I have told at window my car registered in PUNE - MH-12, so no toll applicable for Vehicle RTO under MH-12.

Despite above toll was charged and debited to my account.

You are requested to look in to the matter and resolve the same and revert the same.

To check unpaid toll vehicle, toll plaza management at ghatlohnga village of bastar district (Cg) has blocked approach road to my farm house and village main road, as some of the vehicles take a by pass to skip toll plaza. But this is not the right way. I contacted but they ignored.

If you cant resolve the problem tell me frankly.
When i go to this toll plaza one of the your officer is talking very aurangtly, and he has zero knowledge of about fastag.

This is very serious issues informing to you all, last to last friday i have visited ahmedabad via national highway it seems all the trucks and heavy vehicles (Including govt. Transport busses) driven through right side trakh (Its seems all highway and rural area) why you are not deputing any highway petrol staff and make a high penalty to those drivers. If you people are not starting now it will take more lives on track.

Today 23-feb-2020
I entered eastern expressway from bagpat towards kundli in the evening.
My fastag was scanned at bagpat entry for my vehicle dl4caz4014.
At kundli exit the boy told me that your fastag is black listed, i told the boy it's active as i had paid thru this on other toll gates also, but he told me sir it's not working you will have to pay rs 25/-, but i was amazed why this happened.
He took rs 25/- from me and didn't give the slip too as the cars behind me were honking like anything,
When i reached home i got the message from paytm that rs 25/- deducted for the same. I am sure these toll guys making fool of many people like this and putting cash in their own pockets.
Please check your data as all the info available with you, that's the new scam in making.

I was travelling on Delhi Meerut Highway and while crossing Chhahjarsi toll plaza, even with successful deduction of toll from Fastag, collection goons forced me to pay 125 rupees in cash. They first asked 250 citing penalty charges but on arguments they said 125 is minimum and blocked my car. This is really sad that even while obeying all possible laws, we are being charged this way.

Sir plz see to it as cheating is done by people incharge as they are keeping cash in there pocket which have to be gone in national development.

I put my car no. Pb91f7660 at toll plaza. Two vehicles were in front of me. One of the vehicle don't had fatty fasttag on its vehicle. Toll staff ordered me to shift my car to another lane. I told them that it is not my mistake. I was in the right lane. I did not take my car backward. About 8-10 security guards started misbehaving with me. They used loose language. They invited me to fight with their group of about 8-10 security guards.
I want strict action against these guards. Nhai should also not follow the practice of harassing the people. You should collect only toll tax under certain rules. Don't make it goonda tax

I applied for my sbi fastag on 21st of january 2020 at my sbi branch at cit road kolkata 700014 by paying necessary bank charges by cheque. There after i made couple of calls & sms sent to [protected] & [protected]. And i do really thank you by promptly providing me the otp on february 19th at 4 pm.. Since then i am trying to log in through http//fastag. Onlinesbi.com. But till now i am unable to sign in. Over and above this site is not acceptable through mozila firefox & only can be accessed through google chrome.
May i now kindly request you to advice me suitably so that i can proceed further.

Hope to receive your prompt reply as experienced earlier.

On 22.2.2020, i passed through car pantangi toll plaza morning 8.39 am and farr charged rs 75. Again retuned at 7.37 pm on the same day as again charged 75., in general to and fro is 115... I think it is fraud playing by nhai. Even i suspect cheating the travelling public with the use of software developer. I think several people like me made complaints regarding cheating but no update in software

I, janardan dubey, got a nhai fastag on 07.12.2019 for my car no. Up42ac1101. Since beginning the fastag was shown as blacklist. I lodged a complaint on 1033 on 09.01.2020. My complaint no. Is 1284164. The complaint is still unresolved. I called several times on 1033 but they are only informing that the the complaint is in process. I'm facing great problems at toll plaza. Please resolve the issue at the earliest. My contact no. Is [protected].

