We traveled from silvassa to rani paasing many tolls in gujarat and rajasthan. We came across biawar-pali-pindwara toll nameds as tp04 uthaman. At this toll we were charged double the toll inspite govt have extended the deadline for fastags. Have attached the toll slip with this complaint. We request u to take proper action & stop this curroption.

I bought fastag from airtel on 27th nov 2019. I used it on my way from jaipur to delhi and back from delhi to jaipur on same day. After that my fastag became inactive showing vehicle mismatch. I called up airtel customer care and also send them email. My case is still not solved and 20 days have passed. The case number is 4465675.
Please help me and get my fastag activated....

We usually travel from bangalore to chittoor and we have nearly 4-5 toll gates in between.
Every toll gate accept the ex-service man id card and doesn't charge, where as the hoskote toll gate charges 70 rupees, while coming and returning.

70 rupees is not a big deal, but need an explanation that why this happens at one particular toll gate.

I travelled from Talegaon to Khopoli (Maharashtra) on 31.12.2019 and toll charges paid was Rs.173.

While returning back on 01.01.2020 from Khopoli to talegaon, I crossed Khalapur toll plaza on expressway, old Mumbai Pune highway toll plaza at Khanapur and Talegaon toll plaza on expressway.
The toll charges were 173, 115, 173 (total 461) respectively.

There is no consideration of previously paid toll charges...

Toll operator refused to open barrier even when his fastag machine was faulty, they told me to pay cash, even after proving to them but showing them SMS of previous toll deduction they insisted that the error was at my end. The toll operator in question is the toll at kamshet, the first toll on old highway while traveling from lonavala to pune.
Please help streamline the process, the process should be automated....

At Thirya Khetal toll plaza, I've purchased IHMCL fastag for Rs200 and have been told that it'll activate in 15-20 minutes so I've paid in cash (I've cash paid receipt) but the toll fees was also deducted from fastag also.

I was traveling from Mumbai to Pune in my WagonR car on 1-Jan-2020
My SBI FASTag Account ending with 9F8A0 has been debited Rs.173 for Toll Charges at Talegaon Toll Plaza on 01-Jan-2020 08:01:00 PM twice, though same amount was deducted at Khalapur Toll Plaza on 01-Jan-2020 07:05:45 PM.
Logically only Rs.57 should have deducted second time. Please help to get this additional amount reversed to my Fastag account.br...

What is this fastag? To the level i knw fastag is meant for time saving but at ludhiana toll plaza because o[censored]r staff mismanagement we have to stay dere for more than half an hr.. Bus no. On 31st Dec 2019 at Khalapur Toll Plaza at the time 16:26:20 & lane w05 has taken Rs 173 cash saying my veh MH01DB1271 fast tag was not accepted. Transaction no :[protected].
After the 10 mins of leaving the Toll plaza at 16:36:42, I received message that one more toll of Rs173 has been deducted through my fast tag recharge. Transaction no : LN[protected].
This is unfare & requesting you to refund my money back...

My idfc bank fastag was considered as suspended as we were passing through the attibele toll plaza.
The fast tag worked at every other toll booth before this and the account even had sufficient balance. There was no visible reason for this.
The reason for suspension is not given and we had to pay the toll fee in cash.
This caused a lot of inconvenience for us and for other people in line...

I have applied for fasttag online with icici and paid 499.12 on 4.12.19 but still 19.12.19 i have not received fast tag card... While i have applied with axis bank on 10.12.19 for fas tag and paid only rs400.00 and gets card on 18.12.19... Icici have charged extra 100.00 fees asr tag fees and service is very very poor...
