Dear sir,

I have crossed the above mentioned toll plaza today around 2:30pm in my vehicle no ch01bj7302. Your employee sitting at toll counter no 5 talked in a rude behavious and allowing tractors, buses and other private cars in the toll lane designated for, "only for ambulance". But when i entered the same lane then the security person as well as toll counter person started querrel and abused.

The same incidence was also happened on[protected] at the same place. They were allowing tractor trolley, other private cars, roadways buses through the reserved lane and we the common people had to wait for almost 15-20 minutes. The same may be checked from your cctv footage of toll.

The person who sitting at that counter said "tu kuch nahi ukhad skta aur agar gun h to goli marja uss se jyada teri aukaat nahi h. Aur galiya dene laga. Aur kisi ko mike par khta ki. Iska fasttag blacklist kro." i want to know who has given him the power to blacklist a fasttag. Who has given him power to pass any other vehicle through the reserved lane. If he allowed other then why he stopped my car.

Also please give me the details of phone number and mail id, i am going to escalate this matter to minister of road and transport.

Hi team, my vehicle number is mh19-cu 1844 i had traveled nashik to dhule dated 22nd feb -2020 so in between, there is three toll plaza. So 1st toll plaza deducted 140 /- rs (Balwant toll plaza) and 2nd deducted 135/- rs on chandwad toll plaza so these two is a right deduction from paytm fast tag account that's the right deduction. But after that 3rd toll plaza which is laling toll plaza again deducted of 135/-rs. It's invalid because your chandwad toll receipt is acceptable to your laling toll plaza. Toll plaza employee said it will be revert in your paytm account but still, it's not received me yet. I raised the request to paytm fast tag they said its call to you. Please help me in this where is my 135 /-rs???

I have travelled from chennai to tirunelveli on feb 29th, 2020. When i reached the chittampatti toll plaza near madurai i was charged for 85rs in my fastag and immediately after 5 to 10 kms i was again charged 40rs. Cash since fastag is not available in vandiyur toll plaza. When i asked why you are charging again 40rs since i have paid 85rs in chittampatti toll plaza and i havent even crossed 10 kms. They replied as that is national highway and this is state highway. I said i understand but then why should i pay 40rs to you although i paid 85rs. But the answer from them was the same and they are keep on repeating the same. Since the queue went long in toll and they started horn so i paid the 40rs and started my journey. There is no other way or route to travel from chennai to tirunelveli without crossing the vandiyur state highway. Just because of this, the people are acting smart and collecting money to the people. If someone inside the madurai use the state highway then they can charge the money but we people coming are already paying the toll for 85rs. Nowadys toll plaza workers are kike goons and they act in way to threaten people and collect money.
I would say if someone is paying toll in chittampatti toll plaza and they have to cross the state highway then it should be free for them. Worst experience.

On my icici bank fast tag, toll plaza on ahmedabad-baroda express highway has charged 240 rs as chargeback on[protected] trip no:[protected]

After so many follow ups and complaints with icici bank, till now not received wrong charges credit to my account.

In nh50, kudligi to chitradurga there is new toll charging ₹60. On 02/03/2020 by 5pm, i was charged twice from the same toll.
The toll people harrassed me and my family for more than 15 mins saying my fastag isnt deductable but has deducted twice.

Request you to kindly take action and facilitate my reimbursement.

Whenever i am travelling from mumbai to pune, i have to wait for at least 10-15 minutes in the queue at all the 3 toll plazas at the following locations:
Vashi
Khopoli
Pune
There is always excessive traffic at all the above 3 toll plazas.

I have a fast tag but this does not help.

I understand that if a car has to wait for more than 3 minutes, the toll is refunded back.

On 01/03/2020, i travelled from kolkata to kolaghat. While driving through jaladhulagori tollway at 14:10:08, i paid rs.105.00, the toll charges by cash, and passed through. Trn id: [protected], ticket no.:[protected]

While returning from kolaghat, i reached the ashoka toll plaza at 18:44:33 and waited at the 3rd bt:10, i again tendered cash of rs.105.00, and was granted receipt trn id: [protected], ticket no.:[protected]. While taking the acknowledgement receipt from prabir, i mentioned that my vehicle has fast tag, and how should i use it.

To my suprise, i received a sms from bank at 19.03.45, that
"dear customer, icici bank fastag linked vehicle no. Wb02ak6864 has been debited with rs.105 on[protected], 19-03-45 for toll charges with trip number[protected] at jaladhulagori toll plaza plaza on[protected]:44:43.

Therefore you have charged me doubly, for a single journey at jaladhulagori toll plaza. I am attaching both my receipts

I am in mumbai and having fast tag but there is a toll plaza in dahisar it's also called as dahisar check naka this plaza don't have any facility of fast tag they force public to give cash else they fight and arguing badly sometimes they fight.. This is a major road and very heavy traffic there i request you to give instructions to that toll plaza for start fast tag and please take action against the workers they behave bad

We have observed purposeful delay in process of collecting toll at talegaon toll naka on 1stmar2020. We were in line for more than 30 min. That too within 300 mtr. Line. There should be 1 person collect amount and one should print receipt but it was not like that. This is example of purely irresponsibility. When we asked why delay the reason was as it’s sunday.

Don’t just collect complaints please try to respond it also or let me know how can i get reimbursement of inr 175

Fastag was not deducted & vehicle was blacklisted as per toll naka authority while return journey within 1 hr. Instead of paying rs. 15 for return journey they charged me cash amount of rs. 35/-. Only last 4 digits of vehicle was mentioned instead of complete details so as to cheat the automated system.