Dear sir many fastag agents are giving (Lcv) class 5 tags for (Hgv) 2axle trucks class 7 vehicle's, and 3axle trucks also, these are more than 12500 gvw, they affixed lcv tags, they paying off fare of hgv, all over india lot of agents registered lot of vehicles, so many eicher 11.14 xp trucks registered as lcv tags, in chickballapur ka-40 registration vehicle's had more 100 vehicle's were affixed lcv tags, they cheating entire netc tollsystem, and nhai, with fully digitally, fastag agents are selling each lcv tag for more than 3000 rupees, please take action about that...

Sir, i have complaint regarding the size of speed breaker at nh28 (B. B ganj, bhagwanpur, muzaffarpur, bihar).

At b. B ganj, bhagwanpur (Near mai sthan) spot after lot of complaints and accidents nhai has made speed breaker on both the side of roads but the size of speed breaker is next to negligible that no any vehicle slow down and the we have to put our life at risk always. And after even such speed breaker in every two weeks one accidents is happening. My father even got in accident at that spot.
Sir thus we all the residents of bb ganj, bhagwanpur area request you with folded hands, kindly increase the size of speed breaker so that heavy trucks and buses slow down their vehicles.

Respected i mr. Swapnil dixit having registered address at nashik travelled regularly from nashik to my village, to which i have to cross pimpalgaon - baswant toll naka.
Its good for nation development the road to be developed and few amount to be charged to people those who are using road.

A. First issue
the usual charges when i traveled with my car which is registered at mh15 for nashik are (Without fash tag) rs. 40 for one way and for return it is rs. 60.
But yesterday i was traveling with my new purchase car (Car is registered on my wife name) which having fast tag identification, which is already registered with pimpalgaon baswant toll plaza,
i. I have recharged by fast tag account by rs.600 (Screenshot attached) after recharging is successfully done the sales person at toll plaza ask me to pay rs.120 for return journey as my vehicle is black listed.
So where i was supposed to pay rs. 60 (Including return) total i was charged rs.120.
B. Second issue :
while returning i have a return journey pass, still my fasttag account is debited with rs. 40.

I just want to inform, i am travelling from Jabalpur (MP) to Seoni (MP)
distance cover only 145km and total toll tax is 220/-
why so may charge within 145km
there are three toll plaza one 120/- second 45/- and third 55/-

It is so many tax, pl try to reduce so that we can feel happy.

On dated 20th feb'20 in morning i have crossed dighal till plaza (Jhajjar-rohtak road haryana) at that time amount rs.45/- deducted from my fastag but while returning as per them my fastag reflects blacklisted although i have balance of rs.355/- in my fastag account requested so many times but they denied to accept my request, and asking to pay double amount rs.90/- for return journey, after so many request their manager agreed on single charge of rs.45/- and after that i can be able to leave from there. I can save rs.20-25/- in tro and fro but due to unresponsive behaviour of staff i have to paid extra, this is not a good system for a common person to maintain things in advance and waste time in argument as well as extra money. To whom so ever it is concerned, I have travelled to bhor on 18th feb evening . Whilevtravellibg towards for me the toll at khed shivapur was not taken. But comming towards pune on the same day by evening toll amount is demanded. Instead of I am travelling with MH12 passing vehicle and bearing ID of Dhankawadi (Haveli) toll has been taken. As the circular regarding not to take toll of local plus near talukas it has been charged. Is there any justifiable answer and the answering authority for it ? Or it is jyst the complaint redressal site only ? Whether I should get the unnecessary toll amount charged ?

In our Bilaspur Chhattisgarh, Bhojpuri toll naka has started, which is not operational in any condition, it is our misfortune that our government has given a contract to a company which has started toll toll even without completing its work. On the way to Bilaspur to Raipur, many times my vehicle has to be driven in the opposite direction.
A lot of over bridge work is still pending or has been damaged which has not been inaugurated...

Bhatwada toll tax, nr. Godhra, gujarat.

Toll tax through fastag deducted twice. Once it was deducted rs.140 when i passed from there at 10 p. M (Approx.) on 12th feb and again after 2 hours on midnight 13th feb i received the message that rs.140 have been charged. Below are the transaction id

Refund the amount of rs.140 which have been charged wrongly.
