    To national highway authority,

    Please take action on the contractors who are making roads between bellary and tekkalakote. Roads are so bad. No proper diversions, no service roads actually there is no such so called tar road it's jus full of pot holes. And it's been an year in same condition.

    Would request concerned officers to take strick action against the contractors.

    Looking forward for better...

    My fastag had a balance of rs.80/- and the manesar toll plaza denied to take the fastag entry and said you have to pay cash and also of double i. E., rs.130.
    While coming from jaipur just prior to this toll had charged me rs.135 in cash which is the actual cost of the toll.
    But manesar toll plaza is charging extra toll while in cash to all the customer.
    This is not fare to the general public when the govt. Has given the notification then why toll plaza is charging double tax.
    On my travel to Himmatnagar on dtd. 26.01.2020, the operator lady at Kathpur Toll Plaza Km 472.035 - NH-8 in Gujarat conveyed that due to Fastag, Return pass wont be issued and I had to buy Single Journey pass for Up and Down in single day
    On date 6/02/2020 unnecessary toll deducted from my fastage account while passing through hanging bridge toll plaza over chambal river in kota city.
    This was unnecessary because my car number RJ08CA9645 and a cars having number RJ08 OR RJ20 are exempted from toll tex.
    Everytime I pay for double journey, which is Rs 115 but today they (Sonapatya Toll plaza, WB) said only single journey is available, double is not valid.

      Solkhiyan ropar toll plaza members (Raman) ladies he talked profusely with the vehicles lying in the lane. Her way of speaking was wrong. She was rudely behaving with all the cars in the line. If you have any problem with a vehicle, then you can take it aside and solved that problem. But that girl did not do so. Due to this behavior, all the vehicles were upset. If someone explained it to her, she would start explaining the rules and laws, which she herself does not know. I want the toll plaza to not give jobs to more such uneducated people.
      I am recharged 400 Rupees my NHAI Fastag 7th Jan 2020, from HDFC Bank. But not added this amount my fadtag. Please refund my money. Thank You

        My fastag toll wallet has 150 /-and paytm wallet has a balance of 1997/-. When i come near toll for the pass, they never talk to the matter and forced us to give cash and they continuously said your fastag is invalid. Can i say this is the irresponsibility instead?. Customers or citizens are going with wrong path because of this robbery. Please help us.

          Fast tag service a kind of cheating with the public, total failure of fast tag. What is the meaning of tag when public have to wait on toll. A actually i was coming from hissar to delhi and i had to wait long time even having fast tag on my car. We spent money on fast tag so that we have not to wait in que but all in vein. There should be a rule if some one waits on toll more than 2 or 3 minutes after having a fast tag. He should no be charged.
          My son rakesh kumar, car no JH01AD2225, has used hazaribagh Ranchi expressway.first time 100 Rs deducted in 11:38 am on[protected].second time he has come within 2 hrs then it is Rs 100 deducted.why? When going and coming within 24 hrs only Rs 150 deducted.i am sending screenshot also.

            fastag thru paytm

            Paytm has allotted a fastag to my vehicle but delivered a mismatch tag allotted to another vehicle, have been communicating with them over the past 2 weeks to re-issue the tag but all complaints are falling on deaf ears and no one is resolving the issue inspite of accepting their mistake. Am unable to use fastag facilities at toll booths and am wasting precious time standing in the cash queue on a daily basis. Their representatives are ready...

