There was a large queue of 2 kms at toll plaza of samakhiyali kutch - national highway 8a. More than 45 minutes was being wasted at toll plaza.
After application of fast tag, there should be faster process of toll tax payment, but here it's totally opposite, before compulsion of fast tag, there was no queue for tax payment.
Kindly check as to what is wrong at the toll plaza as huge time and fuel is being wasted of public at large which is not at all acceptable.

    Sir myself serving in indian armed forces, going to chirawa. Toll collected near surajgarh (Raghunathpura village) from defence serving personal. It's highly shameless for government (Which support indian army) and toll collector. When i called customer care they also supporting them and advice me to pay toll. Please tell me it's free for defence serving personal or not? If free then what is the procedure to complain for them

        I have a fastag on my four wheeler car but i waited more than 10 minutes to cross the ronahi toll plaza at nh28 because of for what i don't know. Management destroyed my precious time after i had a fastag so i want to reverse my toll charges which they have deducted from my fastag wallet because fastag means no time to kill or destroy on toll plaza..

        My fast tag had 90 rupees in account, I am travelling from Lucknow to kanpur. At the toll plaza they told that my fast tag account don't have sufficient funds and charged me double the cost where as the fare is 75/- and I had 90/- in my account.

          My dad have two heavy 6 wheeler vehicles so we applied fastag via icici imobile 25th november on as we had visited bank first but they were not having stickers for 6 wheeler so they asked us to order online, we received both the stickers on 3rd december but after few days i. E on 18thdec one of our vehicle sticker got blacklisted so when we called icici bank executive he informed us by error from their end instead of providing 6 wheeler truck sticker they have sent us car stickers so informed us to remove the stickers from the vehicle & they will arrange for new stickers as it is there mistake, we did as they guided us & also got sticker for one vehicle from them on time i. E on 20th december but for another vehicle they informed us it will take about 15 to 20 working days so we were ok with it but when we not received the sticker even after expected time period so we contacted them on 7th jan & even sent mail to which they informed their operation team is checking & then on 8th jan there senior informed us that our processed sticker is blacklisted by sbi bank as they are telling they also have sticker with them for our same vehicle which was unexpected by us has we had only contacted n applied stickers from icici & not concerned with any other bank, but still we contacted sbi customer care executive so they informed us that they have applied sticker only with vehicle & owner name but they dont have kyc or other documents so they have blacklisted the account we informed them we have not ordered any stickers from them & even crossed verified our cell no which are not matching to there system record, but they are not providing us the contact number of person who has ordered it, if we tell icici bank they are telling to speak to sbi bank & no one is guiding us properly what to do, because till sbi bank unblock the account from blacklist & closes this account, icici cannot provide us sticker.

          Please tell us what we should do as even after applying sticker on time we have still not received it we have to pay cash & also our money is separately stuck in icici portal cug balance.

          Hi,

          I was travelling from Pune to Malegaon and I experienced after Nashik there are 2 tolls which cost Rs140 each toll (total Rs280) just within 40kms

          this is highly intolerable
          I booked fastag thruogh airtel payment bank. The deliveryman is saying collect fastag from his. He will not delivered from my address. DTDC is corriour company. Airten payment bank is saying he is not responsible for delivery. what the hell is going on? vehicle registraion no UP 78 CV 5402

            Lane 18 date - 31/12/2019 time 2:28 pm
            In fastag line booth there was no automatic barrier was available.
            I was adked to give rs. 70 cash in cash as toll charges.
            Rs. 70 collected from me in cash and ticket number v712011iejc given to me.
            Collected as toll charges in fastag line.
            Just after crossing toll rs. 70 also debited from my fastag.
            Total rs. 140 collected from me as toll charges
            This is cheating behaviour happening at this toll. Without availability of automatic barriers how any person will understand either he is through or not.
            This is happening at nh1
            Finding ways to cheat the public and no one objecting.
            How they can do this and why nhai official not objecting?
            Please see and resolve the issue

            I did not travel anywhere near the MANESAR TOLL PLAZA at that time.

            This is an incorrect deduction.