At the day of 26/02/2019 - i was gping to rewa i cross plaza at 07:56 pm and i demond two side pass but ignore by operater and recive rs-90/- rupees also when i return after 3 hou at 11:18 pm again collect rs.-90/- rupees. This is aal redy noe sevral time but noe i am complanting a.
And not providing local pass card earlier, and have more timr to passing

My complaint is against nawabganj toll plaza. This toll tax is charging toll charges from serving army personnel despite possession of identity card issued by goi. This illegal practice is going on at this toll plaza for quite some time. This leads to unnecessary arguments and misbehaving by staff being located at the toll plaza. I have myself suffered twice while crossing due to this malpractice at the nawabganj toll plaza.

I commuted journey on 24th feb 2020 towards bilaspur and encounter bhojpuri toll plaza where greater money is deducted from my fastag.
I am using private car which is to be charged rs80 only but 125 deducted from my fastag.
I am using fastag and prescribed fare for car is rs.80 but i had a deduction of rs.125.
On contact at toll plaza at my return journey they are unable to explain me why this is deducted and i m not getting refund for it.
I request the refund of extra money.

I’m from hapur city recently i visited to ghaziabad so i found toll plaza is deducting double charge of rs 125 after entering or exit
When i ask them to make a pass for a local residential they don’t tell about that fraudulent is on its peak if you will not concern now it will be a big fraud with travellers i hope you will solve it immediately

While i was travelling from kakinada to vyzag on 26 02 2020 my fastag token was not valid at your gollaprolu toll plaza and shown as "invalid" and i was compelled to pay the toll fee in cash, whereas during my onward journey the same token was validated at vempadu and aganampudi toll plazas on the same day. Please look into the matter and advise.

My vehicle no-ap26td2389, i'm trying to close my fastag account, but its getting active after 15 days of giving fastag closing request, i have raised 3 times fastag closing request from my end in my fastag account portal but its not getting closed, regarding this issue i'm contacted 1033 help line.. But i didn't get any solution from them.. They are raising complaints to close my fastag but still they are not resolved. Some times 1033 helpline guys are disconnecting my call without providing any answers.., i already recharged my fastag wallet with rs.2000 money i need a refund. I want to close my fastag because i sold my vehicle.. Please provide a solution for this sir..

Sub: nh-45c department's unresponsive measures in awarding compensation for the missing items during valuation of the acquired property and officials forcefully collecting bribe and using police force to demolish the acquired property for which only partial compensation has been awarded.
In response to the previous petition no. Morth/e/2020/00319, reply letter by nhai department, i file this petition in order to thank nhai and special tasildar, kurinjipadi taluk for swiftly responding and i hereby declare that i don’t need any surplus compensation as mentioned by nhai, but must provide me the pending money (Rs.21, 05, 141) for the missing items of my acquired property during actual valuation, which has been resurveyed after filing a petition directly to the special tasildar, kurinjipadi taluk and the status of allotment is unknown.
I own a property consisting of 13 shops and 1 house of an area about 2800sq. Ft, located in survey no. 729/2 (Old no.484), in which nh45c unit-2 department acquired an area of 93.88 sq. Mt., along with 7 shops, and without any consultation and my acknowledgement, suddenly handed over a compensation money of rs.61, 78, 442 (After tax deduction) which is only multiple of 2 times of the valuated compensation value and the most shocking thing is that many important items of my property were not considered during valuation (Both initial valuation and revaluation report attached for your reference).
As dated on 9th of september 2019, during a meeting conducted in nh-45c highways department office (Kurinjipadi), i submitted a handwritten petition to the special tasildar, kurinjipadi taluk clearly stating the missing items to be revaluated for the acquired property. Appreciably, under his directions an appointed engineer conducted resurvey, but after several attempts for knowing the status of revaluation of missing items, on 20th feb 2020, the nh-45c authorities arrived at my doorsteps with police force and forced me to demolish the acquired property. Then after a huge struggle with them, they provided me a photocopy of the revaluation report in which it is clearly mentioned that an additional of rs.20, 65, 141 yet to be awarded for the missing items such as water tank, septic tank, weathering arrangements and high value tiles flooring in both gf and ff, for the acquired structure. The details are as shown below. (Both previous valuation and revaluation report has been attached for your reference).

And i need to strongly mention that, in the beginning, highway officials, demanded me rs.40, 000 as bribe money and after so much mental tortures from them, i had no other way but to give their required money. The nh-45c authorities explained a sick reason for the bribe that, at first, the compensation value was wrongly calculated as only rs.41, 00, 000 and they needed this money for doing corrections in the initial valuation amount.
My appeal/requirement:
The national highways department must award the pending revaluated compensation of rs.20, 65, 141 along with the bribe money rs.40, 000 with a total of rs.21, 05, 141 or should provide me an attested assurance document*.
(*the assurance document should provide the following items, attestation of the authority responsible for the pending compensation, deadline for rewarding the pending money, also mentioning that if not awarded within the deadline the petitioner has the right to stop the further work of highways department in my acquired property without any government interruption. Also the attested revised award copy should be attached.)
If the above mentioned conditions are satisfied without any further mistakes, i will be so thankful and let the highways department to carry on their work without legal interruption.
Kindly find the attachments of my identity proof, property documents, photos of property premises, previous valuation and revaluation photocopy, previous compensation award copy, limited liability partnership rules, 2009, certification of incorporation of our business registration for your reference.
By your best course of action, i humbly request you with the intention of getting a proper justice.

To check unpaid toll vehicle, toll plaza management at ghatlohnga village of bastar district (Cg) has blocked approach road to my farm house and village main road, as some of the vehicles take a by pass to skip toll plaza. But this is not the right way. I contacted but they ignored.
