I have a 'pnb fastag' on my vehicle no. Up25z 3004. Tag is active and have a balance of rs. 425.00. On 30/1/2020, i crossed through 'deoria toll plaza' at kashipur - sitarganj highway (Nh 74) through automatic gate and an amount of rs. 75.00 was deducted. But while returning on 2/2/2020 the gate didn't opened, and the staff told that your card is blacklisted, may be due to low balance. I showed the active status of my 'tag' on the pnb fastag website, where it was showing the status as 'active' and balance as rs. 425.00 in addition to the 'security amount' of rs. 200.00 also.
I failed to understand, why i was made to pay cash, when i had an active fastag'. I paid cash to avoid further in convenience to other fellow motorists, who were in a long queue.
Principly i would have been allowed to pass the plaza, when there is a system problem.
I have a paytm tag for tolls. By government single toll is 60 and return toll is 85 for rohad toll plaza but they deduct 120 for return and it was less then 2 hrs. I have attached proof.
Kindly look forward to this issue so that people dont get over charged Unnecessary.
On 29/12/2019 i have crossed with my car tn 45 by 0909 in ponnambalpatti toll plaza and returned with in 3 hrs. Both up and down rs 100+100 deducted from my fastag instead of rs 100+45, kindly refund the amount in my fastag account. For your reference statement has uploaded

    In the toll plaza near maithon, chirkunda jharkhand border, we were travelling on a four wheeler. I am an ex serviceman and i had my ex serviceman card, but still i had to pay toll. But according to the law we, ex servicemen, are exempted from all india toll plazas. So please fix this issue as quick as possible. Also, the behaviour of the toll tax person was improper and not polite.
    Despite of Fastag fited on my vehicle toll staff has charged double toll. Their head Dharmender Yadav has misbehaved with me and did not shown notice for charging double for Fastag blacklisting. Kindly take the matter into your consideration. I am attaching the toll ticker and Fastag details fitted on my vehicle.
    1.Toll tax amount 50 was deducted by FasTag and still it shows the vehicle Blacklistedand same amount was charged by Toll plazza by Cash Manually at Mandana Toll Plaza, NH-52 Kota.(Sarah to Kota, Rajasthan)

      Hi

      My car was hit by the barrier arm when i was travelling from Hosur to Bangalore in the attibele toll on the 20th January 2020. I have registered a complaint with them immediately on their complaint register vide complaint # 1676 at 07:05 am. I have not heard from them yet and my car has suffered a deep dent on the car roof due to their malfunctioning barrier arm. There was a clear lack of responsibility from their staff at the counter as well as the shift supervisor that was standing just beside the barrier.

      I have a video evidence from my dash cam about this and am waiting to hear from the local office or the respective authorities.

      Please help me suggest to take this forward and redress the complaint and get compensation for the damage.

      I have not heard from BETL toll plaza on my complaint number 1676 yet. My damages are yet to be addressed by their management.

        I had recharged for monthly pass online for gharonda toll plaza at nhai.gov.in and my monthly pass status is active. still money is being deducted from my paytm pastag account. the toll plaza has said they havent got updated but money has been deducted from my bank account. They had asked me to complain at 1033 which when i called lady personnel talked so rudely and misbehaved me and didn't guide me, Instead asked me that they are not responsible for anything and cannot help me and cut my call. I dont know who is responsible for my money deduction and where to report about this.

          I crossed kini toll post on 31stJan 20 @11:33 vRN MH12PT1421, i received msg @13:33 for deduction of rs75, which is a valid deduction. However on 02/02/20 I received disputed transactions message of date reference 31-Jan 11:33, on my mobile linked with fasttag of rs.190? My registered Fasttag vehicle is a car and toll for car is 75 rs. 190rs deduction is applicable to truck i dont know how truck fees got deducted? Can you help sot this out on priority and fix system issues to avoid inconvenience to the customers.

