Paytm delayed fastag delivery for 45 days and then cancelled fastag order without providing any valid reason. And I can't buy fastag from other banks because my vehicle is already mapped to Paytm fastag.

** Paytm removed deactivate option from their app and neither raising a query to cancel my fastag account got any response**

Paytm is following unfair practices by not allowing customers to deactivate their Paytm fastag account.

    Today the 30th dec we are in chennai and has not momved out of the city. But we got an sms saying two amounts were debited form our fastag wallet amount. Both says
    1. Mdr/[protected]/npci excess transaction/5905924
    2. Mdr/[protected]/npci excess transaction/5918777
    There is no read time date etc.
    How is the happening?
    Please credit this amount into our wallet

      I asked double tickets it costed 100. Rs but im a local driver so single would cost rs35 if i take an another single while returning it would cost another rs35 totally 70rs when i was explaining to the worker who gives ticket he uses abusing words to me i am insulted name of the employee :sarathy bogalur toll plaza near sathirakudi ramanathapuram dist tamil nadu

        On 28/12/2019 at 21:00:17 i paid rs.155/- for up and down toll at dhulagarh toll plaza ten. No.[protected], lmv registration no. Wb02ab5726.
        On 29/12/2019 while returning entered the toll plaza channel before 8.45 pm. There was inordinate delay and vehicles were not moving. At last when we reached the counter the person, concerned (Chandan) refused the up& down payment receipt, did heated arguments with us and forced us to pay rs.105/- again, trn no.[protected], time clocked then 21:25:21.
        Why customer should pay for the delay at the toll plaza?
        I request the nhai to refund rs.105/- and apologize for misbehavior of the concerned person and also compensate us for the delay.

          Dear sir i purchased axis bank fastag on 13.12.2019 from representative of axis bank at nivedita setu toll plaza at rajchandrapur, bally, howrah. My car number is wb02y 1734 and registered mobile number is [protected]. Subsequently rs. 100 was credited in my fastag account but i am unable to enter into fastag site of axis bank for recharge with the user id and password provided at the time of purchase of fastag. I paid ra. 600 for this purpose. The representatives are also not coming to the toll plaza now. I am unable to recharge my account. Kindly take necessary action. With regards jayanta kumar sarkar

            On 20 dec 2019 3:21:18 am i took return ticket through etturvattam tollplaza through cash counter. The reason i took return ticket because i don't have enough balance in my fast tag. When i return back i showed the return ticket and pass on through cash counter. But after 20 mins i got a message in my mobile i. E

            Dear customer, your sbi fastag account ending with ee520 vehicle number: tn38bu4771 has been debited rs.130 for toll charges at etturvattam on 20-dec-2019 01:15:47 pm available balance is rs.10
            So this toll plaza took 2 times charge. I lost 130 rupee. What should i do i need my money back.

                I travelled on jaipur ajmer highway on dated 25.12.19. I crossed 3 tolls from jaipur to ajmer and proper charges were levied and deducted from my nhai vallet. During return journey 600 extra rs were deducted by fastag. When i tried to register a complaint on 1033 they denied to register it by saying that there is no transaction i'd mentioned in the deduction msg received from fastag. This has happened second time with me.
                It feels like indian government is making money via fastag and customer is suffering.

                  I am so disappointed with people working at Waryam Nangal toll plaza. Even though the lanes were clearly marked as fastag exclusive/no cash, they did cash transactions with all the cars in front me. And there were atleast 5-6 cars in front of me; and the funny thing is none of them had fastag affixed to their windshields. What is the point o[censored]sing fastag in a fastag lane when you would still need to wait like you do normal lanes. Guards just stood their chatting and didn't even bother to check cars for fastag. Why should anyone buy or use fastag when the non fastag cars gets the convenience o[censored]sing fastag lanes. When I told the window guy about it, he didn't even bothered to reply. I was in a hurry otherwise I would have talked to the manager about this. I do hope you guys take approximately action regarding this. Thank you.

                  All the lanes marked as fastag lanes were full of cars without fastag attached to them even though the it was not much busy at the time this happened.

                    I have crossed a nhai toll plaza at 6.50 pm on 29 december 2019 with my car px13x7008 from barbar toll plaza district barnala (148101) i had issues with my fastag so i asked the toll operator for the same and after he ctossed he gave me a wrong recipt of another car with no dl02cq7705 which crossed toll at 29 dec 2019 at 5.51 pm and charged full amount of toll fair for me i need a fast attention toward my complaint regards

                        There are illegal recovery at toll at aata orai district jalaun.
                        There are rude and misbehaviour of toll manager and staff with customer. There are no rules for collecting toll tax. Illegal toll has been collecting with local vehicles and no receipt has given.
                        So kindly look into the matter and do needful.

                          Sir, i am shrinitha from chennai. My residence is right on the service road of a highway bridge in kathirvedu at puzhal, chennai. This bridge leads to tambaram. The service road was recently dug up for creating tunnels for under water flowing from floods during rainy seasons. Later the road was restored. However, the road is very uneven at most of the places and the usual tar road was not laid on top of it.
                          Right infront of my house the road is so uneven that when heavy vehicles pass by it gives a tremor to our building. During rain times water easily stagnates and get thrown on our building when vehicles pass by. Also the sound and noise of the vehicle on the uneven road is also added to it.
                          In this regard, i request your goodself to kindly
                          1. To make the road even and lay tar on it.
                          2. To create speed breakers near our house so that vehicles slow down a little near our house.
                          3. To install restriction for heavy vehicles on this road. (To avoid the toll on the highway, most of the vehicles use the service road which needs to be curtailed) since they drive in such risky speed unconcerned of the people.

