Hi,
I was traveling from Mumbai to Pune in my WagonR car on 1-Jan-2020
My SBI FASTag Account ending with 9F8A0 has been debited Rs.173 for Toll Charges at Talegaon Toll Plaza on 01-Jan-2020 08:01:00 PM twice, though same amount was deducted at Khalapur Toll Plaza on 01-Jan-2020 07:05:45 PM.
Logically only Rs.57 should have deducted second time. Please help to get this additional amount reversed to my Fastag account.

    Dear team, on 21 december 2019 i was charged for rupees 210 from my fastag account for return journey from satana to nashik. The normal charges are 60 rupees for return journey. I have received fastag through hdfc bank but neither bank personnel nor the toll plaza person informed me about the documents need to submitted to avoid such excess charge. I have paid the bank fee and fastag fee through my account and after 15 to 20 days later i received my fastag card. If there was some discrepancy about documents then why nobody informed me or communicated with me regarding the same. I request you to kindly refund the excess amount deducted from my fastag account.

      I have installed fastag on my vehicle bearing no MH09DM7179. On 1st JAN 2020. I have pay to toll at shrival toll plaza. Even after fast tag deduction through my account [protected]. I did receive sms after 15 mins through ICICI bank. Hence I have not choice but to pay cash at toll plaza.
      You are requested to reimburse my money also strengthen the system of sms alert instantly.

        What is this fastag? To the level i knw fastag is meant for time saving but at ludhiana toll plaza because o[censored]r staff mismanagement we have to stay dere for more than half an hr.. Bus no. Pb08cp3544 driver entered in lane while crossing my car.. It was about to touch my car and ur staff misbehaved with us instead of stoppong that bus driver. Contact no. [protected]

        I travelled on NH150A from strecth Hassanur to ChamrajNagar ( Tamil Nadu to Karnataka ). The road is very worst and can declare as worst road in India. Every 30 sec vehicles are passing still the road is in very Very Bad condition with Holes.
        Thuthukudi to thirunelveli road near puthukottai tollgate fast tag section is working like ordinary section staff forced us to stand on toll gate but we using fast tag. Staff handling us rudely staff tried to break the glass of our car
        Non coperation by icicibank manager.Mycustomer id10051219, five nosof fastag damaged due to broken glass of trucks.           On 31st Dec 2019 at Khalapur Toll Plaza at the time 16:26:20 & lane w05 has taken Rs 173 cash saying my veh MH01DB1271 fast tag was not accepted. Transaction no :[protected].
          After the 10 mins of leaving the Toll plaza at 16:36:42, I received message that one more toll of Rs173 has been deducted through my fast tag recharge. Transaction no : LN[protected].
          This is unfare & requesting you to refund my money back

            My idfc bank fastag was considered as suspended as we were passing through the attibele toll plaza.
            The fast tag worked at every other toll booth before this and the account even had sufficient balance. There was no visible reason for this.
            The reason for suspension is not given and we had to pay the toll fee in cash.
            This caused a lot of inconvenience for us and for other people in line

              I have applied for fasttag online with icici and paid 499.12 on 4.12.19 but still 19.12.19 i have not received fast tag card... While i have applied with axis bank on 10.12.19 for fas tag and paid only rs400.00 and gets card on 18.12.19... Icici have charged extra 100.00 fees asr tag fees and service is very very poor... I have paid for fast tag to axis bank from my account on 10.12.19. As non custotomer of axis bank they have provided
              Tag to me at zero cost... While i am associated with icic since last 5 years
              And also have wealth accounts with bank...

              Icici has charged tag price.. Rs.99.12 while axis bank has
              Provided the same at free of cost and total charged rs.400
              Only for fastag... Though i don't have any account or
              Relation with axis bank.. Than what is benifit to me as a
              Existing customer of icici..

                When I was returning from khatu, Rajasthan by using periferal highway . There was very high rush on toll
                When I got my number, toll person told me my fastag is blocked while I paid on other toll through fastag. As very high rush . I have him cash . But just I received one message that money also has been deducted from fastag .
                Request you to return my fastag amount.

                  Hi,

                  As it's mandatory to have the fast tag on the vehicle, i purchased the fast tag from airtel kiosk at manoharpura toll plaza. On verification of the details and adding money, it was told by the announcement that it would be activated within 48 hours so i haven't pasted it on windshield and put it on dashboard of my car (Rj-14 cl 7125).
                  When i reached to the next toll i. E. Shahjapur toll on the way from jaipur to delhi, i paid the toll fee in cash with ticket no. As 58f06887ad3052 at booth 05 and operator 01375. But at the same time it deducted the money from fast tag also which i saw later when reached home.

                  Kindly credit the same in my airtel payment wallet from where it was debited as i already paid in cash. Also, as a suggestion, you must have your database updated if it is debited from fasttag, operator must know the same and he shouldn't take the cash again.

