Sir, i have crossed bhagan toll plaza near murthal (Haryana) on 29th january. Your executive said fastag machine is not working and ask me cash. I have paid rs. 70 cash and after some time amount 70 also deducted from my fastags wallet. Pls reimburse my amount. So please do the needful and early reimbursement may please be made and do the efforts for change the scanner machine of fastag if anywhere this type of incident occurred.

The normal cash for both way travelling from surat to bardoli is thirty rupees, but while travelling through fastag, ended up paying 160 rupees, and no return came till date. (Ref: [protected];[protected]).
Can you let us know why such discrepancies and its an everyday affair.
On talking to the officials over there, it was clearly stated that if you pay cash, you can resolve with thirty rupees, but if you travel thru fastag, you have to pay extra 140 rupees. So one way government says stop cash transections and here people are robbed with such comments.

I went to delhi on 26.1.20 & returned on 27.1.20 evening. On return, two time toll of rs.70/- each, one at 16.48 pm & again at 17.18 (I. E. Within 30 minute) has been deducted for my vehicle number hr06q1710 maruti wagonr. 2nd time deduction is wrong. So refund the same.

Please analyse the screen tag seriously and see that which vehicle is there for 2nd time at bhigan toll plaza

Dated 27 january, 10:15 pm at dankuni toll plaza on nh2 while going from kolkata to durgapur, west bengal. There was a delay of about 50 minutes. Called on 1033, they (Call centre person) said due to police checking it's delayed, when i said there is police checking and it's on the toll lane, then they said due to road repair there is a delay. Then i said there is no road repair and this kind of delay happens on dankuni toll plaza almost everyday. Then call centre person mentioned, i have lodged a complaint. But no complaint number was provided.

Again on palsit toll plaza on nh2 while returning from durgapur to kolkata on 29 january 2020 at around 8:40 am in the morning. There was a huge traffic on the toll plaza due to toll collection. Delay was for around 30 minutes. But, there is no stoppage on toll collection and vehicles continue to be on hold.
As i notice, after fastag, this delay has increased a lot. What is being done in this regard? Moreover the toll staffs are very arrogant and rude. Police also does not support commuters to smoothen the process

Here also don't see a support. Even my previous complaint is not addressed yet.

I crossed via car, toll plaza name aliyapur on 27/01/2020 at 11:52:18 and amount 220/- debited from my fast tag amount while toll fee of there is 60/-

Same incedence happen on the same day in another toll plaza name barajore and amount is deducted 490/- while toll tax of this plaza is 140/-

1. The roads under the limit of sriperumdur toll plaza are not maintained properly and there have been several potholes & patches which leads to inconvenience in driving.
2. Also no proper lane implementation for fast tag users are done thereby allowing non-fast tag users in all the lanes which results in longer wait times for the fast tag users.
3. The tollable length of sriperumdur toll plaza is just 46.5km but the amount that needs to be paid varies from a minimum of 55rs for car to 300rs for a heavy vehicle which is high considering the maintenance that has been carried out.

My name is deepak k v. I was traveling from palaghat to ernakulam on 27-jan-2020 and when i reached at paliyekkara toll plaza around 4:30 pm i entered into a line but unfortunately it was local pass/ cash lane and i realized only getting closer to the toll gate and because of traffic i couldn't change the line. When i asked they told i have to pay by cash. So i paid 75 rupees by cash and continued my journey. But after passing paliyekkara toll plaza in another 30 minutes i got message in my phone as 75 rs was deducted from my fastag. So i was double charged. As i have to reach home urgently i couldn't go back and check with them. Below are the details

I have uploaded the photo of receipt of toll paid by cash at 4:33 pm through no fastag gate and photo of amount deducted from fastag confirmation email. It should not deduct money from fastag as this lane was local pass/cash lane or they have to let the vehicle pass if the vehicle have fastag.
I need to get my extra paid money back

The Toll Plaza at Vempadu on NH 16 in A.P has deducted full fare of Rs 110/- in the Return trip within 24 hours and not refunded Rs 55 .The Vehicle Registration No. AP31 BE 4507 passes through at 16.16 hours on[protected] and returns at 14.51 hours on[protected]. The Toll fee is Rs 110 for single pass and Rs 165 for both ways . Fastag issued by Bank of Baroda is there on my car .

I have been charged for a return toll fee of rs.75/- at sarwar toll plaza located in district ajmer (Rajasthan) without providing a valid printed receipt (No. 18288). The reason given to me by the toll collector was "printer is not working"

When i protested for this wrong way of charging the toll fee, his behaviour became so roude and i have have been forced to pay the toll fee there.

