnel manning the Toll confirmed that there would not be any charges levied to you. I had taken the exempted category lane also took lane but the toll has been deducted from FAsttag acct. Complaint book facility was not available at toll plaza and or email address was also not given to lodge complaints/or seek refund.

It is very unfortunate that rs. 26 is charged by badarpur faridabad tollway ltd from car owner for just 2 km (If take exit early)/ 4 km bridge, and the road if full potholes and no lane demarcation.

Even the approach road is in poor shape.

As time progresses, the pothole sizes will keep on increasing and it like waiting for some major incidents.

Road being used by even cycle owners.

This is for your kind information that i have crossed akhepura toll plaza reengus sikar at 12pm on17/3/20. While we were crossing toll plaza i asked employee posted there in case lane for two sided journey toll slip, as we were returning in two three hours. But he argued with us and denied. At last, forcefully gave single journey slip to us. Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible as this type of behavior against public is intolerable.

The span on nh 48 between chitradurge and hubli, 225 kms is having diversion every two three kms, which is very bad with lot o[censored]neven bumps and ditches, but all the toll plazas are collecting toll as normal. Due to this diversion, i and my spouse and the driver had to undergo a lot of discomfort and pain, in addition to the extra wear and tear to the vehicle.
I therefore, request the authorities concerned to intervene and stop collecting toll where highway repair, construction is going on and also arrange to credit the toll collected from chitradurga to hubli from my (Fastag), in the name of lincy s papaly (My spouse) on 15th. March 2020.
Your earliest action on the above would be highly appreciated.
