Nhai fastag. I tried to recharge the fastag but it was not done but the amount has been debited from my bank account.I download the MY FASTAG app and then entered my vehicle number PB08CU6566 and the entered my driving licenece and then it asked me to activate my prepaid wallet and 200rs plus the amount 800rs was to be debited and i entered my debit card and it took long on the payment page and then the payment page got an error but the 1000rs were debited from my SBI account and the fastag app was restarted and i could not get my money. I had entered 1000 rs to my fastag but it was not completed and the 1000rs have been deducted from my bank account. please refund my money and contact me-[protected].

Dear Team,

I have traveled from Mumbai to Karad on 04th and 05 Jan-2020.

I have received benefit of daily pass (return within 24 hours) on Anewadi and Khed-Shivapur Toll Plaza.

But in case of Express Way and Tasawade, I have not received the said benefit though I have returned before 24 hours.

Please look into it and credit the excess deduction to my account.

Dipak m joshi here. I was travelling from pune to mumbai via express way. When i asked the teller for fastag he said it is not working and i have paid 230 cash toll for mumbai. After some time i received sms stating 173 rupees deducted against my fastag wallet.

My complaint is for getting refund against my additional 173 rupees toll charges extra deducted.

For referance i have enclosed fastag transaction history as well as cash receipt.

Thanks for making initiative to bring fast tag in the tolls. This is really saving a lot of time!!

I had to pass through the "athur toll plaza" on dec 29th. I was travelling towards chennai and the though the toll had fast tag enabled, the employees were lethargic and slow to let vehicle move. I had to wait 15 minutes in the toll and waited more than 3 minutes passing the yellow line.

I came to know about the rule of nhai that we don't have to pay the toll if we had to wait for more than 3 min. When enquired about it the employee was rude and he threw a rule book to us and asked to read and explain. He was so unethical and not a behaviour you expect from toll employees.

He told his name is kumar and he challenged us to complain if we can. Request you to take strong action against the toll booth employee and educate them if the rule is true.

How can we explain them about this rule next time when we cross the toll?

On 3 jan 20, i drove fm mumbai to pune via expressway.
When i reached at toll naka operator informed error in fastag & taken the cash rs.230.
Later i got the message that toll is also deducted fm paytm rs. 173.
When i crossed the talegaon exit ahain time 57 also deducted.

I paid the toll of rs.115/- by cash on 06/01/2020 16:55:11 (4:55pm) at (Hisar dabawali road km 170.000 to km 227.000) landhari toll plaza. But the toll booth deducted rs 75/- automatically from my hdfc fastag wallet on 06/01/2020 16:54:09 and rs 40 on 06/01/2020 17:17:25 during my journey.
When i asked from operator that i have fastag then he told me that my fastag is not working and i have to pay in cash. Kindly look into the matter and take the appropriate actions.

I have been deducted twice for fast tag of rs.85 at the toll plaza from my fast tag id. We are going to digitise over india but this small problems are big riddles in this path. Technical team, toll plaza owners and other officials shall ensure the right deduction to keep the faith of public in the system.

I travelled via hejamadi toll plaza last night (5 jan 2020), at around 8.30 pm and the employee there said my fast tag has been black listed. I didnt know what it meant. He said, if i didnt have a balance of rs 150/- it would be blacklisted. I agreed and paid rs. 35 in cash. But at 9.20 pm, i also got the message that rs. 20 had been debited from my account (It was a return journey within 24 hrs). On top of it, today when i checked the account, it is actually showing a debit of rs. 35/- there are two things unacceptable here. One is multiple charges: both by machine and manually. Second is a mismatch in further information: one info through sms and quite another when i log in. This is completely unacceptable and i request you to look into this and credit my account to the extent of whatever extra charges have been imposed.

I paid the multiple journey toll of rs.110/- by cash on 03/01/2020 13:52:47 (1:52pm) at palliyekkara toll plaza. And my toll coupon was valid till 04/01/2020 13:52:46 (1:52pm). But the toll booth deducted rs 75/- automatically from my paytm fastag wallet on 03/01/2020 11:52 pm during my return journey. Also there were no separate lane for fastag and cash payment we took about an hour to cross the toll plaza...