            कल दिनांक08/02/2020 को मैं अपने परिवार के साथ अपनी गाड़ी मारुति, s-cross UP42AS6677 से लखनऊ जा रहा था रास्ते में 9:48am अहमदपुर टोल NH 28 पर फास्ट टैग लाइन में मेरा फास्टैग ब्लैक लिस्ट दिखाने लगा जो कि मेरे फास्टैग में ₹629.51 पैसे थे। मैंने अहमदपुर टोल पर उनको यह जानकारी दी कि मेरे टैग में पैसे हैं और उनको मोबाइल पर दिखाया भी परंतु वे नही माने और मुझसे बदतमीजी से बात करने लगे मैंने उनको समझाया कि मैंने टैग में पैसे रखे हैं लेकिन वह मानने के लिए तैयार ना हुए और मुझ से 2 गुना पैसे ज्यादा वसूले गए।
            मैं टोल पर आगे बढ़कर आधे घंटे तक रुका वहां के अधिकारियों को मैंने बताया भी लेकिन उन्होंने कहा आप एक्सिस बैंक से बात करें आपका टैग एक्सिस बैंक का है मैंने एनएचआई के टोल फ्री नंबर पर भी बात करी लेकिन उन्होंने बताया कि एक्सेस बैंक में बात करें बैंक टोल फ्री नंबर पर बात करी तो वह कहते हैं आपका टैग एक्टिव है और आपसे गलत पैसे वसूले गए आप एनएचआई वालों से बात करें।

            कृपया एनएचआई वाले और एक्सिस बैंक वाले मुझे यह बता दें कि मेरी गलती क्या है? मैंने तो टैग में पैसे भी रखे टैग लाइन में गया तो डबल पैसे भी दिए और मेरे परिवार के सामने मुझसे बदतमीजी से बात भी करी गई।
            तो इसका जिम्मेदार कौन है? मैं हूं की एनएचआई वाले हैं कि एक्सिस बैंक है लेकिन कुल मिलाकर झेलना तो मुझे ही पड़ा।

              I travelled on ahmedabad baroda express highway. Even i m using fast tag for toll tax payment i just have to wait in queue for long time

              There is 7 lane for payments and no separate lane available for fast tag customers so there is no meaning to digital payment digital india

              Very very rediculous management so it's request to improve it

                Sir/madam,

                As a responsible citizen i am raising this complaint regarding a toll both in maharashtra called kini toll plaza which comes between karad and kolhapur national highway, instead of fastag the toll staff is demanding cash. If questioned by any one they give the reason that scanning machine is not working, pay cash. It’s not ones it’s also everyday this same situation i am seeing through. Only one scanning machine is there and only 4-5 lanes to provide ticket due to this people and spending 30-45 minutes of delay at toll plaza.
                Kini is the name of the toll plaza and the staff is unethical in behaviour. This is the request to you to respond immediately and take an action against the kini toll plaza in maharashtra state nh4.

                  I got my fastag in november'19 from hdfc bank. On 08/feb/2020, while driving from beawar to jodhpur via pali, i got to know that the tag id issued by bank is '34161fa8203288ac0349ffc0', but at the toll plaza 'raipur toll' near bar, in rajasthan, nh 162, it is showing as '34161fa8203288ad0349ffc0', which is not at all my fault.
                  Bank is saying get a new tag by paying another 100/-.
                  Nhai cust. Care told me to pay cash while i'm having active tag installed with balance in it.
                  The toll engineer is saying he can't do anything about it.
                  I wasted my 2 hours at that toll plaza calling nhai and tag customer care along with getting the details from the toll engineer, for help but all is in vain. Finally i gave up and returned home from midway.
                  Was it planned to save time of individuals or make them suffer.

                      I am taking attibelle road daily to reach office just next to toll plaza and am not even utilizing toll road. Why should i pay toll fee for that? Should i pay unnecessary 30rs every time to just cross the toll? What will be the solution for this. And vehicles with no fastag is entering into fastag lane and paying in cash. Your employees also allows that n accepting it it's just annoying

                        I was told to drive through non fastag lane as my fastag isn't working and thus i paid cash at the toll.
                        Later i got the message via axis bank that toll of rs 55 has been chrged from my fastag at toll tundla toll plaza.
                        Vehicle reg number up16k0160
                        Toll chrged via fastag at 17:33 on 06/02/20.
                        Kindly look into the matter as this cashless payment technique is nothing but a way to harass public both mentally and economically.
                        There must be some norms regarding the implementation of such things and fines must be imposed of the enacting authorities on such failures!

                          I have fast tag obtained from hdfc (Customer id[protected] and wallet id is wallet id is [protected] and has rs. 200 in my wallet. I was travelling from pune to mumbai in my car (Maruti alto) mh01bg4039 of which toll is rs. 230.00 i have paid cash of rs. 230.00 at talegaon till khalapur. However hdfc has deducted rs. 173.00 as tolll and i landed up paying rs. 173 extra toll.

