This is for your kind information that i have crossed akhepura toll plaza reengus sikar at 12pm on17/3/20. While we were crossing toll plaza i asked employee posted there in case lane for two sided journey toll slip, as we were returning in two three hours. But he argued with us and denied. At last, forcefully gave single journey slip to us. Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible as this type of behavior against public is intolerable.

The span on nh 48 between chitradurge and hubli, 225 kms is having diversion every two three kms, which is very bad with lot o[censored]neven bumps and ditches, but all the toll plazas are collecting toll as normal. Due to this diversion, i and my spouse and the driver had to undergo a lot of discomfort and pain, in addition to the extra wear and tear to the vehicle.
I therefore, request the authorities concerned to intervene and stop collecting toll where highway repair, construction is going on and also arrange to credit the toll collected from chitradurga to hubli from my (Fastag), in the name of lincy s papaly (My spouse) on 15th. March 2020.
Your earliest action on the above would be highly appreciated.

Sir,
I am writing you in regard to the fastag usage. As it has become mandatory to keep fastag but on bathinda chandigarh highway only 1 or 2 lanes of fastag are working always. There is heavy rush always on this road. Today in the morning near barnala only the cash lane was open and all the employees were sitting besides bonfire. On asking them they said in the morning we always do the same. Then what is the benefit on fastag instead of cash if we have to stand in queues for long. Please do the neede as soon as possible.

We are charged almost rs 2/- per km on the western peripheral expressway (Kmp) as toll fee but the road condition is very bad. The road is having multiple pits and it has damaged my car seriously as i bumped in one of them. There is no lights working on this stretch. Whereas there is a reasonable lighting on easter peripheral road.
Fence to protect animal entry on this road is damaged at various places and poses serious risk of accident.
Feel very bad when we pay so much for this toll but the road is so much unsafe.

While i was to cross the tool booth, as two vehicles were obstructing the only cash lane, i proceeded through the fastag lane. I asked the person on booth regarding this. He miss behaved and said that am i blind as the aforesaid vehicles started moving by then. He abused in a bad way. Its not acceptable. I may be checked on cctv and this low iq person maust be shunt out. Ticket no. Is[protected] dt. 16/03/2020 04:53:25 booth7 satnam7115. Please check on cctv.

Nh-6 land encroachment going on step by step by gopal mahapatra which is informed by the local residents time to time to ashoka's incident manager (Debra toll plaza) but time consumed too much from may-2019. Email send with photos on 23/07/2019, 28/07/2019, 11/08/2019, 12/08/2019, and 16/08/2020. Within 1km from the debra toll plaza towards kharagpur gopal mahapatra and his gang illegally encroached nh-6 land approx 55×40 square feet area and fill up the low land (Khal/nayanjuli which is used as a drainage system) by filling material (Moram and sand) till it's attains the height of the already constructed nh-6 road.
We, the local residents, would like to draw your kind attention to the under mentioned facts —
The both side pavement area of nh-6 starting from shalkuti-ashutia sitala mandir to buramala has now been converted to illegal coal stacking depot of coal mafia gopal mahapatra, sujit rana, abhijit rana, fell das and their gang members.
Everyday coal is being illegally unloaded from various trucks and dampers by gopal mahapatra with the help and consent of the drivers and being stacked on the afore mentioned pavement (Both sides) on nh-6.
Pavement as a coal stacking area & road as a truck parking area.
This type of illegal encroachment of pavement of nh-6 is causing lot of hindrance to the local residents as well as traffic of nh-6. Whenever any local has opposed this activities of the coal mafia, he/she has been virulently threatened and victimised by the mafia and his men.
They are always in addicted condition thereby the security of the local residents (Specially female and children) is stake.
Serious accident also occurred frequently.
A shanty like tea shop on the pavement and open whole night for monitoring.
We, the residents of this area would pray before your good self to intervine into the matter to help us.
I hope you will take necessary action as early as possible.

While travelling from palakkad to tirupur via l&t bye pass road, the toll deduction happening twice in different names.
The toll suppose to be 45 (17+28), but they are taking double by putting name of reverse route.

Pollachi salem : 15.03.2020 time 21.58.01 rs 28/- correct
Pollachi cochin : 15.03.2020 time 21.55.10 rs 17/- wrong, reverse route
Trichi cochin : 15.03.2020 time 22.10.27 rs 28/- wrong, reverse route

I am so sure that this is a purposeful malpractice and they might have collected huge sum by this time with n number of vehicles. Please look in to this and do needful to take immediate step to stop making this as a regular practice.

We were travelling from pune to mahballeshwar on 14.03.2020 at 8.22 am when fast tag deducted rs. 95/-

On return trip on 15.03.2020 at 13.23 it again deducted rs. 95/-

Due agitations of nearby villagers in february khed shivapur toll mangers announced exemption for vehicle registration for mh-12 & mh-14 series of vehicles which are nearby to this toll naka

Hence request to pl. Refund the deducted amount

I have traveled through western peripheral expressway multiple times now but what i felt that it lacks everything an expressway should have. It's not even on a level of normal highways. What is the most serious thing here is the safety. It is not safe. It has got bumps every here and there and a speeding vehicle cannot be driven smoothly. Not even remotely close to driving a vehicle in a smooth way. The side mirror of my car also fell down just because of that bump. I do want you to go with my words. Please drive through the expressway once and then it all will seem real. Please use the stretch near bahadurgarh to board the highway and continue to rai. It will not be less than a horrific experience. Starting from the boarding approach road till the exit. I hope some action is taken soon before something tragic happens. I am big supporter of this government but i am unable to say anything positive about western peripheral expressway and the critics really seem to have a point here.