                    I travelled on 29th dec2019 from jaipur to ghaziabad via eastern peripheral expressway. By car no. Rj45cg9189. At dasna exit they deducted extra toll ie; 140/- rs instead of rs 85/-. Kindly refund me at earliest.

                      As have recharged through fasttag wallet on 14 december amount rs 2000 by hdfc debit card. While i was traveling from pune to bangalore my vehicle was shown blacklisted. So i again checked my fasttag balance that 2000 balance was not shown. From my account the balance was shown withdrawal. Vehicle no mh 16 bh 9810 myself amit pansare mobile [protected]. On site the transaction is found failed. Please reverse my amount back. There is no response. I need my amount refund.

                        I travelled on 29th december 2019 from surat to pune. By car no. Gj05jl4373. E route they deducted toll twice i. E. 173 rs. Twice on toll one at 3.25am and another at 3.48am. Kindly refund me at earliest
                        Again at ભાટીયા too નાકા they આર deducting 105 rs. Instead of just 20 rs. As my car is registered at surat. Twice they have done. Once on 14th december 2019 and again on 28th december 2019.

                          Hi,
                          I would like to file a complaint against the illegal toll collection at moshi toll plaza.
                          I am a resident of nearby area (Mh14 vehicle passing) and i frequently travel from this route. Even after showing the rc of my vehicle, the goons at this toll plaza forcefully charged toll of rs 34. This happens everytime i pass through this road. Also, the fast-tag is mandatory from december as per the latest guidelines but still the illegal toll collection from locals as well as others is going on at this toll plaza and they force to make it by cash only. This really needs to be stopped.
                          If anyone out there who is reading this and honestly want to do their duty l, please look into this matter and arrest those goons who force to pay the tolls from the locals as well.

                            Travelled to somnath on 29 dec 2019 and back on 30 dec 2019. Dari toll plaza before somnath is charging toll tax of rs 75 for one way travel. There is no proper road on both sides of the toll. Tried to lodge complain in nhai no. 1033 but the call centre executive told that it is not a valid complain. While travelling from ahmedbad to somnath via rajkot and junagadh, this was the highest toll and probably the worst road. My 150/- rs shud be refunded and the toll tax shud be reduced substantially till the proper road is in place. Attaching one side toll receipt of my vehicle no. Gj013012

                              As we all are aware of that the period for fastag compulsion at toll plaza has been extended till 15th january 2020. However the the toll plazas have started collection / charging of double rates for non-fastag vehicles before such period ends. I have faced such situation at solapur toll plaza at lamboti on nh-9. They are forcefully collection such additional charges which is illegal in my opinion. Request you to confirm & stop such exploitation of common man's wealth at earliest.

                                Paytm delayed fastag delivery for 45 days and then cancelled fastag order without providing any valid reason. And I can't buy fastag from other banks because my vehicle is already mapped to Paytm fastag.

                                ** Paytm removed deactivate option from their app and neither raising a query to cancel my fastag account got any response**

                                Paytm is following unfair practices by not allowing customers to deactivate their Paytm fastag account.

                                  Today the 30th dec we are in chennai and has not momved out of the city. But we got an sms saying two amounts were debited form our fastag wallet amount. Both says
                                  1. Mdr/[protected]/npci excess transaction/5905924
                                  2. Mdr/[protected]/npci excess transaction/5918777
                                  There is no read time date etc.
                                  How is the happening?
                                  Please credit this amount into our wallet

                                      On 28/12/2019 at 21:00:17 i paid rs.155/- for up and down toll at dhulagarh toll plaza ten. No.[protected], lmv registration no. Wb02ab5726.
                                      On 29/12/2019 while returning entered the toll plaza channel before 8.45 pm. There was inordinate delay and vehicles were not moving. At last when we reached the counter the person, concerned (Chandan) refused the up& down payment receipt, did heated arguments with us and forced us to pay rs.105/- again, trn no.[protected], time clocked then 21:25:21.
                                      Why customer should pay for the delay at the toll plaza?
                                      I request the nhai to refund rs.105/- and apologize for misbehavior of the concerned person and also compensate us for the delay.

                                        Dear sir i purchased axis bank fastag on 13.12.2019 from representative of axis bank at nivedita setu toll plaza at rajchandrapur, bally, howrah. My car number is wb02y 1734 and registered mobile number is [protected]. Subsequently rs. 100 was credited in my fastag account but i am unable to enter into fastag site of axis bank for recharge with the user id and password provided at the time of purchase of fastag. I paid ra. 600 for this purpose. The representatives are also not coming to the toll plaza now. I am unable to recharge my account. Kindly take necessary action. With regards jayanta kumar sarkar