We were traveling to indore from bhopal and it took almost 30 mins to pass that toll. We were standing 2nd in the line and the person ahead o[censored]s was not having enough fasttag balance. So the staff was busy in arguing with him rather than getting the traffic clear and when we said to shift him to cash lane he wasn't ready to do that also due to which our 30mins were wasted and my sister is working in bank she have to reach her office by 10:30 and she got late for her office.
Bad behavior of staff at toll and aren't ready to help the people at all.

A new toll plaza has come up on nh49 brajrajnagar, jharsuguda, orissa. They were functional for 1 month in nov, 2019 & was then shut down by the local people. But again the toll has been started since the beginning of this year but only for outside jharsuguda district vehicles.

Is this toll plaza genuine as i am unable to find it anywhere online or on the nhai website? Also if it's a national highway then how come jharsuguda vehicles don't have to pay the toll?

Sir to much much surprise one of the vehicle which was to report to my office at night 11:23 he missed to turn the road just before the toll gate since he called back i guided him hence he took the wrong side to just get the way he passed Just 100 meters from the other side gate, but to my shock the toll gate person stopped the vehicle misbehaved & used wrong language to extract the toll tax which was not correct. Hence request you to take action immediately & terminate his contract with immediate effect & inform accordingly.

Hi today at chollang toll plaza near about 7:00 pm dated 27.01.2020 the toll plaza says Ur card shows blacklisted and they have taken rs 100 from me and not giving cash payment slip, after dail 1033 customer care they provide me cash slip otherwise person not giving me slip, then after when I nearby Jalandhar then I have received a message for toll deduction at chollang toll plaza rs 40/- and also they have collected rs 85/- from me now I have paid double charge on same time 7:00 pm at toll plaza
Why the digitalisation in hurry mood pls do the system correctly then play the digitalisation

And also rs 220/- credit balance in my wallet fastag on that time

I have already availed my fastag. But to my surprise it has been charged more than the appropriate rate. The rate is supposed to be rs 110 for both ways (Meghalaya toll gate) but the staff there charges for rs 150. Next trip it charges from my account rs 75 and since i have less balance. The staff there charges by cash rs 110. This is very disappointing. Trying to loot the money from the legal vehicles. Please check into the matter.

I was charged rs 173/- for toll charges at khalapur toll plaza 26 jan 2020, 20:06 pm
Then i was charged rs 173/- (Instead of rs 57/-) for toll charges at talegaon toll plaza, 27 jan 2020 12:02:54.

I understand the change in date, i would have crossed the talegaon toll plaza before 12 pm, but a taxi ahead of me wasted around 10 minutes in arguing with the booth attendant. What time frame is considered in a single trip where you are required to pay twice?

Hello,,, my car fastag is showing blocked.. I tried to recharge fastag it's not possible because fastag is blocked.. I tried to contact your coustemer care department.. That 1033 num is invalid.. I want to running my fastag.. And i hope you sollove this issue immediately. I tried change fastag, that's also not possible because already added axis bank fastag, so please unblock my fastag or and tell me how load to fastag

Mere dwara 26.01.2020 ko shivpuri se gwalior k liye subah 12 pm ko yatra shuru ki gyi. Shivpuri se gwalior k beech do toll plaza mudkheda aur panihar toll plaza milte h. Mudkheda tool dwara hame return pass issue kiya gya - ticket no [protected].

Extremely pathetic worst condition of gandhinagar to shamlaji highway, worst highway that i have ever seen in my life. After shamlaji till udaipur, the highway is pretty smooth.

Please please pay attention and do the needful. Especially the commuters between himmatnagar and gandhinagar are the biggest sufferers of this worst highway.

Also, this is the main highway connecting udaipur and ahmedabad which are two important cities and there's a daily considerable traffic as this is one of the 2 highways connecting gujarat and rajasthan.

So i once again request the concerned authorities to take notice of this matter and do the needful.

Dear sir,
In rajasthan, jhunjhunu dist, chirawa to singhana state highway toll booth, uncondition practice on that booth, after submitted toll price later he not refund remain change, on behalf of that they are give to small snacks packets, and when any try to objection that habbit they are refuse to tell we have nothing any changes.
So please solution that issue.

I am holding fast tag from axis bank. On 26/01/2020 i have passed badbar (Sangrur, punjab) toll palaza at 12:03 pm and they deducted my fasttag. They deducted rs. 85 amount. I have crossed again the toll plaza within 24 hours of time 05:51 pm again, they deducted rs. 85 again instead of rs. 40. This has happend 2nd time with this toll (15 january and 26 january). They are cheating the customer who use fast tag. Please take necessary action against them.
