Charging extra money at toll plaza bsc c and c kurali punjab. Long queues 10 to 15 mins waiting time. Their staf[censored]sing abusive language and too much rude behaviour.

The guy sitting at booth 9 named gurdev and one another person standing outside the hit hit my car with rod.

This type of gundagardi happening at toll plaza. No-one from aligned there from police department to control them and there worst behaviour.

Also the condition of the road is worst.

Toll situated near daurala, the barriers was not functioning properly due to which windshield of my car is broken. It could have been more serious accident, abd could be life threating. Toll staf was not trying to help and also not excepting their fault.
Please take serious action other wise the conscience for not taking appropriate action will be worse.

Respected sir, i want to file a complaint and register fir against the worker of kannoli toll plaza named mr. Basavaraj nagatan and his colleagues. Yesterday night on 15/01/2020 at 23.05 pm i was traveling through kannolli toll plaza from devar hipparagi to sindagi on highway. My car with number mh13 de 7512 has fast tag facility and i paid the toll charges and passing from the toll plaza, mr. Basavaraj nagatan hit my car with road barrier bar which lead to dent on my car. When i asked about the cause of such misbehavior he and his colleagues started to use absurd words in kannada language against me and my family members. It was solely his mistake to hit my car and to overcome from that he started to use absurd language. When i went to ask him about the way and language he was talking his other colleagues gathered around me. When i asked for complaint book he denied to give and threatened me to get out from there if i want to be alive. Here i have copy of toll that i paid, the photo of mr. Basavaraj and his colleague. This all incident was captured in toll plaza cctv camera. I requested the karnataka police to collect cctv footage. I want the footage to produce as evidence in front of honorable court. So please inform karnataka police make an arrangements for cctv footage also. I want to register fir against those boys and file a case against toll plaza for damage of my car, against abuses made on us and the way we were humiliated and mentally harassed. I need fir copy to proceed to court.

Since last 6 months or more, lane management is worst, it takes 25-30min to pass it. The worker r so arrogant, also barriers for fast tag r not infront of booth, so when a vehicle enters at that point, n tag is not readed. Then caos starts, the vehicle can't move backwards and forwards, bcoz it is at booth, so if barriers r put infront of lane then if the card is not readed,, it will move easily to cash lane... At present, there is a queue of atleast 1.5 k m. From bothside, since yesterday.. Plz help us

At tundla toll. Amount 55 is debited in my fastag a/c. At the time 2pm date 15 january2020., vechicle no. Up83au 3031... At same day we return this toll plaza at 8pm. Then they have charge me again 55 rs. He say your fastag is insufficient balance. And he charge me 55rs. Thais is worng. My fastag a/c is 60 rs. Balance at that time. I gave 110rs at tundla toll plaza. It istoll plaza empolyee fault. Plz return my extra money

I have taken fastag for the car reg ap05ed1559 from karur vysya bank on 13-nov-2019 with tag i d number 34161fa8203286f80a636ec0.
Recently i am surprising on very dangerous problem, amount is debited from my fastag account with out travel through any toll plazas. On[protected] for rs 225/- and two times on[protected] for rs 235/- and rs225/-. I am very much surprised with these three wrong debits (Total amount is debited is rs 685/-) with out travel on n h.
I am very sad to say this, we are facing so much trouble whether the problem exists in kv bank or in toll plaza. I am not able to travel through toll plazas without the recharge amount. If i recharge the amount then automatically amount from my fastag account is debited without travelling. Then how should i travel?.

Dear authority,

I am travelling from rohtak to gurgaon up-down on 04 dec, 2019 via jhajjar, farukhnagar highway. There are 10 lane dighal toll plaza and always 3-4 lane are closed and they go for lunch, dinner on duty time. On 4 dec, 2019 they deduct two time toll from axis bank fast tag.

Dear sir,
I have bought a fastag from paytm for my car no. Wb02an3025, paytm have delivered wrong sticker.