            We were traveling from nagpur to chandrapur on 02/02/2020 by our lmv car and supposed to return back on same day, at *BORKHEDI TOLL PLAZA*, WE demanded return toll tax payment but they did not allow us to pay the same saying return TOLL payment is not allowed.they said, we have to pay second time while returning.they also arrogantly told us to do complaint if we can do it.this is rude.

              In pallikonda toll gate, five lanes are there. But except one lane everything is fast tag lane.in busy time like sunday's cash payers have to wait for more than 30 minutes.in fast tag lanes only one or two vehicles are waiting. This toll gate is giving lot of troubles. For single journey they give double tickets. We have to pay double the amount for single usage.

                Dear team, there is one wrong deduction of toll charge from my hdfc bank fastag for up38c3336 (Wallet id : [protected]) at chhajarsi toll plaza today, 01.02.2020 at around 9 a. M. Charges must be around rs. 75/-, while deduction was done for rs. 125/-. Plz. Help/guide me get back the extra charges deducted.

                  Sir i can go from fazilka to jallabad and there pass from toll tax everyday i request toll tax manager made toll tax pass but they do not listen so sir i request made toll tax pass and i am government employee in revenue department as patwari my posting in jllalabad i request manager many times but do not listen and give argument and also harassment to me and meaning less question asked i am not satisfy from toll tax person behaviour

                    Travel from kolkata to uluberia on 31st jan 2020. There is too much delay on fast tag lane when i am going to ask the people what is the reason of the delay, they are rushing to me told lots of slang languages, there is almost 10 people surrounded in front of tollgate, i ask one of the person his name he told my name is "subhadeep maiti" & told nobody can do anything to us as we are the employee of the toll plaza. This incident is happened on dhulagarh toll plaza at 7:30 to 8:00 in the evening.

                    I want to ask the nh authority how this type of people are perfect for a public sector? I was feel like a bigger, if they will give a chance to go its like a door to the haven.

                    As a tax payer & also as a citizen of india i am appleing to the management kindly looking after it. Highways are the lifeline of our country don't give it to the nonsense people. I need quick action against this guy # "subhadeep maiti".

                      From aligarh to ghaziabad via gabhana, khurja, buladsheher, sikandrabad, dadri.
                      The road is in very dangerous condition.
                      We travelled there on 30/01/2020. And we experienced approximately 50 big potholes in the road which had our vehicle in critical conditions.
                      This road will soon become an accident prone road if right measures were not taken.

                        Sir, I have took fasttag of NHAI IHCML on 4th November and tried to create wallet couple of times and money got deducted for RS. 1917 and another one for RS 254. Till date money is not returned and my vehicle is blacklist by IHCML from day one. All this 3 complaints are not resolved even after 3 months. Every day I am following with 1033 and they say we will connect to expert team and they are always busy and they call me after an hour or so and inform that please raise complaint to 1033. I am attaching complaint numbers and details. Please resolve. It's been more than 3 months.

                        Every day I am following up with NHAI 1033 but no position response. They are closing my complaints numbers withy my notice and raising new complaints every time when I am calling them back. Last 3 months I am unable to use car properly due fasttag que lines.

                          Sir, i have crossed bhagan toll plaza near murthal (Haryana) on 29th january. Your executive said fastag machine is not working and ask me cash. I have paid rs. 70 cash and after some time amount 70 also deducted from my fastags wallet. Pls reimburse my amount. So please do the needful and early reimbursement may please be made and do the efforts for change the scanner machine of fastag if anywhere this type of incident occurred.
                          This is to inform you that I have been charged extra everyday why.As I'm taxi driver and I have to go through the toll plaza everyday and return back. As per rules they should charge 75+35 but they are charging 75+75 everyday and one day they have charged 75+35+75.Kindly help me coz it's getting disgusting and frustrating everyday

                            Date of travel: 23/01/20
                            The normal cash for both way travelling from surat to bardoli is thirty rupees, but while travelling through fastag, ended up paying 160 rupees, and no return came till date. (Ref: [protected];[protected]).
                            Can you let us know why such discrepancies and its an everyday affair.
                            On talking to the officials over there, it was clearly stated that if you pay cash, you can resolve with thirty rupees, but if you travel thru fastag, you have to pay extra 140 rupees. So one way government says stop cash transections and here people are robbed with such comments.

