Dear Sir, I travel through NH7(AH43) on a daily basis. The Road and street light quality is pathetic. The lane Markings on the road have vanished and the street lights on AH43, NH7 from silk board to Bommanahalli is always unlit(including service roads). Since lot of people keeping crossing near Rupena agrahara bus stop(who cross NH7) we definitely need street lights to operate or a foot over bridge. Many lives are in danger as the vehicular movement is on high speeds on this stretch. Please look into it and take action.

    Dear Sir, Through this I am going to complaint you on the incident happened on 01.01.2016 around 10:00AM on NH-13 2Km before Kustagi, I am travelling from Bijapur to Bangalore on this day, by the way there is a maintenance activity of grass cutting being done in the centre of high way (where the flower trees are put) without any cautionary measure, stone through by the machine of grass cutting machine got hit to my car, front wind shield glass got crack, luckily no human hazard happen on that day. It is purely because o[censored]nsafe working on highway without any cautions. The front wind shield cost (Hyundai Xcent) is 8000 to 10000, but the contractor is forced me to take Rs4000/ on that day, my concern is not only the compensation, also to bring it to your notice.       The NHAI toll road between Jhansi and Kanpur is in real bad shape despite collecting toll fees at 4 locations. Specifically the patches 25-30km on either side of Orai. I can suit picture proofs that I took today if you need them. Hope you will take note and repair them asap or at the least suspend toll collection. Regards Saket

        Dear Sir This is regarding Mcd tax collector boys who are jamming NH8 due to their open checking at collection point for taxis .Although dere is separate collection point for commercial vehicles even the vehicles just to avoid tax came at another side and these so called smart tax collectors boys start stoping these vehicles in the middle of road .Causing a huge jam on NH8 it daily tooks us to cross that point atleast half an hour which is just two minutes run.Are they authorized to block the road and harrass the common man daily in this way.kindly do the neefful

          We just got escaped from an accident that a cow just jumped from the median. This really shocking, from Chennai I have seen almost all the medians are occupied by cows. If it proceeds it will be tough and pathetic for drivers. Pls consider and take action.

            Dear sir, We are in oddampattu vill people total 4500 Nos, if any medical emergency, basic thing we only depend thirukoilur and kandachipuram city...last 6 years there is No road in between the cities its very difficult to stay this...in last 1 one there is bus in between the city due to damaged road...Kindly do the next step...waiting for 4500 peoples ...

              Respected Sir, As mentioned above, I am Preeti Dhir a resident of a small town in Himachal Pradesh. My hometown Dharampur is situated on the NH-22. This is with reference to the widening of roads taking place in the area. My father Mr. Surinder Kumar Goel owns a shop in the main market in the town. The highway authorities have proposed to widen the road to promote tourism. For this, they plan to dismantle all shops and residences on the valley side. FYI the shops on this side have already been dismantled thrice in the previous years for the same reason. Such an act leads to a severe financial, emotional and mental setback in everyone’s lives. The residents work hard and by the time they try to reestablish the government who is supposed to be the savior acts like the destroyer and ruins lives. It shall be noted that about two years back a bye pass was approved in order to prevent the loss. Recently, a sudden change in the plan has occurred and again the road is to widen in the main town. Few people shall face such a loss that they will have no source of living and the families will never be able to recover the loss. It is great mental torture for the people. The compensation amount offered by the authority is far less than the actual amount. It is very nominal. We had always thought that we live in heaven but now it seems to be a curse. The government is thinking only about tourism. No thought is given to us the actual owners to the place. Please release us from this state and look into the matter. A Bye-pass road can be made easily as already made from Pinjore to Parwanoo. I wonder why isn’t this approved as it would save thousands of lives from destruction. You are our saviours. It’s your responsibility to look after us as a mother looks after her kids and all are treated the same. Presently only the benefit from tourism is being considered not our sorrow.               31 c national highway under construction.but last two months no worker have seen from karigaon to gosaigaon area .now this distance became like pond. come and visit .we feel no govt orga in this area.

