Since the first day of fast tag mandatory regulation, the fast tag deduction is malfunctioning and every time my tanklorries are stuck for atleast 20 mins before it can cross because the attendants of ormanghi pundag tol plaza doesn’t know or don’t want to get the process done for reasons best known to them, today also they deducted the toll twice, for one cross of the toll, this is highly unethical and deserves a so cause... We are from cidc vkt dhaulana, bsatpur road, dhaulana hapur - 245301. We are using our vehicle dl3ccm0402 eeco in commuting from ghaziabad. We have already submitted the relaed document and get fast tag for rs. 265/- in which rs. 700/- in which rs. 500/- was in name of toll charges for two month (With discount) dated 16/11/2019 and rs. 200/- was taken in name of security. But on 17/12/2019 we have receied message on my phone...

I have bought fastag from amazon through fastag app. Am unable to register that tag to my vehicle.
Showing error code 420.
I have registered a complaint against it t nhai customer service on nov 13th 2019. Complaint number 918654.
When ever am calling 1033 they are disconnecting my call after listening.
I have xalled almost 8-10 time on the the same issue but problem is unsolved....

There are several barricades placed on the highway between bengaluru and chittoor (Nh75). While i understand that these have been installed with the view of increasing safety, i strongly feel that it makes the roads more dangerous. I had travelled through sv puram toll plaza on 15/12/2019 at 8.33 am and paid rs.70 as toll thru sbi fastag. I returned the same evening at 9.23 pm and was charged rs.70 again though the return trip is only rs.30/00. I passed today by fastag line which is already non cash. One an authorized person came to me and forced me to go to cash line and the toll plaza person also supported him. When i argue, the green light became on, and then he allow me to go, but such persons are supporting to those people who have do not fastag and allow them to pass through fastag line without cash or wallet charge. We have pasand from Vastu Toll (Gujarat) by car no GJ23CB8512, which charged Rs120/- by fastag but as per local residence of anand, Gujarat it should be Rs 60/- and if we paid by cash then only Rs 60/- paid by us.
So please take care this issue resolve ASAP.

Toll is receiving in NH 4 (AH 47) national highway of Pune-Bengaluru, of ridge between Haveri-Chitradurga. In front it was showing valid fast tag with green signal so i drive my car gj20n6921 forward but when i cross the boom barrier fall on front screen and damage my car

I travelled through nh-9 on 15th of dec 2019. While coming back to from bareilly to ghaziabad, toll was deducted from my fasttag account despite that the toll people standing there demanded cash saying toll has not deducted from fasttag and took cash. This happened at the below two toll booths -
1) brijghat toll plaza - rs 55 charged twice (One through fastag and the other as cash)
2) chhajarsi toll plaza - rs 125 charged twice...

This is to inform you that mcd has occupied 3 out of 4 lanes for toll collection at up gate on delhi meerut expressway. Similarly mcd has occupied 2 out of 3 lanes on slip road. This is resulting in traffic jams on daily basis at up gate and people use to drive wrong side to go on expressway. This has also increased accidental chances on expressway...

The toll plaza at kelapur maharashtra is collecting rs.85/- for single trip.. For which rs.35/- is there.. The rate is 35l - from my fast tag ac rs.85/- is deducted... Many illegal money is being collected for every vehicle... I have attached my screen shot with that.. We request you to take action against it.. I was travelling from bharatpur to jaipur on dated 17/12/2019 having fasttag my vehicle rj14 wc0852 at 20:56. At toll plaza (Km-98+600) NH 12 I crossed from fast tag lane, the machine could not recognized and shows fat tag blacklisted, though I have sufficient fund my my fast tag. In the morning hour this fast tag was workings properly and on return this incident took place.

I was charged rs.40 each for 2 way trip (Trip numbers for reference are[protected] and[protected] in the toll plaza vanagaram, chennai. Had i purchased it using cash, i would have been charged rs.60 for the return trip.

Fastag should implement a programmable logic to charge lesser when the vehicle returns through the same toll within 24 hours to maintain the toll charges same as before implementing...