Sir, i would like to inform you that on 14.03.2020 i crossed raha toll gate on way to nagaon from guwahati. I enquired about e payment, the toll gate person replied that rs. 95/- for cash as well as e payment. I had paid rs. 95/- and left. Immediately i got a message on my mobile showing deduction of another rs. 95/- as toll charge for the same visit. On 16.03.2020 again i had to stop at the toll gate on my way from nagaon to guwahati, i informed the matter to the toll collecting person about the double payment. He replied me to contact in the office at 9.00 am which was not possible for me as i had to attend my office. Surprisingly again rs. 95/- had been deducted from my fastag account on 16.03.2020. So i request you to look into the matter and do the needful.

Secondly, i am a resident of kaliabor tiniali of nagaon dist. Can you tell me is there any provision of pass with any rebate?

I am a doctor working at allahabad and home in jamshedpur jharkhand.
I prefer to go by road as there is a pet with me.
The road from chandauli to aurangabad is in very poor condition with trucks making jam and not following traffic rules making it very unsafe on highways. There is no fear among them and no regret.
The sand mafia is using roads for the black market in the area.. Destroying roads due to heavy vehicles. Authorities know about all this but keep mum.
Do address the situation if its in your domain and if you are capable enough.

At ibrahimpur moradabad toll plaza facing every time issues. Not running all toll booth, even having fast tag they don't get entered in fast tag line and take 10 minutes and if ask for manager they always threats and behavioral like gunde. What the use of fast tag line, still we are facing problem like wait for long time to pass toll plaza. Waiting your support

During our journey we bought a return ticket as the employee told us it would be valid for 24 hours. But when we showed the same return ticket next day within the period of 24 hours they told us that it's only valid till 12 pm of any day.
Hence we had to buy single ticket again.
Therefore i kindly request you to look into this issue and help.

0n 13/3/2020 on my return trip at on my car / jeep #rj 20 uc 2431 i was unlawfully charged ₹80 more by telling me that my fastag is blacklisted and i have to pay ₹50 for single journey +₹50 penalty. I inquired from fast ag they told me that my account is active & intimate on 1033.0n the receipt i found that they wrongly/intentionally wrote rj20ua2431.

Excess toll tax collected (On return within 12hours). Collected amount is rs.90/- whereas it’s should be rs.50/- only. Requested for refund of rs.40/-. Details

Sir,
I have crossed bhojpuri toll plaza (Bilaspurchattosgarh) on my motor car cg 07az 5056 on 10/03/2020. Make of my motor car is hyundai i20 1197 cc. Rs.80 deducted from my fastag wellet, & balance in my wellet remains 120. Next day i. E. On 11/03/2020 while coming back from bilaspur toll payment through wellet was not allowed stating low balance in
Wellet, & i have paid toll fee as rs. 80 by cash payment.
To my surprise i received a message from axis bank on dt. 13/03/2019 that rs 335 was deducted from my wellet as toll fee (120 from balance due & 215 as over draft which i have to pay in future from my a/c) please also note i have not performed any travel on dt. 13/03/2020. Please also note that vehicle class of my vehicle isvc4 not vc12 as mentioned. Please note i have also paid rs 80 manually for my return journey on 11/03/2020 in view of the above this is totally wrong stating my vehicle class as vc12 & deducting rs. 335. Kindly look in yo the matter & arrange to refund the amount deducted extra.

Dear sir,
I have started travel towards mumbai from pune on 03/03/2020 and returned on 05/03/2020. I have paid toll with my kotak fasttag.in total journey, i have crossed talegaon and khalapur toll plaza and i have charged for rs. 638 instead of rs. 460. On 05/03/2020 at 11:06:45 a. M. I have charged twice by talegoan toll plaza for rs. 235 and rs. 57 with transaction id chrgbck0100001001782248173220 and 0100001001782248173220 respectively.

Please arrange to refund the same.

Posted manager mr. Gurjar misbehave while i was paying the toll tax and they charges doubled amt that is amt rs 70 /= all staff is showing their colour of caste, they thretening me to beat me they told me opening the door of car, if i opened my car door they definately beat me, these staff belongs to gurjar caste and they are threatened me they belongs to gurjar caste. Yesterday, i have visited nagaon (Assam) via raha toll gate with my private vehicle. The toll gate employees were charged two times i. E. Rs.140.00 cash up & down (Ticket no. 11584, lane 5/tc05) and rs. 95.00 charged from my sbi fastag account ending 43cc0 on 12.03.20 at 12.25 & 12:23 respectively against my vehicle no. 7139. The said employees were saying the sbi fastag was not activated in stead of my several request. If my fastag was not activated, why amount of rs. 95 debited (Msg received) from my account..?

Kindly look into the matter & do the needful.

I travelled from Delhi to Moradabad on 10th Feb 2020 and returned on 14th Feb 2020.

This complaint towards double charging of toll from me.

I am enclosing my fast tag statement as well as the Toll charges charged from me in cash at various toll plazas on the pretext that Fast tag is not working. Pls organize to refund the cash paid to the various toll plaza since the same amount is also charged to my fast tag account.