                Sir, My name is RP Agarwal from Agra and I have been traveling from Agra to Delhi thrice a week since 11years for the dialysis ofy wife in Apollo Hospital. Today when I was going for the same through national highway, at mahuvan toll plaza I gave the amount of toll but it took me to wait quite a long time for the toll receipt. When my driver asked the reason for it he was told by the staff working on the computer that system is slowed down. When my driver suggest him to repair the system he (staff) argued with him(driver) and misbehaved badly and slapped on my driver. Sir, this is very disappointing and intolerable and I would request you to take a strict action against that staff. I hereby giving the details of the toll receipt EIAF0979 DA toll road pvt. Lmt.                   Sub: The rules & regulations regarding construction of fourlane was not fully fulfill by company
                  and complains of aam aadmi was not consider by NHAI.
                  Dear Sir,
                  1. For construction of fourlane was not fully as per rules of NHAI
                  (i). Width of road, width of divider.
                  (ii). Capacity of weigh bearing of fourlane road, capacity of weigh bearing of service road.
                  (iii). Plantation of trees in place of removed trees due to fourlane.
                  (iv). Bridge & underpass construction as need of the people.
                  (v). Other facilities – Emergency, toilets, parking, service roads.
                  2. For quality & quantity of construction materials & follow up as per rules
                  (i). Total used sand, stone & gitty. (quality, bills, Royalty, taxes).
                  (ii). Total used cement, iron & wages. (quality, bills, Royalty, taxes).
                  (iii). Extract of stone, minerals & woods during construction of fourlane.
                  (iv). Inspection report of NHAI regarding quality of work.
                  3. Public objections, facilities & safety.
                  (i). What happened about Ghyapan / objections from 2010 ?
                  (ii). Under pass & subway for people & cattles at Rajnagar & Nathdwara.
                  (iii). Sharp curves, Blind curves & their removal.
                  (iv). Save the Sihand Talab, environment and trees .


                  Why unjustice with Aam Aadmi of Bharat ?
                  1. The fourlane for public, the cost recovered from public but no body care & consider the facilities & safety of the public ?
                  2. If public pay the cost of fourlane then he should know the cost & quality of fourlane, how much amount was realized from public by way of toll tax ?
                  3. Why public objections regarding facilities and safety was not consider by NHAI & government ?

                  4. If the cost of fourlane recovered from public then construction company should be answerable to committee which consist of NHAI, State government, Local government, MLA, MP and public (aam aadmi).

                      On 16 Aug 2015 while enroute from Mhow (M.P) to Aurangabad I was crossing Kalaghat Toll Plaza in my Tata Safari Car along with my family while moving on posting from Mhow to Bengaluru. After I was asked to go after showing my identity card (I am an Army Person). While moving ahead suddenly the barrier dropped and damaged the windscreen of my car which was seriously damaged. I asked the available authorities for help and they said that nothing could be done since it was a Sunday. However, they asked me to write a complaint and copy of which is enclosed. They received the complaint and told me that they would be contacting me on my mobile Number as well as my e mail. Noone has approached me so far.

                        Hi My native is Villupuram and i am working in Bangalore. It is really painful to travel to my home weekly.As there is no frequent train, I need to opt for bus.The road between krishnagiri and thiruvannamalai is worst and terrible as it is full of potholes. According to my knowledge road laying is in progress for past eight years, but road condition is worsening more as the day goes. Kindly take necessary action at the earliest.

                          1. The NH7 bangalore bellary road footpath from Bagalur cross to Palanahalli yelahanka is completely dug by the NHAI from the past 2 months. They have opened the footpath and kept it open also 30% of the service road is blocked by the construction material. There is school and college in that area and five people including 3 students have damaged / injured their legs / hands falling in to the open drain.. Every day we see accidents on this road only because of negligence of Highway Authority. why can't the finish the work past. DO YOU REQUIRE 2 MONTHS TO COMPLETE 100 MTRS FOOT PATH. HOW DO PEOPLE WALK ? WHO WILL ADDRESS THE ISSUES ? BE ALIVE AND CLOSE ATLEAST FROM BAGALUR CROSS TO PALANALLI YELAHANKA ROAD TO AVOID INJURIES / ACCIDENTS AT NIGHT. THE CONTRACTOR NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO RESPOND. PLS HELP. I am requesting to respective Authorities to take necessary steps ASAP, to save ThousandS of Life.