                            Being unhappy by the irresponsible duties of authorities responsible for deduction of toll, let me register my (Installed fastag app in my mobile phone on 19.01.2020) complaint dear sir/ma'am-
                            *i travelled from lucknow to gonda districts o[censored]. P. On 16.01.2020 crossing a toll plaza of barabanki at 11.07.59 a. M. And returned on same day crossing it again at 5.57.57 p. M.
                            * during my entire journey i paid ₹ 60 instead of ₹ 45.
                            * immediately i registered my complaint on 1033 (Complaint no. 1375732) whose staff told me that soon the money will be refunded.
                            *since then, i enquired on 1033 several times but still waiting for my money.
                            * since then, i haven't recharged my fastag wallet and travelling by paying toll in cash as my experience has discouraged me.
                            * i hope that my issue will be addressed on priority.

                                My issues are as follows:-

                                Fast tag - 1} sms received for rs. 100 {rs. 55/- at 08:29:38, at sriperumbadur plaza and rs. 45 at chennaisamudram plaza - totalling rs. 100/- charged for 2 separate crossngs on 6th october 2019 - there was no other toll to be paid en route chennai to yelagiri.
                                2} no sms like in above for return journey on the 7th october 2019// {for this journey, i used the same route.} though i found this strange, i did not think that anything untoward would happen, as i had a usable balance of rs. 100.

                                Icici bank
                                I had gone to icici bank to load my fastag account. There i was informed that
                                A| my fastag is showing a negative balance of rs. 40/-. How is it possible that onward toll is rs. 100 and that of return is 140?
                                B| though icici has debited me for rs. 1000 plus service charge of rs. 10/-, the fastag still shows a debit of rs 40/- what happened to my rs.1010?

                                We have been corresponding on these issues from november, and we have not progressed one bit.

                                It may be pertinent to add that my car is a connected car {hyundai venue} and all trips undertaken and logged.

                                Kindly send me the email address of a competent authority {both at fastag and icici} who i can connect with to take this to an end.

                                  I had filed a complained dated[protected], with s. No. 397 of the complained book of tool plaza rohad at nh-10 delhi border to rohtak regarding the impoper functioning of the staff and tool barrier. I was travelling form rohtak to delhi from my car no. Hr-79b 6991 which has icici bank fastag. When i was crossing the fastag lane no. 9 the toll charges of rs. 35 with trip number[protected] was automatically deducted from my account, then i start slowly to cross the tool barrier. Suddenly the tool barrier comes down and hits my car front glass and causes scratches and dents on the roof and the front pillar of my newly car which is just 1 year old. Then i filed a complained which is attached below. I want to draw you kind attention to some other facts which were happened at that time to me on that day and which were not described on the complained page due to less space. The behaviour of the stafff was so rude and non coperative. Then one person among them brought a gun and placed it on the table in front o[censored]s. He tried to threaten us, as gangesters do in the movies. I don’t know whether he has license for the gun or it was a illegal weapon. I want to also ask one question from you that is it mandatory or nhai has issued some directions to put weapons on the tool plazas. When haryana police person is already deputed on that toll plaza, then i am unable to understand the reason of the gun, i think that was there to scare the public. On[protected], i talked to control room on [protected] to know about the status of the claim for my damages and[protected] i contacted on[protected]Manager) for the status, but i didn't get any satisfactory answer. I humbly request you to take necessary action against such employee by whom activities (Putting gun on table), the name of nhai such a prestigious authority is spoiling and also provide me a suitable claim for the damages which were occured due to the negligency and carelessness of your staff or which was caused due to technical fault.

                                    We had travelled to goa hospet on tuesday 4th february. The toll booth has refused to issue return till tickets for return within 24 hours at the hospet toll booth. They say post fast tag the same has been stopped. The fast tag has the provision for lower toll for return within 24 hours.
                                    This is daylight robbery either the toll contractor