            Kindly refund this amount into my account and confirm
            No proper maintenance of public toilets on many toll plaza in haryana. Many toilets are blocked and not in use and not clean for many days. Door and latches are also vanished from many toilets. These are must for the travellers and for their convenience.
            Why extra amount is debited by your team as the car has returned back in 3 hours but full amount debited. Kindly reverse the amount and rectify your system

            Waiting queue is more than 30 minutes at Sangamner toll plaza, but still they are not releasing vehicles without paying.

              My vehicle number is gj15cg8076. I was charged twice for single journey although i returned within 24 hours at nasik-sinnar toll plaza on 28/12/2019. Also on 30/12/2019 while i passes the bagwada toll plaza i was charged a single journey fare while i am supposed to get free access over there as my car is registered in valsad rto.
              Kindly provide refund for the amount i have been charged.

              Fastag has been charged double at the Rohad toll plaza. 60 rs has been charged twice for using the toll within only 4 hours.
              How to file or act against this kind of act. As per the fastag rule it should be one and half for the total for the return journey.

              They lied that our fastg is wrong please look in this
              Coimbatore to mysore Tollway gate extracted cash from me as telling fastag was not working, so i paid both way but while return the amount got debited from my fastag account too leading to double charging me.

              At Dafi toll plaza there is a huge conjuction the line is more than a km and we have to stuck for an hour to cross out from there today was my exam and i would have missed it.there fast tag scanner is so slow and they dont make a different line for the passage of passenger with the fast tag card.
              Toll tax at faizabad, there is lot of traffic and buses wait for more than 30 min in this toll tax but still they are not opening the tax free counter because it's is already took more than 3 min. It is very ridiculous.Hope so authority will take strict action otherwise all people suffer

                Dappar toll plaza - we are pass holders to travel ambala to derabassi but now a days beside fast-tag provision is in progress for reducing waiting time but still facing hurdles with it a lot.
                Please consider on a urgent basis and priority to give preference to other vehicles if someone backlist comes in queue, why other wait for it's clearance

                There is no hygiene and maintenance of public toilets at many of the places near toll plaza. Many toilets are blocked and not in proper use. We are paying huge toll so that we can access a proper hygienic toilets.

                I m a government doctor posted at chc babina district Jhansi Uttar Pradesh I m living in babina but my car rc is from near district Lalitpur now I m living in babina district Jhansi Uttar Pradesh i asked manager toll plaza to issue me a local pass but he misbehaved me he refused to issue local pass what can i do

                  28 Dec 19 my car passed from Nashik-Sinnar(MH) Toll Plaza at morning 8.01 am on fast tag lane, there was only ₹30 single side Toll amount, but toll plaza deducted ₹30 & ₹65 at the same time (08.01AM).

                  Why Toll Plaza did double deducted from my FastTag Account?

                  NH77 highway is broken in several places, with unfinished bypasses and driving through all the towns, I travelled between Krishnagiri and TV Malai. It is taking 2.5 hrs to cover 110km and dangerous to drive due to heavy truck/ bus traffic as it Bangalore Pondy connecting route

                  Pls help to restore this highway at the earliest

                    This is regarding misbehaving by toll staff with me and my family female members. This was happened on 28-11-19 at beawar pali pindwara toll plaza. Toll staff only operating single cash line on that day even govt advisory says that compulsory fastag is mandatory from 15-12-19. Due to that there was a huge jammed and we have to wait 45 mins to cross the toll. When we say about three mins waiting rule and after that no toll charges thsn they misbehaves with us. Kindly take appropriate action against toll staff.
                    While travelling from kolhapur to satara on 5th jan 2020. while on return journey rs 75 wrongly charged
                    toll is charged while on returning journey within 12 hours, when i have given toll in the morning at kini toll and again on return journey they have charged the toll

                    Just look at the customer satisfaction percentage and have a look at the way of talking of the toll staff. On YouTube there are so many cases.
                    The toll collector girl disrespectful attitude towards me and my family during collection of toll
                    Toll was deducted twice from accountat the toll gate, kindly look into this matter

                      I ordered airtel fastag through myairtel app. But as such no processing time was mentioned. As it is more than 25 days. So i reactivate my icici fastag. But airtel not refunding my payment not dispatching the fastag. As icici has option to transfer fastag amount. I sent 4-5 mails to airtel also to nodal officer but still not replying my mails.