                            I am second owner of the car hp12j 9868. I applied for fastag on 2.12.2019 at icicibank rishikesh branch. Rs.500.00 were deducted from my account. On 10 12.2019 rs.500.00were credited back in my account stating that fastag is already issued for this car. Then i found that fastag of previous owner is still activated and hence new fastag cannot be issued by icici bank. Previous first owner of the car is not cooperating to deactivate his fastag account. Kindly, advice about the procedure in this context so that i can get a fastag issued. [protected]@gmail.com

                            Repeated telephonic calls to the first owner of the car to deactivate fastag account are not yiekding any results. Kindly deactivate the fastag account of previous owner of the car HP12J 9868 so as to enable me to get a new fastag for my car.

When i asked the toll manager he said its goverment order what can we do because there is no other lane for pass holder the count of passes in saoner is 1500+ like other big toll they must maintain some software.

                                I had crossed dasna toll on the morning of 28 dec while going to ramnagar uttarakhand from greater noida. I was given a slip when i entered epe near greater noida. I showed the slip at dasna toll exit and they asked for 50/-rs. I said why cash when fastag is there. They said its not working. So i paid 50 cash which can be seen in cctv footage.

                                Now i get a message that 50rs have been deducted from my fastag account at dasna toll at 23:12 (Night time) on 28th. How is this possible when iam at ramnagar and have not crossed dasna. This means that even my fastag data is not safe.

                                Some fraud activity is going on clearly at dasna toll. Please take immediate action. I can identify the man who was at the toll.

                                  Ashoka dankuni kharagpur toll gate at dhulagarh has waiting time of more than 20 mins. Could you explain why corrective measures are not taken? No where people are not getting harassed this way? Why should we pay? Cars are stranded for more than even 30 mins. This is the only toll gate which makes people suffer. Right in dhulagarh on the kharagpur highway

                                    Dear sir,

                                    This is to bring to your kind notice that my car bearing no. Ka02 mj 6660, a black figo was passing through the fast tag lane of devihally toll plaza located on hassan bangalore highway on 27.12.19 at around 18:15 hrs. The gate barrier fell on top of the car after it was allowed to pass through (Fast tag got scanned and amount got deducted) fast tag order id is[protected]. As there was no one nearby, it was late in the evening and had some work to attend to, i had to drive away thinking that information may be passed on to the concerned the next day. Though the car is dented on the top, i had absolutely no intentions of claiming any damages, but wanted sensitized the concerned about this incident. Accordingly in the evening today, i informed about the incident to the personnel near the plaza, who behaved in a very irresponsible manner citing that due to fast tag such incidents happen and nothing can be done as it is an unmanned operation. I was taken aback, as this argument doesn't hold any water because the sensors, processors and the actuators, i. E gate barrier in this case can be made to work in perfect sync if the logics are maintained properly, which i think was beyond his level o[censored]nderstanding. After much persuasion, i was directed to the manager and interaction with him was a disastrous experience to say the least. I was treated like a blackmailer who had come to lodge a false complaint for extorting money. Right from the beginning he was in a state of denial and speaking to someone over phone, who supposedly was at the plaza, when the incident took place tool his word of no such incidents taking place at face value and declared in front of certain people who had gathered outside the office for some reason that no such incident has taken place. If he had told, he will verify my complaint with cctv footage, i would have been satisfied and walked away, but implicating me as a liar i'm front of do many people is an act of humiliation and am deeply hurt. I had since now had no intention of claiming any damages which now i have to press for to prove my point here. Sending photographs and you assessing the damage would only be a secondary process, but my immediate demand would be that you should acknowledge the incident graciously and ensure tendering of apology by the concerned manager who repeatedly kept kicking telling that the fact that i didn't complain yesterday proves that the the incident has not taken place and i am lying. Leveling allegations of lying against me in public shall not be taken lying down by any person with self respect. Hope justice is rendered to me by your good offices at the earliest without any delay.

                                      As per nhai rule kapalur toll gate located on 1.5 km away from tirumangalam municipality. After long fight with by the people, tirumangalam people got exception to pay toll by showing their valid driving licence with tirumangalam address. This exception got after long protest due to violation of nhai rule.
                                      Today i paid the toll twice due to all the lane made as fast tag auto detection. Which is not appropriate. Citizen staying in thirumangalam do not need to pay any toll, because of vilation of toll plaza location. I want to get back my money which which was wrongly detected by toll plaza or it should moved into appropriate location to ensure the nhai rules. And i want to know the procedure to get my money back.

                                        I applied for fastag on paytm on 28/11/2019 and received on 21/12/2019. Up on it got failed for activation. Up on complaint it was activated, but still reserve amount of rs.150/- was not appearing in my fastag balance. Nearly 10 times i informed to helpline but nothing respons from paytm. This fastag became useless. Dont encourage such incapable egencies to do such business.