I had request to paytm fastag for replacement of fastag, till now i didn't get any fastag, every time they generate a request number, till now i have got five query numbers i. E.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]
Now i want to close the fastag account from paytm kindly refund the security deposit and fastag balance in my paytm wallet,

I had to pay a toll of rs 50 at rajchandrapur toll plaza (Nivedita setu, kolkata, west bengal) by cash in a no cash counter as the person in counter told that fashtag payment is not successful on 12th jan 2020 at 11:48:24 am. But after few minutes money also deducted from fashtag account. So i had paid twice for single journey.

I have crossed chukti deoria toll plaza located between rudrapur and kichha on 11 jan 2020 and returned back on 12 jan 2020 amount deducted was 75 ra on both side that is right. But today i got a msg of 330 rs deduction as a debit adjustment on deoria toll plaza i am contacting them but no response from their side so plz kindly look over the matter why the money is deducted as toll of 75 rs were already deducted. I am living in vpo sheikhpura khalsa near toll plaza and are exempted for paying toll at gharaunda toll plaza by presenting my vehicle rc as per policy of toll plaza. Yesterday rs 185 was deducted from my fast tag account registered with my mob no [protected] vehicle no hr05ag 3126. I have shown my rc at toll booth to concerning operater during my journey up & down, nothing information was given to me by operator about deducting toll charges from my fast tag account
You are hereby kindly requested to please refund my money to my fast tag account

Yesterday dtd.14/01/2020 rs.185 was deducted from my fastag account resgistered with my mobile no. (Protected) vehicle no hr05ag3126. I have shown my rc concerning operator during my journey up & down nothing information was given to me by operatorabout deducting toll chg. Fr. My fastag account.

My vehicle No. is RJ-14-VC-3679 with Fastag No.[protected]. When my vehicle crossed Manoharpura Toll Plaza on 08.01.2020, they have collected Cash Rs. 95 at 08.01. A.M. for Returned journey from Jaipur to Delhi. After crossing 5 KM from Toll Plaza, message were sent Rs. 65 was deducted from my Paytm Fastag Account mentioned above at 08.03.33 A.M. Rs. 65/- may kindly be refunded to my fastag wallet as this amount has been deducted in addition to cash Rs. 95/-.

Please look into the matter and make necessary arrangements to refund the excess money deducted.

My vehicle no is wb68w 3568 with fastag no 34131fa 82026c 81c021 a5fe0. When my vehicle crossed palsit toll plaza and dankuni toll plaza they have collected cash rs 125 each on 13.01.2020. At 08.14 am at palsit plaza & at 9.06 am at dankuni plaza. After reaching kolkata, message were sent rs 85 each was deducted from fastag account mentioned above at 8.13 am at palsit & at 9.05 at dankuni plaza. Rs 85 x 2 = rs 170 may kindly be refunded to my fastag wallet as this amount has been deducted in addition to cash rs 125x2=250.
Please look into the matter and make necessary arrangements to refund the excess money deducted.

I have been applied the fastag on 08 jan 2020. its been a week but still they not delivered and in consumer care responded it will take more than 15 days to delivery. the response from the bank is very poor regarding this issues and the person who attended my call, she not at all spoked with me and she even not asked why i called to them i directly aqueos the company regarding the service of fastag.Very worst service from hdfc bank fastag issues.

When i crossed the toll tax of kalajhar
With my fastag.. An amount of rs 85 deducted... While come back home on the same day within 3 hours.. The employee of toll tax said your fastag became blacklisted... I ask them why?? They said you have not enough money in your fastag.. When i check my fastag balance.. I have the maximum balance required to deduct the pending amount of 45... Ie total of rs 120 with return.. But they again charged me rs 85.. I paid them again cash of rs 85.. This is rediculous.. This is the loot of citizen.. I want compensation for this

I had purchased fastag from icici bank. Which was blacklisted due to low balance. My vehicle no mh43u5859 tag no21496833 customer id 11135532 i had closed it on 13/12/2019 after making all payment as well as i have received a refund. But they have not cleared blacklisted no on nhai portal. Therefore i can not apply a fast tag from other bank as icici have blacklisted it. Kindly clear it from nhai portal and let me activate other tag.