                              Sir,

                              I went to delhi on 26.1.20 & returned on 27.1.20 evening. On return, two time toll of rs.70/- each, one at 16.48 pm & again at 17.18 (I. E. Within 30 minute) has been deducted for my vehicle number hr06q1710 maruti wagonr. 2nd time deduction is wrong. So refund the same.

                              Please analyse the screen tag seriously and see that which vehicle is there for 2nd time at bhigan toll plaza

                                Dated 27 january, 10:15 pm at dankuni toll plaza on nh2 while going from kolkata to durgapur, west bengal. There was a delay of about 50 minutes. Called on 1033, they (Call centre person) said due to police checking it's delayed, when i said there is police checking and it's on the toll lane, then they said due to road repair there is a delay. Then i said there is no road repair and this kind of delay happens on dankuni toll plaza almost everyday. Then call centre person mentioned, i have lodged a complaint. But no complaint number was provided.

                                Again on palsit toll plaza on nh2 while returning from durgapur to kolkata on 29 january 2020 at around 8:40 am in the morning. There was a huge traffic on the toll plaza due to toll collection. Delay was for around 30 minutes. But, there is no stoppage on toll collection and vehicles continue to be on hold.
                                As i notice, after fastag, this delay has increased a lot. What is being done in this regard? Moreover the toll staffs are very arrogant and rude. Police also does not support commuters to smoothen the process

                                Here also don't see a support. Even my previous complaint is not addressed yet.

                                  I crossed via car, toll plaza name aliyapur on 27/01/2020 at 11:52:18 and amount 220/- debited from my fast tag amount while toll fee of there is 60/-

                                  Same incedence happen on the same day in another toll plaza name barajore and amount is deducted 490/- while toll tax of this plaza is 140/-

                                    1. The roads under the limit of sriperumdur toll plaza are not maintained properly and there have been several potholes & patches which leads to inconvenience in driving.
                                    2. Also no proper lane implementation for fast tag users are done thereby allowing non-fast tag users in all the lanes which results in longer wait times for the fast tag users.
                                    3. The tollable length of sriperumdur toll plaza is just 46.5km but the amount that needs to be paid varies from a minimum of 55rs for car to 300rs for a heavy vehicle which is high considering the maintenance that has been carried out.

                                      My name is deepak k v. I was traveling from palaghat to ernakulam on 27-jan-2020 and when i reached at paliyekkara toll plaza around 4:30 pm i entered into a line but unfortunately it was local pass/ cash lane and i realized only getting closer to the toll gate and because of traffic i couldn't change the line. When i asked they told i have to pay by cash. So i paid 75 rupees by cash and continued my journey. But after passing paliyekkara toll plaza in another 30 minutes i got message in my phone as 75 rs was deducted from my fastag. So i was double charged. As i have to reach home urgently i couldn't go back and check with them. Below are the details

                                      I have uploaded the photo of receipt of toll paid by cash at 4:33 pm through no fastag gate and photo of amount deducted from fastag confirmation email. It should not deduct money from fastag as this lane was local pass/cash lane or they have to let the vehicle pass if the vehicle have fastag.
                                      I need to get my extra paid money back

                                        The Toll Plaza at Vempadu on NH 16 in A.P has deducted full fare of Rs 110/- in the Return trip within 24 hours and not refunded Rs 55 .The Vehicle Registration No. AP31 BE 4507 passes through at 16.16 hours on[protected] and returns at 14.51 hours on[protected]. The Toll fee is Rs 110 for single pass and Rs 165 for both ways . Fastag issued by Bank of Baroda is there on my car .

                                        I have honour to state that I have charged for toll tax for private vehicle at kanpur lucknow highway toll plaza even producing defense id card. It is the violation of special Indian toll ( Army Airforce) act 1901.
                                        Pease do the needful action.