                      As airtel is new in this segment and has pathetic service. There is no option where you can track your fastag.

                        I have ordered fastag from airtel payments bank last week. It's been more than 1 week the order status shows still validating.
                        There's no proper complaint number is given nor any customer support
                        The charges they charged are 450
                        What will happen now. Why doesn't government open a separate website for this. What will happen after 15th if it doesn't get delivered

                          Service roads are in very bad condition for highway passing through pune city. Service roads starting from wakad till punawale are all in bad condition. Lots of big pathhopes are seen all where. Very difficult to commute everyday.
                          People are getting frustrated by commute on such roads everyday. Driving on such bad roads is really life threatening. Please take immediate action to repair the service roads.

                            Dear NAHI,

                            I have been facing wrong deductions of my registered Fastag for my vehicle.
                            Even though my vehicle is hundreds of KM away.

                            I have already escalated to registered ICICI Fastag by providing email of these wrong deductions also called so may times on customer care number but did not get any answers for these wrong deductions.

                            Still the wrong deduction is going on with my Fastag.

                            I am filing this complaint after waiting for long time.

                            Please support as this can also be a case of FASTAG fraud or duplicacy.

                            Please let me know if any details required to enquire this case.

                              We have travelled from Rewari to Jaipur through NH71 highway on 29th Dec 2019 and at Manoharpur Toll plaza they charge 65 Rupees twice (total 130 rs) (up-down side) whereas for roundtrip within 24 hours it will be something around 80 rupees.

                                I was travelling to Thane on 29/10/19 and while crossing Talegaon Expressway toll, due to i am crossing extra lane, official told me to pay Toll in cash whereas my FastTag also afterwards got charged. I am resubmitting this case again, as there was no response from anyone to my earlier complaint. i am expecting to get extra charged amount back. pl let me know how i will get it back. My PayTm also charged at Rs. 173/- twice at Talegaon as well Khalapur Toll while passing fabricates --- Both receipts attached for ref.

                                  I was travelling to karad(Dist. Satara) by NH4 with family in my car which has a valid fastag with appropriate balance. When i reached Tasawade toll plaza i approached to fastag lane which was too slow as the scanning machine there was not working properly as usual. I took my vehicle in front of the scanners and i saw the amount deducted as a toll fee and i started to passaway but the arrogant employee on the booth thought that i want to miss the toll fee and i m going forward without paying so he asked his GUNDA like collegues to stop my car...here one of them hit his hand very badly on my car's wind shield which got a crack...i request the authority to strictly warn their employees not to harm like this to others vehicles...the employees here in this particular toll plaza i think are GUNDEY in nature and should be removed from work immediately

                                    Nhai fastag. I tried to recharge the fastag but it was not done but the amount has been debited from my bank account.I download the MY FASTAG app and then entered my vehicle number PB08CU6566 and the entered my driving licenece and then it asked me to activate my prepaid wallet and 200rs plus the amount 800rs was to be debited and i entered my debit card and it took long on the payment page and then the payment page got an error but the 1000rs were debited from my SBI account and the fastag app was restarted and i could not get my money. I had entered 1000 rs to my fastag but it was not completed and the 1000rs have been deducted from my bank account. please refund my money and contact me-[protected].

                                      उपरोक्त टोल प्लाजा पर फास्टैग गाड़ियों के लिए अलग से कोई व्यवस्था नही है । आज मेने मेरी गाड़ी RJ13 CC 0658 से इस टोल प्लाजा पार किया ।वँहा सभी लाइन में ट्रक खड़े थे ।हमारा बहुत सा टाइम खराब किया गया। जबकि सरकार द्वारा निर्देशित है कि टोल प्लाजा पर फास्टैग गाडियो के लिए अलग से लाइन की व्यवस्था होने चाहिए ।कृपया टोल प्लाजा वालो को भी सरकार के निर्देश पालन हेतु पाबंद किया जावे

                                        I have traveled from Mumbai to Karad on 04th and 05 Jan-2020.

                                        I have received benefit of daily pass (return within 24 hours) on Anewadi and Khed-Shivapur Toll Plaza.

                                        But in case of Express Way and Tasawade, I have not received the said benefit though I have returned before 24 hours.

                                        Please look into it and credit the excess deduction to my account.