When land was acuring then above said person's name was not in the list because his land was not acuried by nhai then he made a construction on govt land on which already missal case was lodged in tehsil swarghat missal no. 4/15. And also that land was given to police line after missal he encouraged the govt land which was not his right. Then he forced the nhai athourty with the political pressure to give him comansation. When his any land is not accured by nhai then why nhai give him 20 lakh comansation. The khasra no is 100. Under revenue department (Behal)

On 3rd january 2020 have travelled from pune to indapur maharashtra and tembhurni to pune on 04.01.2020

On 3rd january 2020, toll at patas toll plaza is deducted rs 70 @ 10:05:54 am and my account balance was rs 366.50

On 4th january 2020, toll at saradewadi toll plaza is deducted rs 75 @ 06:03:46 pm and my account balance was rs 291.50

On 4th january 2020, toll at patas toll plaza is deducted rs 70 @ 07:47:06 pm and my account balance was rs 221.50

Today on 06.01.2020 have received sms from sbi fastag as follows

Dear customer, your sbi fastag account ending with e4c20 vehicle number: mh12qm6666 has been debited rs.45 for toll charges at patas plaza on 03-jan-2020 10:17 am available balance is rs.176.5

The above deduction for patas toll plaza of rs 45 is illegal and harrashment of mine.

For the quiry, called to toll free number but they said unable to reverse the amount.

Same case was happened with my account on 27.08.2019 for rs 190 wrong debitand, and after continue follow-up, sbi fastag have refunded my amount on 16.09.2019

Requesting here with, pl do needful at your end to reverse wrongly debited amount immediate.

Sir. Am mathan my vehicle no py 05 c 6973.. Today i crossed and returned maduravoyal toll gate within 2 hrs in chennai.. Instead of collecting my return amount 20 rupees thy charged me 40 rupees..

Kindly look onto it... Paytm fasttag debited message came late..

Why thy are doing like this error.. Fast tag debited message also came very late by the time i reached home..

I have passed through vempadu toll plaza of vizag district andhra pradesh on 5/01/2020 at 6.34 at that time my fastag account debited withrs.110/-.
On the same day at 22.16 (10.16 pm) i have returned as multi crass it has to deduct rs.55/- instead again i have debited with rs.110/-. Ie they have deducted rs.55/- excess from my account. So kindly look into it not repeat this type mistakes in future and return the amount to my fastag account.

Vehicle no tn45 bd 6885 while passing though athur (Nh 45-tambaram-tindivanam section - tamil nadu) toll plaza on 05.01.2020 at time :13.51.10 rs. 55 was deducted from fastage account, but same time athur toll plaza collected cash rs.55 claiming that fastag could not be able to read (Toll plaza trans. No. 01371 time 13.51.55).
Kindly request you to refund the same to my fastag account. I have attached here with photo copy of toll plaza receipt.

Multiple wrong debits

My fastag id is 11921746. There have been wrong debits in my fastag. Everytime there is a scanner problem in a fastag toll gate rs 50 gets debited. The toll plaza asks to contact the bank. The bank helpline number is not working either it goes on hold or it gets automatically disconnected. Please help in getting refund. As per details shared:

While coming from khalapur to pune at khalapur toll plaza due to rush i was told to pay cash rs.173/- at 7.16 pm, as the additional lane was arranged. I asked for fastag or credit card payment but they refused. At kamshet i. E. Next toll plaza i showed that cash receipt of rs.173/- & left the plaza. But later i rec'd message that my fastag a/c is also. Debited.

The journey was from jodhpur to jaipur where we had to wait for 40 mins at nh162 jadan toll tax due to single line of cash paying vehicles. We refused to pay as per rule accoring to which if the wait at toll tax is more than 3 min one is not supppose to pay any money but we were forced to pay even after waiting for 40 mins. When will we have better way to deal with such problems. This is so time consuming and leads to delay in journey.

We were returning to ghaziabad. On the toll, rs. 125 were deducted from the fast tag automatically and the gate opened. But as we moved forward, a man came with the machine and said that the amount was not deducted and so he took the cash of 125 again and gave us the slip of the transaction. But later we recieved the message of deduction from the fast tag.
So, the amount was deducted twice. I request the authority to refund one amount of rs. 125 at the earliest.
